Fantastic experience: I've been to this dentist a few times already and everyone is always very nice and helpful and friendly everytime I come in. Dr Samme is great and always makes me feel comfortable when getting something done. The team even drop you off at the door when you're finished with your appointment which is nice :D they're pretty good with timings and pretty fast with getting things sorted for you! Special shoutout to Mush and Emily <3 who helped me fill out my application for Invisalign today and explained everything to me about the application clearly and happily answered any questions I had, as well as providing clear detail on the procedures and the plan I had chosen. They were very friendly and easy to understand which made me feel more comfortable with the process. Everyone is always ready to help, always a nice experience when I have an appointment here. Very much appreciated and recommend this clinic to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: After a wonderful consultation with Eduardo, I decided to stick with this company whilst I underwent my orthodontist treatment and I am so glad I did! All the staff here are super friendly from the receptionist girls to the many assistants that helped Eduardo throughout my treatment. As a nervous dentist goer, Eduardo reassured me from the start and always went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable in the dentist chair. He even went as far as to play my favourite artist on Spotify whilst I had a tooth extraction! I genuinely look forward to going to the dentist now. A year and a half later and I am now brace free and I have never been so confident with my smile. Eduardo did an amazing job and I have had so many compliments since having my brace removed! If you are looking for a smile makeover and you want it done properly, then do not hesitate to go this dentist!

Fantastic experience: I regularly come to see Dr MJ for all my skin care queries and found from all the aestheticians I’ve visited over the years, that she is by far the most experienced and knowledgeable, she’s the best! The practice is super modern, Jay on reception is a sweetheart and always very welcoming. I’ve also had amazing facials and peels from Becca, I try and go every month to see her! Since coming to this practice, my skin is the best it’s ever been.

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Jay at reception, whose friendly and professional manner immediately put me at ease. He’s so polite and attentive – a real credit to the team. Dr MJ is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensure comfort throughout the treatment. Her technique is gentle, and she has a fantastic eye for detail. I felt completely safe in her hands, and I could already see subtle, natural-looking improvements developing over time from the first session. Smileworks maintains a clean, calming atmosphere, and I genuinely enjoy coming in. Being a model for this treatment has been a great experience – professional, respectful, and educational. Fantastic experience: Had to get an emergency appointment as I broke one of my lateral incisors at work and as it was a front tooth I was beside myself. They fit me in the same day, and Eduardo & Savannah were amazing & looked after me. Eduardo built me a new temporary tooth so I’m not so embarrassed (it looks better than it did previously, he’s magic) and then set me up with an appointment to go and sort out getting a bridge to replace the temporary measure he has put in for me. Couldn’t be more grateful. Such a friendly team!

Fantastic experience: The service here has been great so far, with really professional and knowledgeable staff. Eduardo and Andreea did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable during my first brace fitting. Likewise, I had a previous appointment for a filling and hygienist cleanup. The dentist and her assistant were excellent at making me feel at ease, especially since I was feeling very nervous. Despite being a bit expensive, it's been great so far; I can't wait to see the results of my smile makeover.

Fantastic experience: Great experience from start to finish - everything was fully explained to me regarding the process, timeline, expectations etc. I started off with EVO3 enlighten home whitening kit which Khalid had suggested, and it definitely lived up to his recommendation. It was a 3 week treatment and the results were astonishing - after just 3/4 days I could see a massive difference in the colour of my teeth. I then went through the process appointments leading to my composite bonding treatment which again surpassed expectation. Within 4 hours my teeth were transformed into the exact shape and design that me and Khalid has discussed in earlier appointments. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming every time I was there and the practice is pristine, you just know you are getting top quality care at SmileWorks. I'd like to give Khalid and Martin a special mention for completely transforming my smile and making my entire treatment journey one without any worries and full of laughter. I definitely smile a lot more now thanks to Smileworks.

Negative experience: We made our credit card information available and it was deemed insufficient. We were told to wire funds in advance in order to even schedule an appointment. Yes, you read that right. Wire transfer. For what reason? You think we’d commit fraud and be stupid enough to come in person? Surprising that a dental office would hold their patients/customers in such low esteem.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Experience – So Happy With the Results! After a disappointing experience with another dental practice, I was quite nervous about getting my composite bonding redone. From the moment I arrived, Zarmina and her assistant Steph made me feel completely at ease. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. Zarmina’s attention to detail and skill are truly exceptional – she really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered results that far exceeded my expectations. Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience at Smileworks. Following a medical emergency, I was told to consult a dentist immediately and despite not being a prior patient, Smileworks were happy to oblige quickly and efficiently. The dentist and their assistant, Khalid & Jo, were wonderful. After discovered a cavity, I was treated with a filling and cleaning without any hassle. Everything was well communicated, fast and all of the staff was very friendly.

