Fantastic experience: I had my teeth aligned with 32Co at Bridge Dental Practice & Cosmetic Studio, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. My dentist, Harleen, was incredibly thorough and supportive throughout the entire process. Whenever I had an issue she was always there to help—quick to respond and genuinely caring. My treatment started in April and finished in August, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The reception staff were always friendly, professional, and accommodating, making each visit smooth and stress-free. I honestly can’t fault a single part of the experience. Harleen is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend Bridge Dental to anyone considering cosmetic or orthodontic treatment. Thank you for helping me achieve my perfect smile!

Negative experience: The dentists were very nice, however the Receptionist was very stern, felt put off by it, would have loved to see a friendly face, that was the only bad thing about my experience. A helpful, approachable Receptionist would have made all the difference, what a shame!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Bridge Dental for almost 20 years and now bring my three children. It's not always easy finding slots for the family but Adele always manages it and fits us in to make my life easier and is always friendly and welcoming. Our dentist Luke is great. Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience with this practice. No customer care received From the start there was lack of communication, the emails and texts they had claimed to be sending were never received horrible behaviour from staff very quick to shift blame and manipulate you. The receptionist had no clue what she was talking about had to apologise multiple times for not keeping on top of things. Frankly even walking into the practice I realised that the practice was so unprofessional and shouldn’t have taken anything further from then

Exceptionally friendly, welcoming and informative throughout the appointment, immediately putting me at ease, talking me through every step of the process and making someone who carries dental childhood trauma with them feel very relaxed, which I never thought would be possible! Fantastic experience: I’ve visited the practice a few times for different treatments and each time have received a friendly welcome by the team. Today I saw Dr Jameel to have 2 old silver fillings removed and replaced with composite filling. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless. Over the past five years that I’ve been in this country, several of my teeth were damaged due to improper treatment from other dentists, and honestly, I was desperate to find a good one. Fantastic experience: Had a root canal treatment and a crown fitted - very professional work. Root canal is never pleasant but they did make sure it's done right. As for the crown, I do like the final effect, made with high quality ceramics and just the right shade to match my teeth

Fantastic experience: I arrived at the practice with a huge chipped tooth, exposing a filling at my bottom left tooth. I was experiencing further issues as the sharp edges were catching inside of my mouth. Thankfully, my dentist, Dr Jameel, immediately examined my tooth and quickly understood what needs to be done. I have a new composite tooth that appears seamless in my mouth. I am very happy the service quality and that this problem was solved in an efficient and professional manner.

First class attention from Reception to an even better service provided by the dentist. Dr Harleen is a most caring and professional dentist and ably assisted by nurse Saloni. The procedure was 100% effective together with follow up recommendation on return home. If I was a resident of UK I would have no hesitation in having Dr Harleen as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth out a week ago and was experiencing real pain - the wonderful receptionist from Bridge Dental saw my discomfort and got me seen to right away. The pain reduction was almost immediate, and I cannot speak highly enough of the team and their attitude.

