Positive experience: My child was discharged from this practice after missing NHS appointments — which is fair, that’s the practice policy. What happened next, though, felt almost surreal and gave the impression that the practice manager is actively avoiding speaking to patients. Here’s how it went: 1) Reception told me my child can no longer book appointments due to the practice police (again - it's fair!). I asked if there was anything that could be done. I was told I should speak to the manager — but they weren’t available, so I was advised to call the next morning. 2) Next morning, a different receptionist told me there’s no need to speak to the manager, because this is just policy. 3) Given the inconsistency in the responses, I tried again the next day. This time I was again told to speak to the manager — who, once again, was unavailable — and I was advised to come in on Monday. 4) I came in on Monday and asked to speak with the manager. I was met with many questions (who am I? Am I the patient? What do I want to talk about exactly?). After some typing on the computer, surprise surprise — the manager is not available! I left my number and left. 5) Four days later, I called again for one last attempt. You guessed it right — the manager was not available. I left my details again and later got a call back from reception simply repeating that my child will not be re-enrolled. However, I asked to speak to the manager in general - so clearly they investigated using my details — just without me ever getting to speak to the manager. At this point, it honestly started to feel like the practice (or manager) was going out of their way to avoid any direct contact with customers. So… what was that? Does the practice manager exist? Do they ever speak to patients? Who knows...

Fantastic experience: Just had essential treatment here at MK. As ever Mahsa explained everything in great detail and then performed the treatment with great skill, and care and consideration. Cannot recommend MK, and particularly Mahsa, highly enough.

Negative experience: My child had visits here, and each time the check-up lasted less than a minute before declaring it done. I’m honestly not sure whether to be grateful that my child’s oral health is excellent—with no tartar, plaque, or buildup at all—or to be disappointed that the dentists seem to be so careless, perhaps because children’s treatments are free.

Fantastic experience: This is great dentist, everything is available here , I’ve just had ‘enlighten’ teeth whitening done here , and I’m thrilled at the results .Parin is my dentist , makes me feel at ease , for those who are nervous at dentists .

Fantastic experience: Considerate and patient care by the dentist and both hygienists as well as dental nurses. I have seen so far. I suffer extreme anxiety and I have reieved nothing but kindness, understanding and lack of judgement from all. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Parin and his endo colleague Evangelia for a few months now. From the very first appointment they both immediately made me feel at ease. Knowing I needed some treatment beforehand I was apprehensive. But they both took time to explain to course of treatment, and during each session made sure I was aware of the plan and checked on my wellbeing throughout. I was always given a choice of treatment plans but never felt pressured to go a particular route, instead being given all the facts and allowed to make the choice myself. The surgery is spotlessly clean and very professionally run. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist in the area.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a big thank you to my son’s dentist, especially Dr. Mohammed in Room 5. He is very patient and caring. My son wears a mouthguard often for sports, so his fillings sometimes come off. But Dr. Mohammed always takes the time to fix them carefully. We really appreciate his help. Highly recommended! The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign and composite bonding treatment done by Dr. Parin, and even after a year, everything still looks amazing. The results have held up incredibly well—none of my friends can even tell which tooth was bonded! It all looks so natural and seamless.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist friendly staff both on reception and in treatment rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: On Sunday I needed emergency appointment, on the phone they told me lower rates for extraction and on the basis encouraged me to pay £68 just a check up and rest on the appointment. But I was shocked to know when I got to the appointment their rates were almost double than what they told me over the phone. Now I’m stuck with what I paid them already over the phone with wanting me to chase up for refund from the manager which I’m not sure if I’ll get it back or not… I will not recommend them. They Bait customers with lower quotes over the phone, charge you £68 just for an X-ray and then ask you to pay double than what they bait you for….

Fantastic experience: As someone who suffers from anxiety and has a fear of dentists, I cannot say how good they are in this practice. They are patient and caring and take time to explain everything. They make a difficult experience as pain free as possible. Parin is extremely understanding and never pushes you into anything you are unsure of. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing practise. Friendly staff who put my extreme fear of dentists to rest. Defo recommend. I can’t thank Parin enough for all his patience to calm me down and put my nerves to rest.

