Fantastic experience: Had gum issue which were dealt with with great sensitivity by wasim and his team who clearly explained the steps to be taken. An outstanding team and establishment . Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Beware of review appointments....cost £80 to be told nothing relevant about my teeth, just how much my treatment is going to double in price and a sales pitch....REALLY!!! Returned for another review free of charge after complaining to management then after next hygiene treatment was told I need another review? Review appointments are usually annually and this would have been my 3rd in 3 months as they obviously wanted their money back for the free appointment. Not usually one to complain but the attitude of the younger staff (Hygienists) is like they are on some sort of higher level than the patient when wanting anything explained...The Hygienist also had a new assistant who couldn't even pronounce my name and was fresh off the boat from India who was taking my notes during treatment...More than likely one of their cousins. Steer well clear of this place as I also cancelled an appointment 24 hours in advance to be told it's 48 hours and I would be charged £50??? Guess their still trying to recoup that free review appointment...Requested copies of my dental records and x rays at least a month ago so I could find a new Hygienist but they are more interested in recouping monies and I still haven't got copies just text messages requesting the £50. They are only interested in grabbing as much money from you as they possibly can...Good Luck if you use this place because your going to need it....and plenty of money to waste.

Negative experience: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I visited this dentist expecting professional care, but unfortunately, I left disappointed and frustrated. The appointment felt rushed, and my concerns were barely acknowledged. I didn’t feel listened to, and the lack of clear communication only added to my anxiety. The clinic itself didn’t seem very hygienic, which is unacceptable in a dental environment. I also ended up being charged for services I wasn’t told about beforehand, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for trustworthy, transparent, and quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Just WOW! From the moment you walk in , to the moment you leave . Firstly a massive thank you to Monica and all the team , nurses and hygienist and reception staff. My gums were in a shocking state , waking up in the morning and gums were bleeding , very inflamed . Initial consult was very thorough , Monica explained everything really well to me , and her passion shines for her patients , fab personality and makes you feel as relaxed as you can be at the dentist ! It’s been an emotional journey and the hygienist I saw supported me when I got upset about my gums . Fast forward to my 3 month check up , RESULT !!! Pink gums , no inflammation , no bleeding . Have followed all the advice I was given and intend to keep it up as part of my normal dental routine . Can’t recommend enough , caring , friendly staff , experts in their field and to me , the results speak for themselves

Fantastic experience: My relative had an issue with their implant and Dr Ubhi offered him a same day appointment to help out! It’s been a pleasure dealing with him and I would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone who’s looking for excellent service and expertise in dentistry ( this is coming from a dentist!) thank you Dr Uchi for everything.

Fantastic experience: I had previously had work carried out by my dentist to correct my overbite which was not successful. My dentist refereed me to BPI Dental Harborne due to the complex nature which required a specialist in this field. I met Dr Zeeshan Chawdhri who carried out the initial consultation. Everything was explained to me, the whole journey of work necessary to achieve dental fitness. All treatment options available to me including Costings and when payments would be required as treatment progressed. I was made fully aware there was no quick fix my teeth required moving using Invisalign aligners ensuring this treatment would be successful. The aligners were no problem to wear with regular checkups to confirm my teeth were moving as planned. When my teeth were in the correct position the upper and lower required building up I opted for Composite bonding which required 2 visits. I was made to feel very relaxed with Dr Zeeshan checking In with me making sure I was ok during my visit. I was amazed to see the before and after photos, I believe I now have a perfect smile. The modern equipment is amazing the instant scan that is shown on screen showing exactly how the teeth are moving. All of the staff I have come in to contact with are all so friendly I highly recommend BPI dental Harborne.

Fantastic experience: Like many people, the thought of visiting the dentist used to fill me with dread! However after having BPI dental recommended to me by a friend who is a dentist I no longer fear the dentists chair. The practice is modern and clean, the reception team are professional, friendly and welcoming, I have always been seen punctually, and even had an appointment rebooked without any issue when I had to cancel last minute due to having flu. My treatment was explained to me fully by my dentist Dr Zeeshan Chawdri who was highly skilled, caring, and professional, and ensured my comfort throughout, as well as providing the opportunity to ask questions at every juncture. His skill and reassuring chair-side manner put me at ease and ensured a positive experience with no anxiety or discomfort. Fantastic experience: I completed1 part of my treatment last week with Dr Chawdhri and his assistant. He gave me clear advice throughout the procedure and although I am a nervous patient by nature - I actually felt relaxed and in control. I would recommend that anyone who is nervous about dentists - visit BPI. The establishment is well put together in modern and clean surroundings. All the staff are approachable and you will be treated with the highest of respect. Visit them - I left with a BEAUTIFUL smile.

