Fantastic experience: I rang Crewe dental care yesterday morning for urgent care of a troublesome wisdom tooth. The lady on reception managed to book me a private consultation in the afternoon. After an initial consultation with Neymar the dentist I decided to have the tooth extracted. After receiving the anaesthetic I really didn't feel any pain during the procedure at all. I followed the after care instructions properly and when visiting this afternoon for a check, the dentist was happy that it was beginning to heal and I felt reassured that complications I had previously experienced on other extractions may not happen this time.

Fantastic experience: I recently had 3 Implants completed by Dr Umar Chadat on Saturday the 22nd of November. What can I say, he was exceptional. I am very happy with the result and fully recommend Dr Chadat to anyone considering Implants. His care to detail, understanding, empathy, always making sure I was OK, and explained the procedure, kept me confident and reassured throughout the whole process.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Crewe Dental Care. Dentist was very friendly, caring, putting me at ease. I had a back tooth that was wobberly and very painful. He looked at it, said it needs to come out, asked if I wanted it done straightaway. Which I said if I can. So no waiting for another appointment. I'm a bit of a wuss about Injections, he was brilliant. Took about 5 minutes and was out .thank you Crewe Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist for about 8 years due to my work, however, I first visited Crewe Dental Care a couple of months ago after I had broken my tooth at the weekend and needed an emergency dentist. Crewe Dental Care were able to fit me in quickly and provided me with treatment that took the pain away. I have then attended for follow up treatments on the same tooth. I have been impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff are, they have made me feel comfortable during treatment by explaining procedures and responding to any pain I have felt. I will be staying with Crewe Dental Care moving forward for all my dental needs and will ensure that I visit regularly again.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank the team at Crewe Dental Care enough. I arrived a nervous wreck and very emotional, because of a bad experience I’d had with another dentist many years ago. From the moment I walked in, they were calm, kind, and completely understanding of how I was feeling. They took the time to explain everything, reassured me at every step, and never made me feel rushed or silly for being scared. I still find going to the dentist difficult and it will take time to change how I feel, but they made me feel capable and in safe hands to have the work done. For me, that’s a huge step, and I’m really grateful for the care and patience they showed.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dental clinic! Fixed my broken molar within 90 minutes of initial phone call. Completely pain free procedure, also the Dr and his assistant were fantastic. Since nice pleasant people who truly care about the patients in their chair.

Fantastic experience: I was not a registered patient at this clinic. I called on Tuesday afternoon with a filling that had fallen out I was given an appointment for the following afternoon. I was seen very promptly by Dr Nemar + nurse Nikola once I was in the chair and I explained what the problem was I was examined and we decided that an extraction was the best solution. The dentist even called the following day to make sure everything was ok, and that if I needed any aftercare at all in the future regarding my procedure that it was all included in what I had already paid. All in all I highly recommend Crewe Dental Care for their professionalism and friendly staff and I will be returning for future care.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental staff, provided emergency root canal filling late on a Saturday night to my needle phobic daughter. Explained treatment options & were caring throughout. They even waited for us when we were delayed in traffic & walked us back to our car as it was late/dark.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dentist, can not praise them highly enough. The surgeon and the staff were all brilliant and dealt with things professionally and efficiently. I needed emergency treatment and they managed to fit me in at short notice, when I arrived all the staff were friendly and I felt at ease even though I am very nervous about having dental treatment. Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental treatment so rang the available number of their website. The secretary was lovely and rang me back immediately, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and managed to book me in for an appointment for the following hour. On arriving was made to feel very welcome and the accessability lift was a bonus. The Staff were friendly and put me right at ease. Treatment options were explained and guidance was excellent. Came out of the appointment feeling very confident with the aftercare plan and the steps going forward, including a follow up phone call from my specialist. Any further treatment I need I won't hesitate to call. The guys at Crewe Dental Care were professional, efficient and courteous, as a private patient I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Firstly, I am not a registered patient at this clinic. That being said I called late on Saturday afternoon with chronic toothache. Within 2hrs of phoning I had arrived, was registered, put in the chair and the problem was sorted. I am very nervous around dentists and both the dentist and the assistant settled my nerves and took total care of me throughout (Unfortunately I do not remember their names but the dentist works Fridays and Saturdays at Crewe). They even realised I had not been to a dentist for many years and conducted a thorough deep clean at the same time. The dentist even called 2 days later to make sure everything was ok, and that if I needed any aftercare at all in the future regarding my procedure that it was all included in what I had already paid. All in all I highly recommend Crewe Dental Care and their professional and friendly staff and will be returning more frequently for sure. Thank you Phil

