Positive experience: I am an awkward patient when it comes to the Dentist. But this Dentist I feel comfortable and trust them, to do a good job.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, needed an appointment for a lost filling 3 days before my holiday, managed to fit me in within 48 hours .Excellent work by my dentist and assistant.

Positive experience: I visited the Dawley practice yesterday for the first time. I'm a very nervous patient but all staff were kind and understanding, I will not feel as nervous on my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Iv been to visit the dentist Peter and his lovely assistant also i had a appointment with the hygienist Alva his lovely assistant Lola they made me feel at ease there was no judgement which I think it’s amazing especially as I’m a very nervous person at the dentist I would most definitely recommend Dawley dental practice also the receptionist are very friendly

Fantastic experience: Had an issue with my implant moving, managed to get a quick appointment and Arminder was very knowledgeable - knew the make of the implant - even though he wasn’t the dentist that completed the implant and it was over 10 years old, had all the necessary tools to fix it for me. X-rayed the area and confirmed all was healthy and good. Having had it looked and tightened about 2 years ago, he was the only one to notice it needed a slight recess and the heavy contact would continue to make it loose over time. Really impressed.

Absolutely delighted with the service provided to my brother and myself last week. My brother is a wheelchair user, has a number of health concerns and has been a patient for many years. We were both put at ease and treated with kindness and patience by Dr Cameron, Nurse Millie, and a very special mention goes to your outstanding receptionist Jane. Jane has looked after us so well on many occasions and she is an absolute credit to your Practice. I’m very grateful that she was there last week as she’s always goes above and beyond for my brother and me as his carer ❤️

Iqra was absolutely fantastic - her professionalism and reassuring demeanor put me at ease throughout the entire process. Positive experience: Particularly since the practice received a much needed makeover, it’s gone the way of a lot of things, it’s all about the money and “ upselling”. The staff car park looks like premiership football players are visiting. The whole of the British dental system is broken which is such a shame.

Fantastic experience: Rang the practice this morning after losing a filling on holiday. Not only was the the phone answered almost immediately but they managed to fit me in with an emergency appointment this afternoon. If that's not excellent service then I don't know what is. Fantastic experience: A lovely experience for my little boy on his first visit today. Dr Cameron and his nurse made him feel welcome and at ease. They were super friendly and definitely know how best to communicate with children. Even my eldest had seen Dr Cameron previously and let him extract his tooth when he is usually a very nervous kid regarding anything medical! The new renovations make it a lot more welcoming too.

Fantastic experience: As the new entry door is now at the front of the surgery is alot better with more room , only problem i faced is being in a wheelchair is the sloop going upto the door , found it bit hard going to get up there , apart from this minor problem , Apart from that Receptionist excellent , polite, well spoken, able to understand them as explained very well, had a bit of a laugh in-between the conversation, which makes you feel at ease, then ask me to wait in waiting space until called, The dentists lady assistant came into waiting room and called my name and it was my turn to go through to the dentist the dentists assistant was very nice and quite happy , but after going into the room , she became working behind the dentist taking notes about my teeth and instructions being said from the dentist about my teeth came to say it was my turn then followed her in to the dentist room, My dentist is very thorough with his job explained all to be done, chatted about teeth and my rest of my day , we have a laugh or two , he very welcoming and professional in all he does for me and I expect for his other patients the same , at the end of the dental check he explains what to next route to go down regarding my teeth , and get me booked in to make another appointment for 6 months time at reception, for which I did, my overall impression of visiting the dental practice was 10 out 10 all the way through from start to finish , Thank you so much Stuart swinnerton Market drayton

Fantastic experience: I wish i had gone here sooner! This dentist is very good, the building is modern and clean and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. I had a filling done by Simran today and she did a great job. I was slightly worried that i might feel uncomfortable but i was given local anesthetic so it was done painlessly. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. My mom also went here not too long ago for an emergency tooth problem and they did a great job at helping her feel better. I definitely recommend this dentist :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Cameron accompanied by Nurse Sophie were absolutely amazing with my little boy (6) who required an extraction after breaking his tooth. The procedure was very quick and done well. As parents felt reassured and were very happy with how we were listened to.

Fantastic experience: I was slightly apprehensive about having a hygienist appointment but was advised by Billy so thought lets do it twice a year I was met by kacie who was quiet but lovely and then Alva he explained everything in detail and when I was anxious and wanted to know he reassured me saying he would let me know at end of procedure what was happening and what to do .he was very calmly spoken.only issue I had was my neck was hurting so probs me being tense .100% procedure.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for a number of years and always had the best care. I'm a particularly nervous patient after a bad experience a long time ago. But I'm never made to feel daft, I'm always treated really well, with kindness and compassion, I can only add an update but not another review, I’ve been seen by Peter and Amy today and so well looked after for a big filling, the care and treatment you get here is second to non, going to the dentist needn’t be traumatic when you’re seen here, and of course Jane on reception is lovely, she had all of my details done and sorted so that when I was a bit flustered she just knew and didn’t make an issue out of it. Thank you guys for being you, it makes a huge difference. 13/05/2025 After having a tooth out and a nasty infection these guys advised me while I was in Turkey, saving me from a needless operation in a Turkish clinic! Not many people would go out of there way to do that to make sure patients are safe. Tyla was my point of contact and was brilliant. Then again back in the UK I had an emergency appointment to get me the appropriate antibiotics and after care! I feel safe in these guys hands And Jane loves a good dad joke!