Negative experience: I have never left a Google review before but I felt compelled to for MK Dental Practice after having an implant fitted. Unexpected charges, no notification of cancelled appointments, no discussion of risks involved in treatments and a poor attitude towards patients. I must say this only refers to Dr Amit who completed my treatment and who owns the practice. He lets his team down with poor patient bedside manner and poor practice policies. I will not be returning to this practice.

Negative experience: Be aware that this practice has a strict zero-tolerance policy—if you miss an appointment, you are immediately removed from their patient list. I waited nearly a month for an appointment but mistakenly recorded the wrong date and arrived a day late. I fully acknowledge that this was my mistake and apologized, but I was still informed that my son could no longer attend the practice. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I had previously attended an appointment for my daughter without any issues. It seems they are eager to free up space for new patients. Additionally, I was disheartened to learn that despite registering my other daughter, she also lost her spot simply because I hadn’t booked an appointment within a few months. Overall, this experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dr. Saleem and the rest of the staff at MK Dental Practice enough! I recently visited him for a thorough teeth cleaning and to get a custom splint made to protect my teeth from night grinding. From start to finish, Dr. Saleem was incredibly professional and attentive. Not only did he do an exceptional job with the clean, but he also provided me with practical advice to help prevent further damage, such as addressing my coffee consumption and lifestyle habits. What I really appreciated was how understanding and supportive he was throughout the process. He genuinely listens and offers solutions that work for you, without being pushy. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and skilled dentist, Dr. Saleem is the one to see. I'll definitely be returning for future care!

Negative experience: **Disappointed with Repeated Cancellations** I initially chose this dental practice based on positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. They have now canceled three appointments with us, causing significant inconvenience. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such frequent cancellations without a clear resolution are unacceptable. Reliability and professionalism are key when choosing your dentist, and unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I can depend on this practice for my family's dental care.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dentist for a few years now. Always spotlessly clean. Great parking. Originally we had a lady dentist. She was so strict she gave me and my children anxiety about coming. Even the reception staff and dental assistant seemed nervous of her. I was considering going elsewhere, only to find, that dentist had left! We were all so pleased and relieved. Our replacement dentist, Mohammed has been nothing short of fabulous. Professional, concise, informative and caring. The children think he is nice too. I had a tooth extraction today. Mohammed and his assistant was so very calming and helpful. The procedure was very quick. Thank you. I recommend this dentist wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: My dad came in regarding his filling problem and Vanita and Zara made him feel at complete ease. Very happy with how he was treated and how the filling was done. Fantastic experience: I'm someone who is quite scared of dentists; the last time I went prior to visiting Dr Sheth this time was over 10 years ago! The clinic was busy, which is a good sign, in my opinion, and I was seen exactly at my appointment time. Dr Sheth and his team were highly informative and assured me that I wouldn't feel any pain or discomfort, and I didn't; the procedure was short and pain-free. He recommended products that would prevent any build-up in between my teeth and helped me improve my brushing technique. All in all, it was a pleasant visit, and I can see why the practice is very popular.

Negative experience: I had really bad experience of this particular surgery in regards to appointment. I had booked appointment and paid the fee I reached surgery 8 minutes late due to congestion on the road. Explains the situation to staff but they said we have cancelled the appointment and also lost the fee which I paid as well such ha ridiculous service they are offering to people they are really unprofessional and really bad behaviour not helpful at all and ripping the people off with tricks. Thank God I got loss of little bit money but actually I save up lots of money because I was going to start treatment with them. if they are in the beginning like that how they can be good for after care patients we can imagine. First impression is last ! Never recommend anyone.

I had a deadline to meet for a photoshoot and the team were so supportive and super helpful to ensuring I got my deadline! I love my teeth now and I love my smile! Negative experience: The dentist was not a “people person” I was shocked by how little he conversed with me despite sharing my concerns about oral health. When my family visited he told my mother all her teeth will fall out, and was very abrupt to my 6 year old brother. The reception staff were very helpful and polite, the practice appeared clean and overall I had my XRays and teeth looked at. However, Healthcare is more than just getting the job done. I am also appalled to see replies on complaints here sharing the details of people’s appointments and the reasons for their visits, that is completely inappropriate!!

