Armaan and Dr. Rohit Patel were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from the very beginning. They understood my concern and urgency and gave me an immediate appointment. The entire process was handled efficiently and with genuine care. They walked me through everything, made me feel comfortable, and resolved the issue without any unnecessary delays. Fantastic experience: Best dental practice in London! I’ve been a patient at Mint for just over a year now and I’ve never experienced the level of care and service that Mint have provided. From the moment you walk in the door, Arman and Elizabeth make you feel personally welcomed, offering water and a friendly chat. Danica the hygienist is gentle yet so thorough - I’ve often struggled with gum sensitivity post hygiene appointments and I’ve had no issues since coming here. And finally, Dr Raj Patel is a true professional, putting patients at ease and assisting with any concerns. I’ve never had a dentist ask me what I’d like my smile to look like in 5 years and then come up with an action plan to achieve it. I’ve just completed my final round of Invisalign and I’ve never been happier with my teeth! I even received a lovely completion gift upon finishing my treatment! It’s wonderful to attend a dentist where each member of the team takes so much pride in their work - I won’t be going anywhere else.

Everyone at Mint Dental was super super sweet and accommodating especially Arman at the front desk I was able to complete my consultation and arrange for my treatment to be done next day. Fantastic experience: For the first time I’ve left the dentist feeling happy and cared for. Exceptionally kind staff, check up with Dr Raj was unbelievably thorough (down to checking lymph nodes) and he took the time to listen and explain with full transparency and walked me through the scans (with a realistic plan that did not place any undue financial pressure or aesthetics push). My hygienist appointment with Peter was gentle, relaxed and non judgemental and was really the best one I’ve had. Previously I was private elsewhere which was more expensive but not at all to this level of care). I’ve been recommending widely, as someone who is nervous about the dentist, cost and scale of work, this really is the place to go and stay as a patient.

The care providers are v knowledgeable and care about the health of your teeth and gums (hasn’t always been a given in my experience, surprisingly!) - they listen to what you want from a dental care provider, rather than focussing on upselling various aesthetic treatments. Fixed his teeth with white filling. Nobody notice that he has broken his teeth. And he did 4 free review to see if the tooth is dead or not.. I am so happy with the service they have provided...

Negative experience: If I were to listen and abide to every single reccomendation by the dentist there after my first checkup I would spend £7K. All I needed to do is come back to my home country (Poland) and get everything done for the equivalent of £2K or so. No matter how much they kill you with lovely customer service and “we’ll take care of you” and “we have a hygienist from Harvard” type of bullshit- the quality of treatment compared to the price is just not worth it. In fact, I don’t think the hygienist from Poland had any qualification from Harvard but was more thorough and gave solid advice where I was not brushing enough. The hygienist from Harvard (probably a lie) after she cleaned me said “all is good, you’re brushing well”. Sure, so I can come back and pay more for useless “cleaning”. I’m glad I stopped at this stage. I was told I have gingivitis after my checkup and that I need 2 teeth done in root canal, for example. When I went to Poland, the language used was very different, I heard no mention of gingivitis and regarding those 2 teeth they said they MAY need root canal treatment which in the end did not need any at all. It goes to show that humility and honesty went a long way so I could receive successful treatment rather than being ripped off for gingivitis and root canal treatments which did not exist in the first place. Even if you are rich and can spend 7K, don’t let them treat you for conditions that they make up on the spot. Steer clear.

I first contacted Mint due to severe pain that I was getting and the front of house team were amazing at making me feel at ease and offering me same day appointment. I then met Dr. Raj Patel who did a wonderful job at getting me out of pain and fixing my issue. I have since attended regular check ups and hygiene appointments at Mint Dental and have also had fillings, crowns and teeth whitening and could not be happier with my smile. Fantastic experience: I started my braces journey about a year ago, and I completed it just in October, all i can say is that mint dental clinic provides you amazing service and unlike other clinics cares about your well-being by offering any water, coffee, tea and etc and while this may not appeal to you it shows the dedication of this amazing clinic. The private sector is normally expensive and does not have the best service but Mint Dental clinic does it all, i would genuinely rate it 5 stars and is a long term investment to a better health. Amazing service

Fantastic experience: I had excruciating toothache that kept me awake all night. In the morning I called at Mint Dental Clinic. Because it wasn't a scheduled case, their dentist and staff gave up their lunch break to treat me. The service was superb.

