Negative experience: Poor experience and result. Initially consulted for Invisalign with Dr Marisa but as soon as I signed up the treatment was passed on to Orthodontic Therapist, very misleading. First attachments fitted fell off within 24 hours, incorrect fitting retainers ordered so had to be redelivered and missed attachment fittings from Invisalign plan. Every time you formally raise or express your concerns they don't even reply to your email. Really don't like to shame on here but if you are looking to spend £3k+ then you expect better service and to be happy with the results. Unfortunately there seems to be similar reviews when you filter by stars.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Battersea Smiles enough! The entire team has been incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout my treatment. They’ve completely transformed my smile—and with it, my confidence. I’m no longer afraid to smile, and that’s something I never thought I’d say. Negative experience: I would not recommend using Battersea Smiles for Invisalign, everything I asked for in my consultation was ignored, you are required to put down a £250.00 deposit and sign various documents on an tiny iPad while on the dentists chair, to receive a treatment plan. On receiving my treatment plan, it was priced at nearly £6000.00, the standard treatment is currently around 3K... The treatment plan was ridiculous, not at all what I asked for - I have been emailing since October 2024, trying to get the treatment plan I asked for. Try filtering the reviews, there are millions of honest reviews scoring 1 star - I don't believe anyone would leave a 5 star review for their dental appointment. *Update* finally got an email from the dentist (not the receptionist) still not listening to my initial request, still have my deposit.

Negative experience: I’ll be giving two stars simply because everyone has been kind and super nice with my baby and I but let me get into my full experience. For content, I’ve had braces as a teenager and need to wear a retainer now to keep my teeth in place. Retainers break and have to be replaced every few years. Went in for a consultation as my retainer broke. After a few X-rays and scans, the dentist came out with a receipt and breakdown of what the total cost would have been and what I needed to get done. She mentioned that I had to get filling to close up the gap in between my two front teeth (that has opened since the retainer broke, not even 10 days prior my appointment) and that the total included a retainer for my bottom teeth as well. I questioned that as I have never had braces on my bottom teeth and asked if that could be removed as it was a useless thing to do. The price didn’t change and she made me sign the document without amending it. I decided to ask for a second opinion. Saw a different dentist that assured me that I didn’t had to get ANY filling as my teeth would have gone back in place as soon as the new retainer was in. I proceeded with them. The gap closed on his own as I was told. This is just to say to keep in mind that people might just try to take advantage of you, always advocate for yourself and ask for a second opinion. It was such an unpleasant experience and I highly recommend to everyone to look out for another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Came for an emergency appointment and it was great. Dr. George (Jorge) took his time ti try to find the source of my pain and didn’t give up until he did. It was great.

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and professional, and they truly care about your experience and results - ensuring perfection. I had my Invisalign consultation with Marisa back in Covid times and she was so lovely and informative. Through the journey, Eva has been incredible looking after me, and along with Marisa, they have helped me achieve the smile I’ve always dreamed of. I’ve also recently had a hygienist appointment with Magdalena, who was brilliant and so kind. Couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Fantastic experience: Great service and affordable prices. I went to loads of consultations about Invisalign and found Battersea smiles to be the best priced with knowledgeable staff. I worked with Dr Lousia who was great throughout, she adjusted my treatment as was needed and then gave me a bridge. The whole team was great throughout and I'm happy with the results. I bumped into Spencer Mathews of made in Chelsea fame and filmed a quick video. I felt my smile had a TV vibe to it. :) I highly recommend Dr Louisa and Battersea smiles.

Fantastic experience: Had a brilliant journey with my Invisalign treatment with Dr Marisa and Eva! Really happy with the outcome and can not recommend them enough!

