This is a very busy practice which in it's self shows the satisfactory service given. My present dentist Mr Baker and hygienist Haley give outstanding treatment and support.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and an immaculate practice. . The front of house team who dealt with my appointment were very welcoming, helpful, friendly and informative. The text message service suited my work pattern as it was quick, and i could respond at my own leisure. I had a private filling, and the dentist was clearly very experienced and did a great job. The practice has undergone recent refurbishment which is 5 star, very modern and extremely clean.

Fantastic experience: Once again I Had excellent treatment and care taken by my Hygienist Hannar Parker who is very impressed with how far we have come on getting my teeth and gums back to good health. I’m equally very happy with my Dentist Aqsa Ahmed who is so gentle throughout the treatment I have received so far since she has become my dentist. I normally clench my hands when having the numbing injection but not now, The treatment I have received so far on an old filling , Tooth removal and now new Denture plate replacement is excellent, So thank you Aqsa Ahmed and Hannar Parker for the excellent level of treatment and care you gave. Felt totally relaxed during my treatment today and on the prognosis of the teeth.

Positive experience: Had an appointment for a check up at 09:30 but was told the dentist was running 15 minutes late due to an emergency. Saw him at 09:55 and he was thorough and pleasant as usual. No problems really as emergencies cannot be predicted.

Fantastic experience: I attended the hygenist's clinic this afternoon, 30th April 2025. She uses the new scale and Polish equipment which is far superior to the previous equipment, which, I believe, is still used by hygenists. The new equipment is more pleasant to have, in my opinion. It first of all uses a disclosing which highlights where the plaque is located on the teeth. It does cost more to have this particular equipment but I am prepared to pay for this. The hygenist advises me to see her every 6 months. In between visits I brush and floss my teeth twice a day, and use a mouthwash which is a good one for maintaining healthy gums. The hygenist was happy with the state of my teeth and says that my teeth cleaning regime is doing the job in helping to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Thank you to the hygenist. I am sorry I do not know her name, nor the name of the equipment she uses. But I am more than satisfied with my treatment.

Both my boys have been there since their first appointment and Mr Bates have always made them feel comfortable and he makes it an enjoyable, easy experience for them. Fantastic experience: Two root canals a couple of weeks apart needed prior to crowns being fitted. Although never a welcome procedure, I have to say that it was a painless experience during it being carried out. A few days of minor discomfort afterwards whilst my teeth settled down, but nothing a couple of paracetamol didn’t sort out. Felt well looked after throughout.

Negative experience: Had a really bad experience this morning with my dentist- despite me being her first patient she showed up 10 mins late to my appointment (I know I was her first patient because I saw her walk in chatting with another member of staff) she was so rude, one of her colleagues also came in in the middle of the check up to ask questions about another case? Didn’t even tell me anything about my teeth just really roughly scraped off some calculus (which was painful!) with no warning, and then went ‘I’ll get you a rinse’. Didn’t say anything about my teeth, didn’t apologise for being late, didn’t even say goodbye. The reception staff and dental nurses are always lovely without fail, and this doesn’t go unnoticed. My dental nurse this time was lovely and apologised for the wait etc. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with the dentists at this practice since it changed hands, before it changed hands I had no issues at all. I’m sure it’s a stressful job but some basic respect would go a long way. People are paying quite a bit of money to come here.

At the consultation, Dr Khan was very professional, thorough and took his time to explain the procedure to me so I was reassured. The procedure went really well and I had no pain at all afterwards. The team telephoned me the next day on a Saturday to check I was OK, and I had a check up after a month. It was a very positive experience and I would absolutely recommend.
