Fantastic experience: I had my implants finished in December’24, I’m posting now because I wanted to make sure there were no later problems that escaped review - there were not! I cannot praise the staff more, professional, considerate and honest- everything explained and all done in my own time - I can now eat anything for the first time in years with the only hitch being weight gain but that’s my fight! I only wish I’d been able to have my smile renewed years ago- no more hiding and looking miserable in photos! I cannot recommend 21D highly enough - lovely staff , wonderful results and every need catered for- definitely money well spent.

Fantastic experience: It has now been a year since I had my surgery with 21D in Warrington. I would like to thank all the 21d staff who have been so lovely and caring throughout my journey, particularly Obaid who saw me through from my initial Assessment to my post-surgery follow-ups. The surgery (by Jason) went very smoothly and is absolutely nothing to be concerned about. I am still getting used to my new teeth, it takes a while to adjust to having a full set of teeth again, but if you are thinking of taking this step, I recommend you contact 21D and they can give you all the advice and information you need.

Fantastic experience: After an extensive search into dental companies, following the realisation that my teeth weren't going to last long I chose 21d Clinical Limited From the start to the finish all my care was excellent. The staff are all wonderful and the service they provide is the best. At the start I felt they would need to knock me out to fix my smile by the procedure I had it done with no sedation. For me it wasn't the smile that was the most important it was food. Being honest it's taken 6 months to feel OK eating again but remember I would have been eating with dentures if it wasn't for 21d. Fantastic experience: I can't thank 21D Dental enough for transforming my experience of going to the dentist. I’ve always had a deep fear of dental treatment, but from the very first visit, they made me feel at ease. The whole team has been completely non-judgemental, kind, and supportive. They where my 3rd dental clinic that I had been to that do full mouth implants and after going to the first 2 ( one being double the price of 21D the other price went up after consultation due to complex treatment ) .Both made me feel pressured into going ahead .I was not hopeful about 21D being different...but they proved me wrong. From start to finish, their care and customer service have been absolutely impeccable. One thing that really stood out was their integrity — they never push you into a decision, and if they believe your teeth can be saved, they’ll be honest about it and even refer you to other providers. Fantastic experience: The whole experience was very good from start to finish. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the dental surgeon was excellent, answered all my questions, and kept me relaxed through out the surgical process. End result is I’m very happy I decided to get my implants upper/lower done with 21D. The results are life changing.

Fantastic experience: After extensive research and after years of pain and suffering i decided to entrust my full mouth dental implants to 21D, ive now had my implants and new teeth in for 12 months, i can honestly say this is the best decision ive ever made as it is life changing to be able to eat properly, be pain free and of course smile without being self conscious, the whole process was carried out with professionalism and precision, nothing is too much trouble there is always someone on the end of the phone or whatsapp to answer and questions or any worries you may have, the whole process was carried out in just 4 appointments, assesment, surgery, data capture and then LTP fitting, i personally had 20 teeth and a partially erupted wisdom tooth out on the day, i felt absolutely no pain what so ever, i went in with a mouthful of dodgy teeth and came out about 2 to 3 hours later with a full set of teeth, i can't recommend 21d enough, my only regret is that i dithered for so long and didnt get contact them earlier and it done sooner

Fantastic experience: The whole experience with 21D has been amazing. Yes it’s a big decision to make and yes it sounds dearer than turkey options but when you way it up 21D are 100 % better. The staff are all ultimate professionals. The what’s app page answers any concerns day or night. The Facebook page is full of patients that have been on your shoes and help whenever they can. Fantastic experience: It's now been 10 months since my surgery and 7 months since I had my long term prosthetics. I left a review just after having my long term prosthetics. Just a further update after living with the prosthetics for 7 months. I absolutely love them, when you hear patients say this is life changing it most certainly is. 21D have changed my life for the better. If you are thinking about it do it, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: A whole year after surgery, and being totally terrified of Dentists, with severe Anxiety and panic attacks I can completely 100% recommend 21D . My journey started last Jan 2024 when I started following the 21D patients group on Facebook. I started asking the most stupid of questions which were answered straight away by many members that had already been through the procedure. And to realise the majority of the people had been as terrified as me. As soon as I had my Free assessment with lovely AJ , I was totally put at ease seriously not like going to a dentist. They explained everything and not once did I feel any sales pitch or pressure to go ahead. I decided to go for it and then spent the next mouth worrying but thankfully all those on the Facebook group kept me grounded and gave me confidence. Roll on March 27th and surgery . Again I was totally made to feel relaxed and comfortable, even had a lovely nurse give me a fluffy blanket . Procedure went really well, I had 27 teeth removed and felt no pain . I had the lovely Izabella ( surgeon) and nurses singing along to the music and telling me jokes . Before I noticed it was done. Temps put in which looked great and very natural. Woke up next day looking like I'd been hit by a bus Eeek!! Quite swollen and bruised but no pain as I kept on top of my medication. Went back in June to have my LTP which went smoothly and looked great, couldn't be happier. I did have about 2 weeks off nothing to do with pain or bruising I was just shattered. As it was a huge deal for me. To have lived most of my adult life with infections ,pain and tooth loss this was beyond wonderful. I paid £16,995 yes a lot of money but 100% worth it. Their aftercare in second to none. They are an amazing caring company. And I'm still on the 21D fb group.

