Fantastic experience: Fabulous visit as usual. Lovely welcome from all staff on my arrival. The staff always exhibit professional, customer orientated service and are very friendly and chatty too. The surgery was exceptionally clean and my treatment was carried out in a very efficient and friendly manner. Thank you all at Ollie n Darsh.

Fantastic experience: We visited this dental practice to follow up on my wife’s Invisalign treatment, which she had started abroad. Dr. Ollie was incredibly honest and professional in explaining that their practice offers a different type of aligners and not the exact Invisalign treatment she previously received. He kindly recommended that we first look for a dentist who specializes in the same Invisalign treatment to continue her care and helped us find one. If that wasn’t possible, he offered to start a new treatment plan from scratch. I really appreciated the thorough explanation he provided about my wife’s situation. It was clear he had our best interests in mind. What truly stood out was that Dr. Ollie refunded us for the consultation, saying it wouldn’t be fair to charge us for a consultation that wouldn’t lead to treatment at his practice. Overall, we felt very comfortable with Dr. Ollie. His honesty, clarity, and professionalism make him one of the best, and we truly appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: A visit to the dentist is not something we particularly look forward to but was immediately put at ease when I came into surgery to a pleasant 'office' setting with nice seating area, receptionists are really friendly and I didn't need to wait long to be taken into treatment room by Ollie he was fairly relaxed and he explained what would happen throughout the dental assessment have had a couple of negative experiences at the dentist so was feeling a little anxious so we just chatted through process had a few x rays and photos taken of my mouth discussed treatment plan in detail costs was reasonable so have booked for extraction and feel confident that they will do everything possible to make. experience as comfortable as possible I felt I was treated as a person and not just another mouth on a treatment list so if you're feeling anxious bout going to dentist I would certainly recommend them!

Negative experience: This practice is incredibly proactive when it comes to suggesting new treatments (£££), but beyond that, there is a distinct lack of communication. After moving to a different dental practice, I needed access to my patient information. My emails and calls to Suzy (their Business Manager) went unanswered. Interestingly, as soon as I emailed Suzy saying I needed more dental work (£££), she responded immediately.

Fantastic experience: Had a scrape and polish today. Really pleased with results. Dentist was very professional and supportive.

Fantastic experience: My visit to Ollie and Darsh ran as smoothly as every visit does. I arrived early as I tend to and was actually with Darsh before my appointment time. She checked me out paying particular attention to my recent dental inlay work and having decided everything was fine I was passed on to Scott for a clean and polish. With that done I was on my way home having exchanged "Merry Xmas" wishes with the staff. As usual I was more than happy with the treatment.

Negative experience: Thought I was being mugged off… went for something pretty simple and got a quote that made my eyes water… don’t try and sell me something I don’t want… I’m fully aware of what I’d like so if you don’t want to do it then don’t advertise it

Fantastic experience: I’ve just started my 4th month on the spark treatment and it’s been amazing! Suzy has been beyond helpful during my consultation appointments and kept me in the loop for the entire process, explaining to me, step by step what was going to happen and how the treatment would take place as well as explaining to me where the attachments would go on the 3D scan! Darsh has been amazing throughout the process too, from my initial dental exam before I started the spark treatment to my most recent appointment, making sure I’m comfortable with aligners and attachments that were added. The process has been so seemless and I already see a massive difference in my teeth and I’m only half way through. I cannot wait to see the final result! A massive thank you to Suzy and Darsh, they’ve been amazing ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Started my journey with Ollie&Darsh around 6 weeks ago when i had a phone consultation with the amazing Suzy who instantly put me at ease and has been a support throughout! I was absolutely petrified initially because of a bad experience with a previous dentist but Ollie went above and beyond to assure me everything would be fine. I've now had 2 further visits to Ollie&Darsh and both Dr Sam and Dr Scott who have performed my treatments to date are incredible and i genuinely don't mind going the dentist anymore! All staff members across the practice are always really friendly and approachable, really helpful and explain everything to you. Fantastic experience: Today was my second visit to Ollie and Darsh I was surprised at how quickly I was being looked after, I received my X-ray from Savannah she was very friendly and professional I was then taken in to Ollie who was so down to earth I felt really comfortable with him I then had a chat with the lovely Suzie to discuss my payment plan which I think is amazing how compromising she was to my financial affordability Overall you would think it was a family run business the way the team worked so well together I highly recommend this dentist I'll definitely be sticking with them for the future

