Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Crewe Dental Care for the last 2-3 months. I get very nervous going to the dentist, partly because it's just a nerve wracking experience for anyone and partly because I've always buried my head in the sand when it comes to my dental health and I'm always worried what I'll be told! Dr Nemar is far and away the nicest dentist I've ever been treated by. He's obviously very experienced and his advice is very informative allowing me to make the best decision for my treatment. But, maybe more importantly than this, he's just an absolutely stand up guy who makes me feel at ease while I'm at the practice. He's also very positive, looking to treat the problem but also work out how to move forward so that past mistakes aren't repeated. The nurses I've been seen by (Leah and Nikola) are also very very nice. They can tell I'm nervous, and they go out of their way to check on how I am during treatment and are generally just nice people. If you're thinking of going to be seen at Crewe Dental Care - don't hesitate. Your experience will be all the better because of the people you'll interact even if, like me, the dental health side of things wasn't great. Thanks to all the team at Crewe Dental Care for the help and kindness they've shown me....I look forward to seeing them for my (hopefully uneventful) routine checkup towards the end of the year.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful staff, the receptionists were incredibly helpful and polite. Totally painless removal and was in and out I about half an hour with free aftercare so one less thing to worry about. I will be using this dentist from now on as other dental practices I have used in Crewe are just not on the same level. 5 stars!

Negative experience: Update- received an email from (nikola) whoever that is? after my review the other day even though I’d waited 2 months for a reply from my complaint and they said my complaint has been answered on google! How terrible. Then to add “Nikola” stated I had been confrontational in my appointment and disrespectful after I put a complaint in about the dental nurse calling me rude when I asked if he could stop patronising me and do the treatment I’ve consented to. The dental assistant witnessed this but has decided to clan/side with his colleague as why wouldn’t he, he’s just the assistant who’s disposable if he goes against the staff. So wrong. Ultimately if you have a complaint about the conduct of the people who are fiddling around your mouth don’t bother because you will be manipulated into beleiving you’ve done something wrong. I have social anxiety and hate confrontation. Update- it’s now been 2/3 months and I still have bits of bone coming out of a massive hole left in my gum, gum still flapping around. Wrote a complaint to the practice and followed correct procedures and had no response, very poor. I’m writing this checkup 4 weeks after my experience for a fair review. Came here for an emergency tooth extraction and checkup. Checkup wasn’t fully complete as they didn’t tell me what’s wrong with any of my other teeth. (Baring in mind the other is completely broke) they just charged me for £40 a a Quick Look at a tooth that I knew I had to have out. On top of that I had my tooth extracted £250. I was sent off with antibiotics which after a week I was still experiencing radiating pain up my face and pain from the gum flapping to the point where I gave myself rebound headaches off painkillers so I couldn’t take anymore. I called them back for free aftercare and they asked if I’d like to come in I was reluctant as the state my tooth had been left in. I came in and they just said we will give you more antibiotics and shave a bone down which was protruding through my gum. (Which I can still feel) I told them to do what they need to do as I was unhappy and I was told I was being rude by the the main dental nurse (male) I have now finished my second course of antibiotics and the pain has reduced completely. However I am left with a HUGE hole in my gum and even bits of my teeth are still coming out and the gum continues to bleed and has healed completely away from where it’s supposed to and is flapping around, all debris is getting stuck in little crevasses in the hole. I am now using tweezers to pick bits of my tooth out because I’ve been left to deal with it all myself after spending £300+. Really wouldn’t recommend unless you want a shabby job and get insulted during aftercare rather than reassured.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist a few years ago, and had such a lovely experience I came back when I had a toothache, knowing how they go the extra mile for customer service. I recently had a tooth extracted, and wouldn't have chosen anywhere else to get it done. I was a highly anxious patient, and I was comforted and made to feel at ease throughout. I have never felt so cared for as a patient at a dentist. I had a few aftercare appointments, and everyone was so patient with my questions and worries. They really looked after me. I would highly recommend this surgery, and this would be my dentist of choice if I ever need anything done.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist, really reassuring and made me feel at ease. Checked up with me the following day to see how I was doing which I thought was really nice.