Fantastic experience: It was so stress and pain free through the whole process. I was so nervous and worried due to really bad dentist experiences before with extractions, injections, badly fitted veneers etc ..and I shouldn't have been... my dental team, especially the god that is Patryk were absolutely fabulous... and i was totally in safe hands... i didnt even realise they had taken most of my teeth out!!! They are amazing...4 hours start to finish... the end product has changed my life and confidence. Smiling all the time and eating what you want. They are not cheap but i done alot of research and didnt want Turkey teeth. Fantastic experience: Very professional from the start of my journey until present day. My journey with 21D started on the 7/2/2024 with my assessment at Edinburgh. Then onto my surgery on the 15/4/2024 at Warrington. All my follow up appointments have been carried out at Carlisle. Data capture and my finals. Every appointment I have attended has been carried out in a friendly professional manner. The staff are absolutely brilliant. No two journeys are the same but mine was more or less straightforward and I would definitely do it all again. I would highly recommend 21D to anyone who is thinking about having this procedure.

After struggling to find a dental solution and losing my confidence to smile I researched many local companies and even ones abroad , hands down 21D came out on top every time. Fantastic experience: After years of hating my smile, I finally have a smile I love. I researched dental implants and had a few initial appointments but nothing I was comfortable with. From the first call with 21D I was very comfortable and impressed with their professionalism. I was accepted for treatment at my assessment, and never looked back .On the day of surgery I was very nervous but was put at ease on my arrival. I had IV sedation so I don’t remember the surgery but I know I was well taken care of and monitored until it was time to leave. I had follow up calls checking how I was doing and the after care advice and equipment was great. My healing went well with no delays and I had my LTPs fitted in September. Fantastic experience: Having come across 21D by pure chance on Facebook I have never looked back. I never thought it was affordable as other options were very expensive , so I went ahead and booked my free assessment having nothing to lose .I was accepted as suitable on the day and it took me quite a few weeks to book the surgery giving it a lot of consideration as it is a huge decision but I was never pressured by 21D and was left to make the decision that I thought was best for me . I had my surgery in April my Data capture in May and my LTP,s June so a text book case . Fantastic experience: I researched several other companies before deciding on 21D. The patient group on Facebook was what swayed it for me, honest real life people going through the same process. I couldn't fault 21D, first class service before, during and after surgery. You even get a WhatsApp group made just for you, and they answer any of your queries really quickly, no matter what time of day or night you message. And most important of all... my teeth are amazing! Not only a fabulous smile but I can now eat in public without fear.

Fantastic experience: I’ve held off from writing this review for some time post-treatment as I felt it would allow me to give a really informed and honest opinion on the staff, service and how my implants and dental prosthetics had weathered the first year after treatment. In a nutshell, fantastic. But I think I owe it to all at 21D and, more importantly, anybody seeking this type of treatment, to elaborate more. Like many others, my poor dental condition at the age of 50 stemmed from one bad interaction with a dentist at a young age. This left me with such a deep-seated fear of dentists that it resulted in years of neglect on my part. I would only seek out treatment when the pain became too much to bear and self-dentistry wasn’t an option. Slowly but surely, I started to lose my teeth from my early 20s. I stopped smiling, I would cover my mouth when I talked . Eventually, I got to the point where I started to require partial dentures. Partial dentures soon led to full dentures that then led to an embarrassing situation where my dentures shot out when I sneezed in front of a group of people. Funny when I look back on it, but I was so embarrassed at the time. This led me to seek out a more secure solution. Unfortunately, my bad luck was to continue when the dentist that I employed to fit implant retained dentures did not supply the level of care or product they should have, and as a result, I made a successful legal claim against them. Now, the reason for giving you my full back story is I want you to understand that in some way, part of my dental journey will resonate with you and for you to know that there can be light at the end of the dental tunnel. Up until I had found 21D, I’d always judged myself for my dental health as I had always felt others had. But this was the very first thing that stood out about 21D. There was no judgement; in fact, the opposite, there was compassion and understanding for what we, the patient, must have gone through to reach this point. They talked me through the whole process, answering any questions along the way, explaining that not every candidate will be viable for treatment for various reasons. I found this encouraging as for me it meant their main focus was on patient dental health rather than just turning a profit. They did some X-rays, took some scans and measurements, and created a 3D model of my head and what I could look like post-treatment. In some cases, people get an immediate yes or no in terms of suitability for treatment. Mine was classed as a complex case, and as such, all my details and imagery had to be sent away for further review. After a week, I got the call saying I was accepted for treatment, which I had shortly afterwards. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still terrified of dentists, but that’s just a me thing now. But 21D have been the only dental practice to come remotely close to a fear-free experience, and there are things they can do to help with the last bit. Fast forward to my permanent teeth, and I’m eating apples, steaks, and all kinds of things that I couldn’t before. I’m smiling with confidence, and 99% of the time, I forget I even have them. They have become as much part of me as my own teeth were, except without the embarrassment. This treatment is the best thing I have ever done for myself, barring giving up smoking. I will forever be thankful for the kind, professional team at 21D.