Negative experience: Had an appointment booked at 930am for a consultation. I rang at 940am as I’d had no call, i was told they were running behind and would be in touch shortly. I waiting until 10 past 10 and still no call so sent an email asking if they were still going to call me. I then received a call saying they tried to call me on WhatsApp at 930am but there was no answer. That’s a lie. There was no call and if that’s the case why wasn’t i told that when I rang at 940am. Not a good start to securing a new customer, I’d be avoiding these.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely excellent consultation and facilities. Xrays revealed some issues I wasn't aware of. Ollie showed me these in the consultation room. Treatment plan and recommendations were then discussed and costings provided.

Negative experience: I’ve had 1 wobbly tooth. I’ve then been told that actually; I was fat, I was ugly; and I needed to have 4 tooth removed. And this would cost £10.0000. What you’re supposed to be doing with this?

Fantastic experience: The whole team are so welcoming, but a big shout out to Paul who took the time to reassure me yesterday, I am so nervous going to the dentist but he talks you through step by step and makes you feel so at ease. Negative experience: The staff are friendly and welcoming, but are unable to help with any advanced dentistry required. I was offered a smile makeover that I could not afford costing almost £30,000 therefore I will look for another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely 5* Firstly, Paul did my tooth extraction which was completely painless! As most people would be, I was so scared before my appointment and he made me feel really calm. I walked out 10 minutes later completely shocked at how painless it was. Today, I went back to get my composite bonding done and again Paul talked me through everything before hand and due to my past experience, I felt completely calm anyway. My composites are phenomenal! They look so natural and my confidence has tripled in the space of 5 hours. I highly recommend Ollie & Darsh and I will never go anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much to everyone for such a pleasant experience. I no longer feel awkward or scared going to the dentist! Words I thought I would never ever say!

I have recently undergone removal of my wisdom teeth which I was really nervous for. Ollie and the team really made me feel at ease during my procedure. Fantastic experience: I had severe crooked teeth with high canines. I’ve been self conscious all my life always smiled with my mouth closed and laughed with my hand over my mouth. . At the age of 40 I decided to do something about it and got the Invisalign. I was so nervous to show my teeth to anyone. From my first consultation with Suzy who put me a complete ease and the 2 years of treatment, the service has been outstanding. Negative experience: Very disappointed by the service received. I have been a customer for a few years on an Invisalign treatment. Because of health issues, I had to interrupt my treatment for some time (nobody's fault). When I came back to O&D, I was offered a new teeth straightening treatment (called Spark) at a discounted price. I accepted and paid for the deposit. I was supposed to get an update on my alignment treatment within 10 days. Over 3 weeks later, no update, despite me chasing them several times. Today I went to the practice to cancel my treatment as I was very annoyed and disappointed. Instead of being apologetic and try to find a solution, Ollie told his colleague to refund me and left the room with an attitude. Ollie lacks professionalism and should treat his patients in a better way. Invisalign and Spark are expensive treatments and you would expect a higher standard of care and customer service. I would definitely not recommend this practice to anyone.

Negative experience: I’ve been registered there for around 5 years now. I did 3 implants and 4 crowns fitted there. But unfortunately for the past one year and half I’ve experience only bad practice. One of the crowns it jiggle, moving o need to go back 3,4 times back to tighten. And another one on the upper jaw had been cemented at least 4,5 times. Last time I was there last Thursday on 22.08.2024 they did the filling and next day felt again, like usual. Now I need it to go to another dentist to pay for a proper filling. They offered a sort of warranty for the implants and crowns, you can visit them free of charge for any issue. But that’s about it, they never solve it. Poor quality of work and indifference after I payed in full for all the implants and crowns.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Ollie & Darsh, staff are always so friendly and accommodating! I started my Invisalign treatment in November and was finished by June, Paav was very helpful throughout the whole process. I got 2 new crowns for the front of my mouth and they look so natural and blend really well with the rest of my teeth. I was unhappy with my smile before and now I am so pleased with it, Thank you Paav!

