Negative experience: Horrible telephone manner from the Asian woman. So bad I feel inclined not to return.

Positive experience: I was very pleased with the overall service and would definitely return to see Dr. Zein Amin . He was highly professional and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. However, I feel the experience could be improved with better communication from the staff. I was asked by phone to come in earlier than my scheduled time as they were running ahead, but I still ended up waiting for over an hour past my original appointment without any explanation. Being kept informed about delays would make a big difference.

Fantastic experience: Great place to have your teeth done. 100% recommend this place to have your Invisalign treatment, it has been a wonderful experience, if I had to do it over I would. I just walked in and had a consultation that weekend back in July 2024. The results have been mind blowing, I can’t stop smiling.

Brilliant "bedside manner" extremely professional The customer service of One of the receptionists, who has been there for many years leaves a lot to be desired. Not attentive, curt, no eye contact and quite rude when asking for money. I pray that the new receptionist does not follow her lead. I think she has become too complacent and familiarity with customers has bred contempt. Please try harder. B

Fantastic experience: I had composite bonding done on two chipped front teeth by Dr. Zane, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I smile with my top teeth, so it really affected my confidence before but now, thanks to Dr. Zane’s amazing work, I feel proud to smile again. The results are so natural and exactly what I hoped for. I’m genuinely so pleased with how they turned out. If you’re considering composite bonding, I definitely recommend Dr. Zane, he is professional, skilled, and a real confidence booster!

The clinic is spotless, well-organised, and has a calm, friendly atmosphere that makes both adults and children feel at ease. Negative experience: After attending a meeting with Dr. Sepi and Dr. Falguni as well as other attendees about a filling I received that has caused a serious and life threatening infection, I decided to explore financing options for the treatment of two teeth for root canal. About two weeks ago, I had asked the clinic manager how long it would take to complete a finance check to see if I was eligible for payment via finance as I would like to start treatment. She assured me it would only take a couple of minutes. However, when I spoke to the receptionist that was consistently rude and displayed a condescending attitude throughout the interaction, she had claimed that it would take 5 days to receive a credit check for finance. The receptionist then added that she would not process my application for finance until I agree to have crowns done. As a patient, I have the right to choose or deny a treatment. However, this right was taken away from me by the receptionist, who denied me any treatment until I agreed. The receptionist was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed a lack of courtesy, making the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. What gives her, as a receptionist, the authority to deny me treatment, especially when Dr. Falguni had previously approved the quoted amount for just a root canal and not crowns? This decision should be made by my dentist, not by office staff who are not qualified to make such medical decisions. To make matters worse, I was informed by the receptionist that Dr.Sepi and Dr. Falguni refused to treat me altogether until my daughter removes the review she had posted regarding the infection (puss formation that is now leaking down to my nerve) The receptionist also went as far as to tell me that if I wanted to leave a review, I should only give them a one-star rating without providing any details of the event that occurred. It was as though she was denying me the basic right to express my experience and share the truth about what had happened. Despite being informed by Dr. Sepi and Dr. Falguni that I was at risk of developing heart disease due to the infection if I do not receive emergency treatment, they have punished me by refusing to offer me any treatment, even though the infection was a direct result of Dr. Sepi's own malpractice, simply for expressing my right to share and write an honest review about my experience and tell the truth about what occurred. This experience has been incredibly unforgivable and unprofessional. It has not only impacted my physical health but has also had a negative effect on my mental health. I feel that the dental office not only failed to properly address my concerns but also retaliated against us for being honest about our experience.I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Edit: This is my x-ray scan which shows that Dr Sepi filled on my nerve which caused my infection.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here, reception made sure i get booked in as soon as possible to get my tooth sensitivity sorted. Dr zane was brilliant, recommended i get some composite bonding. I no longer have any pain or sensitivity. I can finally enjoy my food. Thanks guys