Fantastic experience: As someone who is EXTREMELY dentist phobic, I found myself first at this practice over Christmas with an agonising abscess, which was resolved through an extraction. The dentist was wonderful and I signed up as a patient. Fast forward almost four years, I'd not returned for the three fillings I needed, as I was still petrified. But I decided to just do it, or face more extractions and after re-registering as a patient I was assigned a young dentist called Mohammed. He was absolutely amazing. Today I somehow got through three fillings in 40 minutes. It genuinely was nowhere near as bad as I'd build it up to be and Mohammed was so patient, reassuring, and professional. Explaining every step to me. I'm not fully cured of my phobia, but I definitely think I will attend appointments less afraid than before and have already booked my six month check up. Thank you to this practice. They have excellent opening times, the surgery is clean and comfortable and the staff are obviously great at what they do.

Fantastic experience: I visited practice for hygiene yesterday. The service is done by Thahera. She is very nice and gentle to me. I don't feel any uncomfortable. She showed me how to use tip pee brush keep improving teeth health. The service she gave to me is worth 5 stars. Thanks Thahera.

Fantastic experience: As someone with autism and other conditions that affect how I see light and hear sound. Going to the dentist is always really difficult for me. But not this dentist! I'm genuinely surprised that for the first time I feel comfortable in a dentist chair. Vanita is very understanding and doesn't make me feel 'stupid' for trying to explain my difficulties. She did what I asked of her too and didn't awkwardly highlight (like some in other practices) my sensory distraction mechanism, or make me feel ashamed for needing something that to most can seem 'childish.' She was understanding and this allowed me to remain comfortable and calm. I can't recommend this dentist more if you need someone understanding and patient! She explained the process and communicated everything in a way that also allowed me to wear my noise cancellers without being disruptive. I really can't recommend this practice and Vanita more honestly! And her assistant was also very patient and very kind. They need more than 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I visited the practice today to see the hygienist. As a senior citizen I have been to a lot of different dentist practices so I was nervous. The hygienist, Louise and the nurse Ilakija were the best by miles. Kind, friendly and gentle. Also I was given very good advice and information. Absolutely brilliant! Fantastic experience: I was staggered by what Thahera achieved in my first hygenist appointment with her - I’m afraid that I’d left things too long and not followed good practice so was quite apprehensive - Thahera achieved a massive improvement in the appearance of my teeth and was very clear when advising what I need to do to maintain the improvement.

Negative experience: Called at 8am Monday for an emergency appointment to replace a filling that they put in that fell out. Earliest was 2 weeks away. Asked if they could put me on a wait list and was told i had to keep ringing. Now that most Dentist are private, i would avoid this one due to the poor service.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at MK Dental Practice. Veena Nellahalli was kind and welcoming and Wiktoria was extremely helpful and lovely throughout, with prompt responses and support afterwards, too.

Fantastic experience: I had Composite Bonding on my top 6 teeth to fill in the gaps, make them the same length and get rid of jagged edges. I am SO pleased with the outcome, I'm so happy to smile at everyone now! Parin was excellent throughout the whole experience, his knowledge is vast and he makes you feel comfortable and understand everything at each stage of the process. I can't recommend Parin enough, he's a smile fixer! Fab service from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous dental practice with excellent patient care from everyone. Endodontist Eva Gazani performed an excellent root canal job saving a broken tooth - her patient care was excellent. That tooth will be crowned by Parin Seth who I've also seen recently. Parin's professional care is exemplary - I'm a nervous patient and he helped to put me at ease. He also took the time to listen to my concerns and explore options for a treatment plan for teeth I had neglected. I'd highly recommend this excellent dental practice.

