Fantastic experience: Megan was very professional and informative. She went through all of my potential treatment options and allowed me to make an informed decision. She put me at my ease, being a life long worrier about dentists, the usual school dentist experience as a young child, I felt comfortable (well as comfortable as can be expected at the dentists). She gave me lot of advice regarding aftercare and my rights if anything was to go wrong in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Practice. Used to be terrified of the dentist till I came to you. Been seeing Mr.Ellis since the day he arrived and he is marvellous as are his nurses. I've also seen Mr. Ashley once and he was so kind and reassuring. Today I saw Asling Toal and she was lovely. Very reassuring and informative. The reception staff are always so friendly and helpful. Would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: 05/02/2025 Whilst on holiday in Croatia, the Haribo Jelly got the better of one of my fillings! . Made an appointment and asked to be put on the cancellation list! The lovely and caring ladies from reception phoned and I was able to bring my appointment forward. What lovely people they are at the Woodlands. Despite being nervous, they put you at ease and treat you with kindness and care. The dentist Nicole, was superb, explaining the treatment as she went along, VERY professional. Thank you ALL. Made a recent visit after they re-opened with Covid protection in place. Couldn't have asked for more re-assurance. Felt TOTALLY safe. Everything explained in great detail. Well done and a MASSIVE thank you. What a fantastic practice this is. From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the two very helpful and friendly receptionists. The surgeries are very modern and you feel that you will get the very best experience aided by technology. The advice and explanations are very 'patient friendly' and the use of e-mails, texts and the on-line booking service makes for a 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for more than 50 years. I started with Mr Radcliffe. What a gentleman. Brilliant guy. Gone too soon. Then to Mr Forsey. Again a lovely person, so caring. James Kinsey.Lovely, so professional, passed me on to Mr Ashley. I am so nervous of coming to the dentist. I needed an extraction. Something that I've previously only had under general anesthetic. Mr Ashley was to take the tooth out using local anaesthetic. He was so calming and explained everything that was going to happen. Everything was taken at my pace. Time was taken to make sure everything was numb. The extraction was over before the first song on my headphones had finished!! I would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Been coming for about a year and a half now after having not been able to go to the dentist through Covid lockdowns and I can honestly say I'm staying here for good. Dr Kinsey is so friendly and not at all judgemental if you're feeling your teeth aren't great. I've been to dentists in the past that are quite patronising but I never feel like that here. I came today just purely out of paranoia because I'd had a toothache last week and was worried I had an issue and he completely put me at ease. Checked out my teeth, did an x-ray and even emailed me after my appointment to confirm my x-ray looked fine. It's such a relief to have a dentist I can trust!

Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a fabulous visit to the dentist (I never thought I'd be writing those words!). I was booked in to have a tooth filed down but I was really nervous and unsure as to whether I was doing the right thing or whether I should have an implant. Stephen Ellis did not rush me at all and answered all my questions saying that no question was a silly question which completely reassured me. At one point I was erring towards leaving it alone and being referred for an implant but after talking to Stephen I decided to bite the bullet (no pun intended) and to let him file my tooth down. The whole procedure was painless and took minutes. I can't believe how happy I am. I had just returned from holiday the day before where I was so self conscious of my smile that I wouldn't have any photos taken unless I was standing on the correct side of my husband where my tooth didn't show, but now I can't stop smiling. Thank you Stephen Ellis - you have changed my life!