Fantastic experience: 21D are an amazing company with incredible staff and a life changing solution to dental problems. The team are not like dentists they are genuinely caring and compassionate people with your well being as a core focus. The service the company offers is incredible everything has been taken care of down to the finer details and totally professional with the highest standards of patient care. Having all of your teeth removed and implants done was no where near as bad as I thought it would be and throughout the process I felt in safe hands. After more than a decade of suffering with broken teeth and gum loss + bone erosion, I plucked up the courage to book my assessment in Dec 24 where I was greeted with the biggest hug from Claudia. Everyone was so calm and reassuring, I was so embarrassed about the state of my teeth. They were great and so understanding. I was accepted on the day and had my procedure on the 6th of Feb 2025. Fantastic experience: I started my journey with 21D with my assessment in September 2024. Due to a severe overbite, gum disease and bone loss, my scans had to go to their planning team. Just over two weeks later whilst on holiday, I received the call to say that I had been accepted for this life changing surgery. My surgery took place on the 11th of November 2024. I was obviously very nervous on the day of surgery but from walking through the door I was made to feel so relaxed. The actual surgery was completely pain-free and I was very lucky in that I made a very quick recovery. I received my LTP‘s in February of this year and have never looked back. For anyone considering this surgery, book the assessment, it’s free and you have nothing to lose but so much to gain. Fantastic experience: Hi, I have undergone full dental implant surgery with 21D and the staff have been absolutely amazing, so supportive and totally understanding of people’s fears and phobias but above all, non judgemental. The process was fairly quick, few months from start to finish but nothing was too much trouble for 21D. There’s someone there to talk to 24/7 if you have a problem. Anything that arises is sorted out asap. I definitely chose the right company to have this life changing surgery and would recommend to anyone considering it.

Fantastic experience: My journey with 21D started back in Dec 24 when I went for my free assessment. I'd previously been told that due to bone loss I would require a bone graft and a sinus lift if I wanted dental implants and I'd resigned myself to a lifetime of dentures and then I found 21D. They told me there and then that they could help and I booked my surgery for Feb 25. I joined their facebook patient group which has been incredible for finding out what to expect during and post surgery and along with the support from 21D the surgery itself was nowhere near as bad as I imagined it would be. I'm now all healed and have my LTP's and I have never been happier. I haven't been in any pain either during surgery or after. Fantastic experience: I completed my journey with 21D in December last year and the whole experience from start to finish was faultless. I had my assessment in June, surgery in September, which albeit was long, I never felt any pain. The whole team were so supportive and kind throughout. My LTPs were fitted in December and once again the team were lovely and caring. I don't believe I would have received such fantastic service had I gone elsewhere. Fantastic experience: 24th May 2024........the day i had my full dental implant surgery..........almost 12 months ago. Choosing 21D was the best life choice I have made. I was quoted £34,000 from a local dentist for this exact procedure. This left me feeling so gutted as that price was just not possible. With my gums in a really bad way and teeth starting to come loose it felt like an impossible dream. I then came across 21D. So did lots of research and then joined the FB group. This was an amazing find I was obsessed reading everyones experiances and being able to ask questions no matter how minor they seemed by people in the exact same situation helped to give me the push to contact them. It was the most helpful resource. From the very first phone conversation right through to surgery and aftercare they have been AMAZING!!! I genuinely cannot fault any of these stages. They are so professional, friendly, reassuring and non judgemental in every way. Having this done has changed my life for the better I am now ready to have my annual maintenance check up. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin…..my journey with 21D from start to finish has been incredible. All the staff I have met have been above professional, kind, caring and understanding. At the beginning of my journey I was petrified about the whole process, the surgery, the recovery, the cost, how I would look afterwards, what if I didn’t like my new look/smile, what if they fail, would I be able to eat, how, how, how, it was extremely daunting and very scary and completely unknown. I needn’t have worried about any of the above because it was amazing from the onset. From my first appointment in Bristol for my assessment to my last appointment in Bristol when I had my LTP’s fitted 10 wks after surgery. Could not praise the whole team more…Thankyou 21D for changing my life, giving me back my confidence to smile again and more importantly for being so kind to me.

