Fantastic experience: I’ve recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Riz and had bonding carried out by Dr Pete, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr Riz made the whole Invisalign process really straightforward — he explained everything clearly, kept me reassured throughout, and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. My teeth are now perfectly straight and the journey felt much easier than I expected. Dr Pete completed the bonding treatment and did an incredible job. He was so precise and detail-oriented, taking the time to get the shape and finish just right. The result looks so natural, and I’ve had so many compliments already. I can’t recommend them enough! I put 4 stars because, everyone was so great helpful and very welcoming to me instead of one receptionist on 08.08.25 morning. It’s a young female with dark hair I felt she is very rude no hello no eye contact no smile no helpful. I have paid big amount of money in one go before the treatment. After the treatment she asked me for more money? without checking and with the attitude expression on her face. She made me feel very uncomfortable and sad for no reason. But at the end P. Negative experience: Massively discriminated I did my pre-form and explained my medical history and that I have a brain injury. I went to get my teeth checked out as I was in hospital for half a year. My appointment was a consultation for Invisalign with Pete Niesiolowski, he did mention that I needed fillings on the grey parts of the x-rays but never mentioned the amount ( but the whole thing is black and grey). Once my x-rays were complete, they said someone will go through what was needed, but that never happened I waited in reception for 15 minutes. I was told the person who was going to go through everything, was now busy and can’t speak to me but someone will call me to discuss what I need ( which never happened ). When I got home I check the sheet they gave me and was left shocked, it said that I needed 6 filling costing just under £2,700. I sent the X-rays to my sisters parents in-laws who are dentist and went for a second opinion at my local dentist. They checked my teeth took X-rays and photos (allowing me to visually see) and told me I only needed 1. From 6 to 1 fillings is a massive difference, I feel like my appointment at RUH was less than 10 minutes, I waited in reception for 15. But my local dentist thoroughly checked me I was there 30 minutes plus. I’m hesitant now to inform people that I have a brain injury as I feel like they just see money. It definitely feel there was a massive discrimination, it should not feel like they can make money out of me just cause I have a brain injury. I’m never going back to that Dentist, or ever encouraging anyone to?

Fantastic experience: Dr Rakhi did an amazing job! I did composite bonding with her on four of my teeth in order to get a more even and natural finish, and she did it perfectly. My case was a little difficult, however she did such a good job at achieving what I wanted. I never felt pressured or as if I was asking for too much which I appreciated. Dr Rakhi was so kind, welcoming and attentive towards me throughout the whole process and she always made sure I was comfortable and happy with my smile. I would highly recommend her✨

Fantastic experience: I had composite bonding done with Dr Rakhi and couldn’t be happier with the results. My case was a challenging one as I was missing a tooth near the front, and the gap had previously been closed with braces. That said, you’d never be able to tell now as the structure and finish look incredibly natural. Dr Rakhi took the time to explain everything thoroughly during the consultation and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I’d highly recommend her to anyone considering cosmetic dental work!

Fantastic experience: I had a really pleasant experience at Ruh dental, Samira did an amazing job, I would definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment at 14:30, by 15:15 I had still not been seen. No explanation from anybody as to why there was such a delay. I ended up leaving without being seen due to the delay. Not the standard of service to be expected from a private practice.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Ruh Dental Fleet Street over my several visits/treatments. Everyone is very nice and welcoming, I've had bad experiences/judgment about my teeth from previous dentists so it was a great experience that nobody here was like that and were all so helpful. If you are sensitive to pain, they are happy to accommodate and make the entire experience as painless as possible. So much more I could say but all I know is that I will continue with them for hygiene and routine checks going forward.

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign treatment back in June 2024 and finished with composite bonding in Feb 2025 and can I just say what an amazing experience I’ve had at Ruh Dental and with my dentist Dr Sanj. Fantastic experience: I had my appointment this morning for removal of my 4 old composites and 6 replacement composites with Dr Desai. My old veneers were 14 years old but I didn’t think they looked THAT bad until I saw the ‘before’ photos up close! The work dr desai did was just amazing and I’m beyond happy with my new smile. Dr Desai was easy to communicate with, I had clear communication from everyone else at Ruh Fleet St, and everyone really took their time to make me feel heard and comfortable. I couldn’t recommend them enough! I’ll be staring at my teeth for the foreseeable future!

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Dr Justin Glaister and the dental hygienist team at Ruh Dental. For context, in late 2019, I had composite applied to my front six teeth by another dentist (not at Ruh Dental). At the time, I was happy with how my teeth looked and felt. However, the composite broke quickly and aged badly. I was disappointed by the other dentist’s total lack of interest in aftercare or dental hygiene appointments. By contrast, for a couple of years now, I have been seeing Dr Justin and the dental hygienists at Ruh Dental Fleet Street. Making a booking is straightforward (you can do it online), the clinic is easily accessible from most of central London, and the clinic is stylishly decorated. More importantly, the service I have received has always been excellent. Today I bit the bullet and had Dr Justin replace the composite on my front six teeth. It wasn’t cheap but it was so worth it - they look and feel fantastic. I’m delighted with the result.

Fantastic experience: had my teeth done here and i honeslty cant stop smiling. dr pete is the BEST. he was professional, and has such an eye for detail , i had a gap in my front two teeth that he fixed so immaculately. he did not oversell by saying i would need to fix more than two teeth if not my smile wouldnt be nice (which i got at other places) and so i really reccomend him wholeheartedly and ruh dental. i feel like they are very honest, and also they give an nhs and student discount which i thought was lovely. really reccomend this place, honestly im so picky as well and i have not one bad thing to say

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Pete at Ruh Dental in 2022 after being recommended by a friend. Dr Pete advised I would need train track braces to get my desired result with composite bonding. As I do not live locally I got the orthodontic treatment done elsewhere. Dr Pete wrote to my Orthodontist advising where he would like my teeth to be positioned for the cosmetic work he would be doing once the brace came off. The Brace came off, I saw Dr Pete and my teeth look better than I could have even imagined. I went back today for my yearly polish and Ruh Dentals and Dr Pete’s service was, as always, brilliant. I couldn’t recommend Ruh Dental more. The confidence my smile has given me compared to before is worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: So happy with my new smile, and so surprised it has made such a difference. The team at Ruh have been unfailingly wonderful for my whole invisalign journey, which has taken longer than usual due to my medical history. Positive experience: Good service, nice people. It is often difficult to get an appointment. What was advertised originally as 3 month Invisalign went on for 18 months or more. Slightly too much shaved off my front teeth now with small gap.