Vytus gives a thorough yet gentle clean, and Zaineb always takes great care in solving any dental issues/queries I have. They both make every visit a positive experience Also, the receptionists are lovely! In particular Suraiya and Sujhi. It’s great to have friendly faces greeting you as soon as you enter. Negative experience: Avoid this dentist. Scam dentist. We are deeply concerned about my mother’s health, which has been adversely affected by the malpractice and incompetence of Dr. Sepi. After consulting numerous specialists, my mother has come to the troubling realisation that she may be at risk of developing heart disease due to the formation of pus and cysts on her nerve. The origins of this situation can be traced back to 2019 when Dr. Sepi drilled and filled too close to a nerve. This error was repeated in November 2024, as evidenced by my mother’s medical records and previous x-rays. Dr. Falguni, who recently examined my mother, corroborated this assessment. Dr. Sepi should have refrained from drilling and filling near the nerve and should have referred my mother to a more qualified specialist, given the complexity of her case. Currently, after seeing multiple specialists, my mother faces the alarming possibility of heart disease if the pus is not addressed within a month. This situation has led to severe anxiety and depression for her. As you can imagine, it is incredibly distressing for my mother to realise that her life is jeopardised due to her trust in a doctor for a dental procedure. Consequently, my mother has become reclusive, remaining in bed for the past few weeks, and has not communicated with friends or family. She is in a dire emotional state, plagued by constant anxiety that the pus could spread to the nerve and ultimately to her heart, potentially leading to a fatal outcome. The stress this has inflicted on our family is immense. A once vibrant and active woman’s life has been drastically altered due to the negligence of Dr. Sepi. Moreover, my mother’s mental health crisis has also taken a toll on her children. With five children and a husband, we are all engulfed in worry about her well-being. My mother has been undergoing a course of strong antibiotics for the past two months due to her medical condition. These antibiotics were prescribed by Dr. Sepi, as documented in her health records, my mother has been on a course of antibiotics prescribed by her doctor in Morocco. My mother will present these records at today's meeting. The necessity of these antibiotics has adversely affected my mother's health once again. The side effects associated with these medications have been significant, and as a result of the prolonged treatment, she has been unable to observe fasting during Ramadan this month. It is utterly unreasonable to charge my mother £1500 to rectify what is clearly a mistake made by Dr. Sepi. The formation of pus and cysts is not attributable to my mother; rather, it stems from malpractice and poor judgment on the part of Dr. Sepi. My mother's health is at serious risk, and we cannot afford any delays in her treatment. It is imperative that her care commences without further ado. A woman's life has been severely impacted due to her visit to The Ladbroke Grove dentist, and my mother deeply regrets her choice to seek treatment at this practice. She is justified in her regret, as had she not visited, we would not be facing the potential loss of our mother. Edit since this clinic wants to respond with LIES. My mother did not seek treatment abroad ignoring your advice, she went for a second opinion solely based on the fact that her life is on the line !! I will not not be responding further on this matter. This clinic is a back street scam. Dr Sepi does the mistake and Dr Falguni fixes the matter with extortionate prices. These scammers work hand in hand. I will be seeking legal matter. You will hear from my lawyers. I will also blast you on my social media as I have a large following too. Scam clinic with incompetent doctors.

Fantastic experience: I’m naturally sceptical of dentists as most of us are but Dr Zane, Tré and Roberta really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Initially I just went for a clean but I’ve booked in for whitening and filling replacements too. Super knowledgeable, kind and efficient 100% recommend

Negative experience: Reception has lack of knowledge and information of the services they provide. My wife called and asked if they have a gas and air facility available for 3 years old daughter and has been informed yes, and when we went the doctors said it’s not true we don’t have this service and we have to comeback after a long wait. Charged us £70 in advance and never refunded back. Waste of time and money and very unprofessional. The below response is not true, as my wife clearly informed that its a 3 year girl and when we went on the appointment the doctor mentioned they don't have sedation facility for 3 year old. Why the appointment was booked in that case ?

Negative experience: Reception manner could be more welcoming. I had a very early appointment. Waited over twenty minutes, dentist still not free. I left. Made a second appointment on the same payment. Difficult disabled access heavy door and steep stairs.