Positive experience: Traveled to Warrington for surgery on my own (not recommended)take a chaperone.Surgery went well other than the temporary teeth protruded to much ,that was rectified on second visit that was done at Twickenham .Was advised to have an extra implant inserted at front of top set.Went back to have this fitted which was not the best experience.Iwas injected in the roof of my mouth and I have never experienced pain like it .If it was not for that I would have given a five star review.Am very happy with the end result and have had many positive comments

Fantastic experience: 12 months ago I made the best decision of my life and went ahead with a full jaw implants. I had lot a lot of teeth due to dental issues. I was very conscious of my appearance and felt nervous when out socialising. I used to suffer from stomach ssues as I could not chew my food properly aswell. My quality of life is so much better and I now enjoy being out and about. I have since recommended 21D to my sister in law who also had the full jaw implants and she too is very happy with the results. We were both dealt with the most caring and understanding team who made the whole experience very comfortable for us. Fantastic experience: It has been over a year since my surgery, and I can honestly say that it changed my life completely. I was always scared from dentists and all my life I was told that I will end up with dentures as I will not be suitable for implants. Luckly, I found 21D who could offer the impossible. My surgery took place in February 2024. I was very well looked after by the surgeon and supporting team. Days after the surgery I only experienced a small discomfort but not pain at all. I was wrecking before the surgery but when I look back now there was nothing to worry about. My journey was completed in April 2024 with permanent prosthetic being completed and since them all I do is smile, smile and smile! If anyone is considering getting full jaw implants done there is no better place to go that 21D. There is nothing to worry about, as you will definitely be in good hands with great care before, during and after the whole process. Fantastic experience: It’s almost a year since I had my surgery for full jaw implants with 21D and I couldn’t be more happier. From my initial contact I have felt confident about choosing 21D. I did my research and after being able to speak to others and hear about their experience gave me the confidence to make an appointment for an assessment and then to proceed with the procedure. I chose 21D as they only deal with full jaw implants, they do this every single day not just now and again like a regular dentists, 21D specialise in this particular type of dentistry it’s not just an add on service. All the staff are compassionate about your care and the service they provide is outstanding. I am petrified of the dentist but they put you at ease and ensure you feel comfortable and safe throughout every visit and talk you through every step of the procedure. Having this done has been one of the best things I’ve done and it has given me confidence and a better and healthier quality of life. If you are looking to have full jaw implants then I would recommend 21D wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: 21D have changed my life. After spending many years of deteriorating teeth and gums, I got to the point where my dentist couldn't do any more for me and could only suggest removing all my teeth. I could not bite my food and was afraid that if I tried, it would be painful or I would lose another tooth. I did not relish the thought of wearing dentures and so looked at alternatives. All-on-4 implants seemed the best way to go but the costs were prohibitive. So, I started looking at going abroad where prices were just about affordable. However, it scared the heck out of me in case there were any complications or poor dental work. I have heard many horror stories! I then found a couple of UK companies that were a bit more affordable. I had an assessment at one but did not feel fully comfortable with them and that there may be more hidden costs involved as well as extended completion times. Then I contacted 21D who arranged an assessment at a local dental surgery where lots of very thorough scans and checks were carried out. The team there were very professional and explained everything to me. I was then told that 21D would be happy to accept me for their full mouth dental implant surgery. There was no hard sell, and it was entirely up to me to decide whether to go ahead. Although 21D's costs are much lower than other UK implant clinics, it was still a lot of money for me and so, was still a big decision. Anyway, I knew I had to get my teeth sorted and so bit the bullet (not literally as my teeth were not up to it!) and made the payment to go ahead. I received a surgery date for about 4 weeks later at 21D's high tech clinic in Warrington. They paid the hotel fees for me and so that was something else I didn't need to worry about. The surgery day went ahead, and I was so well cared for during the whole process. I walked out of the clinic with a nice set of shiny new teeth (temps) and returned to the hotel for a good nights sleep and recovery. The next day I drove around 350 miles home with no ill effects from the surgery the previous day. I was no longer embarrassed to smile at people now and was quite happy to give passers-by a flash of my new (temp) teeth. A few weeks later after allowing my gums to heal and settle, I returned for a check that all the implants were good. Then another few weeks I had my final prosthetic new teeth fitted. I cannot thank 21D and all their caring staff enough. I now eat anything with my new bionic teeth. I crunch into an apple nearly every day, which was impossible before my surgery. I am now 10 months post-surgery and can honestly say that having this work carried out by 21D was the best thing I could have done. I purposely waited a good time before reviewing 21D so that I could really check how the process went before giving my thoughts. I am so glad that I didn't go down the dentures route. I almost forget that these are not my natural teeth and living every day with boosted confidence, eating, and smiling made this journey with 21D absolutely worth it. Thanks again 21D.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, this was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. Being a sufferer of periodontal disease meant I had to do something and after a lot of research, I am so glad I chose 21D. From the initial free assessment through to my final set of teeth, 21D have been really supportive and I've now finally got fabulous teeth and can eat anything now. Negative experience: Hello. I have had full jaw implants, I paid £18,000. Presently I have permanent teeth in which , I feel are to big for my mouth. They are very, very uncomfortable and I have pain in my jaws, ear, eye . 21d initially made some minor adjustments, but nothing changed. They told me to get a second opinion, which I did at my own cost and I saw a maxo facial surgeon (that they sent me to) both suggested to make changes. 21d dismissed them both. I am that desperate, I suggested that I would even pay for another set of prosthetics to be made. But they are not responding to my emails at all. It's all well and good to have the great reviews but I think when things go wrong, which they do, they don't want to know or help that patient. Even the best businesses get the odd thing that goes wrong. They are only interested in the good ones and are not interested when things go wrong. I am absolutely desperate to sort this out. Why they won't help, I do not know.

