Fantastic experience: Dr Vaja performed a root canal filling for me and I can honestly say that the whole procedure was very comfortable. I was given adequate local anaesthetic and was kept fully informed throughout. All staff were friendly and i was seen before my actual appointment time.

Fantastic experience: Just a follow up post from one I wrote last week. After having trouble with an appointment last week Synergy dental practice manager managed to resolve all my issues and for that I can only thank him. Then today I attend the appointment he made me, I received my dentures and am so pleased with them. Then I try to take them out and failed, so I rang the dentist who told me to come straight down. The problem was solved in 5 minutes so for all this I can only thank the dentist and say that my experience this time was of outstanding service. Thank you

Fantastic experience: The staff and treatment I have received whilst a patient here has been exemplary. I have no issues with the practice other than on a couple of occasions have been left waiting 20 minutes plus over my appointment time. I'm taking this opportunity to inform you I will be cancelling my direct debit and leaving the dental plan. Since being on the plan have never had any of the benefits that were ment to have been included. Apart from the 6 monthly check ups and today's clean ( not a Polish, just a scrape) the plan has been a waste of time and infact having been told the plan no longer includes 2 scale and polishs plus teeth whitening for life as I still have quoted on my original e.mail and a subsequent updated offering even better benefits feel you not only have broke any contract with me but unless what the dentist told me is untrue have been misleading if not lying.

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with the way this dental practice is run, all they care about is money but to a point that is concerning for a primary health care provider. The dentist I have seen twice is so incredibly pushy it’s off putting. & there seems to be a few reviews echoing the same thing. All I want is a scale and polish and edge bonding on one tooth and it seems impossible. I asked the dentist how far in advance I need to book the scale and polish and he said a couple of weeks. So I called a couple of weeks before I was hoping to get booked but I could not get an appointment sooner than 6 weeks. Which isn’t the end of the world it’s nothing urgent, just a little frustrating. I received a phone call a couple of weeks later to rearrange as the person I was booked in with is now on a training course that day, no problem with that at all. But I am now having to wait 8 weeks from when I initially called to make the appointment, 8 weeks for a scale and polish. I’ve also told multiple people on 4 separate occasions that I do not want a £100 teeth clean, that I wanted the £80 one. The dentist even said to me ‘I’ll book you in for the £100 clean and you can change it at reception’ why?! I did tell reception 3 times on separate occasions and still ended up booked in for the £100 one. There was no note made about the conversation I had with the dentist about having edge bonding done on a chipped tooth. I spoke to a receptionist who said they would put a message through to him. When I spoke to reception a couple of weeks later & asked if I could now book in for the bonding I was told there was nothing on file & that they would put a message through. I explained someone had already apparently done that but there was no record of it happening. So I was told I’d need to book an appointment with the dentist to discuss it again & then he would be able to put it on my treatment plan. So I’m expected to pay another £30 to have a conversation with the dentist that I’ve already had just because he forgot to put it down as a treatment I could then book. Whilst there was no problems with the check ups themselves they always feel rushed and nothing more than a free standard NHS check, but as a paying private patient) Yes the prices are competitive but you get what you pay for and they seem to make up some things as they go along I’ve been told different prices by different people for the same treatments. You won’t find my record using the name in this account as it is not my real name.

Negative experience: Terrible experience every time I went for an appointment here. I had to wait for at least an hour and a half after my appointment time every appointment I had (2 hours once!) because the dentist was “running late” (the dentist was just trying to fit appointments on appointments into his schedule, didn’t care about if the appointment openings were proportionate to the client requirements). I dreaded calling them or speaking to the staff because they were always condescending. This is the type of business that’s built on fake loyalty. If you have an issue, you can be sure it wont get sorted unless you call up consistently and remind them to sort it out. multiple times my queries were never answered and my problems were never sorted. I was told to get the top package for my chosen treatment and there was no reasoning behind it when I asked why that package would suit me. I hated going here so much that I took my business elsewhere. Usually i wouldn’t post reviews with my name but I cant stress how distasteful this practice is.

