Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my hygienist Christina. She was incredibly friendly, and easy to talk to, she made the whole appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. She seemed genuinely interested in me as a patient, not just rushing through things. I appreciated the helpful long-term advice and recommendations she gave for keeping my teeth clean and healthy. When I asked about eco-friendly floss options, she was ready with great suggestions. Overall, it was a thorough and positive visit. I highly recommend Roseneath Dental Practice and Christina!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of both Michael and Kieryn since 2001. I have always found the Roseneath to be an excellent, professional and friendly practice. I have had both routine dentistry (Root canal and onlays) and Cosmetic treatment (Invisalign) and have been delighted with the results. I have found both Michael and Kieryn extremely caring throughout their procedures. My two children also attend the Roseneath and have done so from their very first dentist visit. They are at present undergoing Orthopaedic appliances and have always been happy attending their appointments. I find the Hygienists at the practice to be extremely informative and passionate about giving a great result. The Receptionists are always extremely helpful and have a great knowledge of required appointments and treatments from their dentists.The practice always keeps up to date with the latest methods and I really do feel as a family we receive the best all round service.

Negative experience: Beware of sales technics used in this clinic! Since 2019 my family of 5 people were patients of Dr Kieryn Smart and I paid all the bills. From around 2022 I noticed that Dr Smart started issuing sales technics - increased invoices after the treatment and without consent. He pushed me to purchase unnecessary products like whitening kits from him. The last whiten kit (Boutique), destroyed my enamel. When I told him, he grew angry and just would not listen. Still, I tried not to pay attention to these "minor" alerts. The trust completely broke when in June 2024 Dr Smart orally gave me a quote of £6500 for 2 crowns and an implant. He did not issue a treatment plan for this procedure. I orally agreed with the quote, and he drilled my old bridge off (irrevokably). On 3 July 2024 I have undergone a 3 hours’ treatment, became tired and paid at the cashier blindly without questions. Next day I understood that the invoice was £500 higher than pre-agreed (he decided to charge £1200 per crown, not £950 as pre-agreed) and asked Dr Smart why. It was only on 4 July 2024 when he sent me the treatment plan and the invoice for the first time! This is how I saw that he again unilaterally increased the treatment price, it was now shown as £7000 against the pre-agreed £6500. I emailed him immediately, but Dr Smart just ignored. It was only on 22 July 2024 when he responded to me. He was angry again, laughing in my face and refused to amend the quote back to £6500 as was pre-agreed. I was forced to leave in the middle of the treatment being placed in a worse position than I was before the treatment. Dr Smart just did not bother, demonstrating his unethical unprofessional attitude towards me as a patient. He used my vulnerable position chasing his own goals. UPD: In his response of 11 September 2024 Kieryn Smart lied at least 5 times: 1) My previous crown is “a different material”. No, Kieryn, it’s the same E-Max, just look at my medical records; 2) «On 3rd July… costs were verbally agreed”. It was £6500 which was agreed, not £7000 which you imposed after the event; 3) Treatment plan was “verbally agreed and consented”. Don’t go off topic, Kieryn. Please stick to the price issue, which was verbally agreed and consented as £6500 only; 4) “Your supporting tooth has been saved and you have been fitted with a provisional bridge”. – My tooth was not genuinely saved as provisional bridges last for 2 months only so it’s left unprotected; 5) “You have paid for the decayed supporting tooth to be repaired and filled and for your three dimensional x-ray”. No, Kieryn, I have paid £2900, including for both crowns’ preparations & scans. Just look at your invoice dated 3rd July. What you have done, Kieryn, is that you have abused your position as a doctor. You put me in a position worse than I was before, despite the huge amount of money I have personally brought to you during 2019-24 for my family of 5 people.