Fantastic experience: I have had my finals since September but had the procedure done in May as I didnt want to say anything until I was sure, well Im sure now that the decision to use 21D was the correct one. They are a 5 star service from start to finish and could not have wished for a better outcome for my teeth. I can eat anything now that I used to with my own teeth so thank you 21D for everything.

Fantastic experience: From the first consultation to the final fitment 21d have been exceptional. The initial review was in Glasgow and the staff soon put me at ease. The removal of the remaining teeth was painless and the staff were amazing. This was done at the Warrington practise. Having then having temps fitted was a relief. Swelling was kept to a minimum and there was no pain. The finals were a dream fit with no issues and looked amazing. Two things that stood out for me was the professional attitude and the the care from every member of the 21d team both in Glasgow and Warrington. Best thing i have ever done. Fantastic experience: I'm writing this as someone who was always terrified of the dentist, I knew I needed full dental implants for quite a while, I researched this for over 2 years about where and who to go with. I was going to go to Turkey, but the thought of any complications while back home ruled that out, as well of the thought of flying at 39.000 feet with constant pain was also a big no no. I then searched the UK for my treatment. After looking at 100s of videos on Facebook and YouTube, i discovered 21D, seeing their lovely friendly staff made me explore more. I then discovered videos of Vijay, the owner of 21D explaining things, and he built me with so much confidence that I had to get in touch with them. From the first assessment, I knew I was at the right place, i met AJ and a nurse who did the assessment, and the moment I was told I would be accepted, my mind was made up. My surgery was a breeze, done by Jason and great nurses, and was painless, then afterwards my other appointments were straightforward, my LTPs fitted by AJ and the lovely Minha, and I couldn't be happier. 21D and all their staff that i met are a credit to the company. Fantastic experience: After years and years of painful infections, failing crowns, toothache, and finding it hard to eat. I decided enough was enough, when my last infection ( top front tooth) had me climbing the walls. This was the final straw knowing my front tooth would have to be pulled, to rid this pain. I researched for months and 21d was coming up trumps every time, their patient group was the deciding factor, knowing I could ask questions to others who had gone through the procedure, before I even made the call for an assessment. The best thing I ever did. The watts app group with the staff there was great, and set the ball rolling from day one. I was seen within 2 days for an assessment, was told by the lovely Jason that I qualified for upper & lower jaw surgery, and my date was set for surgery. Thank you Jason for being so lovely on my assessment day. ( and thankyou for being so brilliant with my husband / you did his surgery on Monday…. But will explain that shortly Thanks to stratos for doing my surgery, ( I wasn’t the best patient, so apologises for that). / ( this was due to the terrible nhs dentists iv seen in the past, with one being so rough he cut all the inside of my mouth trying to get a tooth out, I ended up in hospital Having stitches in my mouth/ that memory has stayed with me for years). But 21d They were brilliant with me and kept me reassured during surgery, the nurses were lovely girls. Oh and the girl on reception Monday was absolutely lovely. ( thanks for the lovely coffees) You really have the best staff x Two days ago , I got my final teeth ( LTPs)., and I’m very happy. …….. I just want to quickly add ( before I start boring you all). My husband was so impressed with my temporary teeth, he contacted 21d for his doing too. So he had his surgery ( with the lovely Jason) on Monday, I was well looked after whilst waiting for him. Fantastic experience: From start to finish everyone at 21D have been so helpful and supportive. No question has been a daft question as far as they are concerned. I was very apprehensive sending pictures in for assessment but very speedy responses and appointment for free assessment was booked to suit me. Was given the go ahead and reset appointment was booked a week later for the following month. They were lovely on the day and made both myself and my chaperone very comfortable such a lovely professional group of people I can't thank them all enough for changing my life as they have.