Fantastic experience: I was in pain, went in for an emergency. Raj calmed me down and gave me the right medication. Then I went back in for the extraction of my tooth with Abishek. I was so afraid, as I had had a very horrible experience with a wisdom tooth extraction some years ago, that put me off dentists. It took Abi 10 minutes to extract the tooth. Great! He took the time to reassure me and to calm me down and then he explained in detail, what exactly the next steps were! Great dentists! Great clinic! Excellent service! If I could, I would give them 10 stars! Due to the extraction I had a gap, which I could either fix with a denture, a bridge or an implant. I ruled out the denture and the bridge. However, I was very sceptical about implants, as I'd seen from friends how bad they can turn out, painful and fake looking. Dr Raj was very patient with me explaining me the procedure and alleviating my fears and doubts. I decided to take the plunge and we kicked off the procedure. Dr Bryar, the implant specialist at Mint Dental, explained all the steps of the procedure to me. He was super gentle and patient. I got the implant, minimal pain throughout the procedure, just discomfort in the first stage. Great aftercare guidance as well. The result: a natural looking tooth, that no one would be able to know that it's an implant. The colour match is impeccable. I can't shout out the clinic enough, everyone is super nice, the doctors, the nurses, the coordinators. Very professional, excellent service, a lot of empathy. If you are looking for quality dental treatments, don't look any further, Mint Dental is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: When I was looking for a dentist in London, a friend recommended Mint Dental Clinic. It turned out to be the best recommendation ever. I now attend the clinic near Elephant and Castle and I've had the most superb experience there. The staff are so lovely - really welcoming and highly professional. I also had periodontal therapy with Ishita Asawa, who was wonderful - my gums are super healthy now and my self-care regime has improved dramatically. Thank you Mint!!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency after badly chipping my two front teeth, and Mint Dental Practice went above and beyond to help me when I called them. They stayed late to give me an emergency appointment and treatment and the results are perfect. My teeth are fixed and actually maybe better than they were! The team were thorough, kind, and so understanding. Special thanks to the receptionist who was friendly and helpful throughout, the dentist dr Sachet, and dental assistant who stayed an hour after closing time to do the procedures on me. Best dental practice I’ve ever been to!

Fantastic experience: Mint Dental provided such excellent service for my Invisalign. My orthodontist Dr Bonatti was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile. My teeth are now perfectly straight and my package included boutique whitening too. I would 100% recommend Dr Bonatti and the very friendly Mint dental team. A bonus was the fact they had a flexible payment option.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my braces treatment at Mint Dental Clinic, it was quite a complex case but, while the surgeries and the braces were as painful as you might imagine, the team at Mint guided and supported me every step of the way. Fantastic experience: Guys I can't stress enough how much I used to hate going dentist before I discovered these guys. I have had a few stressful procedures which Mint Clinic has made an actual breeze. My biggest fear was pain and unsympathetic professionals but, you can't get none of that here; my tooth extraction and check ups have been, I kid you not, the easiest most pleasant experience. My biggest praise is for Dr Zayd Mehdi who's made all my visits calm and relaxing, with great chat and music too! And the reception guys literally cheer as I walk in lol honestly I can't recommend a dentist enough. You can just book online to get going but yeah don't leave your visit too late like me, that way you won't need your tooth extracted.

Negative experience: Have avoided sharing this as I had a great dental hygienist here but I have not been given a refund from a deposit of an appointment made many months ago. Have been told I would receive the refund but after nearly weekly emails still nothing. As a patient, I was also advised that instead of getting Invisalign, I could go the veneer route. Have a healthy tooth filed down, all to straighten one misaligned tooth. Frankly unethical medical advice, would absolutely not go here. Email attached of the refund they confirmed months ago. They also run promotions to get 5 star reviews so wouldn't trust other reviewers.

Negative experience: I was very happy with my previous dentist of 9 years, but needed to find a new one after relocating to London. I chose Mint dental because of the convenient location to me and also the good reviews. However, I did not have a great experience. I had previously had check-ups twice per year and hygienist appointments 4 x a year. I felt confident that my teeth were in good order. I wanted a hygienist appointment at Mint but was told I had to undergo a full review before I was able to book in with the hygienist. I agreed and paid the examination fee. The dentist found loads of "problems" that he recommended I fix. All with a hefty price tag. He told me my gums were bleeding, and given how hard he poked at them, I was not surprised to hear. I have never had anyone poke my gums this hard. He told me I had gingivitis. The treatment, of course, would come at a high cost. I felt that none of the recommended treatments were at all necessary. I have no pain, and no issues, so I certainly was not impressed at being presented with this treatment plan. I decided to then try another dentist, who did not insist on me booking an expensive assessment before seeing the hygienist. Their prognosis was exactly that of my previous practitioner. I asked them whether I had gingivitis, I did not. I will not be going back to Mint and I do not recommend them at all. The only positive was how thorough he was, but given that I had zero trust for the process, I feel I wasted a lot of money trying a dentist that clearly has more interest in making money then they do taking responsible care of their patients (especially their patients' bank accounts).