Negative experience: Used this place for a couple of years, would not recommend. The service is not great, examinations are very brief, in terms of managing pain they can improve. The hygienist, was unacceptable any tenderness and they won't touch, have never experienced anything like this no evaluation of gum health, plaque levels, nothing. Overall, yes it's a dental practice and they will see you but you can literally go almost anywhere else and get better service and experience, most of their good staff would agree with that and they themselves left. So overall score dental 3/5 Hygienist 1/5 hence the 2/5

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend MK Dental Practice. We can always get an appointment and they are open on Saturdays which is very convenient. A special mention for Veena who is great with our young son, and always makes us feel comfortable. On our last visit our 3 year old nephew tagged along who is terrified of the dentist, Veena went out of her way to give him stickers and make him smile which made a massive difference. Thanks.

Negative experience: I had the displeasure of arranging my inaugural visit to MK Dental Practice, where I diligently filled out all necessary online documentation, adhering to their stipulated policy timeframe. An appointment reminder was even sent to me. To my dismay, a mere 30 hours before the appointment, I received a curt text message from the practice, cancelling the appointment without any given reason. This eleventh-hour cancellation was not only inconvenient but also felt like a slight, particularly in light of their professed 7-day operational schedule. In search of clarity, I sent an email inquiring about the cause of the cancellation and indicated my willingness to reschedule. Regrettably, my efforts to communicate have been met with silence from MK Dental Practice to this day. The absence of any form of communication is frankly inexcusable. The unprofessional conduct exhibited—ranging from the abrupt cancellation to the subsequent non-response—raises serious concerns. It is imperative for dental practices to uphold a standard of respect and professionalism towards their patients. Based on this regrettable incident, I am unable to endorse MK Dental Practice to prospective patients.

Fantastic experience: I've been with this dental practice for a few years now with very good experiences. I'm not a great dental patient being a scared-cat but everyone here makes it easier for me and more confident to attend appointments. I see Parin who is a wonderful dentist. Parin is compassionate and reassuring and has really helped me overcome my fear of dentists. He takes his time and is great at taking things step by step, makes me feel like he really cares about my smile and how to improve it I see Thahera and Madiha for hygienist appointments and they are both amazing too. Definitely the best hygienist appointments I've ever attended, very gentle on sensitive teeth and again accommodating my fears in the past I've needed numbing for hygiene appointments but absolutely no need with Thahera! I'm so grateful for their help getting my oral health in the great condition it is now, something I didn't think would be possible a few years ago. I look forward to taking the next step and getting some cosmetic work done

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice. The service right from arriving to departing was first class. Banafsheh is just incredible. She was open, honest, straightforward when telling me off - like my Mum would do. Brilliant. I am scared of Dentists but Banafsheh puts you at ease, understands the issue and take her time to resolve it.

Negative experience: I had to put one star to be able to leave a review. Disgraceful customer service. Unable to attend our first appointment due to an emergency trip to hospital. The dental practice showed no compassion and read from a script. Didn’t get far enough to experience the dentistry care but if the customer service is anything to go by, I am glad we are not a patient here.

Fantastic experience: Mk dental practice staff are always very friendly and professional. You will receive email confirmations (or texts) for allnyour appointments, including reminders closer to the date, and phone calls to confirm your appointment the day before. Waiting time is never too long. Dr Parin has been wonderful working on my smile from day 0. Very professional and always accommodating to fit my busy work schedule. I could not be happier with their service.

I recently needed a difficult procedure and it was performed with the utmost care and precision. Fantastic experience: Totally recommend Parin the dentist, very experienced and knowledgeable dentist, when I first went to him was a nervous patient and now I have full confidence in him, explains everything he does and has a great manner, the hygienist Tahera is lovely and so thorough, the surgery is really clean and they have lovely friendly helpful receptionist and always plenty of staff on reception. The surgery has totally changed my experience in going to the dentist and put me at ease. Would totally recommend.