Fantastic experience: I attended the surgery this morning for my scheduled hygienist and check up appointments. A chance conversation with Ollie regarding having an extraction later this afternoon, and my appointment with Richards had been rescheduled to take place there and then. Such great customer service from all the staff, both medical and non medical. So very pleased I found Ollie and Darsh some eleven years ago, I always receive first class attention and service.

Dr Paav was very friendly and professional throughout, he was always happy to answer any questions and kept me informed of the next steps. The appointment times offered were also flexible. Fantastic experience: I was very nervous when making the decision to get Invisalign's, I just knew I was not happy with how my teeth currently looked and when I smiled I would always try to smile with my mouth closed although they where not terrible. After sitting and speaking with the team from Ollie & Darsh they made me feel so comfortable and ensured I was happy at every possible step. Once I then met with Dr Paavan Chouhan and he talked me through exactly what my teeth and smile would look like my mind was blown! The care and time he took ensuring I was happy and had enough rest in between was more than I could have hoped. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Thanks to Dr Chouhan I have never been more confident and happy to smile and show my teeth, I have had so many compliments and people asking where I got them done as they now want to go through the process. If you are considering getting Invisalign's then all I can say is do it, it's worth the money to be able to smile with confidence and I can not recommend Ollie and Darsh enough!.

Fantastic experience: Great so far. Got the blue membership so had a thourgh consultation yesterday that involved photographs and xrays. Definitely needed as I have not been to the dentist in over 6 years and can't get an appointment with the NHS. Booked in for my first (out of four per year) hygiene sessions that are paid through the membership. Going to be a bit expensive to have fillings in but I have an appointment to sort it out through a 0% interest finance so hopefully I'll be excepted for that, otherwise I will have to save first and then pay it all in once (just over £300 for two white fillings). Don't mind paying the slightly more expensive fee though because I thought the dentist himself was great and the other people I met whilst being there yesterday were really lovely. I can only imagine the work they will do, will be of a high standard so it will be worth the price.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency tooth extraction today with Paavan. I was absolutely terrified but I didn't feel a thing. The staff were calm and reassuring from the moment I picked up the phone to make the appt......there was NO drama and the appt arranged quickly and easily.........just what was needed when I was in a panic. Fantastic experience: I had the zoom whitening at the practise and was very happy with initial results (I am still continuing with whitening so it can only get better!) Sam was very helpful explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable throughout. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Her assistant Mia was equally professional and checked that I was happy throughout the procedure. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: From my first chat with Suzy sorting finance to my initial examination with the very talented Dr Paav to the fabulous end result. Everything was easy, friendly and very professional. You are put at ease from the start and know your in good hands they inform you of what will happen every step of your treatment plan. I called out of hours to request an urgent appointment for my son and Suzy (at 9pm) was incredibly helpful - reassuring me that at 8am the following morning an appointment could be made and my son would be seen quickly. By mid afternoon he had visited and the necessary dental work was complete. What a service. Also to note that Hannah and Demi had great customer service on the phone - nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this dentist enough. I recently completed a course of treatment that included Fillings, Multiple Tooth Extractions, Hygiene and a New Front Tooth fitted. Everything from the initial consultation, finance organisation and treatment was fantastic and always felt looked after. Paul especially was wonderful and I never felt anxious, nervous or uncomfortable when getting the treatment. Smoothest tooth extraction and fillings. There was no pain. Easily the best dentist I've been too and if I need future treatment I'd happily go back.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous getting my treatment and Dr Darsh was incredibly patient and explained the procedure thoroughly before beginning! Everything was painless and efficient in the end and turns out I was worrying for nothing! Honestly cannot recommend this practise enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been contemplating getting veneers done for so many years, the only thing I regret now was not getting them done any sooner. Fantastic experience: This is the top tier of dentistry. Dr Paav and Dr Daz (Ollie) are superb practitioners, as is Suzy who was always quick to respond via WhatsApp night or day! Fantastic experience: Ollie and Darsh is the best dentist I have ever been too! The staff are amazing everyone from the receptionist, dental nurses, Suzy and Ollie and Darsh themselves. I have a massive fear of the dentist but they have all been so patient and helpful. When I went for my first treatment my nerves were put to ease straight away. You can see they care for there patients and go above and beyond for them. I’m so happy I found such a great dentist and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Positive experience: Good but….. My daughter spent £3000 on a Invisalign realignment course. They product worked great and at the end of the course they had aligned to how she wanted. Now this is where everything has deteriorated. She now has to wear a fixed retainer and the first one they fitted broke after 3 months, they then replaced them with another set but these have failed again. This time though they are out of warranty. When the first set failed she asked how much would it cost to replace them and was told it would cost £40, now her set has failed again but now out of warranty they quoted £100 for a replacement. Very disappointing after spending such large amount on their service when other providers offer a lifetime warranty on their retainers.

