The decor and layout exudes a calming environment. Thea was very friendly, approachable, thorough and professional. Thea explained everything step by step, which made me very comfortable and answered all my questions and gave me great advice and technique suggestions. Fantastic experience: I emailed the Cherry Tree reception around 2pm for an emergency appointment (my fixed retainer had broken) by 3pm i had already got an appointment booked for 5pm the same day and although i wasn’t registered as a patient (or at least hadn’t been there in years) it took 2 minutes to fill out the forms and within 20 minutes i had been in and out and had my retainer repaired. I have been to many orthodontists & dentists and i was so impressed! Price was very reasonable. 10/10 Recommend - The receptionists Becca & Robyn were so helpful.

Negative experience: I had exactly the same experience. It's sad how quickly the quality of service go down.

Negative experience: I'm really not happy about the service last two times. The work wasn't done as should be. It surprised me unpleasantly. What's going on? During last few years I received a good treatment. Therefore I will NOT book next appointment here.

Fantastic experience: Needed a new dentist after moving to the area. Was super simple to register and book an appointment. Really friendly reception staff too. Inside is modern and relaxing. The price for a check-up I found really good. They do a full check, then take pictures and an X-ray. While I was waiting for the X-ray images to be processed, the dentist went through the images and explained stuff to me. Highly recommend this place.

Positive experience: Overall Cherrytree were excellent. The reception team were extremely helpful and easy to book in with. The hygienist was delightful, kind and thorough. My only ‘complaint’ as such is that as a new patient I could only book a 60 minute appointment. this was £168 which is a huge amount of money, especially on maternity leave. But as it was the only option, I booked. On the day, my appointment was running about 10 minutes late (which I didn’t mind at all), but as I was walking out, it was still 10 minutes before the appointment should have ended, including quite a lot of chatting. So my treatment time was probably 30 minutes, and I feel I was overcharged for a 60 minute appointment. It would be fairer to offer shorter appointments, and only insist on longer more expensive ones if clinically indicated.

Very reassuring if you are a little anxious/nervous. Had a crown and filling next to it, numbing injection lasted well after procedure, when it wore off there was no pain at all! Fantastic experience: I've waited nearly a full year before writing this review in order to show how well the treatment worked for me. I originally joined this practice late in 2021 and had the usual routine check up (with Niall) and hygienist (with Alanna) apppointment. All well and good: the staff are all lovely and I'd have had no problem recommending them to anyone who asked. Where they excelled, for me anyway, is when I had severe pain in a rear molar the month prior to my wedding. Niall and the team really pulled out all the stops to see me quickly, diagnose my root canal and get me treated within a week so as not to impact my wedding which was about a month later. Since then I've not had any issues with that root canal whatsoever and have convinced a friend who lives about 60 miles away to come to this practice in order to have treatment - that's the level of esteem that I hold the practice and its staff in, honestly I can't thank them enough and I certainly don't tell them enough just how much I value them: thank you!

Fantastic experience: My elderly disabled mother is undergoing regular treatment currently for replacement dentures as her original ones were lost during a recent hospital stay. The reception staff have been wonderful with her and assisted with access to the practice. Absolutely brilliant - which is kind of weird to say, but there was no pain, had a tv on the ceiling to distract me and very careful and pain free drilling. Fantastic experience: I needed an urgent appointment for a chipped tooth. My dentist was due to go on Christmas leave the following day but they managed to squeeze an appointment in for me. I was given a 'sit & wait' appointment but only had to wait 5 minutes. Jens repaired my tooth rather than a temporary fix.

I've recently had a tooth rebuilt which was a quick and painless procedure and looks amazing! The new hygienist is fabulous, she did an amazing job and explained everything as we went along. My teeth have never looked as good!

Fantastic experience: I had broken a tooth very badly when biting an olive stone. I was offered a crown at a reasonable price and the whole process took two hours from start to finish. The tooth is indistinguishable from the original - the colour match is great. I would recommend Niall to anyone. His knowledge and technology is second to none. Crowns are expensive but Cherrytree has invested in state-of-the-art equipment. I was delighted with the result. You get what you pay for!

Fantastic experience: A checkup and crown in one short visit! I was dreading the thought of goo and gag when having a crown but with Niall's modern methods, it was, for me, no more than a bit of drilling and scanning the teeth with a small handheld scanner, a short waiting time with magazine and cup of tea, and then a quick insertion of new crown in the very back tooth.
