He’s always been extremely anxious about going to the dentist, something that’s affected him his whole life. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency root canal on Tuesday evening with Dr. Alejandra Garcia and Hannah, the dental nurse, and it was truly amazing. At 7 months pregnant, I was a bit nervous, but they took such incredible care of me and made the whole experience feel calm and reassuring. Not only is the toothache completely gone—with zero pain during or after the procedure—but both Dr. Garcia and Hannah stayed late for me and never once made me feel rushed. I have also never seen so many instruments. Dr. Garcia talked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable. Both her and Hannah were so kind and attentive throughout. My tooth now feels and looks completely normal—and even better - they decided a crown wasn’t necessary in my case, which was kind on my pocket. Thank you both so much for the outstanding care. I’m so grateful and couldn’t recommend this pair more highly.

Fantastic experience: There was a slight delay in my appointment due to an overrun but they were able to switch my hygienist appoint around to avoid me waiting around. Happy with the appointment and quality of service. Friendly staff.

Negative experience: I have been a customer of River Dental for 8 years. They have just changed ownership and the prices have increased materially. Earlier today, I paid £103 for an 11 minute consultation. This is significantly higher than other practises in the area and I have taken the decision to leave them as a result.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient and saw Dr Masud who was delightful and extremely good at her job. She asked me all sorts of questions and found a whole lot of tiny holes in my teeth. So I am booked in by Eva for a visit in 6 months time. the joy of a half price visit to a dentist was a joy to behold and I got X rays and photos as well…….a bonus!

Negative experience: Really disappointed with new dentist. Not up to the standard of the one who left. A skimped and speedy check left me feeling unchecked and £103 worse off ... if that person is still there in 6 months, I will go elsewhere.