Fantastic experience: Very rarely do I give reviews of any sort but an exception must be made for 21D. My experience from start to finish was first class; genuine 5 stars. All aspects of the entire process, from the initial no cost assessment to the final fitting, were carried out as described, without exception.They were performed by qualified, highly trained and caring professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. I attended 2 clinics, Warrington and Carlisle. Both in easy to get to locations, both spotless, with great waiting areas and both equipped with cutting edge technology. I would have no hesitation in recommending 21D. Not only do they provide a great service , they provide really good value for money.

Fantastic experience: I was advised by my own dentist that I would be needing dentures or implants due to gum disease and tooth loss. After much research decided to use 21D. Found them to be professional and felt calm and confident in what they could do. They were all caring and supportive throughout my journey. Being a bit nervous the operation went very well temporary teeth were all fitted within 3 hours,had a bit of swelling and in a bit of pain for a few days but it soon passed. Just had my LTP fitted today and they look and feel great. I can't thank everyone involved enough for everything they have done.

Fantastic experience: 21d are ardent professionals in what they do and how they do it. If you are looking at these reviews, you like I, have gotten to a point where your teeth have been affecting your life, confidence, general wellbeing and you wish to do something about it. I did and I am so glad I made that journey with 21D. Yes, cost is an issue, and even though 21D are very reasonable in their pricing compared to some other UK dentists, it is still a chunky amount of money. But look at this another way, as an investment in your health both mentally and physically. I took the bold step to contact 21D and went to the free consultation. This was an eye opener. Very thorough x-rays and scans were taken of my mouth and jaw and an initial assessment given to me about the state of my mouth. At no time was there a hard sell, just an honest and caring assessment of my mouth at the time. At no point in the assessment was I made to feel uncomfortable or ashamed of the state of my mouth. They just emphasised that they have a solution to fix it all. And that was a full jaw rehabilitation. Not an easy decision but the decision was made. I was invited to a WhatsApp group to be in constant contact with Bianca who I could forward any questions or concerns I had and to arrange the date of the surgery and travel. My surgery was booked for the end of August at Warrington. I was given hotel accommodation for the night before and two nights afterwards. The day of the surgery came, and I opted for no sedation. The normal anaesthetic was used to numb my mouth as is for any tooth removal, I felt nothing, and before I knew it, my teeth were gone. The implants were fitted, again no sedation, could feel a bit of pressure but no pain, and the re-programmer prosthesis attached to these. Yes, I was swollen, but not bruised, but maybe the beard hid some of that. Jason did a fantastic job. That evening and the next day I was very surprised at how the swelling was diminishing and the pain was minimal and delt with by the paracetamol and ibuprofen. Yes, there is other medication, antibiotic and others but that is a small issue. Operation on Friday, flew back home on the Sunday evening with a new smile, albeit not the long term one. I had to wear my Re-programmer a little longer than normal as my lower jaw was a little soft. The 4week check (Sept 24) showed good healing but was decided that would remain with the re-programmer for another at least 4 weeks. November came and another check-up showed good healing and thus meant that I could finally move towards the LTP. ‘All I wanted for Christmas was my two front teeth’. But alas I had to wait until the 3rd of January 2025 for that appointment. 9am arrived at the Birchwood surgery. The re programmer was removed in minutes (at this point was the first time I realised I did not have any of my natural teeth left. It was a bit of a, not uncomfortable feeling but a bit more of an intake of breath realisation). 9:30am, I left with my brand-new smile. So, what has all this done for me?? Confidence wise, incalculable. No longer try to keep my teeth hidden when speaking, moving my jaw far more, smiling far more without worry that my teeth are showing. Even looking in the mirror when cleaning them. No more disheartening feeling that it is a pointless exercise. Without doubt this has been one of the best, hardest, most thought about decision I have had to take in my life for a long time. And I am so glad that I took the decision to go with 21D who have been extremely supportive every step of the way and into the future at the annual check-ups. Yes, they want to see you every year thereafter. So, if you are at that crossroads to which road to take? What you see in the online videos is exactly what you get. Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible service from the team at 21d right from the first Saturday consultation till the final fitting of my L.T.P.S. People make comments on my great teeth….when I tell them they are implants they don’t believe me because they say they look so natural. I have no pain and I’m not trying to hide my teeth all the time. If you are hesitant or in any doubt I say give 21d a ring and go and have a word; you won’t be disappointed. Fantastic experience: After much research and discussion and lots of patience by 21D i went ahead with my treatment, all on four, despite some discomfort while the gums heeled, the process has been well worth it. I had a natural colour, didn’t want stand out white, i like the fact that no-one knows and i can smile with confidence now. Be brave it’s well worth the journey, recommend stop researching and take that step.