Fantastic experience: I received Invisalign and veneer treatment from Dr Chawdhri. This ran from April 2024 to Jan 2025. I was very impressed by the high level of care I was given and the results of the treatment . I’m happy to say that Dr Chawdhri has now become my regular dentist. The hygienist there is amazing too.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at BPI dental since October 2022. I am 60 years old and have required extensive restorative dental work. This work has been performed by Dr Zeeshan Chawdhri. I would highly recommend this practice and in particular Dr Chawdhri. Fantastic experience: Had an implant back in May. Initially thought it was expensive which it is but I have had no problems whatsoever. Think the initial quote was 3750 but came in at 3250. You get what you pay for I guess.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to BPI Dental by my regular dentist. I underwent gum restoration surgery to fix gum recession. The process involved making an incision near the base of the teeth, packing it with collagen, and then stitching it back together. The process is uncomfortable, but not painful, which surprised me. After a day or two I could eat normally (but carefully), and after a few weeks, it was pretty much healed. If you are considering this procedure, I would advise that the new tissue is delicate, and even if you're very careful, you may find some doesn't take, and sloughs off as it heals. The first round was about 80% successful for me, and Dr. Boota redid a few teeth after everything was healed. My gum line is not perfect, but it is much better than it was; higher around the teeth, and the gums are thicker. I had a lot of tissue repaired in this way; 6-8 teeth on the top, and 6-8 on the bottom. The surgery was done in two sittings so as not to be overwhelming. The cost was reasonable, around 4k; I quite like having a full set of teeth, so consider it money well spent. Overall, it wasn't that bad; I would recommend the procedure if you have a similar problem. Thank you to Dr. Boota and the rest of the team.

Fantastic experience: Having an implant - especially at my age! - is invariably a lengthy process in light of its complexity, but Harpreet was extremely thorough in explaining the nature of the procedures and the relevant time schedules. I have every faith that it will prove successful and feel able to put my trust in Harpreet's hands. Of course, the only drawback is his football affiliation though my own, to Manchester United, is far more painful at the moment than any trip to a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great dental treatment. I was initially seen by dr.Zeesha who listened to my needs and advise the best course of treatment to have my front teeth fixed with veneers, given me different options and answering all my questions. He also worked in colaboration with Dr. Jimmy, who again was very knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed as i decided to have gum surgery to compliment the final result. Both Doctors achieved high end results and im very happy with my smile.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to BPI by my dentist for a complex root canal treatment. I must admit I was extremely anxious but with hindsight had no need to be as I was well looked after by all the staff who looked after me. As for Dr Singh who carried out the treatment I have nothing but praise for him, he explained the treatment and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The treatment itself was carried out in a professional and calming way and afterwards I felt quite relaxed about the whole experience. I found this to be a professional and friendly practice and would recommend it.

SO was Dr Harpeet who checked my previous tooth that needed a bit of filing before my clean. All receptionists & staff are always very helpful & friendly - a lovely comfortable waiting room. Negative experience: I have been going here for the last 3 years because my gums were receding and I wanted help to stop it happening further. I was happy with the service of having my gums thoroughly cleaned however, overtime I started questioning a few things. After my hygienist clean, I would notice myself still spitting out ripped gums from the clean. This could have been inflamed gums to begin with that would have eroded with time anyway however, this year November I got good review about my gums and teeth from my dentist. But when I went for the hygienist clean straight after, I had more recession as a result of the clean when there was no inflamed gums to get rid of. This is upsetting because now I have lost confidence and trust with staff in getting my teeth cleaned here incase they cause more gum recession. Tepes (small dental brushes that clean in between each tooth) of bigger size each appointment have been used on my teeth and I bleed so much (clearly I should not be using tepes sizes that make me bleed when my gums are now much healthier and I never bleed whilst brushing anymore). I did go in for a complaint recently and my dentist reassured me that the correct size tepes were used however, he manipulated the brushes gently between my teeth and they fit only in certain gaps but my gums still bled. I don’t want to keep going up in tepes size, creating bigger holes between my teeth and making my gums bleed in the process. Alarmingly, as mentioned before my last appointment I was given a great review of my teeth - however, due to the further recession I went back for a complaint appointment. My dentist was now suddenly recommending I get gum craft surgery. How did I go from a good review last time to now possibly considering surgery sooner is alarming. It doesn’t make sense. I will cancel my future appointments because I do not want accidental recession caused anymore when further gum recession was my issue to treat to begin with. I’ve also made the judgement that I don’t need a hygienist clean anymore as I feel like regular dentist check-ups will suffice at this point. Just the thought of going here is making me anxious because my trust is gone unfortunately which is such a shame as the staff were lovely and the premises is clean.