Fantastic experience: My dentist Caitriona Quinlan is the best. She is so lovely and caring and it is always a comfortable experience.

Negative experience: Won’t ever return this was my dentist practice for a long time as my actual dentist was amazing. As for the actual practice, very badly managed, never answer the phone leave holding for 30 mins and cuts you off. Emails do not get responded to. The Hygenist I see is fantastic but I just cannot deal with the whole reception/ customer service situation, receptionist is also lovely, just poor management and when you need an emergency appointment or need to amend something it’s an impossible task. Now my dentist is no longer there I shall not be returning even though the Hygenist is wonderful I will see him at another practice.

Positive experience: I have been going to see the Hygienest Mr Vytautas Berenis for years and he's excellent and deserves 5 star rating. I have rated this a 3 star as I'm very dissatisfied with what happened afterwards: I booked online and paid £85 for the private week day visit (it has gone up from £70 from 6 months ago!). After my appointment the receptionist told me that there's an additional £15 charge as I do not use the Dentist at the same practice. I paid it as I had to go back to work but I wish I hadn't as I think it's totally unreasonable and I should have been made aware before the treatment. I have a fear of dentist and Vytautas has always taken great care of me and offers good advice!

Fantastic experience: The best Dentist in London. Dr Caitriona and Vytautas the Hygienest are the best they look after me so so well they always reasure me and they understand my Autism and moderate learning difficulties. However the receptionist are a little rude especially the one on the right hand side at the reception as you walk into the practice, that receptionist is a little rude she can be very dismissive of myself and other patients especially with those with special needs like myself and patients who needs urgent dental appointments for example if their tooth is broken, or they've hurt their tooth or their having pain in their teeth. Also for example she is very inpatient to get off the phone as well.

Dr. Sepeideh Ghadyani is always available, super nice and takes the time to carefully explain every detail, which made me feel well-informed and comfortable throughout my treatments. Roberta is a force of nature, super responsive and always willing to accommodate any request, making the whole process smooth. Appointments are almost always on time, which I really appreciate, and the prices are fair. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience with what I now consider my local clinic.

Negative experience: CON SHOP - NOT A DENTAL SURGERY - Booked an appointment over phone for Hygienist and paid the charge published on their website for the treatment. 2 days later get a call from surgery demanded more money. Since this was breach of contract and reminding they cant just demanding more money for pre-paid appointment (like a con shop) and asked for refund, they even refused the refund. All this while they were running a promotion which the receptionist deceitfully hid, and trying to overcharge beyond the advertised charge, which was also confirmed at the time of taking payment. Will be staying clear of this CON SHOP.

Positive experience: Excellent dentist. Friendly and efficient. Always pleasant and encouraging. Not sure why one of the Reception staff was so unfriendly and curt. It's not difficult to ask for payment on arrival in a friendly fashion is it or to smile back? Is there new staff on Reception because they were very friendly in the past? Most unfortunate, as the Dentists are top class.

Negative experience: Failed to turn up to an appointment which I paid £100+ for… asked to rebook (not my money back) and they had the cheek to ask for an extra £50 for missing my prior. They made £100+ pounds for just turning up and want more. Ridiculous and the care was subpar anyway.

Fantastic experience: On behalf of SJ: I was seen by Dr Sarah Lin on the 12/09/24 at 9am. Dr. Sarah stands out from any other dentist I have visited before due to her impressive empathetic nature. She understood my needs and was extremely understanding of the fact that I had a phobia of dental procedures. Dr Sarah was professional and remained calm and helped ease the tension I experienced prior to the procedure. I am lost for words to describe her incredible mannerisms and professionalism. As a pharmacist myself I can appreciate the skills of a healthcare professional and I can say for certain that she has inspired me. Her caring nature is evident from the moment you meet her and she very clearly explained the procedure to ease my anxiety. Overall, it was a painless experience and it has changed on my perception of dental treatment, I am very grateful for her care and expertise.