Negative experience: Pathetic is an understatement. Never have I ever come across a doctor refusing patients to register at their clinic, only because they have missed their appointments 3 times. I understand that the policy should make it difficult for patients who miss their appointments. But, not allowing to re-register, is like taking patient's right away to see a doctor. I mean, I am sure when becoming a doctor, one must have to take an oath towards patients' care. But looks like doctors at MK dental practice have forgotten the true purpose of being in a professional yet a noble field that it is. Many third world countries have this kind of attitude. And we call ourselves living in a developed world. It's a shame.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned and polished by Dr Zia Mujahid on 18 Jan 2024. I am 79 years old and I can safely say this was the best dental cleaning and polishing I had in my lifetime. I was so impressed that I booked an appointment with my wife for 25 Jan 2024. Dr Zia Mujahid is extremely thorough in what he does and a highly professional Doctor. My teeth feel rejuvenated and mouth feels fresh. I will be seeing him again soon. I strongly recommend Dr Zia Mujahid for dental cleaning and polishing.

Fantastic experience: The only local dental clinic to be accepting NHS patients for myself and my baby, so I'm very grateful to be registered here. The dentist always seems a bit rushed, but most dentists are like that and I am a straightforward/easy patient. No complaints when I'm paying NHS prices! The hygienist Thahera Begum is the best hygienist I've met. She is very gentle and caring, so it is not as painful as it usually is. Hygienist appointments are very expensive at over £70, but most places charge this!

I have had very bad experiences with previous private dentists (extra unnecessary charges, unprofessional, no care for the client)… but I will be coming back to book with Louise next time. The treatment I booked was to see a hygienist, my teeth feel nice and clean and was not sold any extras like the other private clinics I’ve been too but instead was advised the proper care regime for my gums and teeth going forward - the treatment was also painless . Fantastic experience: Firstly I would like to thank Parin Sheth for all the time, patience, advice and care he has provided me over a number of years. This included seeing me on his days off when i've needed an emergency appointment. You really have gone above and beyond! When I first arrived at the practice I was an extremely anxious patient who would be filled with anxiety over any dentist visit, my teeth and gums were both in a very poor state! MK dental practice have banished all my fears and invest fully in their patients needs and requirements. Parin is an absolute perfectionist and he has transformed my teeth. From helping me gain and maintain healthy gums, to straightening my teeth using Invisalign and whitening. At last I can now smile with pride. On every visit I have been treated impeccably. The practice is well managed, exceptionally clean with a relaxed and calm atmosphere. You get regular appointment reminders and phone calls to ensure you don't miss your apppintments. This is so helpful. Since joining I have registered my husband and daughter into the practice and would certainly not go anywhere else. Thanks to Thahera who is a sensational hygienist. Negative experience: AVOID THIS DENTIST!!!! I am absolutely appalled by the service of this dentist. I had an appointment on 28/11/2023 at 10am. I had been trying to cancel or rearrange this appointment for a week before hand, but was not able to get through to someone to discuss this at the times I could call which was before/after work and on my lunch breaks. Every time I tried to call, the line didn't ring at all, or it just rang indefinitely with no answer or voicemail. When I finally got through on 27/11/2023, I explained what had happened and I had been trying to get hold of them for a week, only to be met with that wouldn't happen. So no faith or understanding in your customer, just strait up insult them and call them a liar. I was then told that as this was a late cancellation my account would closed, adding fuel to the insult. So I requested to speak to a manager about this as I was very upset. No one was available but I was promised a call back later that day. (Spoiler this never happened.) I then said the receptionist that if your going to close my account if I don't make this appointment. Then I will keep it, but I wont be ably to pay until the end of the month. the receptionist rudely said no, and said she would have to cancel my appointment. I said do not do that. not until I have spoken to your manager. The following day I find out my appointment had been cancelled against my wishes and again I requested to speak to a manager. Surprise, this has still not happened. This is just a shockingly appalling service. It is not my fault that their phone system didn't let me through to speak to someone. but regardless, you don't just outright call your customers liars! If this was repeatedly happened, then I could understand, but just out right! Not acceptable at all! I was later told I could of emailed in to request the appointment to be cancelled. I was not aware of this was an option, I thought appointments had to be cancelled over the phone. I emailed in a complaint outlining this, and said what I would like to happen. "Firstly, I want your staff to have some more compassion and consideration that some times things don't work and to show some understanding and empathy towards their paying customers. secondly, I want my account reinstated and an appointment made! I should be asking for discount due the way I have been treated but its not about the money. I just need to see someone about the pain in my teeth! Thirdly, if a manager has said they will call back, THEN CALL BACK! its not rocket science. End of the day, its not my fault your phone system didn't let me call in. I tried to do everything I can do. Why am I being penalised?" This was met with manager emailing me back. Still calling me a liar and told me to go to NHS 111. I have never ever experienced customer services of this level of disrespectful and just plan bad. I am now seeing this as a positive thing they have done me a favour to avoid them. funny thing looking at other review their terrible customer services has been picked up on multiple times. AVOID THIS DENTIST

