Fantastic experience: Been a few times lately, always welcomed with a smile from the reception lady Caroline . The hygienist ladies who inspect and clean & polish my teeth are Marium & Marziya they also are very friendly and excellent at their job. Ive got a few more visits this year to do.I've been with this dentist a few years now and highly recommend them.

Amol the dentist is kind and good with children I am happy to have an NHS dentist for my child. Without nhs provision of dentists so many children would miss out on those important check ups

Fantastic experience: From the first consultation meeting for my dental implant with Dr Harish Gupta and Amol Jain I felt totally reassured that I was in safe hands. I was encouraged to ask questions regarding the procedure to put my mind at rest and make me feel at ease. At no time did I ever feel that that there was any pressure on me to have the implant, it was just a fact finding exercise. I am glad to say thst I did have the first stage of the implant procedure yesterday and it went like clockwork, I was a little apprehensive, but honestly I am so happy with the first stage and now have a short wait till I get my new tooth, it seems totally worh it now. Thank you

Negative experience: I contacted the the dental practice in April for a price for replacing an implant bridge set of teeth. I paid £65 for an appointment for an examination as said needed that before could give me a price. Seen by Amol who did some x-rays and said he would need to speak to an implant specialist person as they don't do implant work in-house at the practice. I did not hear from Amol / the practice after that so in my experience it was just a waste of money.

Fantastic experience: The ladies that work on reception are always friendly and super helpful. My appointment went smoothly with M. She always explains everything well and puts you at ease.

Fantastic experience: Great experience once again ❤️, all the staff are lovely and helpful, very calm and happy atmosphere, reception is always very cheerful and friendly, I’m an NHS patient and I get treated with the same care as a paying patient, staff genuinely care about you and make you feel comfortable before a procedure and ask how your feeling. I don’t like needles and was panicking and she helped distract me and helped me breath threw it, I had a tooth removed which only took 10 minutes. Thank you so much to everyone at Denbeigh house.

Negative experience: I look after my 72 year old Brother who has learning difficulties and have been with this practice since October 2024. To be fair my Brother did not look after his teeth and his treatment included 3 extractions, 2 fillings and a new chrome denture plate, over £2000 cost. I live 50 miles away and made it clear before we agreed treatment that my Brother needed other treatments with other medical professionals, hospitals & opticians / audiologists. After the initial review we agreed definite future treatment dates to coincide with other medical visits planned. About 5 of these were postponed by Denbeigh, one included an appointment with the wrong type of dentist although the treatment was ok the administration is awful causing me to have to rearrange other medical visits, as Denbeigh simply cancelled with little notice. Today was the last straw, I arranged an important doctors appointment allowing 1 hour for treatment but sitting waiting for 45 minutes I had no choice but to leave, Denbeigh are very good at emailing out numerous appointment reminders but do not even give notice on arrival they are running late. Terrible service.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with Dr Amol Jain’s treatment last Thursday and very grateful to him for improving my smile. He is very easy to talk to, answering any questions and puts you at ease. All the staff are lovely and very helpful - great friendly customer service. Have been coming to this dental practice for many years and though sad when my previous dentist retired, I am really pleased Amol has made a success of taking it over, especially having his own Wylde Green history too. I love the fact that my old dentist inspired Amol to go into dentistry and enabled him to take the practice on. I wish him continued success for the future.

Fantastic experience: I can’t praise the team at Denbeigh Dental practice enough. From the moment that I walked through the door, I was met with such a lovely welcome by the reception staff. The Principle Dentist and Dental hygienist worked SO hard on my teeth during my last visit for 45 minutes….barely coming up for breath! Not only were they extremely professional but they were also very comforting and supportive, reassuring me and informing me at every stage of the procedure. 6 ⭐️’s if I could.

Negative experience: Another disappointing 40 minute wait ! This seems to be the norm nowadays. Last time I got there and they told me they had to cancel my appointment as the dentist had not turned up, not great when you are paying £50 per month for the privilege! Shall be leaving this practice

Positive experience: Treatment is second to none, but issues with appointment booking and running behind schedule which I guess is part of life. However, not every Dental Practice has a 'Maria'... Fantastic experience: My regular dental appointment this morning I was greeted by Caroline in reception. A warm welcome and although is probably busy took the time to chat which makes a change from receptionist that so t even look up at you! Amol was as always professional and the hygienist was very gentle especially doing my teeth x ray which is normally an uncomfortable experience ! Overall a pleasant visit nothing is too much trouble .

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice with a very welcoming vibe. I have had a Denplan policy for years. It has been used irt normal dental procedures and proved invaluable. After discussion with Amol main Dentist I have taken advantage of the cosmetic procedures available namely Teeth Whitening / cosmetic fillings on front teeth. They have worked brilliantly and to say I am pleased is an understatement. I would highly recommend having a consultation with Amol Gain to get more info about what is available at this practice. 30 April 25 Just had my routine 6 month checkup at Denbeigh Hse Dental. It was welcoming experience and it felt like meeting up with friends . Caroline on Reception welcomes you with a smile and it’s lovely not to feel just a number but a person and she is very professional in her role. I then had my dental checkup with Amol which is undertaken in a friendly manner and he makes you feel very much at ease in ‘the chair ‘. Very professional and explains all procedures . Lastly on to Marium for the ‘clean’ which using the water jet method felt a lot gentler than before. Marium has a lovely patient manner. Thank you .

