Fantastic experience: Excellent hygienist, very helpful and thorough.
Positive experience: I had my hygiene appt today with a new hygienist. I can not fault her care however at the end she suggested that to get a 'handle' on my gum issues that she would like to see me in 3 months instead of my usual 6! I am really happy as i know its her first day and that i will get to see her again. When I go to reception with the plan.. I am told that the hygienist won't actually be here by the next appt as she is only short term! I just feel that I never get continuity of care , every hygienist I see , I never see again...its a real shame...

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Moor Dental Clinic for a few years now as a private patient. The staff are all very professional and courteous. My comment though must be directed at how exemplary I find Nicole (hygienist)and her nurses. Nicole instils knowledge and confidence to educate us how to maintain hygiene in our mouths. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank this dental practice enough. As someone who has always been a very nervous patient I came in feeling anxious. The reception team make a huge difference, they are welcoming and kind and the whole atmosphere felt calm and supportive. Dr Steven Fletcher is an exceptional dentist — calm, gentle and a true expert in his field. He explained everything in a clear reassuring way and worked with care and patience. His professionalism and skill are remarkable. I am very grateful for the level of attention and respect I was shown. This practise is everything a dental experience should be: professional, supportive and genuinely patient focussed. Highly highly recommend.

Positive experience: Excellent! Had a filling replaced by Stephen, the old one fell out a long time ago, I can't go so far as to say I enjoyed the experience but it was on time ,painless, quick and about as good as it could be. If I could have had it done on the NHS it would be a five star review.

Positive experience: I always have a very positive experience with the dental care at this practice and all the staff are warm and friendly. The three stars are for the constant cancelling of appointments, which has been going on for years. I can’t remember the last time I had an appointment that wasn’t cancelled and rescheduled. My last hygienist appointment was cancelled twice. The same happens with members of my family. It is extremely frustrating.

Fantastic experience: On visiting the hygienist today I was impressed by how much I was put at ease and the help given to look after my teeth. The hygienist was very friendly and I felt that my teeth had been given a really good clean and polish.

Fantastic experience: I arrived for my yearly check-up and the dentist did a very thorough examination of my teeth, pointed out changes since my last visit + gave me lots of advice. She also took X-rays. Excellent treatment! I had a composite filling done on a broken molar today. It wasn't the most comfortable procedure, but Catherine did her utmost to minimise my discomfort, and, as always did an extremely competent and professional job.

Fantastic experience: I was not registered with this practice but was fitted in as an emergency within a couple of hours of calling i had not seen a dentist for about 30years due to a bad experience so was very nervous and my teeth disgusting but no judgement was made I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable everyone was so lovely would highly recommend can't believe I'm saying this but would not hesitate to go again everyone was so professional and caring

Fantastic experience: I have been with this clinic for a long time, my dentist I have my treatment with has always had a professional approach to sorting out any problems, as soon as you go through the door they're receptionist has always greeted you with a pleasant service. I think going completely private is not a great idea as you keep increasing the monthly payments, it would be in my opinion better if you still had none private patients. But as you can see the wonderful service my dentist at Ashburton and receptionist has kept me updated and still got me on the books. 18/02/25 my visit today was for a scale and Polish, the hygienist was very pleasant informative thorough and accurate.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Moor Dental for a number a years but I visited today for the first time since they went private. I was able to get an appointment quickly. My visit was excellent. Stephen reassured me that my teeth were fine and recommended a hygiene appointment. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The staff are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the very thorough check up I’ve just had with Catherine. Not only is she incredibly professional she has such a gentle approach that always makes me feel at ease. The way she gently checked my facial muscles, jaw, head & neck feels completely relaxed me, it feels like a facial not a normal dental check up. From doing that Catherine knew that I’ve been suffering from awful headaches and a stiff neck- just from touching my face, head and neck- mind blowing!!! I was shown how to correctly brush between my teeth and her nurse Aleisha was very patient, kind & helpful finding me the correct brushes downstairs that Catherine had recommended for me. Fantastic experience: I have no issues with the staff and Catherine is an excellent dentist. My disappointment was the practice going from a NHS to a private dentist. The cost of treatment has more than doubled and many families just cannot afford it and will suffer with their health. I was also disappointed in never having a response from the practice owners to my emails.