Fantastic experience: I have just had some major worked done this week 19/09/2023. Dr Ubhi and his team are very professional, polite, friendly and have a wide range of equipment to ensure they are fully informed before recommending a range of treatment options. In addition I have needed dozens of injections in my mouth in the past and this is the first time I did not feel anything due to the gel Dr Ubhi applied first. I although I am in the middle of my treatment I believe Dr Ubhi and his team will get me a fantastic result.

Fantastic experience: On 09/13/2023 you gave us this review: 5.0 /5 I have been treated by Dr Singh for a complicated issue with a tooth which had a crown and was part of a bridge . At my initial assessment he went through all the options and recommended root canal filling . He was very professional and reassuring. The procedure itself was completely pain free and Dr Singh made sure that I felt relaxed throughout. Afterwards I had a follow up appointment to check all was well . It was and I am really thankful to Dr Singh for saving my tooth and the bridge .

Fantastic experience: I received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The waiting room was clean and the seating comfortable. I was seen at the appointment time. I received a thorough examination. The various treatment options were clearly explained and there was no pressure to make an on the spot decision. During my visit I interacted with several staff members who were all friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic treatment. They redid an implant that failed from a previous dentist and now I am eating and speaking again with ease, thanks to Mr Ubhi. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The hygienist, Leander is the best I have ever come across. She is very thorough and is careful not to cause any pain. I feel very relaxed when she cleans my teeth. Expensive but worth it!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous on my first visit but I was soon put at ease by the lovely and friendly staff .Then I got to meet DR B S Ubbi who is the kindest man you could ever wish to meet he explained everything that I needed done (one tooth inplant) talked me through my options and then said how much it would cost which I paid in stages as the treatment went on .There weren't any hidden extras and everything he said happened exactly as he'd explained I'm absolutely thrilled with the work they've done and it's given me my confidence back and my smile. Negative experience: Wow. Seriously wow. Referred to this 'shambles' by my own dentist for Endodontic Therapy. Tried multiple times to call - Just voicemail continously. Finally got through and spoke to someone who was clearly not trained in 'Telephone Manners'. Explained that all I needed was an 'explanation' between the difference of a standard 'Root Canal' at my own dentist, and what the difference would be by having it done at BPI. Told that nothing could be done unless I paid the £90 consultation fee... Asked why... Told that it needs to be assesed first... I explained that I knew that, and i'm not asking for the 'Financial' difference but the medical difference as i'm trying to explain to my Dental Insurance company... Cut off mid-sentance by whoever again and refused to provide without £90 consultation - promptly hung up. Called back 10 minutes later, asked to speak to Practice Manager. Name & DOB taken and transferred to Kully, Practice Manager. Explained in detail what I was looking for... Interrupted again (maybe thats why the first person above thinks its okay to interrupt callers mid-sentence?!), and told that they cannot give pricing info - said im not looking for that info (again!!!!) - let her continue for over a minute of blabbering about cost (which im not interested in), so when Kully finally finishes her diatribe I explain again, that I'm not looking for pricing - Its on your website - and as a referred patient, all I need is something to show Denplan the difference between a Root Canal & Endodontic Therapy. Kully then proceeds to argue (just bizarre behaviour from a so-called Practice Manager) about who interrupted who?!! - Enough of this impertinence - Put phone down on her as well. Maybe think next time about how to conduct yourselves whilst on the phone? There are training courses!!! I was trying to explain what I needed but all you both seem to want is money? Says it all really, reading the other reviews. I suggest your owners listen to both calls and make their own assumptions on the way you've handled this, and lost a patient - Who could have spent close to £1000 with you. Obviously business must be booming at BPI, otherwise how else could a member of staff and then a so called 'Manager' get away with speaking to a customer like that? Quite glad now I queried this and didnt waste my money on obviously rude an unprofessional people. Im sure Kully will respond with some sarchastic response wishing me well in my future dental treatments.

Positive experience: Clean, friendly. Treatment takes a long time, but the results are better than expected. Some of the treatment is painful, but the Dentists must be among the most skilled.

Fantastic experience: I had deep cleaning for gum disease with Dr Dufty. I have a massive fear of the dentist and was terrified about what to expect during treatment. When I got into the treatment room, he was very reassuring and calming from the start, he took my fear seriously and didn’t make me feel bad or silly about being scared! He told me that at any point during the procedure if I wanted a break to raise my hand they they would stop and I could have a breather. He was constantly reassuring me throughout he treatment, the few times I raised my hand him and the dental nurse stopped and removed the equipment immediately to allow me to have a break and only continued when I was ready. Over all the treatment wasn’t anywhere as scary as I had been imagining and was actually a positive experience. I am now feeling more positive and confident about going back next week for my other side to be done! So far so good and I would 100% recommend bpi.