Fantastic experience: Best Practice I visited Bridge Dental Practice at the begining of May 2022. They were recommended to me for being very professional and good for people who don't normally like going to the dentist. I am one of those people who goes into a cold sweat even at the thought of a check up, let alone a filling. Despite this I booked in for a check up and was told I needed a filling. However, I felt nothing during the check up which gave me some confidence for the next appointment to have a filling. I can genuinely say the dentist was amazing. She put me at ease not dismissing my fears. Within minutes I was relaxed and the fear had gone. I felt nothing either during the check up or the filling. The only word is 'amazing'. My teenage son also had an appointment but does not have the same fear of dentists. The staff were very friendly with him and even made him chuckle. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend them to anyone, especially if you are of a nervous disposition. Thank you. Fantastic experience: I feel guilty as this review should have been given years ago Oh well, better late than never. I have been with Bridge Dental for 5 years this year and I was with my previous dentist for over 20 years in another area. The team here are just the best, they always make your visit enjoyable and they have a wealth of knowledge too. Dr. Raabiha Maan is always so kind and thoughtful and will give the best advice. They have saved my gums and saved me lots of money in other areas too. Her co-authored book for junior dentists starting out “Dentistry in a nutshell” demonstrates her commitment and professionalism in her work. Her husband Khalil and Dr. Umair Maan (her brother) are also really great guys. Adele the veteran receptionist has been a lifesaver, I remember we would talk throughout the lockdown to see how things were going as she kept on the lines even though they couldn’t provide the face to face treatment. She also has loads of experience so can answer most questions. April was always making me laugh when she was on reception before she left but had been replaced by the the wonderful Lana. Amerah is also really lovely and a barrel of laughs . Eva, Andrea & Simran are excellent dental assistants/nurses as was KK (Karolina) who has left and you would never think you’d enjoy going to the dentist this much. I need to thank Dr. Chiba, Dr. Soni, Dr. Ahmed & Dr. Motizada too as I’ve been seen by them also. They really did wonders for my teeth and gums. Last but not least the hygienists (past & present) Sarah, Joanna & Roma. I advise you have dental hygienist appointments as often as recommended, they do wonders! Fantastic experience: I was worried about my lovely dentist being on Maternity Leave but I shouldn’t have been. Luke was amazing. A wonderful new addition to the team. Added bonus was that he understood adult autism. The new hygienist Maryan also to my shock was aware of adult autism. I had the gentlest cleaning ever. My teeth usually vibrate for 3 days afterwards. Not this time. And she knew exactly when I’d had enough and throughout kept checking that I was ok. Thank you all for treating me so well.

Positive experience: I am a nervous patient and on Friday 9th Feb, I received an injection and front filling by. Dr Ahmed Al-Baiyaa and nurse Mo. I felt no pain and was looked after really well. The execution of the treatment was carried out successfully.

I also did tooth hygiene with Dr. Roma in another day, she is also super nice, professional and took really good care of my teeth and taught me how to clean my teeth daily. Fantastic experience: I’m not a big fan of dentists after a very bad experience when I was younger. However, over the past couple of years I’ve been getting my checkups and dental hygiene needs at Bridge Dental Practise. This time round I needed a filling replaced and Dr Ahmed Al-Baiyaa and nurse Mo put me at ease from the get go. Both made me feel relaxed before, during and after the filling replacement, so much so that during I almost nodded off! I can’t praise the practise and Dr Ahmed enough for the way they handle and respect a patients well being.

Fantastic experience: My course of dental treatment was completed a couple of weeks ago. Brilliant care and treatment by the Bridge House Team. The Receptionist, Hygienist, Dental Nurse and Dentist (Jameel ) were thoughtful and caring at each stage of my visits. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease with the procedures, with explanations and photos of my teeth and gum health (before and after treatment ). The background music helped me to relax and also the confidence I had with the treatment provided to me. I was having the treatment through the NHS and the charges were explained to me for the work needed for my treatment. Thank you all for the great teamwork care taken throughout my treatment sessions. Fantastic experience: Dear Dr Ahmed Al-Baiyaa and nurse Simran how could I have imagined that I would have felt this way, In so much pain, Once I was in the operating seat I knew that I would be in safe hands. It was a complete surprise when I was handed a stress ball and given the hand signal to portray when the time proved to be too much. Fantastic experience: Dr Ahmed Al-Baiyaa and nurse Mo were both reassuring and professional didnt feel much of the anesthesia injections and the extraction of the tooth even though the was a complicated case as the tooth broke almost to the base of my gum The music was soothing and it made me so at ease Thank you Dr Ahmed and nurse Mo May the Almighty always bless you both . Fantastic experience: Amazing staffs! Roma the Hygienist was very gentle and very accomodating receptionist Ms. Adele if I am not mistaken. She communicates and handles scheduling properly without any hassle from our side. The dentist and her assistant who cared for me and my kid were very friendly that my kid is no longer afraid to go to the dentist. My kid is very proud of himself for feeling so brave after the service. He didn't have to suffer the trauma I had when I was a kid from a dentist. Bridge Dental Practice is highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience having a filling replaced by Dr Harleen and nurse Ewa. They were both very professional and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure, keeping me informed of what to expect every step of the way. The dentistry team seem to really care about their patients and were very friendly. The reception staff are also very friendly and professional when assisting with the booking and payment. The facilities are clean and very well maintained.

