Fantastic experience: It’s always a very nice experience to visit Yor dental at Media City. The ambience of the reception and waiting room is excellent and they will always offer you a drink. The reception staff and dental technicians are very professional and welcoming. I’ve had over a dozen appointments over the last few months to get top and bottom customised chrome partial dentures. Dr Hitesh has guided me throughout several impressions to get them both to fit perfectly and I am really pleased with the outcome. It’s helped my confidence and smile, along with helping me with my eating. I have also taken up a dental plan with them that has some very good benefits. I would highly recommend them.

My teeth were fairly straight to begin with but I had a couple out of place that I was a bit conscious of, and the team were really helpful in chatting me through what would work well for me and finding the best treatment plan. The process was speedy, painless and effective, and now they're really straight. The inclusion of whitening treatment is a great bonus and perk too! I'm really glad I chose Yor Dental for my smile treatment and would recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: The damage to my mental health after putting my trust in this place has been immeasurable and still affects me to this day. Luckily, I have been to better dentists since who have been able to rectify some of my issues and were compassionate as I suffer with severe anxiety and PTSD and I wish I'd gone there first. I spent thousands of pounds on a measly waitress wage for a treatment that did nothing to lessen my insecurities and in turn they did not offer any solutions or attempt to rectify. Heartbroken, went to a different dentist who offered a composite to get rid of the offending gap.

Fantastic experience: I've been with this practice for around 4 years now. The staff are fantastic, and very professional. They have transformed my teeth entirely through the Spark alignment treatment. They also have lovely facilities to be in. Their payment programs are perfect!

Fantastic experience: I had a 6 month set of clear braces for minor teeth adjustment ahead of my wedding. First rate service. Everyone was super helpful. Appointments made with ease. My teeth feel and look fab!

Negative experience: I had a root canal here a while ago, and the dentist filed down my natural front tooth too much — it became so thin that over time it chipped. I came back hoping they would take responsibility or at least offer a proper repair. Instead, I was told to pay £70 just for a check-up and then around £250 for the fix — with no real concern for the fact that the damage was caused here in the first place. Extremely disappointed with the way this was handled.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic after checking the reviews but it was the worst decision I’ve ever made.On first and second appointment different doctors and different plans , price also changed 3000£ to 10000£ and duration also 1 year to 2-3 years . Really disappointed , confused what’s happening and lost trust for this clinic. Never visited again.

Negative experience: My daughter came to this place and they told her spark Invisalign would work better for her teeth than the braces she wanted. It didn’t work, and when she said she wasn’t happy, they just said it wouldn’t have given her the results she wanted because of certain reasons. They should have told her that from the start. There was very little improvement on her top teeth and it ended up being a waste of money. Also, watch out for hidden charges. For example, they charged £120 for a 10 minute cleaning that she didn’t need. Too expensive with no real results. Be careful. Save your money and go somewhere better where they will work their best to help customers get you the results you want not your money.

Fantastic experience: My friends and I were lucky enough to try the new FDA approved SkinPen treatment that’s due to launch soon with YORSkinClinic at YORDental. The experience was incredible from start to finish, and Cheryl’s knowledge and expertise is out of this world. The clinic itself is beautiful, but as I like to say it’s not the place, it’s the people! The team went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and well informed about the treatment. I’ve struggled with my skin for a very long time, and I could see results instantly. Thank you so much for making us glow!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my composite bonding done here and couldn’t have had more of a positive experience - it’s been worth every penny. Every single member of staff is so welcoming and they really make you feel like your time is valued. Lee especially has been super helpful, not only has he completely changed my confidence with my bonding but also immediately noticed the issue with my root canal, which I had been trying to solve for ages before going private. I could not recommend this place more, and if you’re thinking about going for it, I can tell you now you won’t regret it. :)

Positive experience: New dentist Lee is a great addition to the team. My ongoing issue is the one disabled parking space is always occupied by the same car (assuming someone who works at the practice) without a blue badge displayed. I raised this with the receptionist today who agreed this is unacceptable and said he would look into this. I hope this is addressed.

Positive experience: My dentist moved cities in the middle of my spark treatment. Which was a surprise when I walked into my next appointment but Deepa took over quickly. I would pass on the at home whitening, did not do much for me. Sometimes it was tricky to get an appointment due to my holidays/dentist availability but receptionists were always very nice. This did lengthen my treatment but unavoidable. There was a mix up with my final permanent retainers at spark so they were delayed and had to re scan my teeth. Deepa offered to give me in house made retainers while we wait for the spark ones. Overall the yor dental team is friendly. Just be sure you want to permanently modify your teeth, there is no turning back!

