Mr Sujan Debnath (the hygienist) did an accurate job. Constantly asking me if I was ok. And I was The clinic will remind me to clean my teeth every 6 months via a reminder and I will happily go.

Positive experience: I have been a loyal patient at WYTES Dental Practice for several years, and my experience has always been positive. The level of service is exceptional, and I feel well taken care of each time I visit. I see Melissa Akinbowale for my hygienist appointments, and I highly recommend her. She is incredibly professional, extremely friendly, and highly skilled in her job. She takes pride in her work, and her attention to detail always gives me confidence in the care I receive. More recently, I’ve started seeing Dr. Alistair Little for my dental appointments, and once again, I would highly recommend him. He, too, is professional, personable, and very skilled. It’s easy to feel comfortable under his care, and I appreciate his explaining everything thoroughly. Zana, the Trainee Practice Manager, has also been a great addition to the team. She is very professional and has been incredibly helpful every time I interact with her. Her customer service and organisation make a noticeable difference to the overall experience. However, I do feel it’s important to mention one negative aspect. I would advise against booking an appointment with Dr. Jas Jandu. Without going into full details, I’ve had a few negative experiences with him that made me feel quite uncomfortable under his care. Unfortunately, my experiences with him were not up to my expected professional standards. Despite this, WYTES Dental Practice has many highly skilled and caring professionals, and the team is friendly and helpful overall. I trust this practice and highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality dental care.

Positive experience: Decent dentist, however the customer service needs major improvement and a rethink on how to approach customers. Received way too many calls from them, sometimes 5 times a day just to remind me of my upcoming appointment, on top of already receiving both texts AND emails about the same thing. They also kept calling to book routine checkup and/or hygiene appointment with the same intensity, only to tell me they have no availability within the next month which i find ridiculous.

Negative experience: They only want to deal with you if you are paying private the moment you say nhs they say they ain’t accepting anyone funny that ain’t it

Negative experience: Always trying to upsell something to me when I attend for my NHS check up! On numerous occasions they have cancelled on my children's appointments too... The dentists don't seem to stay long either?!

Sujan was exceptionally thorough; he managed to remove all the stains, even focusing on those stubborn ones that previous hygienists hadn't been able to shift. Fantastic experience: As always, a really good service coming here. Dr Bradshaw is a legend. I am not the easiest patient to work with due to a medical condition, but unlike other dentists used over the last 30 odd years, he really listens to me and ultimately puts my mind at ease. Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience getting composite bonding at wytes dental practice elephant and castle. Surgery is very clean and welcoming with all the receptionist being friendly. I had worked done with Dr Ladini who has actually seen me several times, and always super helpful and understanding with the requests I had. She also gives you a lot of follow up advice, which can be super helpful and you don’t find with many dental practitioners. Would highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: My visit yesterday was good, the ladies on reception were on point, I was always kept informed all the way through. My dentist Tom is 100% polite, approachable, informative and he knows how to make his patients feel at ease, and he always explains everything more than twice or more if that is what is needed. The inside has nice calming music playing, clean, crisp, and light. Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this surgery unless you like long wait times. I was seen 25 minutes after my appointment time. I spoke to the manager about it, Emily, and she was quite rude and dismissive. She even rolled her eyes while talking to me. I think she’d be better suited as a manager at Zara than a dental surgery since she wore a shirt with her belly hanging out.

Positive experience: I had two appointments today. The first was with the hygienist, Rohima, at 11 a.m. She is amazing, and I would rate her a 10 out of 5 for everything! I was seen on time, and the service was great. However, my second appointment was with the dentist at 11:40 a.m., and I ended up waiting until midday. I had to ask to reschedule because I was going to be late for work. I'm disappointed with the customer service; there was no communication at all. Even when I asked to reschedule, there was no apology given. Because of this, my overall rating is a 3.

Fantastic experience: I have just had some extensive bridgework done at Wytes Dental Practice, Elephant and Castle. I am absolutely thrilled with the result and now have a beautiful smile again. The treatment carried out by my very experienced dentist, Alistair and his dental assistant comes highly recommended. I’d recommend this dental practice to anyone as I’ve been here at this practice for 35 years and have had many appts over the years. I have complete trust and faith in all of the team here.