Fantastic experience: I’d been having a few tooth issues over the past few weeks and due to dental anxiety had put off going to the dentist for years. Finally plucked up the courage to go this morning and I can honestly say I’ll be going back as regularly as I need to. Ed and Ella were both fantastic at helping me settle my nerves and explained everything that was going on. Yes, I need to go back for a root canal but this experience today will make that visit a little more easy.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to Dawley Dental for a number of years and have always been so pleased with the team, from receptionists to hygienists and dentists. I was away on holiday and, unfortunately, broke a front tooth. An emailed plea brought an appointment the day after our return and I cannot say too much about my delight with how well Peter repaired my tooth and gave me back my smile. Thank you Peter!

Fantastic experience: I can’t rate this dentist enough, I have been with them nearly 20yrs now and I always have a positive experience right from the warm welcome from reception to the dentist and her side kick. I recently I was very poorly and was worried I hadn’t been for so long they may not see me. I couldn’t have been more wrong, everyone I spoke to was so understanding and put my nerves to rest. I really wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Always been great with my son’s hidden disability patient and give him as much time as he needs. I had an appointment today for both me and my son (9 months old), to have a check-up with our dentist (Billy Koner), she was great with accommodating both me and my son at the appointment, alongside the dental nurse that was working with her. Positive experience: The dental practice has had a recent makeover so looks fresh and modern, the receptionists are helpful and able to provide dental supplies for you to take home, and they are very efficient at getting you booked in an communicating appointments, so I was happy. On this occasion I went for a hygienist appointment (scale and polish) with Alva an he was really good, efficient and knowledgeable so I was very happy with that.

Fantastic experience: I'd lost faith in dentists as I'd had some not so good experiences in the past with other practices. However, I needed some treatment and having previously visited Dawley for an emergency extraction which was seamless, I decided to book an appointment to discuss what I wanted / needed doing. I've had 2 / 3 appointments so far, 1 for composite on my 2 front teeth and a hygienist appointments this morning. I didn't know what to expect but I can finally smile again with confidence and I'm extremely grateful, so thank you! Negative experience: I recieved a filling for a broken tooth. Within 2 weeks it came out. I rebooked an appointment to have it fixed but came in a day b4 accidently. It's a 2 hr round trip. My bad though. The receptionist insisted I cancel it if I couldn't make it on the correct day which was the following day. Being employed I could do nothing other than cancel. But the Senior Receptionist was pleased that I was pressured to do it on the spot. I recieved another date 2 months from the incident and as the tooth was compromised further damage has occurred. I sent an email asking the Dentist to call me and the response was. A reiteration of the scheduled date only. That's all I wish to say.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a hygienist appointment with Alva after having my fixed braces removed. Alva was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Alva’s calm manner puts your mind at ease and allows you to feel comfortable throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alva to anyone that is looking for a reassuring, fantastic dental hygienist.

Fantastic experience: We've been trying to find a dentist for a while and finally contacted Dawley Dental Practice last week. I had no trouble getting a new patient appointment which could be done online with plenty of choice of appointments dates and times to suit me. The staff are so friendly and efficient and my dentist explained everything which was happening, costs and payment plans. Overall a very good experience (considering it's a dentist!!)

Fantastic experience: I have to admit that I'd avoided the dentist since covid times, but due to an accident I had to have an emergency appointment to remove a fractured tooth. The booking process was easy, the reception staff are excellent and they were able to book me in to see me the very next day. Simran and Holly are really good dentist and technician who made me feel relaxed and made sure I didn't have any pain whatsoever. They both looked after me and advised on exactly what was required for after care and the costs associated and I have to say they are top notch. I've now re-started my dental appointments with a visit to the hygienist next. Since I last went to them, they've had a refurbishment of the building, and to be fair, the practice looks really modern, bright and very professional looking. I'm happy that I chose them as my dentist, and I look forward to getting my teeth back in shape after such a long time of avoidance!

Fantastic experience: Our 11 year old son had to have 2 baby teeth out today as part of some other dental work that he needs doing. His dentist Ed was great with him. Explained everything fully and really put him at ease. He's never had to have anything like this before so was a little anxious but Ed was so good with him. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: After a long absence I finally visited the dentist to get my broken teeth fixed. I was seen by Ed & had a treatment plan & cost in place. After 4 more visits my teeth are fixed & look great, very happy with the service , the treatment & Ed. I will now be back for regular checkups. Excellent dental care.
