Fantastic experience: I have been with Westbury Dental Care for over 10 years now I have had various procedures all have been accomplished eith the minimum of fuss. My current dentist Dr Bomi is not only efficient but also very good at explaining what is going on whilst she is working. The reception staff are also very well organised and friendly. Fantastic experience: Dentist is so nice and explaing details, whenever we go there, it makes me feel so good. In addition, the doctor is fluent in Korean, which is a great help when receiving treatment.

Negative experience: The Oral Hygienist (Indian Lady on Sat - she replaced the Korean girl without informed me) did not perform her work properly. She polished (cleaning) my teeth. My T-shirt was wet and the polishing material all over my shirt (all white dots). I really need a compensation … if I can give zero mark, I will.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually write reviews but Westbury Dental Practice are superb. Professional and friendly service from the staff at reception through to the and gentle dentists and hygienists. The premises are always clean too! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Negative experience: Nothing really happened and they charged me £25. I didn’t realise just a dentist looking over ur teeth and saying numbers costs £25. I was also asking questions because I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and after the third question she made eye contact with her assistant as if to hint im asking too many questions. Quite uncomfortable

I'll be signing my husband up as a patient now. Place is clean and staff are friendly. Parking is along side streets if you can find a spot (which I did).

Fantastic experience: Just joined as an NHS patient and took my young daughter for her very first dental check-up last Friday. Everything was spotless, appointment ran on time and the staff were great with my little one. They even managed to squeeze me in on the spot to have a crown put back in which saved me a lot of unnecessary travel time. Thank you!

Negative experience: Been trying to call them during day, and they just don’t pick up the phone or return a call even after leaving a message.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to this dental clinic for a check up. The front desk staff here were very friendly. Dr. Jae was also extremely kind and patient. My English isn’t very good, but she took the time to carefully explain everything to me. I’ve had a teeth grinding problem for a long time but have been reluctant to wear a night guard. She patiently explained the disadvantages of not wearing one. I also have gum disease, and she helped me book a deep cleaning treatment. Overall, this visit to the dentist was a very positive experience. I’m truly grateful to all the staff here.

She was referred to Kunal by her lovely dentist about two years ago, and since then, he has become her trusted dentist. Kunal is not only skilled but incredibly kind, caring, and understanding. Given that we live an hour away, he has always been accommodating with appointments, ensuring my mom receives the care she needs despite our travel constraints. Mom isn’t easily impressed, but she has been beyond happy with Kunal. He treats her like family, prioritising her comfort at every visit. Her complex gingivitis and health condition required a specialist dental surgeon for her upper arch dental implant, and Kunal coordinated everything seamlessly. He introduced us to the outstanding surgeon, Asif, and the very kind and gentle anaesthetist, Dr. Khan (fondly known as "Papa Smurf"). Thanks to their expertise, the intricate procedure went smoothly. Kunal's dedication shines through in his flexibility, patience, and honesty. He always presents options with clear pros and cons, ensuring we make informed decisions together. The entire team is fantastic—Alex, mom’s favourite dental nurse, is especially amazing at breaking down technical procedures into simple terms while providing care and kindness. The receptionists have also been wonderful, especially Laura, who has been incredibly helpful despite our frequent inquiries. I am deeply grateful to Kunal and everyone at Westbury Dental Care for their exceptional care of my mom. And now, after witnessing the quality of care firsthand, the whole family has started seeing Kunal! What more can we ask for? See you all again soon!

Fantastic experience: I had my tooth extracted 2 days ago. Dr Boomi was fantastic and kind. I had no problem and recovered quickly. The staffs are great. Once l had an appointment with Dr Patel he is down to earth person and knowledgeable. Westbury is always helpful.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I have to leave this review due to poor communication. My daughter's appointment was cancelled without any explanation or prior notice—only an email with no reason. Since then, I’ve tried calling and emailing, but I haven’t received any response. It’s been nearly impossible to rebook her appointment. Very disappointing service.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually write reviews but can’t let go this time. Dr Kunal Patel is the most gentle, polite and very knowledgeable professional Dentist that I have visited in last 50yrs and I should know as my teeth are not at its best at a senior age. His interpersonal approach put me at ease immediately and his effective diagnosis, clear detailed explanation of the procedure he gained my trust too. Overall a smooth comfortable treatment. 7* for him but the system only allows 5*

The dentists are really professional but also warm and kind, which makes such a difference – especially for kids who might be a bit nervous. I’ve always felt grateful for the way they handle things with such care and patience. And the reception team are just as lovely – always polite and welcoming, which really helps put you at ease. Genuinely thankful to have found them.