From my first initial appointment I had with Paula to my composite bonding she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, consistently asking if I was ok or if I needed any breaks and, I am very happy with my results. Also had my wisdom tooth removed at Smileworks and there was no pain after, very smooth extraction and recovery! The reception team are also wonderful, very well mannered especially the lad who works on reception (not sure of his name!). Overall, very enjoyable experience and atmosphere at Smileworks would highly recommend especially to those who are nervous about going the dentist!

Emma ensured I was in the best care and got the results I hoped for, whilst ensuring my natural teeth didn’t incur any damage. I have been a patient of Smileworks since 2017, I’ve had normal treatments such as check ups/ hygienes, and then different procedures such as wisdom teeth extractions and now bonding, it is always so professional and friendly every single visit I have! Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for a long time (more than I’d like to admit) and from my very first dealings with Smileworks they made me feel at ease, comfortable and a lot better about coming in for my first check up. I had my first appointment with Rebecca Newbold for a cleaning and was so anxious beforehand and didn’t really know what to expect, Rebecca and her assistant put me at ease throughout the whole thing and I was shocked at how comfortable I felt throughout the whole thing. I’d also like to mention that there was a male member of staff on reception the first time I went in and he put me at ease immediately and made me feel better about being there as I’d gotten a little anxious and emotional about my visit and also being slightly late. I’ve since booked in a proper dental consultation and had a few fillings also with Rebecca and Milena and I can’t thank them and the whole team at Smileworks enough for my experience. My fillings didn’t hurt at all and I’m actually excited for my next visit, it’s definitely ended my fear of dentists and dental work. They’re absolutely amazing! ❤️ Also, thank you to the treatment coordinator team who supported me with my treatment plan, payment options and were just generally so lovely and understanding about my situation.

Negative experience: My worst experience at a dental clinic began when I booked an appointment for a hygiene treatment and check-up. After confirming the appointment, I took a day off work, only to find out that the staff had not scheduled the hygiene treatment. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, my appointment was eventually rescheduled, but it was cancelled because I arrived 10 minutes late. I was assured that management would contact me to resolve the issue, but after nearly three months of waiting, I have yet to hear from them. Due to the clinic's inefficiency and lack of accountability, I have lost £185.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Khalid and Martyn having his periodontal deep clean. I have a phobia of needles and this had been a day of dread for me for the lead up to however I would say and did say to both Khalid and martyn this has been by far my best experience. From beginning to end they both put me at ease. Didn’t sneer at my phobia. Talking me through it and gave me a stress ball to use whilst getting the needles. I’ve had awful experiences in the past where I have felt ridiculed for having this phobia as if it was a choice for me to have a fear of needles. However martyn and Khalid were amazing and put me a full ease and relax throughout the process. Talking me through each step. Thank you to the both of them for the kindness and professionalism. I’m one step closer to a smile with confidence.

I was so worried i had put it off for month. But it wasnt painful at all, not during the procedure and also not afterwards. And my new teeth look absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend.

Negative experience: The dentists and nurses are great—very professional, kind, and skilled. But I think the appointment policy is unfair. If they cancel or change an appointment, it’s no problem, even if I took time off work and lost my wage for that day. But if I’m late or can’t attend, they charge a lot of money. I understand that missed appointments are an issue, but the fee is too high. It would be better if the policy was fair for both sides.

Negative experience: Please take careful consideration when signing up for dental work at this practice! Have suffered over a year of horrendous dental issues since! The dentist responsible has left Smileworks and has kept monies for work not carried out Smileworks have been unable to resolve my issues because the dentist concerned has left! Would not wish this on any human being.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with my new smile, the treatment I had done by Paula, JK and Rachel was excellent and the cost wasn’t as much as people think. I was thinking about going to Turkey to get them done but my sister recommended going to the Smileworks and after seeing her teeth it was a no brainer and cost less than it would have going to Turkey. Highly recommend Smileworks just go for an initial assessment and they will tell you what work needs doing and how much it will cost for total work. You will be surprised 5 star rating from me ☺️

Negative experience: Went in for a consultation as wanted to make a decision between a few clinics I was looking at if I was going to spend such a big amount of money. I must say their general hygiene really let the clinic down and the consultation was very pressurised.