Fantastic experience: I feel very well taken care of by this practice, from Dr Raj to his assistant and the lovely people working at reception, Preanka being one of them. They provide such personalised care where I’ve received phone calls during lockdown to make sure I was doing ok with a specific issue I had at the time. I trust my dentist and couldn’t recommend a better one here in London. Fast forward now to 2024, I’ve had further treatment using invisilines and again the service, treatment and care provided was so personalised and highly skilled. I’m a very satisfied customer and continue to trust Raj and all his staff with my dental health. It terrifies me to think of going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here at Mint Dental Clinic. I was on the plane from Texas and my crown fell off and they got me in to put it back on within the hour. Definitely a great place for emergency dental care as well as the staff was very which would be nice for long term care.

Negative experience: I wish I read the reviews on Google more carefully, especially the one from Kenadid Mohamed before visiting this clinic. He was right at his point that they tend to rush you to book many appointments, trying to make money of any your concern and suggesting new ones. First time I visited this clinic in February, 2024. I wanted to know a second opinion regarding a couple of potential cavities that were found out by another dentist plus to get a dental hygiene. BTW: I take a good care of my teeth and there are no major problems with them. Ended up wasted my time and with around £2000 spent, but not for solving that particular problems I came with, and with £622 paid as a deposit for the ongoing tooth ceramic cap fitting that I cancelled and couldn’t get back. A dentist built up a nice 3D model of my teeth and talked me through each one, pointing out any potential problem (pigment stains on the chewing surface of some molars, little wear on the teeth etc.), it all became a prior matter of future treatment plan afterwards. My needs were estimated at £9646, including preventive composite fillings (they are supposed to be replaced every 3-5 years!). I think I had appointments with every specialist they have in the clinic: - a root canal specialist (consultation only, turned out there is no treatment required), - a surgeon (consultation, X-ray plus removed wisdom teeth as a result), - a hygienist (10 minutes for cleaning my teeth and giving me advice on how to clean them properly plus booking the next appointment in a month to check on my progress in brushing), - a dentist (two consultations, X-ray plus a £9646 estimate treatment plan), Although I didn’t have an appointment with an orthodontist (here’s some potentials remain). As a summary: - Each time they ask to pay a 50% deposit to book the next appointment and any treatment you’re advised to get. - There are supposed to be LOADS of appointments for every subject of their concern, with every specialist they have. And it’s all a subject to payment. - They don’t give any document with a summary of your visit. And it takes several reminders to get a statement after your visit on a day (which was important for me because I needed to provide it to the insurance company for a request to cover some costs of my treatment). - I requested a refund of deposit on June, 27, but after six weeks waiting I had to ask for help from Amex (I used their card for payments). Thankfully Amex stood up for me and claimed money on my behalf. Mint Dental Clinic didn’t even say a word to me about that, although I patiently waited asking for updates once on in a week or two. Every time they replied to me with a delay, and it was pretty much the same message that they have an issue processing my refund, ‘because expiry date not matching the one we had on our system, we are in communication with our payment provider and should be ready to process the refund this week’. This is quite annoying because when I just got my wisdom teeth extracted and left the surgeon’s cabinet their receptionist was rushing me to pay for the finished procedure, despite the fact that I was barely able to speak and my gums started bleeding at the moment. I had to ask twice to let me to be seen by the doctor again whilst the blood was literally dripping from my lips. After that I did my payment promptly together with the prepayment for the future tooth ceramic cap, that I couldn’t receive back after cancelling the appointment. The only specialists I had a positive experience with were actually two ladies who are not in their permanent staff: a root canal doc and a surgeon, that extracted my wisdom teeth. They seem nice and knowing their job without an intention to create a new job for themselves in your mouth ☺️ Overall I cannot recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: I visited Mint Dental Clinic for an emergency appointment due to severe pain that had persisted for a week. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The doctor suggested that the cause of my pain was something I could address by continuing to take painkillers, which I was already doing. This advice made my visit feel entirely pointless, especially since I paid £105 for a 15-minute consultation that offered no new information or solutions. I had a separate appointment a few days later for X-rays, which took 30 minutes to complete. However, I was then required to schedule another appointment just to discuss the results. This approach felt inefficient and waste of my time. Moreover, the doctor proposed a separate consultation to discuss a potential root canal, for which they wanted to charge an additional fee. This consultation would be scheduled weeks in advance, with the actual procedure taking place three weeks to a month later. I didn't understand the necessity of a costly consultation so far in advance of the procedure itself, especially given the high overall price of over £1,000 for the root canal. Overall, my experience at Mint Dental Clinic was disappointing. It felt rushed and overly focused on payments rather than patient care. I cannot recommend Mint Dental Clinic based on my experience at this time.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and compassionate service from the entire team. After an important initial chat with Armand, I saw Dr Imran for emergency dental care after ineffective care from a different dental practice. Besides the excellent surgical care, the little things like friendliness, smiles and compassion matters enormously. Meeting other happy and satisfied patients in the waiting area assured me that i was in good hands. I couldn't recommend Mint Dental practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to a Mint Dental Clinic for three years and have always enjoyed seeing Dr Imran (dentist) and Danica (dental hygienist). They provide a great service and also are lovely to chat to. It's not often you can say that about a dentist! The front of house staff are always friendly in person, and over emails and calls too.

