Fantastic experience: Carlos and his team are just brilliant, very patient with my 'problem friend one tooth' in my invisalign treatment. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: I had a lovely experience regarding incisives bonding with Dr. El Nazir. I was less happy when my worries about osteoporosis and side effects of meds were brushed off by another doctor. He was possibly right but his manners left a lot to be desired. The staff always very kind and helpful.

Positive experience: I am writing to complain about my treatment that I received from Dr.Roshni. I had booked a check up and paid the £30 and then rang the practice at Chiswick to say that I had chipped the bottom right Molar. And that I would need that treatment carrying out at my appointment as I was travelling abroad this week. I was called in 10 minutes late, no sooner had I put my bag down in the treatment room than Dr. Roshni said I believe you have. achieved tooth, we can either fill it, but it will probably come out or you can have a crown.At this point I had not even sat in the chair let alone opened my mouth so she could see the extent of the chip. She then looked at the tooth and I said I would prefer a filling so I can travel abroad without a temporary filling etc. I then had an X Ray which I was never shown or talked through.... I was numbed ready for the treatment. Then the water that comes out of the drill or one of the devices wasn't working so I sat there for 10 minutes whilst that was being sorted which isn't professional, I was the first patient but surely you'd just see if such things work....You wouldn't get a bunch of passengers on a bus start it up and find it doesn't work, I found this unprofessional.I also found the doctor to be really quite Snippy and a bit short in her manner. I did not receive a check up, the only focus was my filling which she did a good job on, and said she had put a lot of adhesive in there which I was grateful for. Previously I have had a similar issue eating Pork Crackling and had a temporary filling that lasted 3 years until I had it topped up. The reason I am especially miffed is that these are not the only two treatments surely? Composite Bonding was not discussed for instance. How can you without even seeing inside someone's mouth say what the treatment will be. I usually see another doctor who has a much more pleasant way about him. I also requested a bill for BUPA and on there was no mention of the £30 I had paid for the check up. So that invoice is incorrect also. I am happy to discuss this matter. I have a month later had no reply from Banning re my issue.

Negative experience: Not happy with the outcome of my root canal after paying alot of money. Some telephone receptionist are rude and have no empathy whatsoever. Once I finish my treatment here I certainly won't go back and do advise anyone else to

Negative experience: An experience to avoid at all costs. My last visit was a nightmare: the staff member interrupted the treatment to deliver a 5-minute sales pitch, trying to upsell me a more expensive service. I clearly said no and explained I didn’t have time for this, but she insisted and forced her way through the pitch, even telling me not to interrupt her. It was unbearable. At checkout, they charged me for a more expensive treatment than the one I actually received. I had to raise my voice for them to admit the “mistake.” Feels more like a scam than an accident. And the cherry on top? Relentless calls, even on Sundays, trying to pressure me into booking again — with threats that if I didn’t, I’d be “removed from the list” and forced to pay for a first consultation all over again. This is harassment dressed up as customer service, and it’s absolutely unacceptable. Also, don’t trust the 5-star reviews: they offer gift vouchers in exchange for them. If you leave a glowing review, they’ll knock something off your next service. That’s how they manipulate their ratings.

Fantastic experience: I went into an appointment with Miriam at Banning Chiswick Skin Clinic feeling ancient, sagging and tired. I was nervous that the Botox and fillers treatments I had booked would give me an unnatural, waxy looking face. But I came out feeling and (I hope) looking ten years younger and much more cheerful. I am thrilled with the results; everything looks natural and yet my face is completely refreshed. While I really notice a significant improvement (to my jowly lower face for example), it's all very subtle. Miriam is a highly skilled and sensitive facial aesthetician. There are much more expensive face doctors out there, but I don't think you'll get a better result. Highly recommend.

The whole team is amazing and super professional, friendly, and always making sure I’m comfortable Every treatment has been handled with so much care, and all the members of the team take the time to explain everything so I know exactly what’s going on . They genuinely care about their patients, and it shows in every visit.

Negative experience: My family went a few times. It was okay experience. My daughter’s dentist is a bit pushing on treatment. The referee program is a bit misleading, once you referred someone you need get manager to approve the discount, and they is many ways to make you ineligible for the referee fee.

Negative experience: Bad experience overall. Had a few appointments here with two doctors over one year, the first doctor was nice somehow not super experienced, with some uncomfortable feeling when filling. But the second dentist was either skillful nor considerate. The dentist kept hard selling things I don't need, even when I said I wasn't interested, super pushy. The dentist kept hurting my gum even when checking, worst hygiene and x-ray experience I've ever had. The appointment booking and invoicing process is complicated (deposit is required on all appointments and refund if cancelled takes a long time) and slow.

Fantastic experience: After years of being scared of the dentist and suffering the ill funded NHS dentists , I decided to try private and took the plunge with Bannings at Chesterfield.. No words can seriously explain the welcome and support they have given me, guiding me through every process from check ups to hygienist and now I am ready to try implants , something I never would of dreamed of doing just over a year ago. The Staff at Chesterfield are absolutely amazing , always friendly and supportive.... well done all of you and thankyou for giving me the confidence to visit the Dentist again.

The only thing that improved my skin is micro needling. Dilay has been amazing with me. She explained everything about the procedure and she did amazing work. Negative experience: I told the aesthetician before doing a peel yesterday that I was looking for a healthy glow in preparation for my Hen in two weeks. I asked how much dryness to expect and she told me there would likely be some flaking around my nose over the next few days and minor dryness. I did warn the aesthetician in advance that I have sensitive skin, and she assured me the peel would be appropriate for my skin. I was shocked following the treatment yesterday at how red and painful my skin was. The aesthetician suggested aloe Vera gel and applying cold water compresses. However, this morning I have broken skin and scabbing all over my face.

Negative experience: Unfortunately banning dental didn't help to resolve my issue regarding the finance. I feel Hannah was extremely helpful and did leave me a message to seek 7 different options for finance, however she's left and the new lady wasn't helpful at all and seemed like she just wanted to end the call and go home. I did raise the issue with the receptionist and she said she would get the manager to contact me but no contact was made