Negative experience: Cannot fathom how unprofessional. They’ve sold my contact details as soon as received them, I’m having people ring me at 8pm pestering for a payment when I’ve not even decided on any treatments. Offering jobs that look like a blatant scam? Booking the appointment was shocking in itself, one person saying they’re booked up for a month being rude about it, another person eager to get me in within 4 days saying they’ve got loads of space. The lot, dodgy.

Negative experience: Sadly I Would not recommend. They did some fillings for me recently and I’ve been in constant pain and had infections ever since. Fillings have worn away in weeks other fell out while brushing my teeth! They made me wait weeks to look at the teeth again and after agreeing the work was bad, as i had reported, didn’t offer to sort any of the issues! They did tell me at this second appointment they knew the filling wouldn’t hold and i needed a crown, so I’m left wondering why they did the filling and not a crown in the first place? Maybe so they can charge you twice? Every appointment was over 45mins late and they need to address drainage as every time I was in, there was an overwhelming smell of sewage, The reception staff were lovely but sadly that can’t make up for the attitude and aptitude of the dentist

Fantastic experience: The only words I have for this place are WOW, Dr Aunkit Vaja is nothing short of a miracle worker and has genuinely changed my life! I never used to even want to open my mouth….now I love to smile from being relatively sceptical when starting Invisalign 9 months ago and then followed up with composite veneers, I am so glad I went to the Invisalign open day. Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed with the treatment I received at Synergy Dental Clinic Blackpool. I had two fillings done on the left side of my mouth approximately five months ago. Since then, I’ve experienced constant discomfort and have not been able to chew properly on that side. Despite returning to the same dentist multiple times to have the issue corrected, the problem persisted — and shockingly, one of the fillings even fell out while brushing. This clearly indicates poor-quality work and lack of proper care. I expected better professionalism and responsibility from a reputable clinic. I have requested either a refund or a correction by another competent dentist under their one-year guarantee, but so far, no satisfactory solution has been offered. This ongoing issue has affected my daily life and health, and I feel extremely let down by the service. I do not recommend this clinic based on my experience

Fantastic experience: Having had quite a few visits recently I can highly recommend Synergy Dental Blackpool. In particular the lovely Dr Aqib Nagoori who is very competent and caring. He is very happy to answer any questions and explains things clearly. All the nurses have been very kind as well.

Positive experience: I can’t fault the dentist as such I suffer really really bad with health anxiety and everything that could go wrong I think could go wrong so this is not the dentists fault however I just feel I’m not reassured enough when I’m there and I feel a burden sometimes it’s awful iv tried to find the right dentist I feel comfortable with and the surgery has been very accommodating when iv asked to see someone different ( I really am so grateful for that) I had two fillings with a gentleman at the back downstairs him and his assistant was lovely however I felt I was doing his head in crying and panicking haha his lovely assistant just took my hand and let me relax.. it wasn’t even bad I had no pain after it nothing it made me embarrassed about how I acted! I would like to ask thst I did have an xray that day and I no I had more cavity’s however wasn’t given a treatment plan and told to come back in 6 months he also stated I needed a retainer iv not been given one and he did the test for it.. I have also started with pain from the cavity’s I knew I had before but as I say it’s a scary experience me coming again is there anyways my xray could be looked at and a treatment plan starting? As I hate to come in with emergency’s when I have 3. Different teeth at present hurting. Apart from my own issues with medical stuff I can’t fault this place, it’s clean staff are friendly and welcoming, if there’s an emergency 9 times out of ten you are in the same day. Reception staff are fantastic never rude always very accommodating Practice manager I haven’t dealt with personally however I know my names probably popped up a few times and iv been worried I’ll be struck off but because of other health issues ( which is proved and I do try call in the 48 hours unless an emergency) they have been patient with me and kept me in! I am truly grateful and just need to get my confidence back and feeling comfortable and relaxed with a dentist. Thank you once again

