Negative experience: UPDATE After me putting on this review this so called professional Dental practice has struck me off with no warning!! Because I dared to complain. She bullied my son on the phone, she rang my phone and wanted to speak to my son. She threatened him saying he would lose his Dental place ( which we now have with no notice!!) if he didn’t make an appointment. Asking him questions that he couldnt answer because he’s not very confident on the phone with strangers. He felt bullied. He was only one month late making an appointment because he had exams and I have cancer!!! Is this the level of patient care that you should be giving patients?! Your actions speak for them selves. You are a controlling bully, with no empathy. You the practise manager are unprofessional and rude. I have been going to this dentist since I was very young. It has been bought out by someone and I was not notified. Each time I go for an appointment I have a different dentist. The latest one does not spend much time checking our teeth. I was charged £50 for an assessment for Invisalign for my son but then was told she could not fit Invisalign without taking some of his teeth out. I asked to change to another dentist. Then the practise manager phoned me on my phone to speak to my son. She refused to speak to me. She was very rude and argumentative and insisted asking him questions which he couldnt answer. If I could find another dentist I would. I am disgusted in the way I have been treated, all because I wanted to change dentist. She told my son he was going to lose his dentist because he was one month late booking his check up!!! He had exams so we had to wait until he had finished them to book. Go somewhere else if you want a professional dental practise.

Negative experience: Used this dentist for many years, I then asked for a price on implant, They said I had to pay £70 pound for consultation, after paying I then sat in a chair for ASIF to shock me there was no A,B,C it was a straight £25 k and this was just for my top rail, Not bad £70 for 10 mins, complete RIP OFF Britain

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been quite nervous about visiting the dentist, especially due to some not-so-great experiences growing up down south. However, my first visit to Beaumont Dental yesterday completely changed that. Ruby and Sophie were possibly the friendliest dental professionals I’ve ever met. They took the time to explain everything in detail, more than any dentist has ever done before, and helped me understand exactly what I need to focus on with my dental care. We also discussed the treatments I was interested in, and they clearly broke down the costs and how everything would work, which really put me at ease. Today, I met the lovely hygienists Helin and Cara, and I can honestly say I walked away feeling not just better about my teeth, but more confident overall. I usually get quite anxious about these type of appointments, but they were incredibly understanding and explained everything thoroughly, including how I can improve going forward. Thank you all so much for such a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: As a fairly new patient to the practice and one that suffers from fairly bad anxiety, the visits I've had have been smooth with the care given fantastic helping to keep me at ease during procedures. Highly recommend for anyone with uncertainty on how anxiety is handled as they're up front about how you feel whilst explaining care, rather than berating as the NHS often do.

Fantastic experience: Went for my six monthly scale and polish on Wednesday 4th June 2025 with the hygienist Helin she was very thorough and talk me through what she was doing, really nice and friendly and does a great job! Cara was nice too, definitely recommend this dentist and hygienist.

Fantastic experience: Update: I've just been to see Helin the Hygienist and had a great appointment with her and Rebecca today, I hate having my teeth cleaned but Helin is so good at her job and is really, caring and passionate about getting my teeth and gums in better health. Rebecca was really great at assisting and knew where to be at all times - I feel like I'm in good hands with two. Great experience so far with this dentist, enrolled about 6 weeks ago, had an initial review and then booked in a tooth extraction which I had today - Asim is really friendly and set me at ease, the procedure was quick and painless. Really happy with the standard of care and the friendliness of the staff at this dentists.

Negative experience: BEWARE *This is the WORST dental practice ive ever been to! Ive been to MANY dentists all over the UK. lm 60+. He was extra nice, respectful & willing to help in any way possible AT THE BEGINNING. ** Im a resident of Salford & i believe people in Salford need to be warned about these 2 dentists & 2 assistants. 4 of you against 1 of me!! Even the numbers reveal the real extent of the unprofessional behaviour & the extent they are prepared to go to stop any nhs patients with disabilities. *when she returned everything changed! i only saw her a few times after waiting over 1.5 hours for an appointment with him. She tried telling me it was because "we only want private patients!!" With each appointment she became more & more loud & EXTREMELY rude! Eventually she raised her voice from talking to YELLING in an unprovoked verbal attack on me!! *Im still in SHOCK from her verbally BULLYING & YELLING at me. They are even prepared to make up lies about you as a person even when you have not said a word. This is to justify their own actions. They dont care who they STAND ON or ABUSE. MONEY is all they want. They also want to pick & choose who they treat & who they dont. Insulting & unprofessional. *Ive now been left with a tooth that has no filling & is slowly rotting. They also cancelled my appointment to put the filling (that he did) back in! *This is how they treat an NHS patient with multiple Disabilities. You can also stop your ADMIN from sending me messages telling lies about me & assassinating my character as a Salford resident!!