Negative experience: This doctor slanders and bullies aesthetics practitioners online, gaslighting them, then belittling their responses. Dr, in a world where mental health is delicate, you need to exercise your obligations as a medical professional, and be kind.

He talked me through all my options and was very patient to answer my questions or concerns. Other dentists told me my case was too complex for Invisalign, but Eduardo's experience meant he knew exactly how to approach it, and my treatment was complete within a year! Fantastic experience: Had a consultation a couple of months ago & was happy with the information Eduardo provided. The clinic is clean, staff are friendly and Eduardo is very knowledgeable. I've had a number of scans, photos and 3d scan to see exactly what teeth need to be corrected and how. Had my first fitting for braces today. The appointment wasn't long and getting them fitted wasn't painful. Eduardo has provided a detailed plan on his intentions/plan with my teeth and provided information verbally and in paper about how to care for teeth with braces. Would reccomend :)

Fantastic experience: Had my Botox done with Dr Charlotte who was so lovely, asked questions around what I wanted to achieve, looked at skincare, was realistic about what results I’d get and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I was given techniques to help me manage the injections along with a few stress balls which really helped! My results are so natural and it’s given me such a confidence boost. Going back for my top up and seeing my progress pictures I couldn’t believe the difference. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional approach with epic results. Thank you ☺️

Fantastic experience: Ive had 2 of my sons come to smileworks and the service has been exceptional. Negative experience: Ms MJ really upset me as a filler complication patient by refusing to go on with the original treatment which had started off great, by refusing to give me a review appointment as in our treatment plan although I practically begged her and gave her my evidence. I feel like she didn`t listen and cooperate with me despite she had the knowledge to do that and let me suffer by visiting other doctors desperately ( who also went on to partially dissolve the filler but not completely). At first, thankfully she dissolved a big chunk of my filler that nobody was able to dissolve at first, and when I told her there were still 2 areas remaining that bothered me a lot, she strongly refused to examine me as in our plan for a review appointment, and insisted that she needed an MRI from me. My MRI findings showed no fillers which is practically not true because other doctors I begged went on to partially dissolve the filler ( just couldn`t target very well so they couldn`t dissolve it all). When I was very upset, I sent her a few pictures again with this proof where my filler was partially dissolved from the other doctors after her which she dismissed me again. All in all, I feel like she abandoned and dismissed me without feeling the need to examine me up close and at least listening/or try cooperating.She has a great potential but she doesn`t listen to her patient and communicate with them which I am gutted to say because she could have saved me by now. I would have been ok if she had just agreed to see me once more and give a second check with the ultrasound. Or just discussed with me the situation in detail after which I wouldn`t have been giving this review. I am so so upset. Reply to the owner: Dr MJ, your reply does not exactly address what I wrote. I understand you partly too but I really hope you would listen to your patients and communicate better one day because medicine is not always that black and white.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Smileworks. After calling to inquire about a dental treatment, I was weighing the high costs before confirming my appointment. To my shock, before I could call back, I received an unprofessional email from their receptionist calling me a "time waster." I find it unacceptable for a clinic that charges premium prices to treat potential patients in such a rude and disrespectful manner. I won’t be returning, and I would urge others to reconsider if they’re expecting professionalism and courtesy.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment last week for lip filler with Nurse Leah, It was my first time ever getting any sort of filler or cosmetic work and I've never had any sort of dental work. I was extremely nervous as I have a phobia of needles but Leah was so incredibly patient and understanding. We had a thorough consultation and Leah listened carefully to exactly what I wanted. I wanted a very small change with a natural outcome. I love the way it looks. None of my friends have noticed the difference which is what I wanted, but I notice and feel much more confident. It doesn't look at all like I've had filler. I will definitely be booking with Leah again and I would definitely recommend Smileworks.

Fantastic experience: Hadn't been to a dentist in years and my teeth were my biggest insecurity. Went to smileworks with the intention of wanting some removed and getting some implants ti improve smile - instead Eduardo nicely persuaded me to get braces instead and stopped me from making the awful decision to get turkey teeth which was the best decision! My teeth are now perfectly straight and I didn't think that would of been possible with how messed up they were!