Fantastic experience: Blackpool Clinic, Central Drive I Wanted to say huge thank you especially to Lisa and Dr Raza Khan. Lisa has helped me massively to get my dream smile arranged and cannot be thankful enough to her. Dr R.Khan has designed a beautiful smile that I never thought I could have in my case but he went above and beyond to make this happen. As something I struggled with for a very long time and affected my whole life it made me really emotional to see how great my teeth are now I really appreciate everything the team has done for me they have been absolutely amazing and will not go to anyone else!

Fantastic experience: I had composite veneers on 8 teeth. I was nervous about procedure but my dentist put me at ease by chatting everything through and even giving me a small demo to help me decide how I wanted teeth to look. I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble and he tweaked a couple of my new teeth exactly as I wanted to make the end result perfect for me. They look very natural , I am very happy and so glad I took the decision to have them done and lucky to have chosen a ki d and helpful dentist.

Fantastic experience: Im an absolute whimp when it comes to dentist. I have now been with synergy for many many years and I've over come many fears due to the reassurance ive received from the team during every visit ive had, they have been incredible with me. This is why I chose to go to my own dentist for this treatment. I kick myself now I never went for it sooner, HOWEVER here I am absolutely thrilled to share my over all results and experience with synergy, I can't not believe these are my teeth now!!!! What an amazing feeling it is.. During my consultation I explained my insecurities with my teeth and opted for the advice given which was 3 composite veneers & whitening- just the results alone after the whitening was amazing but wow life changing for me this, the confidence ive gained speaking to others, being out in public, getting dress (sounds silly) but this has completely made any outfit now and more egar to get up and out!!!!! It's crazy. My whole experience was handled very well at synergy dental clinic blackpool. I'm so so happy.. ekkks like a new lease of life. Fantastic experience: After having years of bad treatment on my teeth, I can't thank synergy enough it was my first part of dental treatment yesterday but I can honestly say I felt so looked after and cared for during and after my appointment. He constantly explained everything he was doing and asked me if I was okay and had a lovely calming and reassuring manner. It has made such a difference and I really appreciate his complete care . Negative experience: this clinic could improve by actually seeing their patients two days my partner has been in excruciating pain with a cracked tooth suspected infection barely drank or eaten anything and barely slept when told no over the counter medication is touching the pain the response is sorry there's nothing we can do about that what a complete joke of a company she's a paying client not like she's a dole dosser wanting treatment for free!!!

Fantastic experience: Great service and professionalism, Dr Reza is superb, I suffer from vertigo in low positions and he is fantastic in making sure your comfy and happy - makes you feel very relaxed about the whole thing. Dr Reza also does a great clean on your teeth so no passing from pillar to post all done together. Would not hesitate to recommend Synergy Blackpool and I bet all staff are brilliant but from my own experience Dr Reza is top notch. Negative experience: I was once a customer of this thieving dental practice, I'm going back quite a few years, but this is true and accurate, they took nearly £18,000 to have crowns and he actually grinded all my bottom teeth and then cover them with something which hardened and to this day I can't stand to brush them because there so sensitive and sore, they also grinded most of my front teeth and fitted crowns one of which fell off as soon as me and my husband left, I automatically went straight back in and he tried and tried to fit it back on, I think he eventually glued it back on, this is after handing nearly £18,000 in cash which was taken from my husband's account, my husband as since passed away from lung cancer, all of my crowns came off and to this day I don't,smile because all of the treatment I received, I should of come forward years ago, but please anybody reading this please don't part with any money, to this organisation, there fake robbing thieving life destroying B@!-##@S I should have sued this company for all the pain and suffering they have put me through, I hope all of blackpool hear about this, yours sincerely Mrs Patricia K.

