Fantastic experience: My husband and I started seeing Mr Chadha at Ashby Fields Dental more than 20 years ago, and when my sons were born, they also started going to him (literally from 6 months old, laying in the chair with me and getting used to having someone look in their mouth!). We have always received high quality, consistent care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dental practise.

Fantastic experience: Treated by Natalie for a small white filling on a front tooth and a scale and polish, called in on time, greeted with a friendly smile explained fully what would be done , I agreed to the treatment. All done in a matter of no more than 20 mins, no pain or discomfort, would highly recommend Natalie to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Ashby Fields dental practice is very good fully recommend this practice have been going years to this practice,I had a filling fall out two weeks ago and they got me in very quick to re do the tooth in which they done a great job was in pain beforehand when filling came out but since I'm now pain free after rework,I find the dentist very helpful and accommodating and the staff and orthodontists equally too very friendly,if you have a problem put it to them and they will guide you and offer the best course of treatment and route to take.

Absolutely fantastic treatment and care for a crown prep, delighted that I no longer need impressions due to their investment in modern technology/ equipment and literally scanning my teeth for the crown to be made.. it's like a sci-fi movie experience! Fantastic experience: What can I say. I called as a non-registered patient for an emergency appointment. They managed to get me an appointment within 3 hours where others in the area didn't have anything for over a week. Everybody here was very professional, friendly and welcoming. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Neadless to say I am now a patient and will definitely be recommending the practice to others.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is very patient with me and my autism, all the staff have been super supportive and welcoming of my assistance dog, my dentist explains everything really clearly to me, allows me time to speak and process. I now feel that if I needed to come by myself for a check up me and biscuit could do it. Considering a year ago I wouldn’t go near a dentist surgery due to severe anxiety, meltdowns and previous communication breakdowns. This is huge thank you

Positive experience: Very efficient was able to get an appointment quite quickly. It’s a private dentist and until very recently I was registered with a NHS dentist so the cost is 3 times what I am used to paying, but I think the service reflects the cost. It’s my first treatment at this dentist and so far I am very happy with the service.

Positive experience: Unfortunately had the last hygienist appointment of the day and they were running 10 minutes late. It all felt abit rushed and her phone went off twice during the appointment. Next was the dentist appointment which after paying £120 for a white filling a few weeks earlier informed that there was a small infection so it may need removing and root canal work doing !

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with the service I receive at AFDC. I have been a patient of Natalie for some years and I can honestly say she is the very best dentist I have ever had. She is particularly careful to cause as little pain as possible and this means I don't fear my visits in any way. Her chairside manner is superb, putting the patient completely at ease.

Positive experience: All good. Didn’t need to wait long for the 09.00 appointment. I think it is now expensive, £100 for a check up and clean which is exactly the same as my wife pays but she goes to a private practice not and NHS dentist.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in such a long time, but both visits were great. First, the dentist was incredibly kind and made me feel calm. Then, the hygienist was as gentle as possible. I was welcomed both times by the same dental nurse; she was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They didn't make me feel bad about not seeing a dentist in over five years. They simply helped me and gave me my smile back. (All my own teeth, just a good cleaning.) Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Receptionists are rude . One in particular asked all dentists there for a 2nd opinion which i had not asked for. fabricated the truth and I can no longer be seen there. They used the loop holes in the nhs system to do so. No complaints about the actual dentists, altho 1 or 2 need work on their bedside manner .

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing a lot of pain with one of my back teeth. I rang Ashby Fields Dentist explained the discomfort to the receptionist who promised to call me back with an appointment. Within 45 minutes she had called me and I was seen on the same day. The dentist Sharon and the dental nurse put me at ease, removed the old filling put a new one in all with 30 mins. Fabulous service I would recommend them 100%.

Negative experience: It used to be a good clinic until it was franchised by a very strange couple. its a scam. I was booked with Chadha back in 2018, it was a disaster and waste of money and my time the most. There was no improvement in my oral health condition; he put someone else's crown on my tooth, saying that someone had refused it and he decided that it would suit me. He placed it to me without even bothering to show it to me before he placed it. I was speechless and shocked by all outcome of his services from this person, maybe in India or Pakistan where he is come from is okay, but not in European countries.

Fantastic experience: One of my front teeth broke in half vertically. I fully expected that I would lose the tooth. However when I got into the chair and Dr Sharon Khaliq had had a look, she immediately said she could save the tooth with a filling. It now looks much better than before, and the line between the filling and the residual tooth is virtually invisible. I am very grateful for her skill. .
