When my previous dentist retired, I felt very fortunate to be recommended to your practice and I have not been disappointed. The high standard of treatment and the friendly, helpful aporoach of all concerned were much appreciated. May 2025 Several sessions with Victoria, who dealt with my various crises calmly and efficiently, as always. Fantastic experience: I am absolutely ecstatic with the treatment I have just received from my new dentist in Brough. He actually compares with one of my dentists from years ago, who's probably retired now, Mr John F Groombridge. I never thought I'd ever experience a dentist like Mr Groombridge, but my new dentist tops the lot. First class, pain free treatment. Not only did he glue my crowns securely back onto my implants, he actually told me why they were coming off and he made certain adjustments to rectify them, all within minutes. I am absolutely over the moon and now free from all stress that I've experienced with my last dentist, who's glued my implants back three times over the past four months, plus a big expense too. I must tell people who have had the same problem as I have because it's so worrying when dentists won't even look at your teeth as soon as you mention implants, it's annoying and unsightly having two metal spikes instead of teeth. I had my implants done ten years ago, I'm very happy with them but as soon as you have a problem, all the dentists inform you to do is go back to the person who did your implants in the beginning, very difficult when they're a million miles away, or they even recommend changing your implants. I'm grateful that my daughter recommended my new dentist, everyone at the surgery is so obliging and pleasant. I am thrilled to bits, first class service, no more worries, brilliant. Fantastic experience: This was my third visit to Cosmetic and family Dentistry and it was a very positive one. The atmosphere created by the lovely Receptionist, Dental Nurses and Dental surgeon was friendly and calming. I felt I was given good advice from very knowledgeable people. My procedure went very well and I have no anxiety about attending any future appointment for further treatments. I'm so glad I was recommended by a friend, who is highly satisfied with her dental implant.

Positive experience: A little apprehensive before I went for my hygienist appointment, but pleasantly surprised how pain free it was. Except, however, for when I came to pay the bill. £70 for less than 15 minutes seems a bit excessive.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for a long time and I have never had any problems. I normally see Emma, who was lovely and I was a little disappointed when she was no longer there however I saw Victoria who was also very lovely, and very professional. I was really pleased with the way she was with me. I do not really like visiting the dentist like a lot of people but the staff are lovely here which does make it better; I will continue seeing Victoria now on my visits.

Fantastic experience: I saw Emma as usual for my six monthly checkup which went well as I didn’t need any treatment. However, she then said she was leaving the practice at Christmas which came as quite a shock as I’ve been seeing her for all my dental needs over the last fifteen years. All I can say is that hopefully I’ll still be able to see her in her new job and if not wish her all the very best for her in her new role. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me over the years. Fantastic experience: I first met Emma at the Beverley Road dental practice and found her extremely good with my children and followed her to Brough many years ago. When I returned to the area I went back to Emma and found the treatment perfect. She has now left the practice but I searched the Internet and found her at Highgate Dental practice in Beverley and attended today for my check up. Again a lovely experience.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental procedure carried out by Emma. I was in absolute agony with my back tooth as I bit hard on a date which was inside a flapjack without realising it had a stone inside and it caused a jagged edge along the tooth which then cut into my tongue badly. My tongue became very swollen as it was catching constantly on my cracked tooth. I rang the dental practice as soon as they opened and within the hour I was seen by Emma my dentist who sorted me out. I was so thankful for their swift professional service they provided me at such short notice. Fantastic customer service from all staff. I’m so very grateful to them.

Fantastic experience: I previously used this practice in Brough for many years & was always pleased with my treatment & care under Rob Bell & his team. I now live abroad but need additional implant work & I didn't hesitate to return. After my consultation with Dr Kabra & his assistant Helen, I'm starting with this work immediately. I was so impressed with all care, advice & clarity of the work required & the costings, noting I was also very pleasently surprised, I was expecting the work to cost more. I have every confidence & am very much looking forward to completion & my new smile! I'll update at the end! Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I paid for Invisalign dental aligner. During the two years of wearing the product I was not told at any point that the benefits were temporary! Nor was I offered any aftercare or consultation to keep my teeth in their new position. My teeth have now changed position and I now consider the dental aligners to have been a massive waste of time and money.