Fantastic experience: Been to this surgery several times over a tooth oiv had issues with and they've been great everytime at saving my tooth and putting me at ease. I needed an emergency appointment so rang up Monday morning and was given one for the Monday afternoon. They saw me on time and took xrays and informed me the tooth couldn't be saved anymore and I also had a bad Infection. They gave me the options and prices for each so I could make an Informed decision and the didn't rush me, they answered any questions I had. Unfortunately I couldn't afford the implant or bridge so went ahead with the extraction they asked me if I was definitely sure and they removed it then and there. They was great they checked the numbing injection worked before pulling the tooth. They kept asking if I was ok, if I had any pain. They gave me loads of advice on what to do when I got home. I couldn't fault them from getting the super quick appointment to the end.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old daughter recently had an appointment with Dr Aunkit Vaja. He was very professional, kind and patient. He answered all questions I had and treated my daughter with kindness and respect. Not all dentist are like that so I really appreciate his patience, professional skills and wonderful approach to children. I highly recommend this dentist for everyone

Negative experience: Rip off First time paid £90.00 and told new top denture and 2 teeth extracted £1150 . I agreed with price and re booked an appointment. When I arrived at the reception I was asked to pay £1150 which I said fine. Then another person piped up and said I need to pay £1750 in full that day. I felt like I was being ripped off and said I was going to find a new dentist. I got the same treatment for £975 and had a lot better experience. Don’t get ripped off by these people

Negative experience: Synergy Dental Blackpool review. I paid for an appointment and consultation to see if I was a suitable candidate for Invisalign or other treatments. I had a thorough examination and was pleased with the dentist and was advised that I would receive a follow up phone call the following week to discuss what options may be available to me if any. After more than 2 weeks I have NOT received a call and have contacted the surgery 3 times, it’s as if I have been totally forgotten? The dentist at this practice told me that he had only a year or so experience with Invisalign and that he didn't think I would be a suitable candidate. Because he was unsure I went to another practice, I did not have to pay for an assessment and have now started treatment at a diamond Invisalign centre and have been happy with my new dentist and Invisalign straighteners.

Negative experience: Rang up for an appointment explaining my tooth had broken and asked what price would be. Told £30 for consultation and a total of £80 for extraction. When i got there asked if i wanted tooth out to which i replied yes and was then tokd £250 for 1st tooth and £150 for 2nd. I didn't have that kind of money so i just haf to have it filed down to stop it catching my tongue. Totally dissapointed that the person who quoted didnt know there job.

Negative experience: When I rang for the appointment they said it will be £50 for a filling since i paid £30 over the phone for the consultation, once my partner got there they wanted £620, they didn't do the filling for my partner only smoothed out his teeth, he told them he has pain and needed a filling but all they said was that he didn't need one. Feels like we have just wasted £80, won't be going back there again.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today with Dr Ujala Ahmed. She is the nicest and most professional dentist i have ever met. I had an extraction today and was very stressed and anxious but she made me feel comfortable and at ease.Dr Ujala made sure I'm pain free and comfortable at all times. She is very knowledgeable, kind and professional,answered all of my questions regarding treatments i wished to consult without any rush I highly recommend Synergy especially dr Ujala Ahmed me and my daughter won't go anywhere else. The dental nurse and reception staff was also very kind and professional

Positive experience: Good overall dental work and good (if a little glib) front of house staff. BUT....the senior dentist staff need a little help with their hands on treatment of patients, and must stop assuming that everyone that they treat is an idiot, who knows nothing about dentistry, pain and good value. You should try to answer questions in full, without the deviation from subject, casual shrugging and obfuscation of total cost v primary health care. I won't go back unless they fall out.

