Connie has got me to the point where I am not even bothered about going to the hygienist she is an amazing hygienist and looks after her patients very well thank you.

Positive experience: I recently attended the Hull practice for a routine dental and hygiene appointment. However I received a phone call from the practice the morning of my appointment to be informed the hygienist has gone home poorly. I appreciate that sickness can’t be predicted but surely my appointment could have been moved to a different hygienist or the dentist could have carried out this work. I now have the inconvenience of having to return to the practice on a second occasion. Surely the business should have some resilience to account for occurrences like this.

Fantastic experience: My wife attended 543 recently for a tooth extraction. I am her primary carer and my wife is a wheelchair user and suffers with Dementia. The 543 centre is wheelchair friendly and well equipped to cope with disabled clients. The practice is well staffed and everyone there was welcoming, friendly and I believe Dementia aware. I can say that every visit we make to 543 has been fantastic, we have been clients there for a number of years and on every visit, whether it is for a routine check up and a appointment to see Connie, our hygienist, we are looked after very well, from having access to disabled parking to all the staff being polite and helpful. Our current dentist Henry Furbank, who deals with both of us, with great professionalism and care, as does his dental assistant and keeps us informed on exactly what was going to be done and carried out the procedures with calmness and tenderness.

Fantastic experience: They were very patient with my 22/25 MDAS & agoraphobic butt. Took me months to finally sit in the chair to have a tooth extraction, and whilst on the day I was VERY overwhelmed and things moved too quickly for my comfort (I believe the staff were eager for their lunch haha) I won't "mark down" for it - it's just a typical day for the staff. I do wish someone had sort of just sat with me and explained what was happening ("they're inserting your IV right now, which will have this little hole on top for the good drugs to go in" just simple stuff), what was gonna happen next, though the reassurances that "I'm doing fine" were nice, I was still very overwhelmed. I'm grateful they were able to give me enough of the nice drugs to keep me out of it during the procedure and I received a very quick reintroduction to my emotional support human once I "woke"!

Negative experience: Well I had 4teeth removed from your dental. And when I contacted to let you know I was experiencing really bad pain. I received an email saying it was normal and to see how I go over weekend and if no better then to contact Monday. I then again emailed regarding the pain I was getting. And I was told to contact 111 or the dentist that referred me. And when I went back to a dentist yesterday I had 4 dry sockets.. if 543 dental got me in the same day I emailed I might not be suffering from so much pain. I feel like I was treated disgusting and that they didn't care about me.

Fantastic experience: On my 3rd visit to 543 after 7teeth extraction.the aftercare, advice and treatment has been 2nd to none.i was even contacted for an earlier appointment due to someone's cancellation.will have my dentures very soon.so happy.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a filling with Sara Ashfraf. Please forgive me if the spelling it wrong. Sara was brilliant, I explained how I was not a fan of the experience. She was patient, and very gentle. The injection was hardly felt, and the filling was rather large. In all honesty it's the best experience I have had at a dentist. I would highly recommend the dental practice and particularly Sara. 5 stars well deserved

Fantastic experience: All the staff where very friendly and professional. The only thing I could find to criticise was rhe emptiness of the waiting rooms the sound was made very loud and i found that I couldn't hear my name called until a nurse asked me, the surgery was nice clean and well set out giving a relaxing feeling as did the actual dentist. Overall I would say I had a very pleasant experience while visiting 543 dental practice

Fantastic experience: Made emergency visit to Pilar, Henry and team of top nurses, I have broken a molar and they are trying to save the tooth,rather than remove it. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they know I'm very nervous of the dentists, so talk me through it and offer breaks in the process. 3 visits and it's feeling better, hopefully last one next week, if not it's back to molar out and an implant. Hopefully sorted before that.