Positive experience: I've had three appointments here so far. Two with a dentist, Zade, and one with a hygienist Danica (Dani). I thought Zade was very professional and has an excellent manner, providing lots of information, giving me warning if he's about to poke my gums, and i have generally felt comfortable about treatments with him. However, I saw Danica this afternoon and it was a totally different experience. While she seems to know her craft, she had an awful manner and I left feeling anxious and like i'd inconvenienced her somehow. I know nothing about her professional background but there's a mentality that I recognise from some people who've worked in the NHS for a long time where providing healthcare is somehow doing patients a massive favour and we should be lucky for what we get -- Danica seemed bored/even frustrated by having to explain things to me. A politer and kinder bedside manner is essential for happy customers.

Fantastic experience: Had a need for emergency treatment. Being a tourist it was reassuring to find a clinic where the reception staff where very accommodating, respectful, and could not do enough to help. The Dentist and dental assistant were also the same in their high professional standard. Fantastic experience: First came here because I urgently needed a procedure which my own dentist couldn’t perform - and I’ve never left since! After a detailed overview of all my options, I then decided to have 2 implants. From registration to the completion of my treatment I can honestly say I was given personal, star treatment. I was advised, supported, and consulted every step of the way and each time I walked into the treatment room everything was already impeccably prepared. As well as the approach being gentle and professional, the implant procedure itself was the easiest I could ever imagine it would be - and I’m so delighted with the results! I’ve gone from dreading the dentists to now going to the dentists as one of the ways I ‘treat’ myself!. I’d highly recommend this practice. It’s a cliche-but I really do wish I’d come here sooner.

Negative experience: So far I have confidence in the dentist but the admin staff are ineffective. Failure to provide clear invoices and receipts for insurance claims, and a failure to provide details, when sending out appointment confirmations, of what the appointments are for. I would love to be able to use the dentist but at a different dental surgery. Edit: issues have continued, with late cancelation of an appointment and then a lack of knowledge of GDPR the latest pain points.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to close the gaps in my teeth for as long as I could remember. I booked a consultation with Dr Partel, who explained the process and gave me a cost breakdown. I also got to choose the result of my teeth, as I wanted to keep the gap between my two front teeth. The process was very straightforward. The reception team are amazing and even helps watch my girls when I have to bring them along as I get my treatments done. My experience at Mint Dental Clinic has been unique. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Mint Dental Clinic for the past 1.5 years and have been extremely happy with the service received. Dr Patel did a fantastic job with my Invisalign and I’ve been delighted with how good the results are. He didn’t use any cookie cutter approaches and really tailored my treatment to what I wanted. As well as having great dentists, all of the staff at reception are so friendly, helpful and accommodating to my often changing schedule! When I decided to get Invisalign I’d originally picked this clinic as it was the highest rated close to where I lived at the time. Now I live nearly an hour away from it but haven't switched dentist as the service is great.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Mint Dental Clinic for 7 years now and have only ever had a great experience. Very professional. I had been having problems with enamel on my two front teeth and they found the problem straight away. They explained thoroughly the best way to handle it and provided composited bonding to reduce the sensitivity in the area. The hygienist Daniella is also incredible, have really bad problems with staining and they sorted it out right away, was as pain free as a hygienist can get. Would definitely not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and his team at Mint Dental, run one of the best Dental practises in central London. I've been a patient for four years, and found the staff to be friendly and competent and the interior to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. Also I've found the quality of his work to be high and very reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, Dr Imran reconciliated me with dentists, never had an appointment that was painful and always very fast and effective. I did the invisalign which completely changed my smile, I didn't realise I need it until I did it. Also learnt all the good technics to keep the best hygene. Definitely grateful for the services.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Raj for a new check up at the end of last year and was super impressed by how thorough the consultation was. I ended up needed quite a few fillings and Dr Raj talked me through everything that needed doing, showed me the 3D scans and then showed me how it looked after. Fantastic experience: General experience was they were very accommodating and regularly follow through the treatment set out on the beginning. I find dental appointments very daunting but Dr. Wood always talked me through the whole process. I've had surgical tooth extraction also with Mr. Patel and I've had straight forward recovery as he explained. The receptionists were pleasant and able to help to the best of their abilities. I would recommend this clinic to have your dental needs attended to.
