Fantastic experience: Excellent experience - everyone was very welcoming and the treatments were perfect.

Fantastic experience: I came to this dentist for an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain, after not going to a dentist since before COVID. I was able to be booked in for an appointment the following day with Danny Watts, who was very friendly, and educated me on everything that was causing issues, and exactly what my options were. By the end of the appointment my pain was gone and I could sleep soundly again. He then booked me in for an appointment shortly after where he thoroughly checked all of my other teeth, and put together a clear, prioritised plan to get all of my teeth back to perfect working order, and to prevent any future issues. I'd highly recommend this dentist to anyone, especially people who get nervous/anxious at the dentists.

Fantastic experience: Had severe dental pain and was let down by the NHS as well as two other private dentists in Oxford. Dr Chirali PATEL at 310 Dental saw me the next day (!) for a root canal treatment which was perfectly done, as later confirmed by another dentist. She explained everything clearly, kept me comfortable despite my anxiety, and the whole team is very kind and welcoming. Absolutely recommend!

I spoke with Karen on reception to get it booked in for the next day and she was very friendly and helpful. I had my appointment with Danny who was also really friendly, caring and gentle. I was really anxious for the appointment but he made me feel very calm and at ease. I’d recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I went to 310 Dental Care for a series of emergency dental appointments regarding an old root canal filling and crown that was failing. I worked very closely with Dr Chirali Patel who was super welcoming, communicative, and flexible when it came to my dental and financial needs. I was always made aware of what was going on, my options, and the costs to fix it and Dr Patel and her team were fantastic working with me to figure out a solution that fit my budget and situation. I was blown away by the friendly and truly caring service here! If I am living in the area again, I will absolutely use 310 Dental again!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at 310 Dental Clinic. The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind, which made a big difference for me. As someone who is genuinely terrified of needles, I can’t thank Dr. Mandeep enough. She was amazing and took the time to explain everything clearly, was incredibly gentle, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Reshma was also so supportive and kind, and the receptionist’s warm personality helped make the entire visit feel relaxed and positive.

I have been coming to this clinic for years and always feel they really care about looking after my teeth. The only difficulty is I still haven’t found Where’s Wally on the ceiling. Annoying as my son has!

Fantastic experience: couple of weeks ago, I visited Dr. Millie to have one of my front teeth repaired after I chipped it. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and did an amazing job matching the color so it blends perfectly with the rest of my teeth. You can’t even tell it was ever damaged! Highly recommend 310 Dental practice for anyone looking for quality dental care.

Positive experience: Team are great. Fabulous to have the same Dentist each time (Danny, who's really good), and full continuity. The only very slight downsides for me, are that Danny is only at the practice for 1 day a week, and that I never know how much it's going to be. Sometimes I'm quoted a certain amount, but there are frequently extras added (e.g. X-rays). I think it would be good to be able to look at my plan, and the prices, before booking the next treatment, and for each visit to stick to the plan. For example, a checkup should be a checkup, and if a clean or X-rays are recommended (for example), there should be a chance to book that for a future visit, instead of just doing it there and then. It's great to get everything done in one go, but can mess up one's budgeting. Having said all that, I would definitely recommend. All treatment has been painless, and all staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful.

Fantastic experience: As a customer at 310 dental care I would just like to say I suffer with anxiety and hadn't been to the dentist in years. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist.filled out my medications and got to see dentist Chirali Patel who put me at ease about the many problems with my teeth and helped me with breathing exercises and even put on what type of music I wanted to listen to and told me everything that was happening along the way. I felt at ease and have gone back several times and I am happy and able to smile with the results

Fantastic experience: Thank you, 310 for looking after me so well on 10 February 2025. I had to travel some distance in appalling weather and was not having a good day at all, and still you were amazing. I have now experienced two extractions at 310 with intravenous sedation. To be able to access this treatment at such an affordable price is a lifesaver. As an autistic person and a survivor of childhood abuse, sedation is not a luxury for me, but a need. Were it not for Sunny and his team, I'd have had to choose between an interminable wait on the NHS (while living with a deep, sensitive filling that could become infected at any time) or paying exorbitant fees at my local private dentist in Aylesbury. All the staff at 310 are so kind and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. The follow-up care is great too. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and especially to other neurodivergent people. Thanks so much again! Xx

Had seen several dentists before being recommended to try Sadiyah & they all said it was too difficult to achieve the results i wanted but Sadiyah accepted the challenge!and I am over the moon with the outcome. I can finally smile confidently. Sadiyah was so thorough & so patient & kind. I honestly couldn’t fault the whole process & finally have the smile I’ve always wanted. Fantastic experience: The most helpful, lovely, kind dental team I've ever encountered. We went here desperate for help with our son who was in a lot of pain. Our own dentist was very unhelpful but 310 dental care couldn't do enough for us. We went in willing to pay privately for our son to be out of pain. They didn't just snatch up the money they advised us to call 111 and be assessed. 111 advised us to see a dentist on the day so 310 dental care were able to offer us one of their emergency 111 slots. Reception staff went above and beyond to help us. The dentist himself was brilliant with our son who has Autism and made the tooth extraction painless and calm. Our son left begging to switch so we've put ourselves on the waiting list. In his words 'best dentist ever!' I agree!

Negative experience: Dentist was lovely but incredibly expensive wanting to charge me almost £10,000 for work others had quoted a quarter of the price for. My issue came when I went to pay for my initial consultation which was somewhere in the region of £65 and my card declined which I thought was strange. It turns out the receptionist had put the deposit for my treatment plan on and not told me or shown me the card reader and asked me to tap for over £500. Of course this would have been non refundable. I really felt as though they were trying to sneak my money off of me and I'm glad I used a card with less than that in. Would not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Mobeen and the entire team. Honestly I get emotional just thinking about how wonderful these guys are. Came in with intense fear and anxiety after much past dental trauma from decades ago and my fears and worries have been completely healed by this incredible team! I now saunter into the dentists with no anxiety at all, knowing I’m going to have a lovely experience with zero pain. Thank you 310 Dental Care !

Fantastic experience: The treatment I received was excellent, and the dentist Dr Mandeep Sohi was incredible. I had to get an infected wisdom tooth removed on a tight schedule as I was leaving the country at the end of the week. She made the process quick and easy, and was incredibly understanding. I was very nervous and she made it as relaxing as possible! It is also a more affordable choice compared to other private dentists. The only issue I encountered was when pre-arranging a payment plan/finance to pay for the procedure I was assured by two receptionists that would be fine. When it came to paying the deposit I was then told it’s actually £500 minimum for the payment plan option, and I had to quickly find a way to come up with the finances! I can see how this is an easy mistake to make, and I let the receptionist know.. I hope I didn’t sound rude! Thank you for all the help. I would definitely recommend 310 dental care for an affordable, efficient and friendly service.

Advise, check ups through till now has been spot on. The staff at the front are friend, best of all, they pick up their phones (shall not name my last practice). Fantastic experience: I was terrified of going to a dentist and indeed had not been for many, many years. My husband had made a call to say that I was coming and on entering 310 I was immediately welcomed, almost like family and this welcome stayed throughout my treatment here. Dr. Sadiyah became my dentist and she was given a few challenges on the way by myself ! However, after several months of treatment I am now well on the way to recovery. It is through their care and attention that I will return for further care. If you have a phobia, like myself then do take that first step and say hello to them. They will do the rest.
