Negative experience: I’m writing this review to express my deep disappointment with how my recent appointment was handled. I drove 45 minutes and arranged (and paid for) a babysitter in order to attend. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected accident on the road just before the practice, causing standstill traffic. I immediately informed the clinic that I would be late, and I was told I had a 10 minute grace period to arrive. I did everything I could to get there on time, including parking a few streets away and running in 27 degree heat, despite having asthma. I arrived just one minute past the 10 minute window, literally seconds away from the door, and was still turned away. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but I find the complete lack of flexibility or compassion in this situation extremely disheartening. After the effort, stress, and expense involved in getting to this appointment, being turned away over a single minute feels unreasonable and unfair. I have never experienced anything like this before and felt compelled to share my experience.

Negative experience: I am NOT happy that my retainer broke. I got then the end of January 2025 and on the 08 May 2025 they are broken, this is suppose to last 12 months. I did everything the dentist advised me to do and now they want me to pay £180 for a new one. This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed with this service.

Negative experience: Scammers! Do not provide your bank details! And do not believe what they say in call! Request for email! Do not believe their sms messages, it’s a misleading message just to make you pay! 2 branches contacted me and even I raised my concerns no one took responsibility! Just took my money and they do not care how customers feel! Absolutely disgusting customer service! They do not know how to speak to clients, not letting you to speak and all the time interrupting! Haven’t refunded me back and charged me for the things i haven’t agreed! Totally misleading information on the message and what they say by phone! Scammers!

Fantastic experience: I received Icon Treatment with Waldron Dental and the results are absolutely amazing! It is a treatment that I would highly recommend if you’re concerned about white spots on your teeth. Fantastic experience: I thought I'd leave a review after searching for some things and realised I rely on genuine experiences of others to make an informed choice. I was recommended this dentist as a colleague of mine was having braces through here. She said she had purchased via Groupon and I initially felt quite anxious to purchase something from Groupon especially as a significant purchase. Anyways I'm so glad I decided to make the choice to go with waldron. Its been a year plus since I had my braces experience but honestly I was so happy with everything from the initial consultation, to the staff members to booking further appointments. It really makes a difference to go somewhere you are treated nicely and importantly for me, it was very cost effective as I paid an Initial fee via Groupon and then once I had my Inital appointment it was the cost of X ray and check up and then after that it was £100 a month for every month I had my braces on, so it was a kind of pay as I went which like I said, really fit my budget and allowed me to straighten my teeth. I'm so happy with my results. I even accidentally broke my retainer in the first 3 months I had it, and it was replaced for free. Anyway, if you're thinking of going here, definitely do it !!

Negative experience: My Invisalign treatment went well, I’m happy with my teeth and I’m grateful for the work. Despite this, my experience at Waldron wasn’t the best. Staff was often rude and stand-offish and more recently, they were very dismissing. I was trying to transfer my files to a new clinic but they simply wouldn’t sign the form to authorise this, it took them over a month to sign a simple form. My retainers were broken and they couldn’t care less for the urgency of the matter. Only later on I realised the retainers Waldron offers after the Invisalign treatment are not from Invisalign. They charge you double the price for a pair of badly 3D printed ‘retainers’. I had to keep buying them as the quality was terrible and kept breaking, until recently when I decided to transfer clinics and finally got a pair of Invisalign Vivera retainers. Based on my experiences with Waldron, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I found this dental clinic online. As I was not happy with the way my teeth looked, it was a lovely consultation with a professional Orthodontist and mange to give me an in-depth assessment and explained the process. An amazing team manage to give me the perfect smile. I am completely happy with my results and it was well worth the wait. I Would hand on heart definitely recommend Waldron Dental Clinic. The doctors practice are expects.

Positive experience: I am specifically given this review for April. She Handled all my treatments pertaining to my braces. My journey has been somewhat difficult ever since my son was born. It affected my teeth and bone structure, causing me to wait for two years before I was Able to take on any dental treatments After getting my teeth To a healthy position and was given the go-ahead to start treatment. I opted out of Invisalign for specific reasons being I wanted to make sure I didn’t lose my trays and would remain consistent regardless. April April APRIL!!! She has a special place in my heart every appointment that I have been to with her has been such a delight. She is always so helpful and anytime I speak about my treatments. I’ve never had a bad word to say about her as she literally understands what it is that you want and goes above and beyond to ensure it is achieved. Also shout out to Haja too! You guys are the best. I first received a 24-36months dental plan with Invisalign but with braces 15 months which April sped up to 13 months! Do as she says! I unfortunately did have two sessions with other dentist which I hated and made sure I only did my treatment with April. I am so happy with my teeth and LOVE them. I Appreciated and loved that April was really honest in any capacity possible. I Was initially convinced that I was going to get composite bonding after braces, which April had Advised to wait until everything is done before deciding and I’m so happy. I listen to her as I absolutely love my teeth so much and this is all thanks to April I have literally told everyone to go to April! She will change your life! If there is one things that you do definitely make sure all your treatments are with April

Fantastic experience: Dr Shankar and Dr Franceska are an absolute delight to relate with. I had my aligners set up after two weeks of initial consultation. There’s a routine check every couple of weeks to ensure my teeth movement is progressing as it should. It is super easy to book and edit appointments over the phone as well.

Fantastic experience: I've completed my braces journey with Waldron Dental Clinic and it was an amazing experience. My teeth were in a very bad condition and thanks to Shankar and his team, we managed to fix the situation and I'm very happy and satisfied with my new smile.
