Fantastic experience: Not a great lover of visiting the Dentist, however the staff and Dentists at this practice are always very friendly and are good at putting you at ease. Rahul is the Dentist that treats myself and my wife. He is exceptionally good with nervous patients and has done a fantastic job with my teeth. Can’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this centre for many years. During that time I have had a crown and implants. They were very successful and pain free. The staff are very extremely kind and explain everything before undertaking any treatment. Their charges are reasonable and will always be detailed so you know your options. I really would not want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Rahaul Patel, at Epsom dental practice for over 20yrs. I have been impressed with my treatments and care from all areas of the business. I would not go elsewhere, they have been efficient, honest and professional. Hard to find these qualities nowadays in any business.

Negative experience: £320 for a replacement filling. Silver fillings not offered even though they are still legal in the UK. Be sure to check prices before you incur any charges or you could be in an embarrassing situation where you have no choice but to pay. Also, they have a large amount of receptionists (possibly necessary to answer all the price queries) who are all a cost to the business. This puts prices up compared to places where there are less support staff. Shop around!

Fantastic experience: Awesome dental centre. Chig (Dentist) and Melinda (Hygenist) are amazing, both are really friendly, explain things in laymans terms, and most importantly for a dentist's - both are really gentle. If you are looking for a new dentist i can highly reccommend.

Fantastic experience: We visited this dental practice today for the first time. It was such a pleasant experience and I didn't ever think I would be able to say this about any visit to any dentist. From the moment we walked through the door the staff were attentive and friendly. The dentist himself explained every step of the way what he was doing and the technology in use was amazing. It was so restful and reassuring to have the results explained and to be able to see the the teeth and any work needed for myself. Fantastic experience: I was urgently after an emergency appointment for an abscess I had… Helen and Nicole on reception could not have done more. They managed to get an appointment at a time that worked for everyone involved and were incredible at getting back to me when I was in-between meetings. Mitesh, the dentist, was thorough, concise and talked me through everything he was doing; what more can you ask for? I walked out knowing what the problem was, antibiotics to sort it and information for how to mitigate the issue in the future. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Very recently I went to Epsom Dental Centre for my six monthly check and also had arranged to see the hygienist as well. It's always a pleasure to go to EDC, you receive a friendly welcome when you walk through the door which I find reassuring. Our dentist is Chig, he is so good, gentle and a kind man, he never hurts you and doesn't do unnecessary work. The hygienist did a great job too. Just to say that I moved 50 miles away from Epsom to the South Coast but I still come to the EDC for my dental treatment and I wouldn't go anywhere else.I would certainly recommend EDC to my family and friends

Negative experience: I went to Epsom Dental for my first denture. It took 6m to get my final set and they haven't fitted properly from the start! I went back again to have the denture altered. It fitted so well for 2 days and then went back to being ill-fitting. I wrote to the dentist to advise that I would not be going back to have them altered again. I feel that I have totally wasted my money

Fantastic experience: My experience started with a very understanding phone call with the receptionist, the following morning I had the first appointment and was received with a smile and chat before I even saw the dentist ( so relaxing) After a couple of minutes I was called in and after a short while my tooth was extracted. Fantastic experience: After bad experiences as a child at the dentist I avoided them for 55+ years. I accepted pain and discomfort rather than pay a visit. Prompted by my wife I decided to visit the Epsom Dental Centre, prepared to walk out at any time. I cannot praise Dr Patel and the Centre enough. I have had several visits, more to come, and I have no worries now. Every procedure and action is explained and done at your pace. Plus it has all been painless.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had great service from Chig and the team at Epsom Dental Centre and my recent experience was no different. I had a very painful infected tooth and they found space to see me very quickly despite them always being very busy. A quick dose of antibiotics sorted the problem. I recently moved away from Epsom and it takes several changes of trains to get back now but that minor inconvenience is worth it for the excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. A Nadesan did my 3 fillings yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased! She took her time and made sure I was really numb before taking the procedure and frequently checked in to make sure I couldn’t feel any pain. During the whole process she kept engaging with me and that made me feel at ease.The whole process from start to finish made me feel calm in what would otherwise make me feel really anxious. Fantastic experience: Dr Rahul is amazing. Super professional, efficient and ‘to the point’. Helen the receptionist was really kind and helpful in guiding through the dental plan which is great value for money, and includes emergency cover. Having had an extremely poor experience at Tudor house dental surgery in Ashtead.. it’s great to know there are still people out there who are honest, accountable, true to their patients and go that extra mile for their patients. Fantastic experience: Following the withdrawal of any timely help from my NHS dentist during Covid, I was lucky to find Epsom Dental Centre. The team are all very helpful and in Dr Chig you have someone who weighs up your condition quickly, offers advice and recommendations, and tells you how much treatment is going to cost. He tells it as it is and you trust what he is telling you, he also gets the treatment right first time. A most efficient, caring and gentle dentist, I have no hesitation in recommending his practice.