Negative experience: Firstly the receptionist and initial dentist surgeon earlier in 2023 was very nice made you feel comfortable gave me some reasonable quotes for fillings etc. this review does not reflect on them they’re good souls. She went on leave and I ended up with a low frequency patronising Dr Gadah Al-Ani. Who was reluctant to give me any answers from the offset. I have an academic background in psychology so I know specifically these types of people mannerisms maybe she was having a bad day I don’t know? Initially I was in pain very bad on Friday so Tuesday I sent the X-ray from Saturday’s emergency appointment in order to be assessed so they can start the procedure for the root canal treatment but as she was reluctant to do the root canal she did three X-rays on me firstly and after ten minutes couldn’t even find the problem but tapped the tooth which was clearly hurting. I asked her to proceed and she refused saying she needs to double check with another doctor? Then she rang me off a private number at 18:19 left a voicemail for me to ring the surgery that closes at 6pm? I’m thinking it’s an emergency so I used text phone and was told it was nothing important and to ring back tomorrow. What a wind up she could’ve left me some information on the voicemail but didn’t she just told me to ring the surgery like it was an emergency knowing full well the surgery is closed. I texted back stupid people to the text answering service and got told my abusive language has got me barred from the practice. I’m black I know what racism or stereotyping is and feels like first hand. This comes from looks, mannerism and condescending vocal tones I felt this from the DR and the nurse. There was no smiles and the look they were given me was off soon as I came in. Policies surrounding ethical consideration, diversity and mental heath act supports its patients throughout the NHS. And in this situation all of this failed there was no compassion or thought of mental health. I may wear a tracksuit and colourful trainers etc but Im qualified with two degrees one a master so I understand how to be assertive and truthful in this my feedback and experience.

Positive experience: Luke and mo what a team these two are. Always been nervous about dentist work but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Luke takes me through ever stage and moe was on point with everything. Helpful tips from the both of them and the music selection was great to See you in 6 months guys

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I recently required a root canal and crown and had my first appointment with Dr Luke. He went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible, especially as it happened on my birthday. He was friendly, compassionate and very professional and put me at ease straight away. He was very informative and thoughtfully discussed the whole procedure. I wish I could give more stars. The whole staff are amazing but a special thanks to Dr Luke for the excellent care and Dr Priyanka for the root canal treatment and her professionalism and care too.

Fantastic experience: Very good service from all staff. Ladies at the reception were very helpful, and friendly helped me with getting an appointment for my chipped tooth on the day I’ve called! Done 2 fillings with Dr Harleen who was very helpful, professional and calm and nurse Simran who was very attentive checking on me that I was ok all the time. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Mehreen the dental hygienist my last few visits and she is incredible. Gentle that I hardly feel anything, meticulous and skilled, as well as warm/friendly. If you’ve been putting off seeing a hygienist because of previous (pick axing your mouth) experiences, then I would highly recommend seeing Mehreen.

Fantastic experience: Came in with a totally cracked molar. I was so apprehensive about visiting the dentist as I know they charge huge amounts of money. All I can say is my experience from walking in, the dental assistant Andrea and Dr M Jameel who worked on saving my tooth. What an honest and passionate Team. I’ve been twice since and shall be registering my whole family with them. So refreshing to meet such a professional team these days. Dr you are awesome

Fantastic experience: For as long as I can remember I have felt very self-conscious about my smile. I was always very aware of how unflattering my teeth looked. I would avoid taking photos and smiling. However Dr Preya completely transformed that for me! She created a smile I am so proud of, I wish I had spoke with her years ago about bonding and the possibilities. Both Dr Preya and Andrea were so incredibly patient and lovely. They really made me feel comfortable during every stage and I will be sad not to see them for long appointments again. If you are thinking about having work done to your teeth please consider Dr Preya first!

Fantastic experience: I’m so pleased I changed my dentist to this practice. I am a nervous patient and Luke used an innovative technique to prevent water in my mouth as he completed my filling. Simran reassured me throughout and helped me relax. It was the best dental procedure I have had and I just wished I had joined Bridge years ago and saved myself the anguish of comparatively outdated approach of the previous dentist. If you’re thinking of joining Bridge, I highly recommend them.
