Fantastic experience: These dentists are some of the most compassionate and considerate I have ever met. They were so understanding of my phobia and hessitation and communicated everything they were going to do before doing it. If you have any kind of fears or concerns I would highly recommend these dentists, just communicate your issue to them and they'll do their best to accommodate it. They also work in an incredibly timely manner, from the wait time being very short to the appointment time being quick and efficient. I would entirely recommend them to anyone in need of dental help.

Fantastic experience: My son had tooth pain on a Saturday they saw him treated him, very reasonable considering it was a Saturday and an emergency appointment. Would definitely recommend, they followed up with a message the next day to see how he was doing which was a lovely.

Again, everyone is so lovely and welcoming. My treatment coordinator, Sian, is wonderful, and is always at the end of the phone if I ever need to ask her anything. Any problems I have are always dealt with promptly :)

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Winchester House Dental Practice. We weren't registered but they managed to squeeze us in for an emergency appointment for our child who had tooth pain (on a bank holiday evening!) The dentist was professional and friendly and he also noticed something that the team at our regular dentists hadn't found, a referral was made instantly and everything was explained very clearly. We are now considering moving to this dental practice due to the high level of care given, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, my husband had an abscess on a weekend and we tried contacting our own dentist who didn’t even reply, NHS 111 couldn’t see him til Monday and every other dentist we left a message with failed to even reply. Found Winchester House online and was impressed with their WhatsApp emergency messenger service, sent a message and had a response in 10mins offering an appointment in an hours time! Can’t fault them, teeth can be so painful and their prompt service saved my husband from agony if not worse as the infection had already spread to his cheek. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars isn’t enough they deserve 100 ✨Totally saved my Christmas the follow up care that was given was amazing I couldn’t believe how attentive they were checking in on me around the clock. My situation wasn’t straight forward and ended up being admitted to hospital for 4 days and having surgery and through every step they kept checking up on me to make sure I was ok. The leval of professionalism is second to none and I’m truly so thankful for the service I received. I had young twins enjoying there 1st Xmas they would remember and thanks to the emergency practice I was able to enjoy it with them I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently needed to contact the practice as I had a friend who was in distress due to the loss of her denture. Amazing response from the practice within half an hour she was seen at the practice and the new denture will be ready by midday less than 24 hrs from when she lost them. It's always nice to have a 'tummy tickle' that says you are doing something right. The people who I came into contact with are a great credit to the practise with a positive smile and attitude who look after me by booking a room at ground level. This may seem to be a trivial thing but when you struggle with stairs it's great to be looked after this way. You do what you do very well, and there is no need to change. The 'bar' you have set is a very high standard to maintain. Thank you !

Negative experience: I went for an Invisalign consultation, felt rushed and my questions answered impatiently. Didn’t ask my consent for a student to observe. Some of the equipment didn’t work so they couldn’t give me the prediction end result photos. I wasn’t reassured, and I decided to go elsewhere.

Within a few months of having my first appointment I'm now all finished with lovelys straight teeth. The staff here are lovely and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They talk you through everything and answered all the questions I have throughout my treatment plan. I loved getting the update photos from start to finish so I could see my progress. I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere in the past so have been scared of the dentist but they reassured me and talked me through what they were doing at each appointment. They were responsive and helpful if I ever had questions or concerns and fitted me in when needed, giving me advice all the way through the plan. Happy with my results and the service. Negative experience: Phoned up for emergency tooth out asked nicely and the help desk just went quite said hello anyone there a few times she just blanked me. Phoned back straight away incase there was a fault with the line and she just remained quiet I didn't do anything wrong I was just inquiring for emergency tooth removal.

Fantastic experience: The experience was great. Sian was great with me throughout all my treatment, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was a little unsure of having the invisalign as I had braces as a teenager and that experience wasn't nice for me, but both Sian and Ahmed reassured me that things had changed (no impressions) I would recommend Sian and the Winchester House team to anyone, also the invisalign treatment was brilliant for what I needed done.

Fantastic experience: Called this dentist for an emergency appointment and within 1 hour they got back to me with same day appointment. I received composite bonding, which completely transformed my chipped front tooth, it now looks amazing. Staff are extremely friendly, made me feel comfortable throughout aswell as really helpful with advice and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend this dentist! :)

Fantastic experience: I've had four appointments with Winchester house and every time the staff have been friendly and professional. I've had a number of treatments and both of the dentists and the dental nurses have been great. They've explained everything clearly, and ensured each step of the procedures that I've been alright and told me how things are proceeding which was a great relief. The practice itself is always clean and presentable.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely the nicest dental practice I’ve ever been to! I felt that I got really honest advice - it didn’t feel like I was being pushed to have more treatment or appointments than I needed and I got a sticker too!

Fantastic experience: I had a chipped tooth which happened on Thursday 28th of December 2023, and I was due to fly out to New Zealand for a month on the Saturday, so this was definitely an emergency! I called my own practice who informed me there was no dentist available, even though they were open for emergencies, which was frustrating to say the least! After a quick Google, I found several dentists in my area, Winchester House being one of them. I called and left details with them, alongside calling several other places. They called back within half an hour to offer me an appointment in an hour's time! I arrived at the surgery, which was clean and professional with friendly staff. I was seen by Ahmed who was friendly, professional and very informative. He provided a detailed and extensive explanation of the underlaying cause of the chip, which I was unawares of (despite attending my current dentist annually). He informed me that I grind/clench my teeth and took photos to show me the damage and wear, explained clearly what he was going to do to repair the job, which included needed to build up 3 additional teeth to help even out the pressure of my bite and reduce the risk of the repair being damaged with future grinding/clenching. Ahmed advised me on the steps of what he would do (if I were his patient) to lessen the likelihood of future damage. This included a mouth guard, teeth straightening and Botox to lessen the grip on the muscles around my jaw which he described as 'body builder muscles' due to the extensive over work and tension from grinding/clenching! This is my first ever google review and I realise it's a small novel, but I felt completed to leave it after receiving some of the best dental care I ever received and to top it off, Ahmed kindly only charged for the cost of the initial damaged tooth repair and not the 3 surrounding teeth he also built up... Which was especially helpful as I'd already spend all my saving on my trip to New Zealand! Would highly recommend the service! Thank you to Ahmed and the team, the flights and trip were greatly improved not having to deal with a chipped tooth for four weeks! I've also already purchased a mouth guard, and am I realising just how much I grind and clench my teeth!