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous customer service. I had to cancel due to looking after a terminally ill family member. I rebook an appointment, attend it and then get a call en route home to say I need to be removed from the system due to poor attendance - perhaps because I didn’t need any work done for extra £££. Avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: I signed up as a NHS patient and had a routine check undertaken. Was advised to speak with their consultant at a cost of £95 as the dentist could not approve what to do with my teeth. I paid this and went back to the consultant who advises another £200 3D scan is needed to see if we keep the tooth or remove it for teeth I have no pain at all in. I said so I pay £200 for another xray for you to say no the last scan is right we need to extract? He called in the dentist and all felt very preempted and practiced around what was discussed. I am a strong individual who then confirmed what treatment I wanted undertaken only. I spoke with the dentist where we discussed a plan on having a route canal and the crown fitted. He went back into his room and I went to reception with no talk of cost. No confirmation was given on cost till I questioned the £250 deposit requested by the receptionist. I asked if this was a NHS cost as the deposit seemed a bit high for band 3 treatment. She then said no it’s not NHS and abruptly said I’ll get the dental plan you need to sign before you go. I looked at the £800 bill for one cap and said no thank you I’ll look at other options and left. I don’t think the practice has bad professionals ( 1 receptionist was very blunt) I just feel transparency is an issue here. If signed up as NHS on their books I should never be paying private costs that’s the whole point of paying into the NHS all the years I have. If they said the check up was NHS and any treatment needed would be private I wouldn’t have even proceeded with the consultant. Another woman was complaining when there previously about inflated costs so this is clearly an issue with transparency prior to deposit and treatment. I am going to unregister and explore other options. I just personally felt it was important for all to have a honest review of my experience at this practice.

Negative experience: I was referred here by NHS111 as I had severe pain and swelling in my gum, the dentist I saw was rushed and did not care about my issue, frankly he was rather rude. I told them my jaw felt like it was about to explode to which he said I had a “dull ache”. I was told there is nothing wrong and that I just need a deep clean which after visiting another dentist today and receiving antibiotics for a serious gum infection was obviously proved wrong. Would not recommend, stay away from here if you have any serious dental problems

Fantastic experience: Thahera is the nicest hygienist we’ve ever been to. She was kind and made us feel very comfortable while ensuring we understood what was happening. As an anxious patient, I felt very safe and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Thank you, Dr Amit Patel for his immediate action to put the filling material covering my son’s incisor to prevent bacteria getting in. I was so sad when seeing my son’s incisor was seriously damaged due to an accident. On that day, my husband sent him to MK Village Practice immediately and luckily we saw Dr Patel. Thanks to Dr Patel as he is so kind to see my son because this is an urgent case. Otherwise my son will lose his adult tooth and leave a whole for a few years. Dr Patel also referred me to another private dentist so that we can get very good advice from him for the next steps. Now, my son’s incisor has been repaired and his tooth looks not much difference from the original one.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for a very thorough and professional service. I normally cringe at the thought of the hygienist treatment but your service was very gentle and I actually came away presently surprised no bleeding gums, which has always happened with previous trips to other practices.

Fantastic experience: I visited MK Dental for my Invisalign treatment and had a great experience. It was quick and easy to set up and I had my first set of retainers in no time. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, and booking appointments that worked around my schedule was always easy. A big shout out to Parin who was in charge of my treatment, he always explained every step very thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with the next steps. I also appreciate that at no point in my treatment did anyone try and sell me any unnecessary additional treatment. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go back for check ups and hygienist appointments!!