Fantastic experience: I absolutely dislike dentist but this Dental practice has made me change my mind. I was late for my appointment and rang receptionist who was very friendly (Laura). The dentist was calm and explained Everything before any action was taken. I went for one treatment (filling) but for my x-ray I had to take a different treatment. The dentist explained all my options and gave me price for all so I can make my decision accordingly to my need. The all treatment was very effective with explanation step by step from the dentist. I was very scary as do not like needless but the way things was handled I completely forgot about my fears. Thank you for the good care. I also had a call from them next day to check how things going. Great dentist will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

After 3 specialist dentist previously advised a massive operation required to remove my wisdom tooth, after a failed attempt. First class care and dentistry got my wisdom tooth out after 7 months off pure pain it was removed absoult pain free even the day after ..... pain free.... even managed asleep longer than 1hour the night off the removal The Best Dentist in Cheshire.

Negative experience: I phoned regarding an emergency appointment due to a chipped tooth causing pain and sensitivity. Appointment booking process is all fine and the receptionist i spoke to was lovely. Due to the large delay in seeing me I had to rearrange for the next day. Arrived at the appointment to be questioned as to why i’d changed the appointment, then was seen. I was met with a question regarding grinding and if i wanted a mouth guard, “where do i get them from”. they said “we can provide one with an additional charge”. (first issue which came unexpected). sat down in the chair, checked it and they said they could possibly fill it, took an x-ray. Then it came back to an answer of, we will have to do a root canal or extraction. However, the pain associated with my issue was not large enough for such a precarious procedure. I had the dental nurse (woman, guessing she is the emergency dentist) and the guy who was on reception that day stood around saying this is the best thing to do. the nurse then said whilst i was debating (the needle would have been over by now), which is unprofessional as i stated my issues with needles. I did not feel calm or cared for in this situation. it felt that they were trying to do an expensive procedure for a small issue which could have been rectified easily. The receptionist said what’s the main issue; the nurse replied price when infact it was the pain and the phobia of needles. Incredibly rude, is the payment to pay for her car outside? sounds more of money grabbing to myself and many other people clearly in this review feed. I got a second opinion at a dental practice, same day an hour after the appointment at this practice. they said they are unsure why they have said a root canal or extraction in this instance. that the issue could be filled with a large filling. They did state that if this issue was left longer, the other procedures may have to happen but i’d come at the right time to sort this issue out with a LARGE filling. After expressing discomfort and how i felt at crewe dental care to family, a family member has been in for an issue like mine and they advised her of the same thing to try and get more money out of her. To say i am disgusted with the service provided, waste of £40 for the appointment to be met with hostility. I would never recommend here even after reading the great reviews. If this doesn’t get resolved or an a refund of the appointment i wasted my money on, I would seek to take this further

Fantastic experience: Rang up this morning with regards to bad wisdom tooth pain and was very quickly offered an appointment. From the moment i walked into the clinic i felt very at ease and re assured. Fantastic experience: After enduring extreme pain from an impacted wisdom tooth, that neither my own dentist or hospital could extract - with waiting list up to 12 months - Crewe Dental Care were successful in removing the tooth and providing aftercare. Fantastic experience: Great response, had tooth ache so I called crewe dental care as I was flying a couple of days later and needed emergency work (tooth ache is 10 times worse in a pressurised atmosphere) and they saw me with in an hour of calling. The dentist who I saw had my treatment completed painlessly and quickly and they even called the following day to make sure that everything was alright after my procedure. I have now changed dentists and will only be going through them for dental work.