Negative experience: I was really hopeful about this company but word of warning. Their treatment WILL NOT WORK ON ANYONE who has had a bone graft previously and will not work on anyone who has an overdenture on implants already in place. This is understood but I told them all of this very clearly from the very first contact and they told me to go off and get scans from my last dentist which took me weeks - when in fact they didn't need the scans at all if having a previous bone graft and an overdenture excludes you from being suitable. I am sharing to hopefully avoid anyone else wasting their time who is in my circumstances. Screenshot is what I was told. It would be helpful to just tell someone this at the outset to avoid further timewasting. That is the annoying part for me.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I went for my final appointment for my permanent 4 x 4 dental implants at 21D in Warrington. This was after having temporary’s for 3 months so they could heal the implant sites ready for the finals. I’m so happy with the results and just can’t stop smiling. They look amazing, and they have given me my confidence back. After loosing my front teeth through gum disease, and hating my dentures. I finally have the smile I dreamed of. From the first visit, I was really impressed. The facilities are state of the art, and the staff and practitioners are just amazing. I should have done it sooner, and I can’t praise them enough. Fantastic experience: The best decision I’ve ever made .. almost painless procedure 3hours later a set of beautiful teeth (temps) while waiting for my permanent teeth I became ill and was taken in hospital having to miss my appointment …. No problems I was reappointed several times without fuss and I was reassured it wasn’t going to cause a problem. I found all the staff that I came across go above and beyond the device I expected would recommend them to anyone as I can only offer positive feedback back… I felt it was worth every penny spent … if you have a problem dont hesitate go for it … it has turned my life around

Fantastic experience: . Once the research was done the journey with 21D was faultless, from my review in Leicester in May to having my LTP’s just before Christmas. Had my surgery by the amazing team in Warrington 18/10, back to work the next day, although soreness and discomfort for 3-4 days there was nothing to worry about. Made sure I did as I was told with the meds and hygiene and had my LTP’s fitted 20/12. Fantastic experience: After years of not smiling properly I decided it was time to make a change, I booked an assessment with 21d to have dental implants on both jaws,my initial consultation I didn’t feel judged but care & compassion from the team. Fantastic experience: Fantastic Company I have just completed my treatment with 21D and cannot praise this company enough. From the moment I first contacted 21D throughout all of my treatment the care, attention and professionalism of all the staff I have encountered has been second to non. I would encourage anyone considering treatment to contact 21d to arrange a FREE assessment at one of their clinics. There is no hard sell/judgement or add ins at the assessment ( unlike many dentists) and you will receive a comprehensive assessment/ report on your teeth and whether you are able to progress for treatment. I would also encourage becoming a member of the 21d Patients Facebook group which is patient led so you can see what experiences people have/ are having. I joined the Facebook group and valued people’s honest experiences of their treatment.( it was this group that made up my mind to go ahead with the treatment) From having my assessment in late August, I had surgery on 19th September and my final permanent teeth on 28th November. I could not be happier with the quality of the treatment and care I have received. Unlike going abroad 21d offer an all in price of £17k for both jaws and this covers all eventualities during your treatment/aftercare and the customer service and commitment to patient care and satisfaction is absolutely second to non. The surgery really has been life changing for me and I have zero regrets. If you are reading this review I would advise contacting 21d to arrange a Free assessment as you have nothing to loose and everything to gain!

Fantastic experience: All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The operation was pain free under IV sedation. I had swelling to my face and bruising to my lower jaw which lasted about a week. Ten weeks later I have had my finals fitted and am looking forward to being able to eat any foods that I want.

Fantastic experience: 21D, I have just been a client of 21D, and I couldn't be more pleased, after many years of dental fear and poor oral hygiene, my dentist advised its time for dentures, but I was determined dentures was not for me, I did lots of reaching in to company's that offerd full implants, and I was not sure about going abroad, then I stumbled across 21D in the UK, I joined the face book group, and with their encouragement and enthusiasm I made that call, I had my free assessment in Bristol and was told I was suitable for surgery, only problem was ima type 2 diabetic ,so for the next few months I worked so hard getting my numbers down, sending readings and blood pressure readings to my team at 21D, the I had the call to go ahead with surgery, I travelled with my husband to a lovely hotel in Warrington, and had surgery at 08am the next day, I was back in the hotel by lunchtime with a bag full of goodies from 21D, ice packs, electric toothbrush, and water floser, absolutely no pain but lots of bruising, recovery was lots of resting,soft food's ect. I have just had my long term prosthesis fitted and I couldn't be happier, if your thinking of doing this procedure don't hesitate, you won't regret it, I can't praise 21D enough their so amazing as a company, enthusiastic encouragement and they are so professional, I just wish I was better at writing reviews,

Fantastic experience: First of all i must say what a fantastic and professional company 21D are. They helped me through a time in my life when I had no confidence. They are helpful and caring and went through everything step by step with me. If you are thinking of having this treatment done, please don't hesitate. I have my confidence back and can now eat and smile without being embarrassed. It has definitely changed my life.