Fantastic experience: All the staff at Roseneath are exceptional, from the welcoming receptionists to the highly professional dentists and hygienists. My airflow session with Marion was excellent as always. She is so thorough and her level of passion for her work shines through. She explains each step and frequently ensures that the patient is comfortable along the way. This dental practice surely stands out amongst others in the area.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Michael Nigro! I was so anxious about dentists and I had put it off for a very long time. But Dr. Nigro and his assistant Sahana were so kind and understanding. They made me feel at ease. I had two wisdom teeth pulled and it was a really positive experience. They helped me calm my nerves and the whole process was a breeze to what I was imagining it to be. Thank you! I am cured from my fear of dentists.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Michael Nigro for tooth pain and a suspected cracked molar. He identified the specific nightguard I needed (for clenching) and recommended an onlay to protect the cracking tooth long-term. We chose a gold onlay for its longevity and biocompatibility, which was essential for this molar. Dr. Nigro was quick to respond to my emails during this anxious time and worked calmly and efficiently. The gold onlay is like jewellery, overlaying a bad experience with beauty, and he also adjusted surrounding teeth to ensure my bite was perfect. The nightguard fits with micromillimeter precision and will help retrain my mouth to stop nighttime clenching.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Smart at Roseneath Dental in Richmond highly enough. He is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. His kindness, professionalism, and exceptional skill make every appointment a truly positive experience. He takes the time to explain procedures clearly, listens attentively to any concerns, and provides care that is second to none. Fantastic experience: With a cracked front tooth & two days prior to a holiday, Jay Benares worked through lunch to fit me in with a temporary new crown. This was done so efficiently & effectively, I was able to go abroad the next day. I would thoroughly recommend Jay and hope to continue under his care. Fantastic experience: Fantastic results. My son had an embedded molar tooth, sat fully on its side under the gum. Our fear was that it would need surgery and extraction. Francesca successfully installed train tracks for a year, slowly widening the gap to leave space for the tooth to emerge naturally, which is has now done, saving us the need for painful and extensive surgery. Fantastic experience: The true measure of a real professional is one who says what he sees, explains what he is going to do, and then does it with maximum of patience, skill, diligence, and calmness. Dr. Kieran Smart is just that- a true modern professional using the latest in technology and dental (and personal) skills. Having reconstructed my mouth a few years ago with inlays etc, he dispatched a wisdom tooth with a bare minimum of blood and pain after the judicious use of a 360° X-ray and meticulous patient process. I waited a few days to see how it panned out, and here I am. Back in business. Five stars.

Fantastic experience: Today I had two onlays fitted by Doctor Jay Benani at ROSENEATH Dental. Both molars had big old fillings and cracks and needed attention. The whole procedure took two appointments of approximately one hour each and the result is fantastic! Not only my teeth look much better than before but they are even stronger.

Fantastic experience: Roseneath is super focused on providing the best service for each of their clients. Kieran took the time to understand the history and trauma with a lower incisor and suggested the best possible long term solution. The reception staff are helpful, prompt and concerned and the clinic is ultra clean. They have done all they can to make it safe and secure during Covid times. I would highly recommend Roseneath to anyone looking for dental advice or treatment.

Fantastic experience: Michael Nigro was my first dentist when I moved to London in 2003. I moved away from the area in c.2010 - since then, every dentist I have seen (without exception, including overseas) has commented on the ‘exceptional / impressive’ work completed during my time at Roseneath. I’ve had a recent need for some dental work and (despite no longer living nearby) decided to rejoin Roseneath to see Michael. I have absolute confidence in his work and approach to ‘telling me how it is and what is needed’. The proactive approach taken works far better for me than a reactive basis which, in my experience, is too common. Prices are very comparable when tested against other surgeries and, I’d argue, very good value given the quality of work and advice provided. All colleagues at the surgery are extremely pleasant to deal with - appointments are readily available, normally at reasonably short notice. I’d have zero hesitation recommending.

