Fantastic experience: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Anish is hands down the best dentist ever! He completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist — I used to be nervous, but not anymore. He fixed my teeth with such care and precision, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. A huge shoutout also to Kasia, the manager — she is exceptional! So friendly, welcoming, and clearly very experienced. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the whole team made me feel completely at ease. The staff are just unbelievable — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Even though I live on the other side of London, I’d happily travel just to come back here. It’s honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you all so much!xxx

Positive experience: Affordable price, but you don’t get to see your orthodontist often, maybe once before you start your treatment. You also might need to wait long for next appointment and travel between London Bridge and Wimpole street as it’s really busy most of the time. But overall, staffs are nice and pretty well organized

Fantastic experience: Got my braces with Sensu and they’ve been so helpful with accommodating my needs and gave me great package which included teeth whitening, gum contouring and hygienist. The staff at Sensu are always friendly and always go the extra mile

They were very accommodating, kind and considerate of my situation and were helpful with everything and with any questions that I had concerning my treatment and my whitening. They were very careful and took their time with me to ensure everything was ok, and informed me of things I should do and take care of concerning my teeth. They took their time with me and were just so patient and helpful. The reception team at the London Bridge branch were also exceptionally accommodating towards me and kind, and were also equally informative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Today, I had a hygienist appointment with Katherine, and as always, the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. She was gentle, informative, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. It’s clear that everyone at Sensu genuinely cares about their patients. The clinic is always spotless, the practice staff and front of house are friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience feels calm and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Popped in today for my appointment to collect my lower retainers. I was unfortunately late by 10mins (we can thank London traffic for that) but Dr Richa Gala kindly fitted me even though she had just started her lunch break! Halfway to my perfect smile can’t wait until my top braces are off and I collect the top retainers. Sensu have been great all round and I can’t fault them!