Fantastic experience: Very warm and welcoming staff. Was able to be seen within two hours of calling after experiencing toothache, turns out I need a tooth extraction which was performed on the same day. Had a phone call the following day to check up on how I was doing which was really appreciated. An overall positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Crewe dental care was fantastic .phoned for an emergency visit for my wife, they fit us in straight away, she is nervous of dentists but they was brilliant with her and the treatment was first class. Would highly recommend Crewe dental care. Thank you to all the staff.

Fantastic experience: Everything was great i was treated with total respect a welcome with open arms considering it was my first in a dentist in over 10 years the dentist himself was very charming & kept me at ease within seconds he had my total trust with his knowledge & professional manner. The after care was second to none as I was followed up with a care call to make sure I was doing well on which I am. I would recommend this practice to anyone that tends to panic at the stress of the dentist you will be at ease they look after you totally.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with this dental clinic. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate me at the last minute, which I truly appreciated. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, making me feel at ease throughout the visit. Fantastic experience: Excellent care and service received from the team at Crewe Dental Care during a recent emergency appointment. Able to accommodate me at short notice and on a Saturday evening whilst I was in significant pain, the dentist examined, diagnosed and then proposed treatment very quickly and after confirming I was happy to go ahead, the treatment was completed immediately and painlessly to my great relief. I can highly recommend based upon my experience at the surgery

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency surgery due to a broken tooth at the gum line. After hearing such positive reviews online, & being unable to find an nhs dentist at short notice (I was scratched off the list at my dentist for not going for a while), I telephoned this surgery, & got an appointment the next day. Everyone was lovely, calm atmosphere, down to earth, they told me what they intended to do, kept it simple, the job was done in no time at all, pain free! If anyone needs an emergency dentist, & FAST, this is definitely the place to go! Thankyou very much indeed, one very happy customer!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a emergency appointment got me in within a couple of hours did the work after giving me options broke everything down and made sure I was definitely happy very good service and nice people to talk to. Will be changing to this dentist

Fantastic experience: The team is very proffessional and I was served and attended to so quickly-I was in deep pain with a toothache when I visited them but in a space of very few minutes I was pain free. They made follow ups to check on me after a day.I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone with a tooth problem.

Fantastic experience: Emma on reception was amazing, I had a lot of pain in my wisdom tooth and swelling in my face I called up and managed to get a same day appointment, the dentist Nemus (I’m sorry if this is wrong spelling) made me feel so at ease and extracted the tooth. I even had a follow up call the next day to check if I was ok and have been booked in for a follow up check up. Great service and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went in for an emergency dental examination and required a tooth extraction. The experience was amazing. Emma, the receptionist was very approachable and welcoming, with a beautiful smile. Nemar, the dentist and Robertson, the nurse were both awesome. They talked me through the whole procedure. I was very anxious but they made me feel extremely calm. All staff were very professional and extremely competent. If I ever require another appointment for my teeth in the future, I will always choose Crewe Dental Care. The whole environment is very friendly, will recommend for everyone requiring dental care/ treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed by everything about this dentist. I was in a lot of pain but I was seen the same day, had a partial root canal done and left pain free. All staff were very friendly and put me completely at ease. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth that had been causing me a problem. I am a bit of a nervous patient so I naturally put going to the dentist off. The staff are absolutely lovely and so friendly and helpful. I was a new patient and they welcomed me like they see me every week. My appointment was with Numar ?(apologies if not correct) he was absolutely lovely , I was relaxed straightaway. He talked me through everything and explained what was happening with the tooth. We agreed to remove it and it was quick and completely painless. I didn’t feel rushed or any discomfort at all. Even when he used the numbing needle. All the team were so friendly and made my visit an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I needed urgent attention over the weekend for a toothache and couldn't get anyway local to myself in Northwich. I tried my local dentist for an emergency appointment 111 and other local dentists. No one could help. Managed to get an appointment with crew dental care within 3 hours of phoning. Fantastic experience: I attended this dental practice as an emergency patient on 3 occasions over the weekend due to extreme pain. The care I received was amazing, the staff genuinely care about their patients and I could not have been looked after any better. They went above and beyond when looking after me. Thank you so much for everything you did and for callling to check up on me aswell as being there at the end of the phone in the middle of the night when I was turned away by A&E. I wish every contact I had with healthcare was to this standard!