Fantastic experience: I visited Crewe Dental Care late on a Saturday evening after being in complete agony for over three months with a serious infection. I’ll admit it I am absolutely petrified of the dentist and was dreading the whole thing. But from the very first phone call, I was reassured. The lovely guy who answered (sorry, name lost in a haze of anaesthetic!) was basically a human heart with arms, so kind, so calming, and even managed to make me laugh when I was shaking like a leaf. When I arrived, I was greeted by two absolute gentleman who could not have been kinder or more supportive. They had me giggling despite my nerves, which I never thought possible in a dental surgery. Dr Umar, who carried out my extraction, was simply incredible. Professional, gentle and beyond skilled, he removed a tooth that a dentist in London couldn’t manage, and he did it so smoothly it felt effortless. His calmness and reassurance made all the difference. I inspect services in my professional role, so I know what “Outstanding” looks like and these guys truly are. Yes, the fear is still there, but I’ve found myself a dentist I actually trust, and I won’t be going anywhere else. A huge thank you to the whole team, you turned a nightmare into a genuinely positive experience, and one very happy lady left your surgery that night. Thankful beyond words xx

Fantastic experience: I rang up as I couldn't get an appointment with 111 nhs ,I rang this dentist and the fella was very nice with me on the phone i got a appointment the same day . I went and they were very nice and understanding off my health and I was in good hands . They spoke to me and said I would need the tooth removing as it's not in good state and i was looked after and cared for while the procedure went on . I have even had a after call to see how I am getting on . Would definitely recommend this dentist

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental visit yesterday and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and service I received. I needed two extractions, and both wounds required stitching. The dentist and the whole team handled everything with great professionalism and care, making a very stressful situation much easier for me. Not only did they take care of the extractions, but they also cleaned all of my teeth thoroughly during the visit. I truly appreciate how gentle, respectful, and attentive they were throughout the entire process. I felt listened to, well-informed, and in good hands. Negative experience: Hello, I had an appointment today at the Crewe Dental Clinic with terrible pain in an implant (I want to mention that the implant was not done in this clinic). The appointment was for an x-ray to see what was causing the pain. The doctor who saw me behaved extremely badly and completely refused to take my x-ray when I asked for an x-ray. I do not recommend Dr. Umar Chadat.As a complement to the previous review, I would like to specify that I also went on July 29th to have the implant wires removed. There was another doctor who was very polite and explained the entire process. I don't remember his name but I want to thank him but I don't recommend Dr. Umar Chadat.

I only needed one low dose of painkillers as it was a big tooth which was removed without any difficulty whatsoever. The very best I cannot speak well enough of their service

