Fantastic experience: All the staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. The dentist made me feel at ease and a treatment plan was explained in detail. Overall for someone who has been afraid of the dentist for a long time I was made to feel comfortable and confident for future appointments and treatments.

Negative experience: I asked if they can assist with a hc2 certificate, they laughed at me and said do better in life, so if your exempt, they will refuse you, but yet show up a a trusted hc2 support. To the lady who answered the phone is very well aware, loads of people have severe abscess and they refuse to answer and even went as far as blocking. THIS business is a turkey teeth scam! They have so many botched attention and they block Thier clients on social media

Negative experience: I had a mixed experience. The receptionist forgot that I’d checked in literally 2min before and embarrassing called me while I was sat in the waiting room. That was the start of it.. the £95 initial consultation wasn’t very informative and I walked away not really understanding what they were suggesting. Then THE POWER SELL - I was escorted into a room with Pedro who I can only describe as a poor used car salesman in a suit. I would MASSIVELY encourage everyone to check at this point what treatment their receiving as at this point I was given effectively a contract to sign showing that none of the treatment would be warranted and that a £1700 treatment, even with his generous 20% discount LOL, was going to cost nearly £3000. Needles to say I chose NOT to follow up on further treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mahesh did a very detailed job with my teeth.By cleaning in between the teeth with the help of the lovely nurse.He made me feel relaxed and also advised me on how to maintain good hygiene with my teeth. My teeth feel very clean.Dr Mahesh is a star.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended YDS by a friend, after doing a lot of research I bit the bullet and finally booked a consultation even though I am terrified of the dentist. Well I had an amazing experience with YDS from start to finish. The practice itself is lovely and the dentist has been so professional with everything even though I've been a nervous patient, always being informative with my millions of questions! The Aftercare girls have been absolutely brilliant as well, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience. Nothing was too much to ask at all. Fantastic experience: Great place. Went in to get aligners sorted out and the team there are so friendly and helpful. The dentists are just as sound as you see them on the instagram videos and that too. Sorted really quickly and cant wait for the next step of my aligner journey.

Negative experience: Sadly really disappointed. A lot of hype on Instagram and some promising reviews, but I went in for a consultation more than a month ago, paid for products to be delivered to my address, and they just never arrived. The dentist was very keen to push me down the road of a full set of veneers which I had to refuse several times. I have called five times over recent days in relation to the products I paid for, only to be put on hold, or have the call drop, or be promised a call back that didn’t happen and I’m £2000 down with nothing to show for it.

The second time I went for my appointment, it was very comfortable; he tried his best to give me a perfect smile. I am happy with the results. Negative experience: Hi everyone, I've been asked to leave a review for Yorkshire Dental Suite, well, here goes. I went to YDS as I was invited for a one off payment, special price, check up on my teeth of £45, I thought it was a good price, so went ahead with the check up. First thoughts of the place was, very clean, very welcoming, the music in reception was very loud, I like music but when rapping came on and started swearing in the lyrics, well that was too much, everyone working there was wearing very nice clothes, no dental uniforms which seemed strange, but anyway, I went up stairs, had my check up and X rays, I was after a quote for one front tooth implanted, and a clean, The quote was £4500, but as the dentist and I got talking, I do Martial arts, the dentist, said, he liked the Martial arts as well, so as a good will gesture, he would knock a £1000 off the price, it just seemed strange that they could knock a £1000 off like that? I left with my quote, seemed a bit pricey, but they said they would ring me after work during the week or Friday, well, they started ringing me at work, as I work for the NHS, I'm not allowed to answer my phone, I tried ringing them back on an evening, but they were closed, tried e mailing them, no reply, just seems they are money orientated, they are not bothered about patients, it's get you in, get your money, get you out. then after all this, they sent me an e mail asking me to leave a review, so, here it is, I've been honest with this review, let's see what they have to say. UPDAT, UPDATE, UPDATE, YDS have rang me back, asked if there was any way in which we could come to some sort of agreement in which I would take the review down, I told them no, they put the phone down on me, that says it all, doesn't it.

He looked at everything in my best interest and gave me a plan of treatment and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Nothing was rushed or skimmed over. Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience with a dentist in my teenage year's. This unfortunately put me off going which resulted in me having terrible teeth. I never smiled with my mouth open due to not having nice teeth. One day, my mother told me she's willing to pay for the treatment so I can have the smile I've always wanted. My nephew highly recommended Yorkshire Dental Suite in Leeds has he's previously had treatment there. From the first phone call to my last day of treatment I can honestly say they go above and beyond for their clients. It's a beautiful dentist with great receptionists who always have a smile and make you feel welcome. The atmosphere and ambience is nice and calming but most importantly is there time. They actually listen to you and explained every little detail within your treatment. Thanks Yorkshire Dental Suite Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting YDS for years now, absolutely flawless service! I travel from Manchester just for Dr Rajen because he’s the best in the game!