Fantastic experience: First time. Had a swollen gum and needed an extraction as it turned out. Receptionist Emma was lovely and efficient. Dentist had a super natural way of making you feel easy and the job was over with in 10 minutes

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency care and went to Crewe Dental Care. All the staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. They put my mind at ease. Unfortunately I needed two teeth removed but they did them quickly and painlessly. I was very impressed and to top it all the dentist rang me the following day (Sunday) to make sure I was alright.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentists. From the receptionist when I got there through to a challenging tooth extraction by a calm and professional dentist. I travelled over an hour to get there as no one else could fit me in but it was definitely worth it and I will be back in the future.

After a few days of no sleep due to being in totally agony with a toothache, and after visiting a different dentist who literally fobbed me off with tablets, I visited Crewe Dental Care who couldn’t have been more helpful, from the receptionist to the dentist, everyone fell like they cared, and in no time they resolved my issue which I couldn’t have been more with

Fantastic experience: Dr Sameh Ahmed and Dental Nurse Emma Rowe are exceptional. I was recommended to Dr Sameh for a complex tooth extraction and he later fitted my dental implant. Dr Sameh’s care, professionalism and quality of service was first class. I am very pleased with the treatment I received and would highly recommend Dr Sameh.

Fantastic experience: Just been for an emergency appointment. I could not believe how helpful and understanding Emma was when I was trying to find a dentist to take me on this morning. She got me in on the same day! Yes incredible! I’ve not been to the dentist for years as I’ve had bad experiences so Dr Gilani and his trusty assistant had and have a challenge. I have to say they were also amazing and put me at ease straight away. Dr Giani had to take out two teeth but really did do it with great care and without strewing me out,. Fantastic experience: Brilliant service. My tooth broke Sunday afternoon rang up Monday and got an appointment that same day, they accommodated the time for me because I was in work all day. The staff were calming and reassuring and told me they couldn't save the tooth so it had to be removed. The dentist and dental nurse were so calming through the experience and made sure I was OK every step of the way. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely cannot fault Crewe Dental Care. I am an extremely anxious dental patient but from my initial conversation with Emma who was so very kind and compassionate to treatment with Dr Gilani who showed me patience,kindness and such professionalism, I cannot praise them enough. I had quite extensive treatment and was very frightened but everyone helped put me at ease and made the experience far from the trauma that I had imagined. I was given all the information I needed about the procedure and not pressured to make any decisions. Nicola assisted Dr Gilani on the day and she was so lovely to me. The staff gave me follow up calls to check up and after treatment advice. I apologise if I've missed anyone. This Dental Care service is fabulous, I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best dentists out there. Got a same day appointment and a prescription to treat my issue the same night. The dentist and the dental nurses are so kind and make you feel at ease. I recommend going to them.

Fantastic experience: I had severe tooth pain ,so I called Crew Dental Care as I saw online they did same day appointments. They fitted me in the same day as an emergency appointment. The dentist who I saw talked me through my options and conducted the first stages of root canal treatment to stop the pain. I am an anxious, nervous patient but everyone and the dentist were all very caring and made sure I was ok throughout my time there. The pain did stop later that day. They include after care and they called me on the phone a few times after the appointment check how I was which I really appreciated. I felt very well looked after there and therefore would recommend Crew Dental Care to anyone.

Fantastic experience: On Saturday morning my tooth literally split vertically in half. Within an hour I was sat with the dentist! He was kind, gentle, informative and extremely patient. I absolutely cannot give enough credit to him and am so very grateful for his help! Overall the service I received from all the staff was fantastic I cannot rate them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Needed an appointment for a check up and this practice was only what I would describe as outstanding! Completed an on-line request the previous night and was invited to book the very next morning. Emma who was on reception was fantastic from her telephone manner to approach on arrival. An absolute delight to speak to and very helpful. It’s a relief when you need help, regardless of how serious the condition ends up being, that you can attend a practice and not have to battle at reception! The service received by Dr Gilani and Emma was very reassuring and their advice very appreciated. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a pleasurable experience - not all are! Thank you Team

