Negative experience: I pay monthly for a service which includes a 40 min 6 monthly hygienist appointment. Today’s appointment lasted barely 20 minutes with a locus and some of that time was spent going over my routines and life history which should already have been known. Furthermore, there was some issue with the machine midway through. Not impressed

I'm disappointed that your appointment today was not how it should have been and can assure you that we will ensure that your next appointment is at the standard we would expect.
Negative experience: I arrived before 9 for a 9 o’clock appointment and checked in. I waited until 9.10 and was told I had not been checked in on the computer. I said needed to leave at 9.40 for another appointment and my treatment finished at 9.30 - 20 minutes in total. This was a hygienist appointment.
Fantastic experience: Always helpful and thorough and made to feel at ease. Receptionists are very helpful and friendly too.

Positive experience: Very friendly and professional staff. I have never worried about the dentist so I'm always at ease there. The only thing that scares me is the very expensive costs for treatments which I can't afford.

Positive experience: On the whole I am very satisfied with treatment and feel secure, with the plan which I'm on, knowing that I can be seen at short notice in the event of an emergency. During my last checkup I was offered some rather expensive work for a problem (replacement crown) which may or may not happen soon. This left me confused and unable to decide what to do - almost as if I should get a second opinion (as one might do in the case of a building quote!). I have a month now to decide.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely the best Dentist we’ve ever had. We were with them before they went private but their customer service has always been so outstanding we had to stay with them. They are great with the kids with every member of staff being so welcoming. Dave and Felicity are fantastic Dentists and have saved and solves the kids chipped front teeth and supported any nerves keeping them feeling the Dentist is a positive place. One thing this business has always gotten right is their warm welcoming receptionists! I would recommend anyone to go here!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Muse Dentist. I completed the on-line enquiry form and Jo called me the same afternoon, discussed my current dental concerns and arranged an initial consultation. Jo also offered to attend the consultation with me, which was very caring and helpful. James was so friendly and welcoming, ensuring to explain everything in detail and was so gentle at my first treatment. I subsequently had to phone to arrange an emergency appointment, Connie was so accommodating, offering a same morning appointment with Felicity. It was necessary for me to have antibiotics, which were given to me there and then, Felicity was so caring. I have found ALL the team to be friendly, caring, welcoming and accommodating, making the ‘dreaded dentist ‘ experience much better! ….. thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I found the staff very helpful and the treatment , relatively painless. All previous treatment has been successful. The Dentist takes the time to explain what needs to be done to ensure that your teeth last as long as possible .The surgery is well equipped with all the latest equipment and used to good effect.