Negative experience: I've personally had a poor experience from beginning to end. My treatment felt like an Invisalign conveyer belt created to print money rather than any patient focussed care. I was left for weeks at the end of my treatment without a plan to complete the last aspects of my treatment including internal whitening of a tooth and wires to fix my teeth that I've just spent a year straightening. I have had to continue wearing my last set of Invisalign retainers which is less than ideal as its now been over 8 weeks since I finished my treatment - my teeth are now moving as result. I've decided to complete my treatment elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I visited Battersea Smiles for Botox only. The staff, including the receptionist, manager, and Dr Heather, are all lovely and extremely friendly. Fantastic experience: I had very challenging teeth and at the end of treatment they are completly transformed. Everything from the dentists to the receptionists have always been lovely. The only thing to be aware of is there aren’t weekend appointments with my dentist which made it challenging to come to appointments due to my work.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. This was a lengthy 4 year process to which they finally recognised fixed braces would have been better after pushing my into Invisalign. Including the numerous rescans, and one of the rescan the dental nurse did incorrectly so we spent 6 months moving my teeth in the WRONG direction!!! The receptionists are terrible and take great pleasure in time wasting, on arrival they don’t let you know they’re running 30 minutes behind nor have the foresight to call ahead. After 4 years the final straw in that broke the camels back was waiting 30 minutes to be seen, to have been booked in with the wrong dentist, to be sent away again, only to arrive at the next appointment to find out they were lacking the correct attachments in the clinic once all the attachments were applied. I finally left this clinic and it’s the best thing that I did. I would recommend going to an orthodontic practice that has many options and doesn’t pressure you. I’ve also never seen so many bad reviews with the same themes….

Fantastic experience: I have came across Battersea Smiles when they were doing some Black Friday deals for teeth whitening. I decided to try them. I booked first appointment and was seen by Dr. Angela who explained everything in details and was very patient with me. Negative experience: I had an absolutely awful experience at this place! I went in to inquire about Invisalign, drawn in by an 'offer.' I first spoke with a doctor who quoted me £1995, but then another doctor said it was £2095. When I finally tried to book, they hit me with a shocking £2995! This place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. It feels like a total scam, with no one communicating properly. They clearly don’t care about their patients just about ripping people off. I only went there because it was nearby, but I deeply regret wasting my time. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this disaster!

Fantastic experience: I started Invisalign treatment with Dr Heather Samuels. She explained the process to me from start to finish through the free consultation. I didn’t feel pressured into any particular plan. She let me know of various payment plans and a timeframe. My teeth were janky as heck, so it took over a year to complete treatment but I’m really happy with the way they look. She is very happy to make sure you as the patient are safe and well during any treatment offering regular breaks in case of any uncomfortable aspects to the treatment. Heather talks you through everything she’s doing to keep you at ease as being at the dentists can be an anxious experience. The hygienist team are very bubbly and friendly. Every time I go I feel like I’m the only patient. The receptionist team are very friendly and send you reminders about appointments. Would recommend to anybody, and has now been my regular dentist surgery for over two years.

For the end result I wanted to embrace the small natural gap at the front of my teeth, and Dr Kyra made it possible - making the sure that the rest of my teeth were aligned so it fitted perfectly with my smile. Fantastic experience: Dr Kyra is brilliant, she knows her stuff. She was my dentist at a different surgery and when she moved to battersea smiles, I moved with her. Her colleagues (Alessia, Lyou and Zakia) are also very helpful and treat everyone with respect and courtesy. They tick all the boxes, an awesome surgery all round.

Dr Angela has been so helpful throughout the process and has given me so much information to figure out what I want. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Battersea Smiles, Dr Heather was amazing and so patient, I have had various orthodontists experience in the past, Battersea Smiles by far is the best, I had my treatment just over a year and the result is beyond my expectation. The team is incredible, the front desk Alessia is the most patient lady, I often needed to swap my appointments due to work and she was always so patient to answer my calls and re-organise the appointments for me. The team always went extra mile. I also have to say- their treatment prices are probably the most competitive in London. I also had an amazing hygine with Magda, she really changed how I know about teeth health and how to look after them. This practice really cares about your overall oral health and I would highly recommend everyone if you're in SW London, thank you the Battersea Smiles Team

Fantastic experience: I started my invisalign treatment earlier this year and everyone from the start was polite and Dr Marisa was very thorough with the details about the treatment. All the questions that I asked were answered very quickly and everyone knows what they are doing. I highly suggest this dental clinic, everyone here is very professional. The ladies from reception especially Bilikisu has been very welcoming as well every time I have my appointment here.