Negative experience: Okay first off I will say the staff are brilliant and super nice BUT I've been let down over and over again costing me a small fortune. I had all on 4 treatment done at the Leeds branch. All went fine and got my temps put in. I was meant to have my finals put in 3 months later. 10 months later I've been let down 3 times by cancelled appointments. The temps are 3d printed so they're not great, They have cracked and become loose. I work out of the country and have to plan my travel/work around my appointments. In total I've lost around £3000 from these cancelled appointments. The issue with Yorkshire dental suite is they hire "contractor" dentists that are not permanently at the address. I can't afford another let down so I'm having to pay to have my finals done elsewhere. Very disappointed not only in the financial loss that I've not reclaimed but in Yorkshire dental suite because on the surface its great. Crazy thing is I'm meant to be doing a review on youtube for them which isn't exactly going to plan.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, but I especially want to mention Mackenzie, the treatment coordinator. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and approachable—her calm and kind demeanor instantly put me at ease. I usually get a bit anxious at dental appointments, but Mackenzie took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. From the very start of the phone call enquiry right up until I had my composite bonding. As someone with diagnosed anxiety this was something I had wanted for so long but too scared to do. Positive experience: Whilst my (second) dentist, Rajen, was amazing and would recommend him as an individual, unfortunately the service I experienced throughout my customer journey at YDS Leeds was satisfactory at best, hence the 3 star review. The most tangible way to describe and evidence this is through a timeline: - After waiting months for the Guiseley branch to open, I was offered a 50% reduction on the consultation fee to attend the Leeds branch and booked an appointment on the 1st May (2024) for 6th July. - On the 1st June YDS cancelled my appointment, which was rescheduled to the next available Saturday on the 7th September. - Following this appointment I had a follow up scheduled for the 5th October which was then, not surprisingly, rescheduled to an alternative time on that date because the dentist which I had the initial consultation with was no longer working with YDS. - I was then informed at the end of the appointment on the 5th October, after meeting my second dentist, the dentist only works Wednesday's even though I had already advised I require Saturday appointments due to living in the other side of Leeds and was not prepared to take annual leave. - I had already confirmed in readiness of this second appointment that I would be proceeding with the teeth whitening, but the trays had not been ordered so I was not able to pick them up there & then. - Following that appointment on the 5th October, I continuously chased & on the 20th October I received a text asking for confirmation on my delivery address so they could be posted which I responded to on the same day. - The trays were not sent out for delivery until the 29th October, 3.5 weeks since the appointment. Due to not being in to take the parcel (which obviously could have been avoided if they had been organised enough to present them in the F2F appointment), I did not receive these until the 5th November. My composite bonding appointment had been scheduled for the 27th November which meant I was against the clock in completing the whitening in this period. - On the 22nd November (5 days prior to my appointment), I received a call informing me that my final payment was due. I questioned the dental plan as there was one item on there (Trial Smile) I hadn't received due to the change in dentist, who supposedly followed a different process to the initial dentist (I would have assumed irrelevant of the dentist that all employees of YDS would follow the same concrete process for all treatments)… - At 4pm on the same day (22nd November), I had a further text to say they needed payment that day and threatened that if I didn't pay they would cancel my appointment on the 25th! ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE given my experience up to that point, and to some degree this attitude is not surprising when you’ve seen other people's reviews that they just want your money and have no care whatsoever for their customers experience and service provided. My dental plan was also drafted based on each tooth having full composite bonding yet when I clarified at the start of my final appointment that I only wanted the tips/ends of my teeth done & thus I would have assumed there would be a reduction in cost due to less resource in both materials and time, but was informed that it is the same cost irrelevant of the volume of composite bonding which I am still not sure if this is an industry standard or not..

Fantastic experience: I had my consultation at Yorkshire Dental Suite recently and honestly, I couldn’t be more impressed. From the second I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The whole team is just lovely — so friendly, welcoming, and respectful. You can tell straight away that they genuinely care about you, not just as a patient but as a person. The consultation itself was really smooth. Everything was explained clearly, and there was absolutely no rush or pressure. The dentist took his time, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood what my options were and what the next steps would look like. It felt like I was being looked after by people who actually love what they do. There’s just something really special about the atmosphere there. It’s warm, calm, and super professional — but also so down-to-earth. Everyone I spoke to made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment moving forward. Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient, I’ve had an amazing experience, all the staff and dentists have been incredible

Negative experience: I booked an appointment several weeks in advance to get some advice about ceramic veneers. In the meantime I saw my local orthodontist and decided to go with some Invisalign and teeth whitening and I called Yorkshire Dental Suite to cancel the appointment. After doing my own research, I decided that ceramic veneers were too invasive and too expensive and too irreversible and would probably run the risk of looking fake. I asked for my £45 consultation fee to be refunded and they said no the fees are nonrefundable. Given I was providing three weeks notice I think this was really tight and it looks like they’re just making money off consultation bookings knowing that quite a number of people will cancel but they keep the money anyway.

The staff at Wakefield went above and beyond to assist us. Based on this initial experience, I would recommend this location. Although I have not yet received my treatment, I trust that the level of service will remain equally reliable and professional.

I had a bridge to replace a broken tooth. Marten did an amazing job that you can't even tell which tooth was replaced. He is incredibly skilled and meticulous. I was impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail during the procedure. Thank you Yorkshire Dental Suite. I 100% recommend this practice to anyone. My husband heartily agrees too!