Negative experience: While I appreciate Dr. Patel's expertise, I must express my concerns regarding the communication and follow-through on the promised treatment plan. On three separate occasions, I have consulted with Dr. Patel, during which he assured me that he would send a treatment plan via email. Despite confirming my correct email address, I am yet to receive this essential document. In contrast, when I visited The Hub dental practice with the same request for treatment, I left with a comprehensive treatment plan. This stark difference in service has raised questions about the effectiveness of my previous interactions with Dr. Patel - and I will not comment on the patronising tone. I believe that efficient communication, along with timely follow-through on commitments, is crucial in the healthcare sector. I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in the future.

In particular, I’d like to mention Thahera, the dental hygienist who consistently provides stellar customer service. She is always welcoming, performs her job thoroughly and is a pleasure to be around.

Positive experience: I’ve been seeing Perin for years now and he’s amazing. Super reassuring and his work is fantastic. I did some composite bonding on my front two teeth and they look really good and natural, exactly how I wanted them!

Fantastic experience: Dr Banafsheh was incredible, she really cares about your well being as a human which goes a long way in someone's experience at the dentist. I've had really horrible experiences in the past but this was not one of them. Definately recommend this dentistry.

Negative experience: I’ve had two Invisalign treatments now with different practices and many trips to many dentists- this is the worst. I received Invisalign treatment here. It was only when had paid the full amount that booking appointments became very difficult. The reception staff are so rude and unhelpful. I was told I was sent emails which I never received- I had to send screenshots to prove I had not received them. I had to end my Invisalign treatment early due to how difficult it had become communicating with their rude staff and booking appointments. Written communication was almost illegible due to poor spelling and grammar - not professional to send emails like this. I didn’t receive any of the post treatment you usually get with Invisalign such as teeth whitening. My teeth look no better and the original problem has not been fixed. I felt a lot of pressure to approve the final retainer - any reputable dentist would want their customers happy with the final result. I then followed up a few years later to book refinements, which I was told was possible as long as it’s within 5 years of treatment. They refused and started to ignore my emails altogether. I feel like I’ve wasted thousands of pounds. I’m having to escalate and contact Invisalign via a new practice to try and resolve this.

Fantastic experience: I did composite bonding with Parin Sheth and he was professional, made me relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole procedure and I am happy with the result. I will definitely recommend this surgery as they are very neat and supportive.

Their wealth of knowledge and experience reassured me that I was in capable hands. The Invisalign treatment itself was a remarkable experience. Parin and his team exhibited incredible precision and expertise in creating a customized plan for my teeth, which wasn't an easy case! I truly appreciated the attention to detail, as it resulted in a seamless and comfortable fit for my clear aligners. As a result, my teeth gradually shifted into their desired positions, and the transformation was simply remarkable. The composite bonding procedure was equally impressive. Parin is an artist! Leaving me with a flawless, natural-looking smile. The composite material used blended perfectly with my existing teeth, making it virtually impossible to distinguish the bonding from my real enamel. Tahera was patient, friendly and gave me helpful and easy-to-digest advice to take away from the appointment. My teeth were transformed in one appointment with her. I couldn’t be happier from a simple hygienist appointment! 100% would recommend.

Negative experience: All in all, it was an utterly terrible experience for both of my two sons as well as me and my wife accompanying them. The dentist was extremely rude, unabashedly racist, absolutely unprofessional and very, very insensitive. He used derogatory language while intimidating us with his unacceptable manners. I recommend all fellow parents out there to stay away from this practice at all costs if a professional and supportive approach is what you are looking for in a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and high tech, Three extractions wisdom teeth included, I was put at ease as quite nervous but determined, the staff are lovely from front desk to dentist and assists. Apart from the usual discomfort from the needle which didn't last long, I felt no pain, the all 3 rear teeth were out in minutes, cleanly done and I hardly felt sore at all the next day a little stiff jaw and nothing after some pain meds... Highly recommended and for the first time in a lifetime it seems I absolutely adore my dentists and Co much more confident

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible practice. My family and I have called up in January 2023 to register as NHS patients and were advised the practice was accepting NHS patients. After emailing my family’s details to the practice, we have called in excess of 10 times. We were told in April we would be able to book our routine checkups in 2 MONTHS to now, in June 2023, be told we haven’t been registered as NHS patients and to look for another practice or that we could register as private patients. This practice is absolutely abysmal with its organisation, admin and customer service. No compassion from staff despite being advised my 4 year old has been waiting to be seen since January due to tooth issues. Absolutely no desire to administer care, if they can find a way to turn you away or pass the buck, they will. Stay away from MK Dental!