Fantastic experience: My teeth, despite regularly going to the dentist have been poor for most of my life. At 60 years old, I was running out of options. I had several teeth missing and the others were badly decayed and unlikely to last much longer. I was also starting to have problems eating and I had a significant overbite. The options I had were: (a) dentures - but my dentist refused to remove all my teeth and would only go for a partial denture which I didn't want; (b) Full implants: but the quotes I'd had (around the £30K mark) were way too expensive; or (c) Do nothing. Not really an option at all. In my research I discovered 21D. They're based in the UK (didn't want to go abroad) and were significantly cheaper than the competition. £17K for full implants in both jaws, is still expensive in anyone's book, but for me, at a massive stretch, it was achievable. I made some enquiries, went for an initial consultation and the rest is history. From the start 21D put me at ease. They're knowledgeable, professional and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are amazing and support you all the way. Importantly, their solution is all encompassing and includes extractions; implant surgery; fitting of upper and lower jaw prosthetics; and full aftercare. There are no hidden costs. So on 18th September 2024, I had 23 teeth extracted (I paid extra for IV sedation so don't remember much) and had temporary implants fitted immediately. I was in the chair for 3 hours. A couple of months later on 26th November my 'permanent' teeth were fitted. It's been challenging, and I'm not fully out of the woods yet, but for all intents and purposes - job done! For anyone considering this, having full mouth implants is definitely not a walk in the park - it's major oral surgery and you should expect some curve balls and challenges along the way. There will be swelling, bruising and some pain. I've certainly had my fair share but nothing I couldn't handle. My 'teeth' look great and you can even choose the colour shade you want. But where 21D really excels is with its support infrastructure. When you're accepted for the treatment, you're immediately enrolled in a WhatsApp support group which is fantastic. There you get access to clinicians and support staff and if you have any concerns they'll put your mind at rest. If you need to see a clinician post-surgery they'll sort that out as well. Nothing is too much trouble. There's also a fantastic Facebook group where you can get advice from people who have been through this. It's an invaluable resource and the vibe there is overwhelmingly positive. I'd definitely recommend joining. So for anyone considering full implant surgery, I would absolutely put 21D on your shortlist. Their service, support and aftercare is exemplary and they're just really nice people do deal with. They do this surgery day in, day out so they really know what they're doing. I can't really comment on the longevity of their solution simply because I can't predict the future and it's early days for me. What I do know however is that the lifespan of implants is very much determined by your health and wellbeing generally. Implants absolutely need to be looked after so a methodical cleaning regime and sticking to 21D's yearly follow-up appointments is essential. Properly looked after they'll last for many, many years. 21D get a big thumbs up from me - I simply can't fault the company or the treatment and support I've had so far. Many describe this as a life changing experience and that's exactly what it is. So if you're sitting on the fence about implant surgery for whatever reason, I'd certainly get in touch with 21D and have a chat. They're nice people - you've nothing to lose and potentially everything to gain!

Fantastic experience: I have been researching dental implants for the past few years but was never sure if what was on offer was for me. I finally settled on 21D Clinical and started my journey with them in July. Now 4 months later I have the smile that exceeds my expectations. Both the teams at Bristol and Warrington have been highly professional and caring. From my very first phone call to 21D to the fitting of my LTPs I have nothing but praise for the complete team. For my surgery at Warrington, Patryk and his team were amazing and at no time did I feel any pain or unease as I was naturally apprehensive on the day. Fantastic experience: The day came earlier this year when I decided that I needed a new smile due to my failing teeth. After shopping around and exploring the internet for advice I decided that dental implants were what was going to be the most preferential to me. After a lot of research I finally choose 21D Clinical. From the moment I had contact during my initial assessment in August I knew that 21D was the way forward. Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant company to deal with from start to finish! The staff are so friendly & everything is explained in thorough detail from day one. First appointment was my assessment which was hassle free & was accepted, onto having my surgery & temps fitted in less than 4 hours! 8 weeks later my finals were fitted with no problems at all! So happy with my new smile! I have had no problems at all throughout my journey with 21D! My own dentist couldn’t do anything for me so when I found this company they did everything that I needed.
