Fantastic experience: I used Hardip Dhatt at Ringwood Dental for Invisalign treatment. I had confidence in him from our first meeting, but I can’t believe how amazing the work he has done is. The transformation of my teeth is incredible and I never thought they could look so good. I would thoroughly recommend him and his clinic.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had in any customer service department. My appointment was supposed to be at 9:40 but it was 9:55 by the time I actually got in the room. When I rung up to book a hygienist appointment, I mentioned that I’d like to have teeth whitening and the foreign man on the phone said my appointment would be around 40 minutes for £70 and I can discuss my teeth whitening with the hygienist. Due to the hygienist being over 10 minutes late and too much chit chat at the beginning of my appointment because she said I was a new patient, she didn’t realise that I was actually having a hygiene appointment. She thought it was just a 20 minutes chat?! Why on earth would I turn up for a chat. When I explained the situation that I was going on holiday next week and the whole point in me coming for a hygiene appointment and to discuss teeth whitening, she was reluctant and rude. I felt that I did not get a sufficient teeth clean and was left feeling upset, in a lot of pain with bleeding gums and no support. Instead she just wanted to sell me more items and warned me that she usually charges £140. I was utterly appalled and disgusted. Never going back again!

Negative experience: How many times can you cancel my appointment? Oh yes 5! What a joke.

Negative experience: If I could give this no stars, I would. Husband had a check up which took 10 minutes total. Dentist hardly touched his teeth then spent 5 minutes trying to sell him products. He was charged £85 ……what an awful place.

Fantastic experience: Fadheela was incredible and is great at what she does I walked out with all my questions answered and explained in great detail very welcoming and has completely changed my smile thanks to her, I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: Patient care after poorly administered surgery is sub standard with practitioners denying culpability.

Negative experience: Not happy with the way they treat cancelling appointments. Second time I have had my appointment cancelled with no notice. I took time off work to be at my appointment and I show up to be told the dentist is on annual leave and it was cancelled last month… yet they haven’t contacted me at all… also have a completely different number for me on the system, baring in mind i have had the same number for over 10 years I’m shocked they have that incorrect on their system, the receptionist was not apologetic in the slightest and seemed to not even care about rebooking, telling me my dentist is fully booked for the time I need…absolutely appalled.

Negative experience: Each time I book an appointment it seems to get cancelled and I have to recontact the surgery to rebook despite the booking being made months in advance. On multiple occasions the staff have tried to contact me to cancel my appointments by sending letters or calling my family members that are not linked to me despite me making the surgery aware.

Fantastic experience: My dentist (Fadheelah) was very thorough and professional and her friendliness was much appreciated too. She explained everything well and gave a number of opportunities to ask questions. The Nurse and Receptionists we're good too.

Fantastic experience: I believe we saw the owner (sorry i forgot your name) my daughter who is 14 and has always got teased over having a gap in her front teeth and had extremely white marks on both of them that made her front teeth stand out even more and rest of her teeth look discoloured. He was so kind and definitely put her mind at ease. He went through all our options and now she has amazing teeth and she is so happy with them and confident. Thank you so much for giving my teenage daughter her confidence and being proud to smile. Ill definitely be using them again and will definitely be requesting him for any work me or my family need in the future. Thanks again. Shelley x

Fantastic experience: I have been attending over many years. Everyone is very helpful, especially in arranging and rearrangement of appointments. Both hygienist and dentist are very welcoming and helpful both in instruction and maintaining my oral health.

Negative experience: Used to be good but in the last 12 -18 months has become the absolute pits to deal with. I cannot get hold of them via email, phone or website messenger. Failed to carry out simple actions and have somehow how referred my son to a clinic 1.5 hrs away. Absolute shambles

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! I felt extremely nervous for my appointment that I had, and the dental nurse as well as the dentist was very assuring and told me I would be okay. They told me everything that I would be feeling so that I would know. Lovely receptionists and kind people.

Negative experience: Very poor communication. I have been waiting weeks for someone to give me the courtesy of a call back. I have emailed several times, left answer machine messages and even spoken to staff who have promised someone would call me back later that day, but still nothing. Common courtesy and doing what you say you will are basic skills that seem to be sadly lacking here. I have now gone elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old daughter had her first dentist appointment and was feeling a tad nervous. The dentist and dental nurse were so friendly and welcoming which put her totally at ease and it was a complete success.

Fantastic experience: I have used this dentist for a number of years and they have only improved with time. They have grown into a very efficient professional team, with each element from receptionist, hygienist, dentist and assistance plus the other staff, who strive to provide you with the best experience possible. You require patience occasionally as they strive to assist urgent cases of people really suffering and who require a higher priority. However, feel we all want that sort of support in an emergency. The facilities and decor have had a major make over in recent years.Lastly, the staff are very much people focused and when appropriate, have genuine fun approach. Highly recomend.

Negative experience: Had alot of our appointments cancelled by them.... we were unable to make an appointment due to being unwell that day. And they had kicked me off thier books. They still see my daughtre though. But I do need to change.