Fantastic experience: After attending 7 private practices including BUPA. I found my saviour at Crewe dental care!! I took my chances and booked to see Umar and he got straight to work correcting my gum line and bringing back my perfect smile it’s only been 24 hours and my gum recession is nearly gone along with he sharp feeling I experienced from injury. From the reception staff to his assistant the level of care was A1! I would now use this practice for any dental emergency and would be confident in recommending their services to family and friends!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been registered at another dentist in Congleton since I was a child. Every time I went in, they would literally lever my fillings out with a hook and then say “oh, it looks like you need another filling”. They caused me pain every time I went. The last time I went was the week before lock down. They made a mess of my teeth. Fillings they did came out a week later. I haven’t been back since. I came to Crewe Dental Centre today and the experience was at the other end of the scale. I had an extraction with zero pain. The staff were very friendly, and I would highly recommend them. First time I’ve used them and I’ll definitely use them again should I need them. Same day service. Super impressed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nemar and his assistant Leah is by far the best dentist team I’ve ever seen!! Normally I am nervous about going to a dentist for just a routine check up however within a 30 minute appointment Dr Nemar me feel so at ease with his calm nature and even managed to extract a wisdom tooth with such skill that I didn’t even feel a single thing!!!! 10/10 highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment and Crewe Dental Care offered me an appointment within a couple of hours. I am anxious when it comes to dentists but they were fab - the whole team are great, very caring and resolved immediate issues there and then. Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the speed and service. When my daughter had an accident and hurt her gums and front tooth they saw us in 20mins. Really good at keeping her calm and reassured us too. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Crewe Dental Care for the last 2-3 months. I get very nervous going to the dentist, partly because it's just a nerve wracking experience for anyone and partly because I've always buried my head in the sand when it comes to my dental health and I'm always worried what I'll be told! Dr Nemar is far and away the nicest dentist I've ever been treated by. He's obviously very experienced and his advice is very informative allowing me to make the best decision for my treatment. But, maybe more importantly than this, he's just an absolutely stand up guy who makes me feel at ease while I'm at the practice. He's also very positive, looking to treat the problem but also work out how to move forward so that past mistakes aren't repeated. The nurses I've been seen by (Leah and Nikola) are also very very nice. They can tell I'm nervous, and they go out of their way to check on how I am during treatment and are generally just nice people. If you're thinking of going to be seen at Crewe Dental Care - don't hesitate. Your experience will be all the better because of the people you'll interact even if, like me, the dental health side of things wasn't great. Thanks to all the team at Crewe Dental Care for the help and kindness they've shown me....I look forward to seeing them for my (hopefully uneventful) routine checkup towards the end of the year.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful staff, the receptionists were incredibly helpful and polite. Totally painless removal and was in and out I about half an hour with free aftercare so one less thing to worry about. I will be using this dentist from now on as other dental practices I have used in Crewe are just not on the same level. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Had an extremely painful tooth which other dentists had struggled with the extraction. Crewe Dental Care, in particular Nemar and his assistant who I think was called Sadie, were extremely efficient and extracted my tooth on the same day I called up. Friendly, professional practice and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Negative experience: Update- received an email from (nikola) whoever that is? after my review the other day even though I’d waited 2 months for a reply from my complaint and they said my complaint has been answered on google! How terrible. Then to add “Nikola” stated I had been confrontational in my appointment and disrespectful after I put a complaint in about the dental nurse calling me rude when I asked if he could stop patronising me and do the treatment I’ve consented to. The dental assistant witnessed this but has decided to clan/side with his colleague as why wouldn’t he, he’s just the assistant who’s disposable if he goes against the staff. So wrong. Ultimately if you have a complaint about the conduct of the people who are fiddling around your mouth don’t bother because you will be manipulated into beleiving you’ve done something wrong. I have social anxiety and hate confrontation. Update- it’s now been 2/3 months and I still have bits of bone coming out of a massive hole left in my gum, gum still flapping around. Wrote a complaint to the practice and followed correct procedures and had no response, very poor. I’m writing this checkup 4 weeks after my experience for a fair review. Came here for an emergency tooth extraction and checkup. Checkup wasn’t fully complete as they didn’t tell me what’s wrong with any of my other teeth. (Baring in mind the other is completely broke) they just charged me for £40 a a Quick Look at a tooth that I knew I had to have out. On top of that I had my tooth extracted £250. I was sent off with antibiotics which after a week I was still experiencing radiating pain up my face and pain from the gum flapping to the point where I gave myself rebound headaches off painkillers so I couldn’t take anymore. I called them back for free aftercare and they asked if I’d like to come in I was reluctant as the state my tooth had been left in. I came in and they just said we will give you more antibiotics and shave a bone down which was protruding through my gum. (Which I can still feel) I told them to do what they need to do as I was unhappy and I was told I was being rude by the the main dental nurse (male) I have now finished my second course of antibiotics and the pain has reduced completely. However I am left with a HUGE hole in my gum and even bits of my teeth are still coming out and the gum continues to bleed and has healed completely away from where it’s supposed to and is flapping around, all debris is getting stuck in little crevasses in the hole. I am now using tweezers to pick bits of my tooth out because I’ve been left to deal with it all myself after spending £300+. Really wouldn’t recommend unless you want a shabby job and get insulted during aftercare rather than reassured.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist a few years ago, and had such a lovely experience I came back when I had a toothache, knowing how they go the extra mile for customer service. I recently had a tooth extracted, and wouldn't have chosen anywhere else to get it done. I was a highly anxious patient, and I was comforted and made to feel at ease throughout. I have never felt so cared for as a patient at a dentist. I had a few aftercare appointments, and everyone was so patient with my questions and worries. They really looked after me. I would highly recommend this surgery, and this would be my dentist of choice if I ever need anything done.