Negative experience: Recently moved to the area and can't find a NHS dentist so we looked at Private options. I think somehow we were expecting the private side to be far superior to NHS in every facet. OMG how wrong we were. All they are interested in is how much money they can make from you!!! My husband had an issue with a broken tooth and they focused on recommending the highest price crown, plague removal and cleaning and root canal surgery at a cost of around £1900. The only other option was an extraction and that would cost (with scale and polish) £590. They do not listen. My husband had a very sore tongue from constantly feeling the jagged cavity. We left with nothing done and the options to consider. We went else where the following day - better treatment and options and a great deal more cost effective. Awful experience

Fantastic experience: Mouth feel’s amazing this morning. Dr Aunkit done a fantastic and intense job on my deep clean yesterday. A great team at this surgery, highly professional, warm and friendly at all times. Especially Damon on reception , always so welcoming and friendly. A credit to his team. There’s not many people say they look forward to going to the dentists, as far as Synergy Blackpool is concerned, it’s an absolute pleasure.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t go back, I was charged £420 for plaque removal, they told me it was this price because they have to go under the gum , later that day I told a friend who told me there’s was £140 for the same treatment, I called a few dentist up for prices, they were all around £125 to £160 , I rang synergy, who told me that price was right . After numerous phone calls I finally got put in touch with the manager who said she would look into the matter and get back to me , and after a couple of days of waiting I phoned her back , to the good news I’d been overcharged , and they would refund my money, but that could take up to a month. So 2 fillings and 1 tooth removal to still have done and no money in my bank, I wait . Not a happy customer

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient when it comes to dentists I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Ujala for making me feel so at ease and relaxed throughout my root canal treatment. Cannot recommend Ujala enough, from start to finish I was pain free and was talked to throughout the treatment and was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Synergy Dental Blackpool! I started my journey with them in 2020 when I decided to have Invisalign fitted after years of being conscious of my smile. Aunkit and his team were extremely professional and the whole journey was easy for me - the results were fantastic! I then had composite bonding done and again, I could not recommend this treatment with Synergy anymore - brilliant results and a huge confidence booster. The final part to my journey was to have a dental implant fitted to close a gap that was left in order to make space for Invisalign. Again, Zuber and his extremely clever team made the entire process seamless; I was made to feel at ease and they kept me well-informed throughout. I could not recommend Synergy Dental anymore - the services provided are worth every single penny.

Negative experience: Paid £30 and required a re-cement of a crown which they said was £50. They couldn't even re-cement the crown in because it needed adjusting which they were unable to do! They said I'd never get in to any UK dentist because I've had treatment abroad! I contacted a dentist in Preston who managed to re-cement the crown in and adjust it etc. I wouldn't recommend synergy because they were unable to do a simple job!

Fantastic experience: I was honestly dreading the experience like most people going to the dentist, but was so happy with the service I received. Dr Ujala was amazing, so gentle and welcoming with great advice. Unfortunately I don’t know the girls name who was with her, but she was also great and kept asking if I was okay during the process. Fantastic experience: Recently I somehow chipped one of my top front teeth and over the last few weeks Dr Ujala at the Blackpool branch has fitted two new front crowns for me. They look and feel perfect. The whole experience was great. Dr Ujala's priority was to make sure I was happy with them, and I very much am! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: My treatment went very well, lasted about 3 hours and i have my implants in now. The staff are very helpful and good at what there doing and always checking to see how your doing

Negative experience: paid for a examination and x-ray was told i needed 3 fillings, i didn't think i did and was shocked so i waited it out until i could get on nhs waiting list luckily i didn't have to wait too long and was told my teeth were perfect i have no cavities i needed no work done and would of just had holes drilled in my teeth for nothing. always get a second opinion don't get ripped off and unnecessary work done. shameful.

Negative experience: I had a filling fitted from Zuber Bagasi it fell out after 9 months. He said it was not covered on the 12 month guarantee as the tooth was over a year old!