Fantastic experience: The first time I went to the emergency room was because the gum around my wisdom tooth was severely inflamed and extremely painful. But Dr. Kam was really kind and attentive—he carefully explained the possible solutions to me. In the end, he thoughtfully removed the wisdom tooth and once again clearly explained the reactions I might have after the anesthesia, and followed up with me. I'm truly grateful. All the staff here are also very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist experience I've ever had After more than a decade of neglecting my teeth and avoiding the dentist due to bad experiences, I finally plucked up the courage to make an appointment (luckily for the same day) and had my first experience with Shivani. During our initial chat, she was very welcoming and understanding of my anxiety to come in to get my teeth checked and reassured me that it wasn't as bad as I expected. Next appointment was a cleaning session (thanks Rupa!), followed by extraction and filling. Shivani was again very reassuring and informative throughout. Just wanted to say thanks so much to Shivani and the rest of the team for being so welcoming and understanding!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at this clinic. I found it very easily. I was warmly welcomed and invited in at the time I had booked in for. The doctor was very attentive. I was worried because I didn't know the language well. But I understood everything they said. I had a problem with my front tooth, and naturally I was worried because as a woman I care about how I look aesthetically, so I really liked this careful attitude towards maintaining my health first and foremost, minimal intervention and professional correction. The price/quality ratio was very pleasing. I definitely recommend this dental clinic !

Fantastic experience: The best in the business! I have had extensive work over the years with Westbury and am very happy with the results. When I first attended over 11 years ago I was petrified after having previous bad experiences. Dr Kunal Patel, Alex and the team were kind, reassuring and keen to find the best treatment plan that I would be happy with. I now take my children there, who are also treated with patience and care. I am no longer that nervous dental patient and cannot recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Westbury Dental for many years, first under the care of Dr Kunal Patel and now Dr Bomi Yi. I’ve had more dental work than I care to mention but I’ve always felt respected and cared for, and never shamed or told off. I had an implant at the practise too and a problem with it was fixed effectively. Dr Bomi Yi is so clear with what she’s doing and any issues with my teeth, explaining all the available options and never doing work unnecessarily. I also really appreciate that the surgery has NHS status for patients. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a relaxing appointment with the hygienist today. I must say, that I dreaded the visit as I didn’t want to get nagged whilst expecting a response with hands in my mouth! J was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed with simple conversation. I was informed of the process and we began, I waited, not a peep. So, I unclenched and not only did I have a pleasant experience with some advice and a thumbs up, I also had a thorough cleaning job on my gnashers Thank you!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the service I received. After paying £26.80 for a consultation on 7th February, the dentist ( Elaine Marti ) diagnosed that I needed a root canal. During the procedure on 28th February, she said I needed to see a specialist and charged me £73.50 for this. After the specialist completed the root canal and sent an urgent request for a permanent filling, Dr. Marti told me that she had no time and that I should go elsewhere. I was forced to pay another £73.50 on 16th March to a different dentist to finish the job. This unprofessional and careless behavior caused me a lot of stress, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I am a new patient and had been having serious issues with a tooth which my previous dental practice had not been able to help me with. I am so grateful that the destist i saw examined my tooth. Took an x ray and was able to remove the tooth excellently on my first visit. I am over the moon happy with the kindness and professionalism that the dentist and her assistant showed. I was expecting to be referred or to have to make a further appointment to have it removed, but i was very pleased that the dentist was willing to remove the tooth there and then. Honestly, Tabitha is super approachable and excellent at what she does, incredibly detail driven and won't hesitate to give you the best tailored guidance on oral health. My sessions always feel super relaxed (I could easily fall asleep whilst she works but make an effort not to) and I wouldn't want anyone else for my appointments!

The treatment continues to be as before - professional and good quality; and the service friendly, courteous, helpful... in fact just perfect. I wouldn't have it any other way. Fantastic experience: I had check up and treatment from westbury dental care with Dr.Ami .Mehta yesterday and she was a caring kind dentist who gave me clear information condition of my teeth and explained all option of treatment . She also kindly sent me the exrayes and talked to me over the phone not worrying about her valuable time . I must also mention here that i had the local anaestatic injection for the very first time with zero pain and discomfort. I really could not beleive that . Fantastic experience: Dr Kunal Patel is a very good and attentive dentist and Wendy Pearce has been my hygienist for a few years. Grateful for the attention afforded me to ensure I have no dental problems during my medical treatment. I would like to add that Dr Asif Hamid also does excellent surgical work. New and updated dental equipment has since improved the services of this clinic. Thanking, also, all the pleasant and efficient receptionists which no doubt contribute to the smooth everyday running of the clinic.