Negative experience: Only seem interested in the money. Very happy to help once large sums of money paid up front then when you go back and say you have a issue they just take an X-ray agree there is a issue and say let’s just monitor it for now and keep rebooking when there is a straight forward solution to be done! If you try to question them you get meet with a rude response and told that’s for the dentist to answer but you will have to pay to get that answer.

Negative experience: Have the first appointment because I have pain in my tooth, the dentist check my teeth and say need a root canal (he can't do it and another dentist do it next appointment). went next appointment expecting to open the canal and teeth filing but instead, he make a full assessment of my teeth and he says he can't do the filet of teeth because another dentist do that. Pay £160 to check my teeth, wait one month and still have pain. Defiantly not recommended. Thanks

Fantastic experience: My first visit to this dental practice and I have been thoroughly impressed with all aspects of service. From the minute I entered the front door, I received a warm welcome from Bal who was polite, welcoming and made a reference to the phone call we’d had earlier in the day. I felt valued. Two dental nurses were wonderful with my x-ray, I had to remove my jewellery, when I couldn’t put my earrings back in (without a mirror) , one of the ladies brought a mirror in after my consultation, she that I could. This was without prompting ( I was going to just shove them in my pocket!) and showed care and consideration. My dentist was Jim. He was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and was reassuring at every stage. I came away feeling positive and confident for the planned treatments ahead. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: When you enter the Centre, you know what to expect - great service from people who know what they're doing and care about how they do it. All staff are friendly, courteous and take a personal as well as professional interest in you. Cleanliness and attention to detail radiate everywhere. The whole experience is well worth any pain you endure!

Negative experience: Very tricky customer service experienced... I brought my dad to this dental practice for an oral consultation in false teeth options for him last week Wednesday, got a few suggestions and written quotation on spot and said would email all the options to us for consideration. Booked in the Hygienist appointment on the forthcoming Monday, yet the quotations were not received. I called later in the afternoon to let them know the quotation is yet received and kept waiting until Saturday. We are fully aware of the 48 hours cancellation policy so we called them on Saturday around noon time to chase again because we still do not receive any email from them, before the next appointment to confirm our option. We are also fully aware it was the Spring bank holiday and Jubilee weekend so there may not be staff working so I left a voice message to tell them our situation. I received a call back on Sunday around 15:30, asking if I have received the quotation and like to keep the appointment the next day. How would I proceed to attend the appointment if the cost have not been agreed yet (as from memory the cost was £3XXX). I asked if I can review the quotation first (which I still have not received when I am typing this review) before making any decision but I wasn't given a choice to continue the service reasonably - I can only cancel the appointment (and I was told if I need to rebook another new appointment will have to wait until September) OR go ahead without knowing how much exactly I need to pay OR pay the cancellation fee. I am attaching the screen shot of NOT receiving a quotation / email from your clinic, while the CS told me your clinic has actually emailed to me 3 times. I appreciated a screenshot could be provided or a reasonable arrangement could be made.

Negative experience: Difficult to find anything positive to say. The person who saw me decided within 10 minutes that the implant system I had was out of date and that parts could not be found for it. Suggested that the whole system would need replacing and that the removal of just one screw would take 2 hours. All of this would however need referring up the chain to someone else because in spite of the £155 bill for 50 minutes he wasn't completely sure. It's been 3 weeks since the appointment and no write up or confirmation has been received. Utterly appalling customer service. Never again

Fantastic experience: BPI is a fantastic practice with wonderful staff and I would definitely recommend it 100%. My treatment is taking a while which is totally understandable as my jaws do not meet correctly and my teeth will need to be realigned. Dr Bhirth and Dr Moopen are leading experts in their field and also very personable, and you never feel rushed, and have plenty of time to ask questions. The dental nurses are brilliant; a big shout out to Lydia who is excellent and always helps me to feel relaxed. Staff on reception are always friendly and helpful. It seems really weird to say i enjoy going to the dentist but I genuinely do. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive about out having root canal work on my front tooth. Dr Singh and his colleague were so adept and skilled. I spent an hour in the chair and could tell Dr Singh had such expertise, craftsmanship. I felt totally confident in his abilities. It's the best experience at a dentist that I've ever had. It was painless and relaxing. He succeeded in a tricky procedure and I'm very very happy.