Fantastic experience: I had my first deep cleaning here, and I can say I'm really happy with the result. Although the hygienist was concerned about the pain I could have experienced (first cleaning after 2 years), I can assure you I didn't feel almost anything! The day after my gums were a little bit in pain, but I was able to eat and drink as usual. I'll definitely come back, not in years, and I'll make treasure of the hygienist's suggestions and tips.

Positive experience: Sarah Lin is the first dentist I have been to who took her time to properly discuss my teeth and gums and also cleaned my teeth, which was much needed. It is very sad to say that the previous two dentists I went to did not do this, even though it is an important part of keeping my teeth healthy. Sarah took time to discuss my concerns and is the first dentist who offered a referral - again something that I need. She treated me with concern and care. I won't be going to any other dentists from now on. Thank you Sarah.

Fantastic experience: Visited my dentist today after a few years, I was nervous as i knew I needed treatment. Sarah one of the new dentists was wonderful. She knew what she was doing, she was patient, attentive and kind. Her assistant was also very good and reassuring thank you both.

Positive experience: Good team of dentists whose practice is being let down by inaccessible reception staff. I needed an itemised receipt for an insurance claim so called the practice twice, spending more than an hour on the phone listening to hold music while being repeatedly told ‘you are first in the queue.’ i eventually gave up on getting through by phone and tried messaging via the Get in touch’ page on their website instead, sending a message with my receipt request at 11 am. I have received no response. This communication black out is so frustrating I am considering returning to my previous dentist, because I have really come to appreciate the fact that the receptionists there always answer the phone.

Positive experience: Reception staff were ok this visit.Waited for around 15 minutes which seems to be the average wait time here. Saw my dentist for a check up. However as always she was friendly, professional and informative.

Negative experience: Very disappointing as I like this dentist and have had a couple of check ups there as well as taking my two children. I needed an itemized invoice with a breakdown between cleaning/check up and x ray and after five phone calls and three emails they aren’t able to provide it so I’m not able to reclaim the cost of the treatment. Completely inflexible and unhelpful reception staff, no one responds to emails or calls back despite promising to take up with the dentist. Sadly I’ll find another practice for the three of us.

Negative experience: I am writing to share my recent experience at your clinic, which, overall, has been positive, thanks to the excellent patient care provided by Dr. Zainab. During my visit last week, I arrived at the clinic around 8:30 or 9 am, and I was pleased to find it empty and quiet. However, my interaction with the reception staff left much to be desired. While they appeared friendly initially, I found their demeanor to be quite rude. I approached the receptionist to book appointments for myself and my two daughters for routine checks. Additionally, I requested her assistance in scanning some reports I had received from our orthodontist. Positive experience: The NHS service at this clinic is fine. Recently however I booked a private emergency appointment since I had painful toothache. It was confirmed for the following day. On the morning of the appointment - I was rung with 1 hour's notice to be told the appointment was cancelled. The reason given was that the private dentist's schedule had filled up with other appointments! Given my appointment was for a painful emergency situation, and I had paid in advance, and the clinic itself asks for 48 hour notice of cancellation - I couldn't believe it. I left a message for the dentist, asking him to let me know the reason for my appointment being cancelled - so I could better understand the procedure - and have had no response. A very upsetting thing to have happened when you've been a patient with a clinic for decades. In summary - don't rely on this clinic for emergencies.

Negative experience: It was a very unpleasant visit. Going to the dentist was already something I was dreading before but after my appointment last Friday I really don’t want to go back. I usually see a dentist to have my teeth cleaned,same one every time,but this time it was someone I had never met. My usual dentist knows I have extremely sensitive teeth/gums and give me appropriate amount of anesthetic. This new dentist didn’t want to,saying she was reluctant to give anesthesia. Mind you,the pain made me jumps from the chair and my whole body started shaking. Something that my dentist would spent about 90 minutes doing,she did in less than 40. It took me hours to recover from the shock. I’m extremely disappointed and I was really in pain. Not a happy customer.