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed a course of treatment at Ollie & Darsh: replacement of numerous fillings, Invisalign treatment, whitening, and correction of composite bonding for both front teeth. From the initial consultation, to the final appointment, I have been consistently been impressed with the outstanding level of service provided. Ollie, Suzy, the Dental Nurses, and the Reception team have consistently provided a welcoming, friendly, professional and efficient service; nothing was ever too much trouble. Ollie and the Dental Nurses always put me at my ease at every single appointment. Ollie provided a tailored schedule of treatments to provide me with my desired perfect smile… and I am incredibly happy with the the end result! This is now my go-to dentist, and I have signed up for a membership plan. I would highly recommend Ollie & Darsh, if you are looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Ollie fixed my 11 year olds front tooth after he broke it by diving in the pool on holiday. He was so good with him and I am so happy with the end result. I would not use any other dentist for cosmetic work! 10/10 for professional service, cleanliness and above all knowledge and attitude of staff.

Fantastic experience: I have had quite a long journey with Ollie and Darsh, enquiring about Invisalign a couple of times, before finally going ahead with treatment. Each time I got in touch I received friendly, helpful advice from everyone on reception and from Suzy who actually can’t do enough for you- there is no hard sell here just a really friendly practice who seem to genuinely enjoy helping you find the right treatment for you. After finishing Invisalign I wasn’t sure about going ahead with bonding so decided to wait until closer to my wedding. I made an appointment earlier this year and it was honestly the best decision, I am so pleased with the results. Special thanks to Suzy for making sure I got everything done in time for my wedding (even emailing me whilst on her holiday!!) and to Dr Paav for really listening to what I wanted from my treatment and working so hard to make sure I was completely happy with the results. Fantastic experience: I had a phobia of Dentists and avoided them after a painful experience a few years back but realised I had to do something and found Ollie and Darsh on Google. Their welcoming website and their comfortable city centre location drew me in but it’s their client service that has kept me coming back. During the treatment Ollie and all the dental nurses are constantly checking on your comfort and if there is any pain at all a further injection is given. I am almost at the end of my treatment plan which I was fully involved in and which we amended due to accident where I cracked some teeth and I told Ollie I was going to a Wedding so he gave me a temporary Hollywood smile for the photographs!! I have received fantastic treatment and am sure that the end result will be even better than I had hoped for. I would recommend Ollie and Darsh to all without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I've just completed my Invisalign treatment. The whole process was straightforward and the staff at Ollie & Darsh were friendly and explained everything to me. My treatment took less time than expected with amazing results. I now feel and happy and confident with my smile which is now much straighter (and whiter).
