Negative experience: If you on NHS, they don't want to care, just quick check, total ignore, of what your complaining about. Just felt totally terrible. Would not recommend. My sister in law spend so much money, but the same, left with pain for long time, and terrible dentures.

Negative experience: Cynical. The dentist spent my NHS appointment as an opportunity to try and sell mr private services. She attempted to mislead me as to the difference between an NHS cleaning and a private cleaning, and then misadvised me of the price of an NHS cleaning. She tried to encourage me to go nuclear and remove a tooth through one of their partners (kickbacks, onviously) instead of replacing the crown on the NHS because she would have had to fill in part of the tooth and wasn’t confident in her cleaning skills. RUN A MILE FROM ANY DENTIST WHO WOULD START BY PULLING TEETH FROM A HEALTHY MOUTH. She also appeared to changed her mind about the health of my mouth in real-time, as I resisted the more expensive options that I repeatedly had to tell her as an NHS patient I can’t afford. By the end of the appointment she had gone from saying there were mild signs of gingivitis to saying there were strong symptoms of gum disease. That woman should be disgusted with herself, as should the entire organisation that seems to be built on using NHS appointments as a sales funnel. O Go elsewhere- I know I did. At the very least get yourself a second opinion from elsewhere.

Negative experience: I made a review below after my appointment was cancelled and because of the inconvenient refund process. The surgery has responded but their response is not true. They asked me to repeat the details several times not for standard confirmation but because the person on the other end didn’t hear. They even confirmed this in an email. This also happened when I registered and first made the booking. I don’t think giving your card details over and over again in the phone is safe and secure and suggested other ways to do this such as a payment link or bank transfer but the manager didn’t seem interested in looking at secure and convenient ways to give and receive payments . Also in their response they say they didn’t call to ask for my details again. This isn’t true. She did ask me if I wanted to get the refund over the phone and therefore I would need to give my card details again. They also say that I made the review before review a response. Which isn’t true. When I made this review I had already spoken to the reception staff on the phone and by email and said I would come in person to get a refund. I’m not sure what else they are hoping for. I made it clear on the phone to both receptionists and by email that I would come in person to get the refund. So their phone call was unnecessary. And they have emailed me despite my email to them having no questions and ending in me saying I would come in person to get the refund and I wanted them to delete my details . They seem more concerned with a back and forth than solving issues and they don’t seem concerned about the security of personal or payment details. Moreover, they have not been able to provide any dental treatment. The whole experience has been horrible and I do not want any further contact with them

Fantastic experience: I had a check up with Henry who did an assessment and check up of my teeth and advised me accordingly regarding my broken tooth and I was clear minded about next course of action after that. It also helped that I received good news my teeth were generally in good nick. Similarly, I saw the hygienist afterwards who did a through check over and clean and advised of additional actions I can take to maintain health of my teeth. All in all a throughly satisfying experience

Fantastic experience: I have visited my dentist (Theepthy Kantharuban)for the second time for my treatment. I am a very challenging patient with severe medical conditions and I have explained my condition during my first visit. She was very helpful and her attitude gave me strength and great confidence and made me to go for my treatment forward.This time I visited to save my natural teeth through a treatment called “SPLINT”. After the treatment I was so pleased and satisfied with the end result. I don’t have words to express my happy feeling. Negative experience: Had a tooth infection and the dentist prescribed antibiotics and advised to book an appointment for four days later for an extraction. Arranged unpaid time off work to attend the appointment, to be told by the dentist when sat in the dentist chair, that the extraction could not be undertaken due to having taken blood thinning medication, and therefore told to rebook another appointment. Why was this advice not given at the appointment when prescribed the antibiotics. Another appointment to be charged for.

Negative experience: This place is one I really regretted joining… Staff behind the desk are a joke, Just to clarify, the black lady is super sweet and this is not relating to her, The other young girl clearly doesn’t want to be there and speaks to you like you are an inconvenience And with attitude. You pay for a certain expensive treatment and the first appointment is filled with enthusiasm, but then after waiting ages, you met by a grumpy dentist with a completely different attitude, I don’t want to name names as it’s not necessary to do so, but I will definitely be de registering as soon as I have completed my treatment

Fantastic experience: They are always friendly and helpful at their dentist. I have always found that they explain what they are going to do in a professionally manner. Also very thoughtful and gentle, asking if I feeling uncomfortable in anyway. They are an excellent dentist practice and the best I been too. Trust me I been to some horror stories.

