Negative experience: Disappointing Experience relating to the management and administrative process of child's care, resulting in us registering our child at a different dental clinic. Lack of upfront information shared prior to a referral being made by the dentist left our hands completely tied, and complete lack of flexibility or willingness to correct an admin error on their behalf. " There is nothing we can do, but you can choose to go private", was their solution to a very fixable situation.

I've called several times near lunch and it is a purposeful sabotage to call to avoid responsibilities. Id never trust my dental health with a company that lacks discernment and standards with their front of house staff.

My appointment wasn’t confirmed by text or email, and when I arrived, the receptionist said I was late, even though I wasn’t according to the actual appointment time. She was rude and not considerate. It seems they've focused on their reputation but not on training their staff.

The dental services themselves were satisfactory, and the dentist and other staff were excellent—professional, helpful, and attentive. However, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. She was on the phone and showed little regard for patients, which came across as rude and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and front desk staff should reflect the same standard of care as the rest of the team. Her attitude alone could make someone think twice about coming back.

Negative experience: The service is atrocious , the receptionist was rude, she treated my mother in law in aggressive way and she refused to forward her the doctor just because of 5 mins delay knowing that my mother in law is pensioner and she is 67 years .The receptionist started shouting upon my mother in law and when she left the clinic she refused to open the door back for her. And when I spoke to her she was rude as well and when I told her iam going to make a complaint she said go ahead.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hashem is exceptional, I needed a replacement crown for a front tooth and she was fantastic throughout the entire process. she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted the final result to look like and she ensured the crown was created perfectly with the right shape/colour, I could not have asked for a better end result - it looks like a real tooth! Dr. Hashem also did a fantastic job with the temporary crown that’s required for 2 weeks before the permanent one is fitted, the temporary crown looked very good and did not move and I was able to eat etc. normally. Not only are her technical skills fantastic but she did a great job at explaining each stage and easing my anxiety, I cannot recommend her enough!

Negative experience: Not recommend, I’m very disappointed. The dentist pulled a face on me and spoke in a very unconcerned, serious tone, I had bad dental experience before, this already made me very nervous. I know my pronunciation is not that brilliant, but there’s no need to frown at me. And all she did was doing a very hasty tap on my wisdom teeth and said yeah it’s infected without washing it for me or anything. And when I mentioned my other tooth, she said we just checked your wisdom teeth, not checking other tooth. And when we finished, she immediately abandoned me and walked outside, left me with receptionist who’s on her phone all the time, while I was waiting to pay that £26.80 for nothing. There’s no X-ray checking, just a suggestion of referral to hospital, no good attitude at all and refused to check another tooth. Deliberate indifference and frowning. One of the worst dental experiences I had. I’m thinking of going back to the place where I lived, even it means lots of travelling as the dentist was much more friendly and helpful!

Negative experience: The clinic cancelled the Monday afternoon appointment on Sunday afternoon (yes, next day) with a presumptive email "'appreciate your understanding" - without any explanation as to what caused the cancellation. But when I replied, asking for a proper explanation, I received a stupidly aggressive email. My Advice: Avoid.

Negative experience: I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for a hygiene treatment at this clunic. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. When I called to book my appointment, everything seemed fine until I mentioned the Groupon voucher. Suddenly, the receptionist's tone changed, and she rudely informed me that I would need to have an additional checkup, which would cost extra, before I could use my voucher for the hygiene treatment. This additional cost meant that using the voucher would end up being more expensive than their standard rate for hygiene treatments! It's appalling that they use Groupon to lure in new clients only to spring hidden costs on them. I've since requested a refund for my voucher and canceled my appointments. I will never be visiting this clinic and would advise others to avoid it if they value transparent, honest, and courteous service. Disgusting service and a complete lack of respect for potential new clients. Stay away!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental hygienist treatment today and Shams was really thorough with both the cleaning and polish. I would definitely recommend her for dental cleaning.

Positive experience: Extremely clean and well maintained dentist, loads of dentists available most of the time, the only issue I genuinely have with this place is the one of the reception staff, you over hear them bad mouthing people they have just spoken to on the phones constantly and she speaks on the phone like she doesn't care at all...it's unfortunate because the dentist is amazing just need to change the behaviour of the receptionist...but other then that the place is wonderful.
