Fantastic experience: I went to see Jocelyn, supported by Molly, at the dentist today for a hygiene appointment. Can't recommend enough! She was thorough, kind, gentle and efficient. She explained what she was doing at every step. Honestly, if Carlsberg did dental hydiene... She's brilliant. I'm really not a fan of visiting the dentisst and often cleans can hurt. Not this time. I would have no hesitation in going again, but I'll definitely ask to see her again. Thanks!

I joined the plan for regular checkups and this was my first appointment with the hygienist and dental surgeon. Once again the treatment was done thoroughly and everything explained to me. They listen carefully, explain procedures step by step, undertake the surgery with great care and as they say are "always here should there be any problems". Reception staff also very friendly and seek to address any issues as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience: As I share a Google account with Mike, I wanted to do a review of Moody Terrace Dental Practice. I had an emergency appointment on Wednesday 4th December with Tom Bartlett - issues with a tooth (obviously!) that was giving me a lot of grief. Tom was brilliant, spent a lot of time on the tooth to make it less painful, followed by a root canal treatment yesterday with Rob to be followed by a second appointment to finish off the treatment. Rob was great as well, kept me informed with what he was doing, and made sure I coped with the treatment OK. Have a second appointment later in December to finish off the procedure. Beth and Alison on the front desk were so helpful and friendly. It is a really nice dental practice and is very well organised. Update - for some reason, this review above wasn't posted - 7th April, just had another appointment with Tom for more dental work - a long session, but Tom kept me informed all the time re what was happening and about to happen. Fantastic experience: It was a long procedure and was very nervious prior to my appointment. I need not have worried. It was a relaxed atmosphere and was put at my ease immediately. Everything was explained in great detail and I left feeling that should I need further treatment I would be happy to go there again.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Adam when we lived in Holmes Chapel, some 15 years ago, when I was in need of implants, for which he did a great job. Since then, along with the team of hygienists, the practice has provided me and my wife with impeccable treatment and service, so much so, that even though we now live in Higher Wincham, a fair distance away, we have continued to stay with Moody Terrace, it’s reassuringly well worth the journey.

I've struggled to attend regular vists since I'm quite phobic, but Robin walked me through each step and ensured that the treatments are as painless as possible. I was especially impressed by her listening to me about my concerns I had about my teeth, the thoroughness of her examination and her attention to detail. Also it was the best clean I have had in a long time. She and her dental nurse Zoe were lovely and I will certainly be going back. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: Initially referred to this practice just over a year ago by my longstanding NHS provider for ageing teeth issues needing, among other things, specialist curved root canal remediation on both sides of my mouth and also a couple of extractions. Not normally fun experiences. Yet somehow at times they nearly were! Dr Robin Carson's natural geniality and light humour helped destress the situation for me, and often I was listening more to his soothing explanations about what was going on in my mouth than the drill! After the sessions were over I was delighted he accepted my request for him to become my permanent dentist. I have also been treated by a couple of his colleagues in other specific specialities in the building. They've been great too! In summary I'm most impressed with the overall service they all provide and recommend the practice and, not forgetting the ever helpful reception team, most highly.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had a check up at Moody Terrace both Hygiene and dental. I was seen promptly and the hygienist and dentist were lovely. We covered any concerns I had and was advised that I could reduce my visits which I put down to their care and good dental advice. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I once again can only praise Moody Dental Practice. Having broke a tooth I was able to book an appointment at short notice. Laying on the dentist chair is a nervous experience but Katie Sherlock was terrific as were her assistant. As the various instruments were passed between each other seamlessly and with command I relaxed knowing I was in the hands of two extremely talented practitioners. Fantastic experience: Had a crown split in half, called the dentist. I was in a chair at 10:00, tooth stump checked, cleaned, and mouth digitally measured and info for the replacement crown taken. I was out by 10:20, the crown was made in house, and I was back by 2pm the same day to have it fitted. Absolutely brilliant service

The information and advice I was given were very informative and clear and I must add were given in a very pleasant and relaxed manner. A CT scan made at the surgery gave a realistic picture of what could and needed to be done if I decided go along with treatment. The set-up of the practice is professional and modern . Awaiting the estimate Email and letter now. So far impressed.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit here with Catie and She was truly amazing. I had a very painful teeth and thought I had a cavity but turned out my gums were the problem and I had no cavities when she checked thoroughly. She figured out I had a gum disease and did the necessary treatment and one week later now I have no bleeding gums anymore. my gums are healthy shade of pink. They won't bleed even after using the strongest setting on water floss. I am also following all the steps and techniques she asked me to do for healthy gums and teeth. Definitely will be visiting soon for my follow up appointments.

I was seen by Dr. Carson who instantly put me at ease, explained everything in detail which gave me full confidence I was in the best hands.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice for over 20 years now and have always been treated in a kind, friendly, patient and respectful manner from all of the staff. My dental history has had many issues ranging from severe decay to damage from injury and even including major surgery on my jaw. During this time the surgeons have successfully carried out many procedures including root canal fillings, crowns and even a splint to retain an otherwise lost tooth. They have always thoroughly explained any treatment options and given time for consultation. I now live over 20 miles away but wouldn't even consider using another practice. However, I had the crown from a root canal (that had been done 20 years ago) fall out and I knew I had to get it sorted. From the initial phone call to the final goodbye, the staff at Moody Terrace Dental Practice were helpful, supportive and professional. They were able to get me an appointment within 48hours of my phone call. The dentist and dental nurse had read the information which I had been asked to email them, and were aware that I was very anxious about being there. They treated me calmly and patiently, and did everything that was needed with minimal fuss or intrusion. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Moody Terrace all my life. Even though I moved away from Congleton 30 years ago, I still travel back for my regular check ups. Adam has been expertly looking after teeth ever since he has worked there. He reassuringly discusses and talks you through the work he is performing, and he's always done fantastic work looking after my teeth. On the occasions when I've visited other dentists at the practice, they've also done fantastic work. Alongside this, all the other staff are very professional and a pleasure to deal with, from the hygienists to the reception team. I have never had a bad experience visiting Moody Terrace and couldn't imagine going to another dentist.

Positive experience: I thought the forms that needed filling in before the visit yesterday were a little over the top . Most of the information must surely be in my records already kept by the practice . On arrival was impressed with the staff & the cleanliness of Moody Terrace . I noted in the waiting room there were no longer any pamphlets or magazines to avoid transmission of Covid . I felt safe during my visit & was pleased after a year to see my lovely dentist & meet the new hygienist . It has been a long time . I assume that the Practice plan will be adjusted accordingly as that is a whole year with no check up or treatment - which is important at my age . Happy with everything else . Appreciate it’s a learning curve for us all & that for the staff at Moody Terrace their working lives have changed dramatically . Thank you to you all