Fantastic experience: Had a very painfull abcess on lower gum which was getting progressively. I called in and though I wasn't a patient at the practise they were helpful in getting me examined promptly and issued with a course of antibiotics. Considering I didn't have an appointment, they could see I was in some distress and managed to fit me in. Great service and I will hopefully continue further treatment once pain and swelling has gone. Des Murray.

Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment needed and got one within 24 hours. Seen on time, solution discussed, temporary fix for Xmas and all booked in for New Year. Service was great and all done with a smile! Thank you to all.

Positive experience: Had to wait for an extra 15 minutes past my appointment time, even though I was probably first patient. My normal dentist ( for the last 2 visits) has left, so i was told when trying to book my next appointment. Having been with the practice for well over 50 years, and having the same dentist for most of that time, I am not used to changing dentist every 12 months. Consistency would be helpful to build an ongoing relationship

He made my mother feel like a million dollars. Very kind and patient. After the appointment we learnt he was the owner. I find all the staff are lovely , polite and kind. Fantastic experience: Following necessary dental extractions, Amol provided very good professional advice on my options for a dental plate and implants. I am grateful an excellent temporary dental plate was made within a short period of time and a referral made to Dr Gupta, a delightful implant specialist. The service I have received by Amol and his staff has been exemplary and I would highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: Had to have a tooth out as an emergency following a bad infection under a very fragile tooth. Difficult as it was a front tooth. Bridge made overnight and fitted the following day at lunchtime. Can't fault the service I received. Staff were so caring and Amol Jain, the Principal Dentist, pulled out all the stops to make sure that I was left without the tooth for as short a time as possible. Fantastic experience: Started going to this dentist for my toddler during Covid, as her NHS dentist kept cancelling appointments without good reason. Not wanting to delay her first visit or miss out on regular check-ups, I took her here privately under Denplan. Although it’s far from home, I chose it because my parents had gone there and had a good experience—my dad had been attending the same building, through different owners, since around 1949. Amol provided a fantastic introduction to the dentist for my toddler. He spent a lot of time with her, knew exactly how to communicate, and seemed to take detailed notes. The experience was personalised and useful advice was given. After a few visits, I reverted to a local NHS dentist. By contrast, it was abrupt, brief, and lacked any personal advice. Unhappy with that, I tried another dentist—same experience. It felt rushed, advice came as a generic handout, and the visit left my daughter apprehensive and me wondering if there was any point going at all. I then decided to return to Denbeigh House, and my daughter saw Amol again. The appointment was extensive and he clearly cared—he gave genuinely helpful advice and took time to listen. My daughter left calling him the “nice dentist” and started making healthy choices, saying the dentist suggested them. I was so impressed I signed her up to Denplan and will now continue seeing this dentist despite the distance—even though we have NHS dentists nearby with availability. I even signed up myself, specifically to see Amol, despite having a phobia of dentists. I trust him and feel at ease. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I’ve just had a FOURTH hygienist appointment cancelled with less than one hour’s notice this time, although they’ve all been at very short notice. The excuse this time was that the chair suddenly has broken; I’m pretty sure they have multiple dental chairs? Completely unreliable and fickle. Given that I’m an anxious patient, who uses medication for appointments, (which is already taken by this time). The compassion level is sub zero.

Fantastic experience: Visited Denbeigh house on 16/3/25 to see Amol for emergency appointment for my daughter under NHS Treatment. She has an infected wisdom tooth causing agony and Amol saw her straight away, evaluated her tooth and provided treatment immediately. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: A lovely experience Affy made sure that it was a warm and friendly visit for my 99 year old Father in Law who has been with the practice for over 40 years and a member of DENPLAN. He was treated with great respect and Dr Jain quickly identified and addressed the problem. Positive experience: For 30 years I gave been attending this practice and was shocked when I received an email advising that nhs funding had not been received and my appointment was in jeopardy. I think it is shameful of the government to insist that new patients are taken on without covering the cost so that loyal patients are not penalised.

Fantastic experience: Amol is fantastic and I have had him as my dentist for years. I attended today with a wisdom tooth issue which resulted in requiring an extraction. Amol very quickly (within minutes) had his surgeon Dr Atthi attend to the surgery. I was extremely nervous however Dr Atthi was so quick, caused no pain and had kept me calm throughout. Fantastic experience: It will be very hard to match the facilities or outstanding staff of Denbeigh Dentist. Both NHS and private dentistry at the highest standard. Understanding caring and professional staff make this place the best dentist practice I've seen.

Negative experience: EDIT: Last year was fantastic service. Check up due this year and complete opposite. Staff were rude on phone. Not replying to emails. Cancelling appointments over and over again and very difficult to rebook. Eventually managed to rebook and got an email a few days later advising not accepting NHS patients now and trying to charge us to see! Completely ridiculous!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Excellent customer service. The dentist we saw Maroua was fantastic. We also took our little boy for his first dentist check up, Maroua was great with him and made it a lovely first experience.

Fantastic experience: The staff as a whole are excellent. Marium was fantastic at easing my nerves ahead of and during my scale and polish session.
