Fantastic experience: Best dentist in London. Aaron took the time to explain and advice, in a very clear way. Although I have not needed complex work done, this is where I'd want to go for it. He also came recommended by other dentists, which is impressive.

His attention to detail is exceptional, and you can really tell he cares about doing what’s best for the patient. He takes a very conservative approach, never pushing unnecessary treatments, and always explains everything clearly so you feel confident in the care you’re receiving. Negative experience: I just visited the practice for teeth cleaning and had to leave without receiving it. Here are highlights of the visit: - I arrived 15 minutes earlier, but wasn't allowed to enter. Someone opened the door, said they have a lunch and we(me and another customer) have to stay outside on the street until they open. So I had to stay sweating on the sun and breathing car exhausts for 15 minutes. - Then I was asked to answer a ton of questions that are completely unrelated(remember, I didn't need any treatment except cleaning teeth), like: whether I have hay fever, problems with joints, hearing or visual impairment and so on. They told that they legally obliged to ask that. I doubt that all of it is really needed for teeth cleaning, but I filled that in. - Then the hygienist started asking more questions like whether I smoked anytime in the past and how many times I clean my teeth per day. When I said I don't want to answer these questions as it is my personal life and unrelated to the treatment I came for, they said they can't provide the treatment without asking these questions. So I had to leave with nothing. Welcome to the world of blind bureaucracy with no customer care in mind!

Fantastic experience: My dentist referred me to Ridgway Dental as I had a swollen gum and she explained the treatment would cost more than £900 and was not covered by the NHS. I went to Ridgway Dental for the initial consultation with Dr. Aaron Yusuf and have to say that he was very friendly and professional. He did some investigations and, although he could have easily done the treatment, he figured out that it was not necessary, which was a relief. I would definitely see him again if there is anything that my usual dentist cannot cover.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Ridgeway dental for the past 1 year and I must stay it’s been a pleasure coming to this practice. Both staff and reception staff are welcoming and professional and they take pride in offering you the best care! As a periodontal disease patient, i was referred to Ridgeway and I began treatment with Angela who has been absolutely lovely and has handled my case with care, empathy and professionalism. She’s been great at offering advice and making sure I have been staying on track with my treatment. At my last appointment, she shared with me the great news that the disease is now stabilised and I can now move onto the phase of improving my smile!!!! Very grateful for Angela and Ridgeway! Positive experience: I recently had an orthodontist consultation at Ridgeway Dental. The staff were friendly and the orthodontist very knowledgeable, but overall I was disappointed with the consultation and left without a clear understanding of the dental issue I had, the necessary and recommended treatment option, and likelihood of success. I was provided a detailed report the following week. The consultation fee (£75) did not include scans which was unexpected as I would have thought it is necessary as part of the assessment - I have since had another consultation elsewhere for £100, which included scans and photos, and these informed the treatment recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the Ridgway Dental team in Wimbledon highly enough. From the reception staff to the dentists and hygienists, they’re friendly, efficient and incredibly professional. I had a toothache (the type to bring a grown man to his knees) and was seen promptly by Aaron the next day. After X-rays, examination and consultation I decided to have the swine extracted (it was a back molar, so a big one) rather than try to save it. The next day, Vijay took it out effortlessly. I’m not a fan of needles or injections, but this was as pain free as it could have been. So much so that when Vijay told me it was out, I was shocked. Didn’t feel a thing. The follow up care was excellent. Phone calls from the reception and a brief (free) consultation in person when I was concerned with how the wound was healing. It was fine. Since then, I’ve been seen by Nika and Alexandra and they’re also superb. My thanks to everyone at Ridgway for making things easy. See you soon at my next check-up!

Fantastic experience: I have always found Ridgway Dental excellent, and so I did yesterday when I had an infected tooth removed there. The only problem was that when I phoned on Monday to make an appointment to deal with my infected and painful tooth, I could not get an appointment until Friday although I later found out that Ridgway Dental has a cooperation agreement with another dentist nearby for urgent matters where I then went for an initial treatment which led to the actual operation yesterday.

George is one of the partners and he seemingly hires staff that are likeminded to himself ie who always put customers at the very top of their tree . Positive experience: I am sending this review on behalf of my mother Diana Green as she does not have a Google or Facebook account. She was happy with her treatment with Nina this week who explained everything clearly and was very pleasant and efficient. She was, however, sad to learn, almost by accident, that Dr. George will no longer be treating regular patients. Fantastic experience: Wow, what can I say!!! Dr Elaine Mo is simply the best!! Dr Elaine discussed patiently the options I have and together we agreed that Invisalign was the best option for me. Dr Elaine needed to use a filer to trim the edges of my teeth so the alignment would look seamless, and she did a wonderful job there!! She has a pair of hands of a sculptor and she have made my smile beautiful! I enjoyed coming in to see her because she always made me feel welcomed! Fantastic experience: My 9 year old daughter needed a filling and she was very worried and scared prior to the procedure. Dr Carol was so wonderful explaining to her each step and reassuring her that it will be all fine. The filling was meticulously done, hence you can’t see any evidence of it. My daughter did not feel any discomfort or any pain afterwards and she was so happy the way Carol did everything from start to finish and told me that her stress levels were gone half way through the procedure. Fantastic experience: Before selecting Ridgeway, having used mostly NHS dentists before, I did a shortlist of 17 local dentists - NHS or private, ranking them according to the reviews, the personnel and capacity of their practice, and their fees. Ridgway came out on top. They are friendly and welcoming. The positive atmosphere and ambiance give you confidence– the sense that the patients and staff are valued. They’re all lovely people. They all work as a team, covering a wide range of specialisms– receptionists, hygienists, dentists, dental assistants, periodontist, and children’s dentist. They have a high standard and pay attention to every detail. So always do what they say! They seem to have the latest equipment and their IT system easily accesses your notes and x-ray images. They are very efficient. The fees are reasonable, considering the work they put in, their expertise and experience, and their equipment. You get the sense they’re there to give what they can, not take what they can! I certainly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had front tooth root canal through a capped tooth. This procedure I was nervous about being my front tooth. However, the practice put me so at ease through my consultation and all the way through the actual procedure. Post the treatment I have zero pain or discomfort. It has quite honestly has been seemless. Thank you so much! Such a relief to have had it done and everything was painless and very easy! I highly recommend Ridgway Dental!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Ridgway Dental for almost 2 years for Invisalign Treatment, whitening, hygienist and composite bonding. Fantastic experience: Dr Yusuf was recommended to me as a subject matter expert in root canal treatment and, after being treated by him, I understand why. Not only was my case swiftly resolved, but his informative and calming manner made the whole process feel as simple as a check-up. It was an overall exceptionally pleasant (pain free) experience, especially considering it should have felt like an unpleasant treatment. A separate note for the reception staff who were lovely too. Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 1 year orthodontic treatment with Annika. From start to finish I felt in very safe hands. She provided me with a full, very professional and in-depth plan and I could not be happier with my results. She worked very closely with Elaine, who provided dentist advice and treatment. It works great as you are getting a 100% agreement between your orthodontist and your dentist. And reception team is fantastic too. Very welcoming, helpful and all appointments are quick and on time and organized in a very efficient manner. I could not recommend this practice highly enough.