Fantastic experience: Had Invisalign treatment + trauma treatment + a bridge from Dr Parin. Best dentist I've ever been to - he's incredibly warm, friendly, helpful and highly skilled. My case was extremely complex but he was very patient throughout the process. Would 1000% recommend anyone considering Invisalign to see Dr Parin! The clinic itself is very good too, the staff are all friendly and accommodating. Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience: Going to the Dentist can be daunting. The feeling is that of a School kid called to the headmaster office not knowing if you have been bad and going to get a telling off or good and get a gold star. However I found this dentist is an exception to that. Greeted immediately as I entered by a very professional receptionist. She was polite and after taking payment invited me to take a seat to wait. After a short wait as I was early I was called in by the dentist which I feel is a nice touch. To cut a long story short as I have had a not so fun time at the moment I found that I was treated as a person not just a patient. This practice went above and beyond to ensure I felt not just cared for but seen. They understood how I was feeling and went the extra mile to help me and support me. Not just the Dentist who was amazing but the dental nurse that assisted and was just awesome. The whole team are a credit to the profession and should be proud of how they help people. I cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend this Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to MK Dental Practice for a couple of years now. Being a very nervous patient I was put at ease by Dr Parin Sheth who explained every step of treatment needed. I needed a tooth removing and was physically shaking and feeling sick at the thought of the injection. I was amazed at how quick the whole procedure took and all my fears disappeared as I didn't feel a thing! Dr Sheth reassured me throughout the treatment. Negative experience: First time when I done filling over two years ago , it was fine. Done this again and it's horrible now. Too much pain and can't eat. Call them to have a look , been seen and surprisingly nothing done, I'm in a horrible scary situation now. It was even fine before filling now there's huge spaces in my upper left jaw which he'll lot of pain and I am feeling too much pain every day. Ah

Fantastic experience: MK Dental Practice are simply fantastic. Not only are the reception team quick (and efficient) - this follows through to the dental and nursing team/s. I feel it important to add - we have never felt rushed in Parin's care. Parin is outstanding with patients both young and old. He has a very calm and lovely manner. Offers praise and instruction on dental care to nervous little / big ones and spends time with parents / patients to ensure there is an understanding of good hygiene and care between visits. Highly recommend Parin. He's outstanding.

Negative experience: My little kid and I had a very bad experience with the racist approach. The dentist was so rude. He blamed our ethnicity and the county where my kid was born. Also, he offered to make really bad /wrong treatment. We just run away, never trust him again. After this horrible experience, we went to a different dentist, and he started to treat my kid tooth.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner changed to MK dental practice last year and couldn't be happier. Being open 7 days and longer hours has really helped my partner when he has had issues. Never not been able to get seen at short notice even thou they are busy, they always managed to fit is in. In July I met Parin and talked about Invisalign. He was amazing, he talked me through the process, the good the bad and the ugly, applied no pressure and made sure I understood it was a life time commitment. Parin was really friendly and approachable, clearly he is an expert in his field and always fitted me in (even when I got the time wrong for an appointment ) I have now finished my Invisalign journey and really happy with the results and aftercare so far.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is great everyone is so lovely from the reception staff to the doctors. Dr. Banafsheh is absolutely amazing I'm so happy how she fixed my chipped front tooth. It looks like has never been chipped! Fantastic experience: This practice is the best. With a proper phobia of the dentist from previous years I was really reluctant but needed to have a check up with being pregnant and me not being since I had moved to Milton keynes. Everyone here is so lovely and friendly and Parin is just amazing. He puts you at ease completely, I returned today for another check up and needed a couple of fillings which was done there and then quickly and professionally but with the right amount of empathy. See you in 6 months!