Visiting a new dentist I was very apprehensive but I will have no problem visiting the next time as first visit filled me with confidence :-)

Fantastic experience: I get very anxious when I have to go to the dentist. My dentist knows this and he is really good at how he presents himself. He speaks slowly and calmly and tries to take my mind away from being at the dentist by asking me questions about my day, family etc

Fantastic experience: I was somewhat upset that my old dentist, which I had attended for over 50 years, closed at short notice and, as a Denplan patient, I was transferred, without consultation, to 543. I was, however, pleasantly surprised with the welcome, friendliness and efficiency I received from the receptionists, dentist, hygienist and assistants at my check up there earlier this week and I look forward to my next appointment in six months.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist. Staff always pleasant. I admit to getting to know this practice quite well. A lot of the negative reviews aren't to be taken at face value in my opinion. I have had a lot of treatment done here (I'd rather have been blessed with better/healthier teeth, and not had to take medication on top of it causing dry mouth) than have had so much treatment and time spent here. So I've had quite some treatment over the years, but never had to go back or make any phone calls because something went wrong or been done wrong, or had too much discomfort afterwards.

Negative experience: Wow! That's all I can say. I had family members who used this surgery and privately, I'll tell you what we all agree on , and that's something in our family! The dentists little helpers who look like they came from the wrong turn some! And the reason I say that not due to their appearance, but for the lack of communication, politeness, manners, any form of human interaction! Not sure if the dentists here approve of this lack of basic interaction or response, but it's definitely bad for business. U lost two patients in the past and me after my experience. What a shame since the dentist was lovely, however practice managment and the way they train even receptionists there, charging thousands then asking for a deposit for a simple checkup!! I've just paid thousands! Wth! Ur chasing 50 quid or whatever it is the charge for a checkup! well below an acceptable level. This place has put profits before customer satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: Sara Ashraf is the best dentist I've ever had. As a rather nervous dental patient I have trouble remaining calm once in the chair and Sara was able to help with this. I'm recommending her and 543 to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent team at this practice removed four teeth two of which broken at gum level. Removal carried out under sedation did not feel anything at all. Not even the next day no need to take any pain relief.

Everything about my procedure was explained to me clearly, including any risks and all aftercare instructions. I was treat with dignity and respect. Fantastic experience: Dale, Jackie and colleagues are a fantastic team. They took so much time and patience to make sure that our young son was able to access all necessary dental checks. Our son is autistic and ADHD, he was initially quite scared of going to the dentist however the team made every effort to help him regulate and feel safe with them. Really brilliant experience, we’re really grateful for the team’s ongoing support to access family appointments with reasonable adjustments for the little man.

Fantastic experience: Referred to 543 Dental to have full jaw X-ray completed due to undergoing medical treatment at hospital. The premises are very comfortable and clean and very welcoming. Greeting by reception staff on arrival was friendly and very efficient. Arrived early for appointment and was greeted by technician and had X-rays done within a few minutes of arrival. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and polite staff and very efficient service provided. Would gladly use again and wholeheartedly recommend 543 Dental. 5 Star service.

Positive experience: I wasn't too impressed by the the treatment received, my particular dentist simply wasn't listening. The last word from the dentist was "your health is the problem" though I'm fit to have an operation which is scheduled for next week. The other aspect is you don't get a statement of costs just a tiny receipt for your payment.

Fantastic experience: I had a routine check up appointment this time but the day before I had cracked a tooth. I explained this to the dentist who dealt with it immediately whilst putting me at ease. I am a very nervous patient and I managed to leave there feeling very happy and with a fixed tooth. I'd definitely recommend this dental practice. I've always been treated very well and put at ease on every visit.

Fantastic experience: All my life I've been frightened of dentist but Henry my dentist and all the staff are always friendly and helpful. Henry knows how scared I was but he reassured me all the time. I had sedation for all teeth out and dentures in and can 100% say I never felt anything. The only thing I remember is having a cannula put in my arm. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to everyone. Thank you for everything you have all done.

Negative experience: The actual appointment was lovely I went for a panoramic X-ray as I was having some dental work done abroad. I checked afterwards that the X-ray would be sent to the clinic abroad has they had done the referral. I was assured that they would send them to the clinic. This X-ray was very important as it would give the clinic some idea of the procedures I needed. Imagine how angry I was that the clinic didn’t receive them. I may as well have taken £53 and thrown it down the drain! What a waste of time and money that I personally can’t afford..
