I have found their care to be so painless (even root canal stuff), considerate, and friendly that I no longer spend a moment worrying about a visit. Would it be weird to say i quite enjoy them? The practice was immaculate, I was greeted very politely by a member of staff at reception, all forms were easily filled out with minimal questions or hold ups. The appointment itself, Went better than expected with all questions answered and future appointments booked.

Fantastic experience: I was with John Gwyther who ran the clinic before he retired and when Chadni took over he told me that she would be brilliant and low and behold! I have had a very challenging dental history due to a range of sporting accidents and bad habits... but the team have always put me back together and have a real focus on being pro-active about your dental health. Their dental surgeon Zaman is lovely and helped me through a challenging wisdom tooth issue and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure it went as well as it could. I would like to say Sammy but apologies if this is wrong, but the lady on the front desk is amazing - every phone call I feel listened to and supported, nothing phases her and she has really helped to remove the stigma over gatekeepers receptionists. She knows what she is doing and has the initiative to solve problems and puts you at ease. I have been with this dentist (from Gwyther) as a child and I will never change.

Fantastic experience: I went to green dental for the first time after having two failed extractions at a different dentist. From being extremely anxious this dentist has generally restored my faith in dentists. The whole experience could not have been any better and the dentist had my tooth out in under a minute. I have minimal pain after the extraction as well. The receptionists are so welcoming and everything was explained about the procedure and after care. I will not be going to another dentist again. And thank you green dental for taking care of me and helping me through this! I don’t normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with everything I felt like I needed too!

I was impressed with the technology they have which enables you to see the results you'd get from Invisalign - I literally cried happy tears when I saw what my teeth could end up looking like. Update: Recently went in for a hygienist appointment and it was the best hygienist appointment I've ever had at any dentists. Vishwa and Flo were so lovely and really looked after me, they made it as pleasant and comfortable as possible. They worked so well together and you can tell that they really care about how you feel. Fantastic experience: After a few months of should I shouldn't I have my teeth straighten I finally filled out the enquiry form one evening. The next day I received a phone call from Keeley and booked a consultation. On arrival, the receptionist was warm and welcoming, as too was Keeley who completely put me at ease. She went through a full explanation of what to expect if I went ahead with the process, including before and after photos. At no time did I feel pressurised. l received a brochure that evening with full details and pricing. All in all it was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend Keeley and the Green Dental team.

A lot has changed, lots of mod cons that allow you to see your teeth 3D and where any problems lie. Fantastic experience: Unusually, I had three appointments at Green Oakham Dental Care in a week. The first a simply check-up with Dr Mane. As always, very helpful, calm and professional. The second, with Mr Larratt the hygienist, was equally professional and he put me at ease with his friendly demeanor. The third, a double filling with Dr Patel and her assistant Flo. I feel I should make special mention of them as they too were very professional, friendly and explained each and every step. The whole process was completely pain free. Dr Patel somehow managed to administer the numbing injections without me feeling a thing. The entire practice is staffed with extremely professional and friendly staff right from the lovely receptionists to all the dental staff. I highly recommend them all.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Green Oakham Dental Care by a friend. I am a very nervous patient and have put off visiting a dentist properly for 18 years, the only time I’d visit was for an emergency! As soon as I walked through the doors I felt at ease, very friendly welcoming from the receptionist, the dental nurses were lovely and friendly, I always found at other practices, because the dental nurses are young they always felt really judgemental, but the girls at this practice were far from that, introduced thenselves straight away and were lovely, and then I met my dentist Dr Mane. He instantly put me at ease, talked me through everything before it happened and whilst it happened and then talked me through his findings (which was alot after 18 years). He even relaxed me enough to change my mind about sedation for extraction. Hop two hours later and I had a visit with the hygienist- I don’t think in 37 years I’ve seen one. So imagine the work. He was amazing, put me at ease made me feel comfortable and I wasn’t at all worried, he talked me through everything before as he worked and afterwards, and his dental nurse was just as friendly and lovely. Over the moon with my visit and actually looking forward to future appointments and to make my oral hygiene and smile perfect again. Thankyou to a wonderful team! ⭐️

Fantastic experience: My hygienist appointment with Mr Larratt at Green Oakham today has restored my faith in dentistry after 4 separate disappointing previous hygienist appointments. He was thorough and actually took the time to fully clean and polish my teeth. I only hope he doesn't leave oakham any time soon! Fantastic experience: I brought my 10 year old son today for his check up with Dr Patel. He has complex additional needs and really didn’t want to go today, I finally managed to convince him to support his puppet sooty to go as he had toothache. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming as always. As soon as we went into Dr Patel’s room I explained the situation and she was fantastic going along with sooty being the patient. My son showed sooty what he needed to do (good trick ) then Dr Patel helped him to perform dental work on sooty. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dentist’s as they go above and beyond to help in tricky circumstances - a very big thankyou from us!

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Green Oakham dentist for an Invisalign consultation which I cannot fault. Having been to a different dentist before where it felt extremely clinical and pushy this was a whole different experience. I was made to feel at ease, taken care of and my best interest at heart. Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist, all staff highly caring and professional. As someone with a historic phobia of dentists they have put me at ease and I am not worried about going here. My child is also registered here, despite lack of NHS spaces if rather pay for her to go here than find a substandard service elsewhere for free. Charges seem very reasonable, and there's no signing up to a monthly plan on private. I paid a £70 initial consult and received thorough check up, including x-rays and scans, which seemed very good value. From the first appointment I received a recommendation plan of what I needed to have done, and in what priority - it's then been left for me to book this in a bit at a time, on my own schedule, as I can afford it. Hygienists and dentists have all been brilliant and pain free! Highly recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: This dentist practice and team is amazing, specially Dr Patel who is extremely professional and an excellent dentist who puts you at ease and explains exactly what she going to do clearly. I have recently had treatment for a badly infected tooth which unfortunately I had to have removed but the care and treatment I received as alway was fantastic . The whole team who work with Dr Patel are fabulous and I would recommend this practice without any hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Like many people I guess I haven’t been to the dentist for quite a while, due to a combination of fear, expense and life. On top of that the embarrassment about the state of my teeth! However an emergency appointment was needed this week and thankfully ‘Green Oakham Dental Care’ could fit me in on Wednesday morning. I’m absolutely terrified about going to the dentist (after a life time of treatment in the past) but I have to say they couldn’t have been more helpful. Sammy and the rest of the reception team supported me brilliantly with the arrangements and Zam (dental surgeon) couldn’t have been more friendly and professional in his approach, examination and recommendation. On top of that I was seen for a root canal with Zam the same afternoon. The procedure it’s self was long but I was checked on and updated the whole time and didn’t feel anything throughout. The treatment room had Spa music playing, a view out in to the garden , vaulted ceiling and was clean, light, bright and airy. I have a bit of residual discomfort and a course of antibiotics but feel very happy with the treatment received. I’m booked in for a full assessment in 10 days where Zam will help me plan getting my mouth stable again. Fantastic experience: Really impressed.Very good relaxed atmosphere straight away. Receptionist was very informative and welcoming.My Dentist and his nurse were so gentle and informative, everything was explained to me and I was reassured and felt in good hands. I have never had a more positive experience at a dentist since I was a child. I would recommend this dentist to anyone I know. Just to add today August 2024 I have had several more treatments since April and they have all gone really well. No pain no discomfort and I am always reassured and relaxed when I am at the dentist now. The atmosphere is relaxed, professional and the dental nurses are excellent.