Negative experience: I am disappointed regarding the service I received during my recent appointment in August 2024. Prior to my appointment, I was informed by reception that the airflow machine was not working and asked if I wanted to proceed. I confirmed and stated that I had not booked for airflow. However, after my appointment, I was unexpectedly asked to pay for the use of the airflow, which I was unaware had been used during my treatment. Rentcently I have called to book another appointment, I was informed that I have been blocked from further services. This is quite disheartening and unexpected, as I believe the issue was a result of miscommunication and not any fault of mine.

Positive experience: Absolutely brilliant dentist, can't fault them. Procedure went fast and everything was clear. I just detracted a star because the bathroom was shocking - no toilet seat, no soap, a possibly used tooth flosser on the sink. Such a shock after the gorgeous reception and waiting room.

Negative experience: I used to arrive on time for my appointments and then wait some times more than 20 minutes to see my dentist who used to be late and on one time I arrived 8 minutes late because it was appointment for my twins who one of them is severe disabled the same dentist refused to see my twins because off our 8 minutes lateness and the reception staff were very rude speaking with me i left the clinic with tears full in my eyes because how unfair they treated me with a disables child so I decide to look for another clinic

Fantastic experience: I was reminded about my appointment both by email a few days before and then by telephone the day before, which was very helpful. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant and the whole practice seems immaculately clean. I was treated with great courtesy and my hygienist explained exactly what he was going to do throughout the appointment. A good experience, and I would recommend Wytes highly to anyone seeking dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mehul Patel is simply the best! He is very kind, reassuring, knowledgeable and explains procedures thoroughly. I have been a patient at the practice for just over a year. I recently had a large white filling on an upper back tooth, he explained to me that because the filling was very close to a nerve, I may experience some discomfort afterwards...day 3 after the procedure & no pain at all! Positive experience: I attended the wytes surgery with Oliver author and he gave me detail information of the steps to repair my teeth. I attended the wytes surgery today with gaudat and my tooth was examined and was in good health, and just need a six month review. I attended the wytes surgery on Tuesday 2 Jan 24 and I was given a temporary filling it was painless and I was happy the job was done in a short period of time. The practice on Tuesday was warm and welcoming. A truely exceptional place to visit. The staff who did my dentist on 22 Jan 24 was very knowledgeable and skilled Mr gaudat I recommend him to any client. My experience of the wytes practice is technical when I register for appointments. I am a fan of AI artificial intelligence programmes. I felt at home in this world. Thank you I attended the wytes surgery for a check up. The first impression when i sat down, was the music and the design of the reception was peaseful, that allowed me to think about my educational strategy more clearly. The staff was helpful and and came up with a strategy to repair my tooth the rear molar. With a silver crown. My dentist was sameer who was highly skilled at his job, there was no pain or discomfort. A truely remarkerble service. I recommend to any one who come through the doors. On the 30 apr 2024 i attended the wytes surgery and had my crown fitted by sameer bashire. This went very smoothly. Iwas given instructions to wait three weeks till the crown set in place then i can eat on that side as normal. The reception was quiet and peaceful where i relaxed and focus my mind on my volunteer role in the nhs i mindfully thought of my process to improve services for others. all in all a good day out. I attended the wytes surgery on 6 nov 2024 to see saner bashir who gave me a check up. He found that there was a damage filling on my tooth. Then booked an appointment for me for a new crown. The surgery was amazing decoration and relaxing music. I listened to the poetic songs to relax and be mindful. There was a toilet where I can wash my mouth and face before the surgery room. The computer registration was logical to fill in and list personal health details. The whole event was therapeutic. I attended wytes on 27 nov 2024 and receive preparation for a new crown. The treatment was excellent work from sameer bashir. When I waited in reception I focus on the flowers, this means life, the plant can breath, reproduce, see light infra red and ultra violet, it can hear the sound of bees to make nectar, it respires, it grows, it blows in the wind, it drinks water and nutrients, it can think, of the seasons and produce pollen in spring, and drop seeds in autumn, and flower in summer. The symbol of life.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. Following the check-up, I had a hygiene session with Melissa. The cleaning process was smooth, professional, and—most importantly—completely pain-free. Melissa’s gentle approach and attention to detail made the experience surprisingly pleasant. The clinic itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff were all courteous and efficient, which added to the overall positive experience.

I always feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dentist!

