Fantastic experience: My first hygienist appointment with Melody was rather lovely and a memorable visit. I was putting off a dentist visit after COVID-19 and she was really able to make me feel welcomed, and assured during my procedure. The attention to detail is what impressed me most, as well as her personability. I liked being told as the procedure went on what was happening, and Melody was a great person to leave in the hands of my teeth. I will sure to return, when my 6 months is due up. Highly recommend. The environment is also very clean, has a warm feeling and the music was really relaxing too. See you soon, WLDC team! Hamza x

Negative experience: When the first thing you hear is a receptionist say to a patron waiting in line in front of you - "sorry, we made a mistake with your booking and wont be able to see you today" I knew I was in trouble. They kindly offered a free visit for this gentlemen whose appointment they had overlooked. My first appointment was scheduled for 4PM today. I raced across London - 1 hour and 20 minutes away - I made it on time. 6 minutes early to be exact. I waited in the lobby for more than 15 minutes before I was told to see the hygienist. Sitting in the chair the hygienist had me fill out a first time information form - why wasn't I given that in the lobby? (Here is why that matters) She then proceeded to tell me, as the tools were probing my mouth, that she will do her best to clean my teeth today, but in the event that she cannot finish, and that if I am not happy, that I will have to book another visit at a later date. Wait, what? if she cant finish and If I am not happy? I have never heard this before. I had asked her what she meant, and she said that each patient is given a certain amount of time, and since i was late (hold on, I was early) that she would "do her best" - but I knew this meant she was setting me up for a a disappointment that I would be coming back for a second visit. And that second visit wouldn't be free. Not that the attitude of the hygienist was acceptable in the first place, but hey, its the end of the day and I know we all want to go home But I wasn't late. I was early. And the receptionists were explaining to people why they were late and missing due to the office moving and the new software and the (insert excuses here) But she said I was. And that she didn't see me in the waiting room, Yet I did check in, and the receptionist did ask my name, and knew I was present and waiting. I was only 1 one 4 people in the small waiting room, and the only one standing. The hygienist repeatedly shared with me why she thought I was late, in a more and more aggressive and argumentative tone. This was one of the rudest persons I had met in a long while. I wouldn't be surprised if there were similar interactions with clients before. I did something I had never done before I got up out of the chair and walked out If you would like to berated, then this is the place for you. And no, even a free visit wouldn't have me come back.

Negative experience: I experienced a highly unprofessional attitude from the hygienist, Alexandra Gilmeau. Her responses were not only adamant but also delivered in a VERY RUDE manner. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I had not completed a pre-appointment form, which I had never received. Alexandra insisted that the form had been sent and then implied that we would only be able to accomplish a limited amount during this appointment, despite my punctuality and full payment. During the hygiene cleaning, I requested the use of local anesthetic. Alexandra responded in a VERY RUDE manner, stating that it could only be prescribed by my general practitioner and that she was unable to provide it. This information is inaccurate, as my previous hygienist, Melody, had administered the anesthetic without requiring a prescription. The recent changes in the local anesthetic protocols by this hygienist raise questions about her understanding of her professional responsibilities and the established procedures. It appears there may be a lack of clarity regarding her role in this context. Additionally, my time and plans with my family on my day off have been significantly disrupted due to a wasted appointment.

They make you feel very welcome and as someone who suffers anxiety and needed to have 4 veneers done, Dr Marnitz and his wonderful Assistant Lisa were amazing and really helped to put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service! I had my crown and filling done with Dr Jonathan Henry and he has done an amazing job. Dr Henry, the nurse and Claire, at the reception, are so friendly and kind that, they make going to the dentist enjoyable, if that’s possible. I’d definitely recommend.

She is very extremely polite even on the phone. I was attended by Dr Christine Gordon on arrival to the clinic. Clinic is very clean which is my very first impression. Dr Gordon is exceptional kind . Moreover she is very professional. She explained all treatment steps to fix my bad tooth and I got everything informed beforehand . I have overheard from my friends that this clinic is the best dental practice in London before I booked for appointment.