Fantastic experience: Our whole families have been Dr Smart’s patients for many years since we moved to Kingston. He is so experienced and most impressive is his detailed explanation for every steps. He Re-did my root canal of two teeth 2 years ago. I have never been suffered any uncomfortable from my teeth anymore since then. He also did my son’s Orthodontics perfectly. The service from the moment you walk and are greeted by the reception team through to the dentists, dental nurses and hygienists is first class - professional but, within a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I have been seen by both Dr Nigro and Dr Benani and they both provide an excellent service including very clear and precise explanations of exactly what treatment is planned/taking place both before and during the procedure. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roseneath Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Michael Nigro is an excellent dentist. I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable; takes the time to discuss issues and treatments clearly; he is courteous, professional, and pays meticulous attention to detail. I have had poor treatment in the past at other dentists, I wish I had seen Michael sooner. I trust him 100%. The staff are friendly and courteous too and the dental practice is immaculately clean and in a good location. Also, I recently visited the dental hygienist Christina. (Feb 24). She is also excellent. I wish I had seen her much earlier.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nigro has been my dentist for a little over 2 years now and has helped me immensely. I initially visited Michael for an emergency consultation when a poorly treated root canal left me with a jaw over extension issue. He helped me with immediate relief while setting up a long term plan to solve the problem. I'm very thankful to him for helping me get through that period to get pain free. He is very efficient and ensures my comfort in every session. Despite the clinic being quite far from where I live, I've made this my base clinic as I love the overall vibe of the place, the staff is very professional, sessions are excellent and the technology and treatments used are state of the art.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience!! Jay, great dentist, clearly explained what will happen and at each stage explained what would happen and why. I felt completely comfortable and at ease. The use of the 3D imaging is such a great tool the making changing a crown so simple. Having a TV on the ceiling with YouTube relaxing video and music helped makes the experience so enjoyable. The dental nurse was so supportive and kind. The reception team are always helpful, kind and accommodating. I have to also mention Christine the Hygienist, who is the icing on the cake, she is awesome, my mouth always so good after. Highly recommend the dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Roseneath Dental Care is the best dentist practice I have used to date. As soon as you enter you are greeted by the friendly reception staff, and you can sit in the nice comfortable and clean waiting area. I see Dr Jay who examined my teeth and invested time with me to explain what treatments I needed that were medically required. I never once felt like I was being upsold and knew exactly why I needed some treatments. I had two wisdom teeth removed, and I was dreading it but everything was made so easy. They have all the equipment including the Digital panoramic x-ray machine onsite, so I didn't need to go to a different facility. The hygienist team are great too. Lots of advice and amazing clean feel after. If, like me, you get anxious or nervous about visiting the dentist, then look no further and book an appointment with Roseneath.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely the best dental practice I’ve ever been to with the most caring, patient and talented staff. I recently had a tooth emergency, and as someone with a very strong dentist phobia, I spent hours scouring the internet, nervously trying to find the best dental clinic in west London. Roseneath had by far the best reviews & now I know why. I first met with Dr Michael Nigro, who informed me I had 2 cavities which needed composite filling. He took the time to explain to me the problem inside out, as well as the solution, and took time to answer all my questions and reassure me. On the day of the procedure, Dr Michael Nigro went above and beyond to reassure me (I was a nervous wreck). He took all the time necessary to make me comfortable, to make sure I didn’t feel a single thing, all the while talking me through to procedure so I knew exactly what to expect. He was so understanding and considerate of my irrational phobia, and I’m very grateful for it. It went extremely well, I did not feel a single thing, and left the practice legitimately skipping, full of relief. Two weeks later, I booked in an appointment with Dental Hygienist Christina Huang. I’ve had quite a few dental hygiene appointment over the years, and never twice in the same practice as I’ve never been happy with the treatment received - until now. I can easily say Christina is the absolute best! So much so that I’ve already booked my next one in 4 months (instead of usually desperately trying to avoid it for another year or so). She was extremely careful, gentle and kind. She put my comfort first, talked me through the procedure, and made sure I didn’t feel a thing. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for 18 years. I have inherited really bad gums and was worried about loosing my teeth, Dr. Nigro has managed to keep all my teeth well, healthy, and sparkling with no further dental issues. I had a crown fitted by Dr. Nigro and lasted for 18 years, the only reason it broke is because my upper tooth grew longer and sharper, this has now been corrected by Dr. Nigro. I will continue to seek her professional service and friendly advise with regular appointments as I feel she cares for my overall oral wellbeing. Fantastic experience: I went in with stained teeth following some Corsodyl overuse, and Christina managed to take care of it all. Honestly I was a bit emotional after seeing the final result - I hadn’t realized how sad and self-conscious I was about my stained teeth until I saw how clean she got them. She gave me some tips and I left feeling empowered to take care of my teeth. It was honestly probably the best hygienist experience I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jay Benani has been absolutely wonderful. He has seen me on a very short notice just before the weekend for an emergency visit with an unbearable pain which turned around to be more complicated than anticipated and on the spot treated me to take away the immediate pain. With a follow up visit he completed the root canal treatment that was needed. It was pain free, Dr Jay and the nurse made me feel comfortable and were very reassuring explaining clearly the next steps of the procedure.