Negative experience: During my recent dental treatment, when the rubber dam was placed, the dental staff didn’t pull it tight enough. As a result, the dam covered my entire throat, which made me feel suffocated and vomited. Additionally, they stretched my mouth open so much that it caused significant pain. Even after 10 hours, my jawbone still hurts. Additionally, I was charged £75 for a Hygiene and was also told I needed to have a Periodontal Maintenance treatment with the hygienist for £189 within 3 months. Otherwise, after 3 months, I may need to pay reassessment fee. To be honest, the experience at Wytes felt like a constant pressure to pay for various services. It left a very unpleasant impression.

Negative experience: I’ve been really disappointed with my experience at this dental centre. It takes forever to get an appointment, and once you’re finally in, expect to wait at least 45 minutes past your scheduled time. Recently, they canceled my treatment just one day before without offering any alternative slots. When I called to ask why, they simply said the dentist was unavailable, even though I’d booked the appointment three weeks in advance. All my treatments have been private, not covered by the NHS, so I'm paying private prices for what feels like NHS speed.

Negative experience: The clinic is nice and clean and the stuff are super kind. The big problem is that the dentists are not competent unfortunately. They failed both mine and my partner's treatments: a crown and an extraction. My partner ended up at the hospital. We were treated by 4 different dentists, they are all very young and inexperienced apparently. We'll have to change clinic.

Negative experience: THER EMAIL SYSTEM WAS HACKED and was used to send me a phishing email. My interaction before that was either signing up to a mailing list or making an enquiry about something. Haven't even attended the practice. No follow up, despite it being now more than a month.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant trip to the Dentist at Wytes. Usually quite punctual, very knowledgeable and easy to find. The reception team are helpful.

Fantastic experience: Visiting this dental surgery has made me realise how shockingly bad my previous dentist was. He failed to advise me on a number of issues worsening over a long time frame. Due to having received such negligent dental care, I now have a number of issues with my teeth that could have been prevented had I been effectively advised. Fortunately, I have now visited Wytes and have been well informed about how to prevent further damage to my teeth. I received a lengthy explanation as to what needs doing and why plus was also shown my X-rays which my previous dentist had never done.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Wytes (Ele and Cas). The facilities and equipment were all very modern and clean. The staff was helpful and informative, and the front desk crew had a very cheerful and encouraging demeanour! Dr. Patel filled three medium-sized cavities and gave some preventative advice for some other issues. All in all a 5/5 experience.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend Wytes E&C. Honestly be careful what you are charged for and watch the space to be asked for more money few days later! They called three days after appointment which I paid for asking for more money due to “computer miscalculation” No apology at all just demand to pay for missed payment! Unbelievable it’s just like you paid whatever you were asked straight after the service provided and then few days later they decided they need more money to balance their books…

Negative experience: Wytes are charging a “£25 NHS check up fee” to perspective Invisalign patients. Not only does basically every other dentist offer the consultation to check that you are suitable for treatment for free, I don’t know how the NHS would feel contributing to an appointment for cosmetic dental treatment. It’s like going to your GP to see if you’re suitable for breast implants. Their Invisalign prices are also not competitive. Avoid and find an alternative Invisalign provider!

Fantastic experience: Really kind and honest. I was terrified to visit the dentist for years because they were so condescending and lacked understanding. I wish I had found Wytes years ago. I actually look forward to my dental appointment now. Couldn't be happier ☺️. Thank you

Fantastic experience: The practice is clean and inviting. The staff are lovely, and the dentist's and nurses caring and informative. I felt very well looked after on both of my visits. Booking was also really simple and I was able to register as a new NHS patient with no hassle. I have never had a bad experience at a dentist but this was definitely my best.

The practice is very well appointed and the care I received was excellent. Altogether a far superior experience compared to other practices I have frequented over the years. Fantastic experience: I write on behalf of my mum, who is the patient. She was very pleased with the care and expertise of her dentist. I myself am impressed with the reception staff, who are professional, informed and provide first class follow-up emails and timely reminders. The practice is bright and clean and it is noticeable that appointments run on time.

Fantastic experience: I had my first Wytes appointment and first post-pandemic appointment with Melissa the hygienist and Hafiza the nurse today. They were a lovely team, funny and professional and got my smile back to the standards I'm proud of. The practice was clean and felt very welcoming. The treatment itself was thorough and relatively pain free. I was offered some good tips and recommendations which I will be implementing. Really appreciate the service of these two. I've recommended to friends already.
