She takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I actually look forward to my appointments now thanks to her! Fantastic experience: It took me a while to find a proper dental clinic that met the standards I was used to in North America. I recently had my first cleaning with Heather, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the entire process. It was a thorough, proper cleaning—including some hand scaling—not the quick 15-minute appointments I’ve experienced in the UK (and yes, I’ve tried some of the so-called reputable clinics). Highly recommend Heather if you’re looking for quality care and attention to detail!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Jarlath. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel at ease with his calm and friendly manner. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. The treatment was carried out with great care and attention and, I felt I was in very capable hands throughout. I really appreciated his attention to detail and genuine care for my comfort. Negative experience: I had an infection following a surgery and these people gaslit me and started telling me I was a hypochondriac every time I asked for antibiotics, I offered to pay lots of money for it etc. They told me to "stop looking it" then my throat started swelling up and the emergency dentist said he didn't understand why they wouldn't prescribe antibiotics. No tests, no x rays, just "stop being a whimp about it and don't look at it" They gaslit me, called me a hypochondriac, and then wasted my time delaying further treatment by cancelling everything else. Which is probably for the best considering their advice was to just "stop looking" And now I'm just waiting for the claim line people to ring while BUPA pick up the slack. They might be okay for some routine treatments but I certainly wouldn't trust them with your life.

Hygienist appointments by the lovely Beth ensure that my teeth are kept in perfect health. Monthly payment plans are competitive and affordable.

Fantastic experience: I've been registered with Union Quay for a year and a half and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. My teeth look and feel the best they've ever been and I credit Beth one of their fantastic hygienist with that. My appointments with Beth are great, she's very thorough and I have managed to calm all of the gum inflammation I had in a very short period of time after following her very precise instructions. I wish I'd joined this dental practice years ago.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up with my Hygienist yesterday. Due to medical conditions I had some specific requirements, which Heather was easily able to deal with. She was very gentle, friendly and superbly efficient. A Dental visit is a necessity, rather than a treat, but Heather's approach made me as relaxed as it is possible. The scale and polish were quickly done and the end result was very pleasing. I will always ask for Heather in future appointments. As is normal for Union Quay Dental staff, she was a credit to the Company , as were the Receptionists. By the time I got home, an email was waiting confirming my next Check Up and Hygienist appointments. What a great service from an excellent firm.

Although I was very nervous she soon put me at ease. She explained everything she was doing and also said we could stop at any point. I found the treatment itself bearable so didn't need to stop. Fantastic experience: Unscheduled visit to hygienist Yasmin greatly appreciated as I was having gum trouble!! I was fitted in quickly, earlier than my 6 month scheduled visit, and graciously ironed out. Feeling better already!!

Fantastic experience: I don’t like the dentist but the hygienist and nurse have really taken me on a journey. They have the right balance of education and motivation. Prevention is better than treatment. No different to giving your tea cups a deep clean periodically.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first appointment, I was nervous as have several medical conditions. The drugs I have had to take have not done my teeth and gums any favours. Ewan was absolutely brilliant, he explained everything in a way that I understood. The nerves melted away and I felt relaxed, comfortable and included. I'm back again next week for a filling....without the nerves this time thanks to Ewan Bramley and the team.

Fantastic experience: I have just had nearly 2 hours of root canal treatment, and weirdly, it was quite a pleasant experience - once I settled and got over my initial nerves! I even fell asleep on a few occasions, so must have been good. I have been using Ewan Bramley's surgery for many years now, having moved from the 'NHS' who provided a terrible service. What I get from EB is brilliant, they took the fear out of the dentist and give me loads of great treatment and advice. Just wish we had this 30 years ago! Update 16/04/25 - Also to add praise to Beth, my hygienist, who does an amazing job looking after my pearly whites.

Fantastic experience: Had my 3 monthly hygienist appointment today with Yasmin. She is very good. She is very thorough as well as being gentle and caring. Gives me good advice on techniques to use to improve my teeth cleaning. I fully recommend her.

Negative experience: Poor experience. Treatment took nearly 2 years for Invisalign. Constantly rearranging appointments and ridiculously long wait times in between each. Ended up cancelling my treatment without actually getting composites done as was sick of being messed about. Constantly being told conflicting info from dentists, hygienists and reception staff. Lots of individual bad experiences. The treatment itself was effective as my teeth look better than they did before. However but the whole customer experience from start to finish was a joke. Never felt welcome when I switched dentists after a bad experience my original one. It's a shame because I see so many great reviews and I'm just disappointed I have not had the same experience. On a plus the hygienist I had was a pleasure and she always made me feel welcome.

I also like that they've changed up the hygiene portion with hygienists now giving you a break every so often so you don't feel like you're choking on the fluids (you all know what I mean). Fantastic experience: I had my hygienist appointment with Priscilla today and have nothing but praise. Priscilla is so friendly and always explains everything carefully and listens to any concerns I have about my gums. I am really happy with the improvements made, due to the care and expertise she has and cannot recommend her enough which is why even though I have moved, I travel back from Lincolnshire to see her. Also a shout out to Eve on reception who is so friendly and helpful. Travelling from Lincolnshire means I have to co-ordinate my hygienist appointment with my husband’s appointment and availability at the airbnb which is no easy feat. Her patience in finding me appointments that work is really appreciated, especially as she goes out of her way to get the appointments for myself and husband together to minimise having to come back another day. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Yasmin my Dental Hygienist is always lovely, friendly, helpful and does a fab job cleaning my teeth and gums. She explains things really well in an easy to understand way, and takes time to answer any questions. She does all this in a way that makes it feel like she cares about your dental care compared to staff in other dentists who can go into a headteacher telling off mode. What I like best is what can be an anxious appointment is made less stressful by her reassurance. Thank you