Fantastic experience: I loathed the dentist in general until I found this place, they are so sensitive about any fear you have, they offer various options, you can have a joke and a laugh with them... and TVs on the ceiling to distract you! What more can you ask for? Worth every penny. Cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I’m a very nervous patient I have never had an injection and the dentist refilled my back tooth painlessly without the need of an injection. The filling he did was far better than previous fillings which were to high in tooth. Fantastic experience: I needed some restorative dentistry due to my fear of the dentist after a previous procedure being painful a few years back. I was assigned dentist Mitesh Patel and he did a thorough check up with xrays and cancer screening. He wrote a comprehensive treatment plan, outlining the work, the cost, what will happen and timescales. Its taken a while to complete as private dental treatment isn't cheap, and it is a substantial bit of saving sometimes but your smile is priceless so its worth doing. Mitesh and his nurses are fantastic. The calm and gentle dentistry on the website isn't a gimmick; you really do not feel a thing, procedures are painless and the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable for the work. Everything is explained to you at every stage, and you are reassured and given plenty of sound advice and questions are answered. The ladies on the desk, Catherine and her team are super, they are welcoming and lovely and are consistent with callback times. Epsom Dental centre went above and beyond to get my lab item back and complete my treatment within 72 hours - and I would recommend highly to anyone and feel really happy with the work done. Fantastic experience: Always had first class service from this dentist practice after losing my NHS dentist after many years good service over Covid. This is my first experience of private dentistry and although somewhat more expensive than NHS dentistry, this practice has always been thoroughly professional with first class treatment. I also had an implant done here which was a complete success that I could not have done at my previous practice. I would thoroughly recommend this practice and their dentists.

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and this practice from the reception staff to the dentist himself have made me feel so relaxed. This is an amazing practice. Feb 2023 Just to add to my previous post I have been back to this dentist twice since my first post and they are so kind and caring from the reception staff to the dentist. So thorough in explaining things and showing you what needs to be done, with no pushing or hurrying just in your own time. Yes, it's a private dentist but so worth every penny.

Negative experience: Won’t be going here again. They tried to charge us for unnecessary treatment! I took my son here for a checkup. The dentist told me he needed FOUR fillings. The cost was going to be about £500! So I decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion. The other dental practice said there were no cavities at all, and that he didn’t need a single filling. It beggars belief that this practice has so many 5 star reviews. Maybe other patients don’t mind having their kids mouths drilled out to fill imaginary cavities!!

I've been using EDC for many years at the initial recommendation of a friend after being let down by another dental practice. Routinely attend for check-ups and cleaning. Have always received good advice from the dentists and hygienists. When I've needed treatment for problems, it has always been done professionally and in a sensitive manner. Fantastic experience: Well, to be honest, I hate the idea of going to a dentist, any dentist! It took me years to find a dentist surgery, where I feel comfortable, listened to and always greeted with a smile. Raoul is a super dentist, no more sweaty palms and literally sticking to the dentist chair as I get up. Epsom Dental Surgery is super and I highly recommended them.

Fantastic experience: I grew up petrified of going to the dentist. My parents had negative experiences and subsequently refuse to get their teeth worked on. We moved to Epsom in my teens and I decided to take a leap and try Epsom Dental Centre - since then I've never looked back. The process from the front desk, check-up, hygienist, consultations - it's all done with so much positivity and care. The atmosphere of the practice is very modern and clean, nobody comes across as rushed which is calming. I've gone from absolute nausea at the thought of an appointment to excitement at getting my teeth looked after. Your oral hygiene has a significant impact on your day to day wellbeing. I'd encourage anyone uncertain in their current situation to visit the practice, it's helped me significantly.

Fantastic experience: I was previously a nervous patient having put off a visit for about 10 years. I noted this when I booked a first visit and was very well looked after from start to finish. I saw Dr Rahul Patel who was fantastic, explained everything we would be doing, and ensured everything was quick and pain free! It was as good as a trip to the dentist could be.