Fantastic experience: I had put off work that was needed for a long time as I was terrified to visit a dentist, massive anxiety in the run up to the appointment but disappeared within seconds of arriving. All staff brilliant, same day appointment at very short notice, expert advice given. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service all round. Had to book an emergency appointment and got in same day. Was advised I needed treatment ASAP due to an abscess. Was given 2 options and cost was fully explained. I settled for a tooth extraction over root canal and this was done straight away. I thought I might have to come back another time. I have a free check up also in 5 weeks which I thought was a nice touch and any after care that I might need is included in the price. I have a hard time at the dentist due to a completely irrational fear of them. Everything was done with care and attention to put my mind at ease and I can honestly say I hardly felt a thing. 5 star rating all round.

Fantastic experience: I genuinely couldn’t recommend Crewe Dental enough. I have recently experienced the most acute pain after a tooth infection over the weekend, the team were just amazing. The saw me the same day on a Saturday after hours (twice!) and even stayed later than their usual opening hours to help me. The whole team were nothing short of fantastic. Kind, caring , understanding, supportive , knowledgeable and reassuring. I’ve had wellbeing calls and emails to check in on me also. They have gone above and beyond. I can’t recommend Crewe Dental enough. Thank you so much to the whole team. Be very proud!

Fantastic experience: Well 5 star is clearly not enough. Rang at 0945 appointment at 1410. My problem was very serious from two large maulers which created massive dangerous swelling under chin and across most of front neck area.After being let down badly for a week I must say I am blown away by your teamwork and professionalism. Now in an NHS hospital and had requested neck operation which was very time critical and it's all down to you all to.Ill definitely be back and love to you all x

Fantastic experience: I'm so pleased I found this dental practice yesterday from googling emergency dentists. I was in so much pain. Had no idea I could have so much pain from my teeth! My normal dentist who ive been with for over 20 years, I felt were unsympathetic and could not see me. I called Crewe dental care. The receptionist was lovely and caring and booked me in. I went in yesterday afternoon and was so impressed with everyone and the service I received. And touch wood I'm now pain free. I even got a call back the next day to see how I was. So I would highly recommend them and if they were taking on any more nhs patients I would definatley change, even though it's much further away for me. So thanks for everything!

Positive experience: When I finally got to see the dentist the appointment was very quick and easy. The dentist is always very polite and thorough. The only issue i have is the wait time! I was waiting for 50 minutes before I was seen today which isn't always the case but I had come out of work for my appointment and couldn't really afford to spend that long waiting.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit, but so far so good. Lovely and friendly staff. I went in to discuss potentially removing wisdom teeth, got great and professional advice. Will be visiting this dentist moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing same day service for emergency appointment & treatment for my son when he had half of his tooth chipped off during a football match. Made us both feel at ease, explained options fully with no pressure, would highly recommend (& would prefer to move here than my own nhs dentist). They were so down to earth with my son & trendy & really connected with him.

Fantastic experience: I was seen as an emergency appointment last night (7/02/25). I have really bad anxiety about some things and dentist is one of them (no offence). However from the moment I phoned up for the appointment, on arrival, whilst waiting and during my appointment. I was treated with respect, they are knowledgeable about anxiety and were reassuring all the way through, allowed me to make my own decisions, explained everything during the procedure and also gave aftercare advice. Overall for people like me with bad anxiety or more or less, I highly recommend this practice. Excellent staff and caring.