Fantastic experience: Dr Bagasi has been amazing and really helped me the last couple of weeks. I had a bridge implant on the upper right a couple of years ago at Synergy Blackpool which has been great. I had slight swelling, we think this was due to using a water flosser on the implant site. Last week he arranged a deep clean for the implant site and did some additional work free of charge to make sure I don't have any issues with the implant site in the future. I've been under the hospital for issues with my lower left jaw that synergy have had no involvement in. I told Dr Bagasi about this and he went away and did some research about my condition and recommended supplements and a specialist in Sheffield that might be able to help. He went above amd beyond to get this information for me in his own time, for issues that he's had no involvement with. I really appreciate everything he has done for me. He's shown me great care and support the last 2 weeks. Also the guys on reception are great, very friendly. Phoning the day after surgery to make sure I'm okay. Thank for all your help

Fantastic experience: My own dentist wanted £11K for 4 teeth on 3 Straumann implants which I thought was very expensive. I looked around for comparative pricing nationally and came across Synergy whose pricing was considerably cheaper than anywhere else. There was a surgery less than 2 miles away. I made an appointment and less than a month later I have my 3 Straumann implants in at 60% of the cost. All the staff from reception through to Dr Zuber Bagasi are all friendly, helpful and put you at ease. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve chosen this surgery to do my Invisalign treatment because of the research and reviews I found. I can’t fault them for the starting treatment I have been given so far. As it’s not my normal dentist I can’t fault the staff from reception when I first walked in through to the dentists and nurses. I would definitely recommend this surgery to family and friends

Fantastic experience: I am currently undergoing significant dental implant treatment with Mr Bagasi at Blackpool.The procedurs so far have been exemplary, every step explained and any fears reassured. The reception and support staff are so friendly and professional. As a whole service, they have made a difficult decision a more positive one :)

Fantastic experience: I'm thrilled with this dentist. I'm always scared of dentist so don't like to go but all the staff made my experience good. All the staff are polite friendly and helpful. The dentist giving me the treatment was kind and cared how I was all the way through treatment. I was given helpful aftercare. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Blackpool branch. Clean and friendly. Dentist I have, 5 years now, is pleasant, friendly and always explains if and why any work is needed. Getting a denture plate at moment and couldn't ask for a better service

Negative experience: I would just like to know, why was I quoted £300. per jaw for dentures, but then charged £600. per jaw, as they had to slightly increase the prices due to inflation??? It then took just over 3 months to get my new dentures, appalling.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Got a same day appointment as I was in pain. Dentist put me at ease as he could see I was nervous and within 30 mins of arrival I was out of pain. I also love that you ring next day to make sure I am OK. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Posting on behalf of Sandra Dancy, the dental practice have been outstanding through the whole process, starting with the three gentlemen on reception who were very helpful abd welcoming from the minute you walked in and kept you well informed on appointments etc, the dentist Dr Vjala made me feel very relaxed when i am normally a nervous patient, explained everything very clearly and so gentle, along with all the other kind dental technicians too. Fantastic experience: By far the best dental service I have ever experienced. In the time it would take most dentists to see you for the initial appointment I have been seen, assessed, treated and had the treatment reviewed. The dentists and dental nurses and reception staff are extremely knowledgeable and provide a can do and friendly approach and attitude. All of the staff have been excellent but a specific thank you to Ujala and Billie who have been outstanding dealing with a complex dental issue that three other dental practices have struggled with. I can't recommed this dental practice enough.

Negative experience: The treatment I received was good The issue I have is I paid in credit towards a treatment plan which I then cancelled as I no longer wanted to go ahead with it, I had paid £120 towards the treatment and I have called up three times over the course of 3 months to try and get my money back. On two separate occasions I was told it was refunded to then be told it hadn't I called up two days ago after not being refunded the receptionist said he would call me back after speaking to accounts and he never did, I'll be contacting the ombudsman as this is ridiculous at this point.

Fantastic experience: I was made to feel welcome by the reception staff on arrival. The hygienist was super friendly and gave me some tips on reaching the back of my mouth. Would definitely come again.