Fantastic experience: I’m a very nervous patient and Asim is always patient and empathetic. He’s very calming, which I need! Since seeing Asim my fear has subsided and I no longer feel the need for sedation (yes, I really was that bad). Helin is my fabulous hygienist. I highly recommend the practice and thank you for looking after me. And a long happy & healthy retirement Elaine, enjoy cruising

Dr. Mahmood was absolutely perfect – professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He listened carefully, understood exactly what I needed, and treated my tooth with great skill and attention. His advice was clear and very helpful. The dental assistant, a lovely lady, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive throughout the entire visit. She made me feel completely at ease, and her friendly attitude really stood out. The receptionist was also fantastic – very polite, helpful, and always smiling. Fantastic experience: Absolutely Thrilled with My Results! I can’t thank Asim and the entire team enough for transforming my smile! I underwent Invisalign treatment to correct a twisted tooth and straighten my teeth, as well as bonding to repair chipped teeth, and whitening. I’m absolutely in love with the results — my smile has never looked better! Asim is fantastic, he’s incredibly approachable and easy to talk to, and he made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed and he truly couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy with the progress. The dental nurses are all very welcoming and attentive, I had Rebecca most often and she made each visit feel smooth and stress-free. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Always treated with respect kindness and going to the dentist no longer feels like a struggle due to how supportive everyone is. She is always ready to listen to the patient, she is kind and very communicative with exceptional knowledge and a very caring nature. Furthermore, she is very generous with her time. We never feel rushed or that our appointment time is up. All the team, in particular, receptionists Elaine & Rachel, are very attentive and do their utmost to accommodate our needs whether it's regarding appointments, queries or general information. Fantastic experience: Me and my daughter Isabella would like to say thank you very much to Kaz and Becca! Isabella had an accident at school and she damaged her front tooth which was very traumatic for her and for me too. Our dentist appointment was booked promptly and the way that Dentist Kaz handled it it's absolutely amazing The tooth that Kaz fixed looks just like her tooth!!! His approach was also professional though very friendly so was Becca's, and that made Isabella feel less stressful. What a team! Fantastic job well appreciated. Thank you very much ❤️

Fantastic experience: I saw Asim for a checkup, and Dee and Inaya for my hygiene appointment. They were all absolutely lovely, professional, and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout (as someone who is scared of the dentist!). I also really appreciated how much Dee and Inaya checked on me during my hygienist appointment to make sure I was ok. I think they’ve cured my dentist anxiety :’)

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience in my appointment with Dee and inaya for a filling.everything went smooth and professional they were both so welcoming and friendly they made sure I was ok and comfortable through the whole appointment I barely felt a thing everything was tidy and clean they made sure they used all the right equipment which made the process quick and painless which I am so grateful for.

Fantastic experience: Helen Amazing hygienist best I’ve ever had and I have to say she gave me the best tip ever at my first appointment. I had been using my electric toothbrush in a circular motion as I would my manual brush and she advised me to hold the brush on each tooth for three seconds and let the brush do the work and within days I could see the improvement,genius every days a school day even at 61 ,thank you Helin and Inaya

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at this dentist for a number of years and I've got to say it's the best treatment I've ever received from a dentist . In particular Sophie the dentist is excellent in the way she explains and carries out her work. Nothing is too much trouble. Also a big thumbs up to Steph her assistant who is also excellent.

Fantastic experience: By far the best Dentist I have been too, and I am 63 so had a few, my Dentist Sophie Nichols did her job so professionally she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed I had 2 fillings and a tooth extraction with no pain whatsoever, Thank you so much, and the dental nurse Rachael was very pleasant and friendly and again made me feel so relaxed, I would highly recommend them to anyone, I was also seen at my appointment time, so wasn't left waiting like many other dentist I have been to, I must not forget the reception's who was also so friendly and welcoming, Thank you so much to all x

Fantastic experience: A fantastic practice. So friendly and supportive. Sophie and team are amazing and with their continued support I am looked after so well. As someone who was traumatised by early childhood dentists visits, with Sophie's initial support I was offered CBT to deal with the trauma. Following treatment my visits are night and day. Thank you Sophie and team for healing my trauma and getting me the help when I needed it. Highly recommended xxx

Fantastic experience: Got in for my appointment within a week. Treatment on the day was quick and pain-free. Sophie and Rachel were very friendly too which makes it easier when you don't like the dentist due to a lot of pain as a child.

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience, lovely staff, a very thorough check up with sound follow up advice. Good to see evidence of improvements to the practice which are long overdue.

Negative experience: Never will go back to to this dentist. Went for a filling only for them to overfill the hole. I went back for the filling to be refilled I was in absolute agony and ended up with a bad infection. In the end the whole tooth had to be surgically removed. A tooth that was no where near to be fully taken out.

Fantastic experience: Helin and Ruby treated me very well. I was provided with all the necessary information about treatment, risks etc. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and I myself feel confident to have my next set of treatment with them again.

Fantastic experience: The practice and staff are superb. I have been a patient for many years and since Asim and his team took over a few years ago it is now on another level with the facilities and services on offer. So much so that as a NHS patient I have since untaken private cosmetic dental work for Implants, Straightening and Whitening and although not yet complete I am delighted with the results so far.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended Beaumont Dental in Salford for a Hygienist appointment with additional "Airflow" Treatment. Would thoroughly recommend using this service and my teeth showed a dramatic improvement after the treatment (they looked good but they felt good as well.) Dee the Hygienist and her Assistant were very supportive and extremely professional during the whole process. Dee answered all my questions and also gave me very useful advice on the type of mouthwash I should use to prevent staining on my Teeth. She also gave me information on possible side effects in relation to my Gums from one of the medications I am taking. Michael February 2025

Negative experience: At first they were excellent. Over time they only seem bothered about private patients! The female dentist spoke to me like i was a child & was rude, bad mannered & patronising with awful customer care! If you are NHS don't bother