Fantastic experience: From my first contact with the receptionist over the phone to my initial appointment with the dentist, I was greeted with respect and a can do attitude. My tooth had been aching and the receptionist got me in to see someone fast. I do need treatment but the dentist was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I felt confident and at ease about the treatment to come. The practice is located upstairs in the building however, a stair lift is provided should you need it and I certainly wouldn't let it put you off registering if you need a dentist!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible service. These guys don't mess about. So down to earth and friendly. Did the job as expected. I was so worried going in, as I was in alot of pain. Fantastic experience: After getting in touch on Saturday evening I was offered an appointment just 30 minutes later at 7pm. All staff were friendly but professional. They put me at ease straight away. Talked me through treatment and the price. During procedure explained everything they were doing.Also had a follow up phone call to check up how I was. Fantastic experience: Thank you all so much! You are such a great team! I am extremely nervous at the dentist to the point where I faint during dental appointments, so I avoid it at all cost but this time toothache won and I needed help. The pain was absolutely awful last night and if I could, I’d pull my head off! I called Crewe Dental Care in the morning. Emma was lovely and welcoming on the phone and then so comforting when I got in. Dr Umar and Nikola were so understanding! Nikola was extremely supportive, holding my hand and making sure I was comfortable. At the very start, after anaesthetic was administered, I started feeling hot and tingly and ready to faint but they were so great in there! Keeping me calm and helping me focus on my breathing. Nikole and Dr Umar helped me get back to being myself and we were ready to go. All was explained to me and if I made a smallest sound they were right on it ensuring that I am comfortable. I have a bad fear of dentists but after today’s visit, as long as it’s the same team, I am happy to finally get my teeth looked after. Fantastic experience: I was so scared to go to the dentist because of a bad experience i had as a young girl but the dentist and he’s assistant were very good , they explained everything and made sure i was good .i nearly squeezed the assistant hand off but she was very kind. Felt no pain at all just my nerves and it was all done so quick Thank you to crewe dental care.

Fantastic experience: I came here due to reading all of the great reviews and they did not disapoint! I phoned at 9am and was given an appointment for 11:45 for a tooth extraction. I'm a super anxious person, but they put me at ease the minute I walked through the door and the dentist was absolutely brilliant, he honestly goes above and beyond and genuinly cares for his patients I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I initially came for an emergency appointment on a weekend after already seeing the nhs emergency dentist somewhere else on the same day. I was so blown away by the care I received that I decided to move permanently to the practice. Today I returned for a routine check up and was met by Emma at reception. I went in really flustered over something separate and she completely put me at ease. By the time I left we had swapped life stories! The dentist I see is just absolutely phenomenal. He puts zero pressure on me to have treatment but makes sure I have all the necessary information. He’s reassuring, understanding and all round kind and funny guy. Today I just had my teeth cleaned but I left feeling better than when I went in and that really means something to me. Takes me about 40 minutes to get to the practice but it’s worth it and I now wouldn’t go anywhere else. Such a great team.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dentist, definitely the best in Crewe! All the staff are so helpful, very pleasant and friendly. Dr Nemar and his team are incredible. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and was out 10 minutes later with no issues at all. Such a lovely team at Crewe Dental. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist and people. I had really bad wisdom tooth pain on Christmas Eve and these guys were the only people who said they’d remove it on Boxing Day (even offered Christmas Day!). I was made super comfortable throughout the procedure, constantly checking on me, updating me throughout and putting on my chosen radio station. I travelled an hour to get there and would happily do so again. If you’re nervous about the dentist or just need a checkup I’d go here 100%. Thanks to everyone involved

Fantastic experience: Following a failed extraction at another dental practice, I was left needing an emergency appointment to remove a tooth. I was seen on New Years Day and received excellent care from the team, given what was a difficult extraction and me being very anxious following the initial attempts made to extract. I was kept calm and pain free throughout and felt very well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate returning either as a general patient or if needing emergency treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have severe dental phobia but had to pick up the courage to phone due to breaking a tooth, the receptionist was absolutely lovely, I explained how nervous i was and i was reassured every step of the way, i was booked in the same day, the dentist i had was lovely and calming and made you feel at ease which was a lot better than past experiences i have had, would definitely recommend, tooth had to be pulled but great information leaflet given and even a follow up phone call checking i was ok! Amazing! Hopefully won’t feel so anxious going again!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist, friendly staff, superb service! Made me an emergency appointment on a Saturday to remove a tooth. Nothing was too much trouble for the receptionist! Tooth removal process was great and explained very well. very thorough dentist and assistant, 100% recommend. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for being able to fit in my partner Mark today, we had no where local available to us for an emergency appointment and from the pain he was in, we were willing to make the drive (1hr 20mins!). The receptionist I spoke to was so kind and helpful when making the appointment and Mark said the treatment he had from the Dentist was excellent. He’s thankfully feeling better, we really appreciate it!

On arrival I was treated with respect very reassuring From my last experience at another dentist wasn't great. The dentist was excellent from start to finish . I would highly recommend this dentist.