Negative experience: I must emphasize my profound disappointment and frustration with Diamond Smile Dentist following my visit on June 9, 2025. I called in the morning for an emergency appointment after my filling fell out and was asked to email requesting an emergency appointment, I received a same-day slot at 14:50. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a young woman who simply sat in silence on the computer. I had to initiate the conversation myself by mentioning my morning call and email for an emergency appointment. She handed me a tablet to fill out my details and instructed me to wait. This lackluster greeting was far from welcoming for a first-time patient, yet I bit my tongue, as I was in considerable pain and just wanted to see the doctor. I was seen at 15:20 and told that I needed a filling, which would require scheduling another appointment. When I requested a temporary filling for the interim, I was curtly denied. The Dr stated that I could only receive treatment if I booked another appointment. When I inquired about the timeframe for the next appointment, she merely said she would check with the receptionists. Returning to reception, I encountered yet another disinterested employee who simply asked, “Name?” without any semblance of warmth. When I requested the next available appointment, she made a point of asking if it was NHS or private coverage. At this stage, the payment method should be irrelevant since the appointment had yet to be booked. After confirming it was NHS, I was met with a painfully awkward silence, and she finally suggested an appointment a full week later, on the 16th. Given my painful condition and the absence of a filling, I pressed for an earlier option, only to be met with further dismissals—there was nothing available. Reluctantly, I took the appointment for the 16th. After waiting in silence again I walked away, the receptionist, still typing distractedly, asked if I wanted this written down. I simply replied no and left, feeling completely unwelcome. Despite taking painkillers at home, my symptoms worsened overnight, forcing me to wake up at 3:30 AM experiencing vomiting, sweating, headaches, and severe ear pain—all stemming from my dental issue. I called again at 8:30 AM and spoke with another receptionist who, thankfully, was much more helpful. She promptly consulted with available doctors and called me back within ten minutes, instructing me to come into the practice immediately. Upon my return, I explained my situation only to discover that the receptionist erroneously believed I had already received a temporary filling. After a brief five-minute wait, I was seen by a doctor again, where I finally received a temporary filling from Henry, who was genuinely helpful given the circumstances wished I had seen him before. Later, I received a call from the manager who expressed confusion over my initial experience and why I had been denied a temporary filling along with a week-long wait without any prescribed antibiotics or pain relief. She informed me that the receptionist from my previous visit was not typically at the front desk, implying a lack of proper training in patient care. While she kindly offered me a sooner appointment with a different doctor, I declined, as I had already scheduled a visit with another practice. Overall, my experience at Diamond Smile Dentist was decidedly unpleasant. I felt a sense of discrimination due to my request for NHS treatment, and I was deeply uncomfortable with the doctors’ refusal to provide a temporary filling, leaving me with an exposed broken tooth in agony. While the manager and displayed professionalism, it is evident that her staff significantly let her down, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere that is simply unacceptable in a healthcare setting.

She is also a lovely and friendly person, just like the helpful and friendly receptionists at this surgery . Fantastic experience: I have had to have some quite complicated dental work carried out over the last year and I have nothing but praise for the expertise and sensitivity of Beulah Hill dental centre.I am aged 80 and experienced many good dentists but Dr Fisher beats the lot.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Diamond Smile to enquire about replacing a 20-year old broken fixed retainer and they were able to book me in for an assessment within a couple of days. Dr Shah was very professional. He explained the process of what will happen and then booked me in for the procedure for a couple of weeks later. After having my retainer re-fitted yesterday, I am very pleased with the outcome. My retainer feels like it had never been replaced. Very happy with the end result and would 100% recommend Diamond Smile.

Fantastic experience: Today I had Dr Harry Fisher for the first time (check up then awkward filling). I was very pleased from start to finish, everything clearly explained, and my questions answered. Receptionist was clear and friendly too.

Fantastic experience: I had several cavities on both sides of my teeth. Dr Fisher went through the process in detail and also on ways to avoid causing further damage after the procedure. I had one side of my mouth filled and it was quick and pain free in comparison to when I had a similar procedure done at another dentistry! I was very happy with the care & service and can’t recommend highly enough!