I slipped on some black ice 10 years ago which caused massive trauma to my teeth that I have wanted to get this sorted for a long time. Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign, whitening and bonding done by Dharmesh and I couldn't be happier with the result. The price was extremely competitive and the service was second to none. On a few occasions I had to bring my toddler with me to appointments and the staff were brilliant with her. I've decided to continue using the practice even though I've finished my treatment, the team at Yor are so good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience at Yor Dental recently. Had been unhappy with the front upper part of my teeth for a while and wanted to fill some gaps in and improve my smile. The team at YOR Dental were extremely helpful - providing a detailed consultation and presentation of the different options available to me. I decided to opt for composite bonding after receiving all the relevant information. Over a 2 month period, my teeth were whitened and my smile adjusted over a three week period. Dr Stewart was amazing at explaining the process to me step by step and even reassuring my mother who was scared that the teeth might be 'Turkey Teeth'. Having a preview of what my smile could look like before the procedure, was extremely reassuring and cool. During the 3 hour main dental appointment, the time flew by as I was able to watch Netflix on the tv on the ceiling in the dental surgery. Fantastic experience: A few years ago I cracked my tooth when I fell off my Skateboard at an event my team had been paid to appear at (headbutted the coping, helmet don't save ya teeth.) The dentist I went to at the time said the best they could do on the road was put a temporary filling in there and hoped it held out. A few weeks ago the filling finally gave and took more of the tooth with it. There was no pain but there was a sharp edge so I decided to get it pulled. I made an appointment with my NHS dentist where they discovered a small infection at the root and concluded the best course of action was to remove the tooth. I was in the dentist chair for an hour and 20 minutes wherein 3 different dentists attempted to pull the tooth out and all failed. They said they would refer me for a private appointment to get it out. 3 days later and half of my face looked like Marlon Brando in the godfather and was incredibly painful. I decided to hell with it I'll make my own appointment. A friend of mine recommended these guys to me and lets just say I owe him a pint. I called YOR dental and had an appointment the next day where they found the infection had spread and become quite aggressive. I was immediately (I'm talking minutes) put on a course of antibiotics which worked a treat. Once the infection was cleared up I went back a week later to get the tooth pulled. Fearing the worst again I lay back and white knuckled the handles of that dentist chair like it owed me money. It was completely unnecessary. The dentist here had it out of my mouth in less than 2 minutes. I promise that's true. I was speechless (and not just because a bloke had his hand in my mouth.) Everything from making the appointment to getting it pulled went smooth as a fresh built skatepark everyone I spoke to was incredible, professional, friendly, and clearly very good at the job. I mean results speak for themselves right? ‍♂️. My mouth now matches my CV. Got some gaps in there I really don't want to think about. Thank you everyone at YOR dental for getting this sorted so quickly and so professionally I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Still waiting on that referral from my regular dentist BTW

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient with past dental anxiety issues it was an absolute relief to be looked after by Deepa. I’m not going to say that two extractions were a pleasurable experience, but Deepa and the team couldn’t have put me more at ease than they did today.

Fantastic experience: My 6 years old son was complaining of tooth ache , enough to wake him up from his sleep. I called YOR Dental , they efficiently organised an appointment for the afternoon that day. My son was very nervous to go but the dentist Hitesh but his emotions at ease straight away. All the staff here are lovely and helpful, special mention for Mya who always greeted me with a smile and nothing was too much trouble! The clinic is also really stunning. Fantastic experience: Really happy with the treatment I received at Yor Dental. I have recently had 2 dental implants which I was quite nervous about. I was starting a new job around the time of installing the implants and was worried about pain and bruising which I didn't want to take time off to deal with, but the whole experience was totally stress free, the after-effects where so minimal, especially in terms of pain that I almost contacted the team for reassurance that something hadn't gone wrong as I just didn't experience any. Hitesh has been fantastic, he explains everything clearly and works hard to provide the best outcome for each situation. The wider team are all exceptional too, warm, welcoming and can't do enough to look after you the minute you walk in the door. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yor Dental and will certainly be returning for my own needs going forwards.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Yor Dental enough. After years of putting my fingers to my mouth to disguise my teeth when talking to people, I can now smile with total confidence. Deepa and the team are amazing and from the minute you attend your first appointment you become more like friends than a patient.