Fantastic experience: It can be daunting visiting any dentist but Ringwood dental are simply as good as it gets. Despite being a very busy practice, you are always made to feel welcome and given the time required for whatever treatment is needed. From the lovely ladies on reception to the skilled orthodontists & nurses, they are truly fab. After 5 years of intensive invisalign treatment I am delighted with the results of their care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to register with a good dentist.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had been a valued NHS Customer since approx 2005. Due to Covid, etc I was unable to attend but when I went to have a shattered wisdom tooth replaced last week I was told because I havn't been to my Dentist for over 2 years they have terminated my Dentist Contract. They said I can sign up again as a Private Customer and it would cost me up to £4,000 to implant a new wisdom tooth. I found this cruel, heartless and offensive.

Fantastic experience: Have been with Ringwood dentistry for over 7 years now. The branch has several teams operating. So the business can be very accomodating with appointments I haven't had a bad experience yet. Very polite, professional & considerate.. Also smart appearance as they all wear uniform. They always, without fail, check your health prior to attending the surgery for treatment, doing their level best to protect everyone. I cannot fault them nor can I make suggestions to improve the service.

Negative experience: Terrible! Been to this place for a few years to have my check ups my sister also has them here and we were both told that we had very bad teeth and have been insulted by dentists and our mother left the dentist in tears occasionally. We saw a private orthodontist in Ringwood to see if we did need braces which the dentist said we did but turn out our teeth were perfect (coming from the private orthodontist) we were also told to have a filling in white it would cost £500 and turns out for any one 15 and under (of which I’m 15) it is completely free to have a white filling. My sister was told she would need teeth out and once again the orthodontist said this was absolutely not the case and this would negatively affect my sister in the long run. Before you let these people do permanent damage see someone who knows what’s they are talking about and not just trying to make money of you.

Efficiently.. sensibly , good information.. highly recommended practice .. and the new dentist did not give me any “upgrade “ pressure at all when I opted for cheapest treatment.. highly recommend them !!

Fantastic experience: Excellent. Staff always polite. Always on time. Rebecca has not only helped improve my oral health entirely she’s given me confidence back in dental care. My teeth look and feel 1000 times better. She’s fantastic, as is the hygienist! Shes so thorough and lovely. The dental nurses are also very polite and help to make you feel comfortable. Me and the family won’t be going else where from now on.

We all have quite differing needs due to ages and stages, and Rebecca is always thorough and efficient whilst being super-caring all at the same time. The Reception Team are welcoming and friendly, and again deal efficiently with our complicated needs which range from dental, to fillings, to hygienist and orthodontics too! Highly recommended on this basis.

Invisalign is easy and comfortable to wear. You don’t even notice you have them in . Money well spent .

Fantastic experience: I attended to have a filling and received a polite and friendly welcome from the reception staff on arrival. I then was called virtually straight in for the treatment, which was ahead of the appointment time. The dentistry was carried out by Rebecca. Everything was explained clearly to me before the treatment began and I realised very quickly that I was being treated by a highly skilled and professional dentist. The treatment was carried out without issue and I was given friendly words of advice with regards to aftercare. I also found the dental nurse to be very polite and friendly. I was really pleased with the treatment and care I received that day and have had no issues since the treatment was completed.

I'm usually incredibly nervous at the thought of going to a dentist, but I can honestly say this was as pleasant of a visit possible. I had a appointment with a wonderful lady named Carmen who was so nice, informative, professional and was really good at not letting me worry. Fantastic experience: This is the only dentist I have ever been happy to go to. The staff are kind, patient, amd gentle. And they make you feel like a team fighting for dental perfection together instead of shaming you or attacking you for having a cavity. I truly feel welcome and looked after here.

Negative experience: On my last check-up you told me i'm cleaning my teeth so well that you didn't need to clean anything. On the check-up I just had, you said the tartar buildup is so bad I need the Hygienist (£60) and if it hadn't been so bad I could have got the £25 NHS clean-up. Why didn't you tell me on the previous visit - I would have said to do the NHS clean and I could pay special attention to tis area going forward. Honestly I feel like your just letting my teeth get worse so you can charge me Hygienist costs which I can't afford.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional dentistry. Not often i write glowing reviews however Ringwood dental deserves recognition due to the fact they have acumulated a very good pick of dentists across a range of treatments. My initial consultation with Ben was excellent, being somewhat of a nervous patient with some unpleasant experiences with a Wimborne dentist, however my mind was soon put at ease. Despite having to return for multiple extractions, i can say hand on heart zero discomfort throughout the whole experience. Ben was excellent. I then had some teeth implants with Pedro, again the consumate proffessional from start to finish, i cannot recommend highly enough his work, i now have the perfect smile i had before, possibly even better looking if possible. Between this work i had appointments with the hygenist Carmen who took my hygiene to a new level, including an easy to remember discipline that Carmen instilled into me to ensure i maximise my hygiene every time i brush my teeth. Fantastic. Honestly hand on heart no affiliation or bribery going on here, im just pleased as punch to zero out my anxieties knowing my Dentist appointments are with the best team i know of.

I usually see a different dentist but due to work hours I needed to change my appointment and was quickly rescheduled to see Rebecca who was brilliant, very kind , knowledgeable and answered all my questions!
