Fantastic experience: Always had the best experience at the surgery be it the dentist hygienist or even the lovely admin team. The clinical teams are patient supportive and explain the process in simple terms . Been with the practice for over 4 years and would highly recommend The hygienist Mamta Gurung is really patient and knowledgeable and takes her time and the results are amazing . My gums and teeth feel much better ..thanks to the team@Torcross.

Fantastic experience: I d had pain for a week from a tooth but it got worse over the weekend I called into the practice on the Monday and had an emergency appointment for today Tuesday.. Dr Tang took. X rays and showed me how bad my tooth was as the gum it was in was inflamed. He took it out for me straight away.... Now I am resting and so grateful to have been treated so efficiently and effectively. Would recommend this Practice

Fantastic experience: They were accepting NHS patients so I registered. Very polite receptionist and dental staff. I have a phobia and tfey were very supportive....and much cheaper than my last dentist who was private. Had an examination, 2 x-rays and a clean which was under £30.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for a check up because of a tooth that i was experiencing sensitivity with. The Xray wasn’t working in the room i had a consultation in and the dentist excused herself to go out to check if there was any available rooms with x-rays. When she returned she said she had examined the XRay on the tooth and only a chip in the filling which she could fill, or do the filling again or extract the tooth.. When i asked to see this said chip she just helped me see it in the mirror. She hadn’t done the xray and dismissed me home with those options without kNowing the condition considering i came in with a problem and not on a “regular” check up. On calling the surgery back they have said i can come back for an Xray but i have expressed i don’t have any confidence in that Dentist who clearly doesn’t care about the patient if she can dismiss me without really knowing what’s happening on the surface. To see a new dentist i will unfortunately have to bear the cost of a new appointment.

Fantastic experience: I am petrified of the dentist thanks to an awful dentist (butcher!) when I was young. I have avoided going for so many years despite my teeth being very bad. I finally had to go due to cavity and getting excruciating nerve pain. After a few calls, I got an appointment with Torcross for following day. The ladies in the reception were lovely and helpful. I went upstairs and only one other person was in the waiting room but within a minute I was called into the consultation room. And met Dr Tang. I explained the issue and my extreme anxiety. He was so nice and explained everything and within 10 minutes, he had put a temp filling in and explained what we would need to do next. I have a follow up appointment for next week and I would never say I am looking forward to it but I am more comfortable and will be less stressed / anxious / afraid. Thank you Dr Tang / Torcross

Fantastic experience: Arrived and was meet politely by the ladies on reception i was then called in by nurse who asked politely how I am with a nice smile i went in to see dentist who also asked nicely how I am and any problems then followed by my checked up which I was treated very well I left feeling happy and also got to ask some questions which the dentist politely answered which I thank her for that as it did help me for my daughter .

Fantastic experience: Arrived for my 4pm appointment and was greated warmly and with a smile. Treatment was quick and was shown exray and advised on future treatment. Not pushed into any rash decisions.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tang was great, my cap had broken free & when I attended my appointment I forgot to bring it with me. He simply asked if I was free later on in the day. Which I was. I was not charged for the convenience that I had caused. Returned later on that day & he gracefully got me sorted & then gave me some sound options for some additional work that I will require in future!

Fantastic experience: Love going to the dentist here. Have been going since I was a child. The appointments always start on time, and recently when I went my new dentist Ching-Yi Huang was lovely and cleaned my teeth well. Also, she let me check out my x-ray and explained what will happen to my teeth and jaw in the future (more wisdom teeth). Truly recommend this dental clinic as the receptionists are lovely too.

Positive experience: Nothing wrong with the service, but £68 for a five minute check up? That’s unacceptable.

Negative experience: I think the 5 star rating is fake. Went for my airflow appointment. It was done in a rush manner. I was not informed that it will cost me £68 for her to check my teeth which I thought was included in the cleaning process which is £98. I paid a total of £166 for less than 10 minute procedure. Not a happy customer.

Positive experience: Well , I’ve just had an appointment with my hygienist yesterday where she barely cleaned my teeth properly and left a few stains/marks . Everything was done in a rush .I had to pay 74£ for the basic hygiene package .she also booked me with the dentist very next day which is today and I had to wait 1hour and 10 minutes and dentist talked for 5/6 minutes and I told her about stains left from yesterday, she cleaned it though , however they charged another 62£ . Conclusion : highly overpriced practice .

Negative experience: I’m not happy with the service, they charge £26.80 for a 5 minute consultation. Something that I could do over the telephone. Very disappointed

Mr Tang my dentist always puts me at ease and explains what he is doing especially when I feel anxious. Mr Tang offers advice which is always helpful too. If I phone for an emergency appointment they try their very best to accommodate ASAP.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is never fun! Over many years (20, I am told) all the dentists at this practice have done a good job caring for my teeth many of which were first filled in the 50s & 60s. A few years ago a crown was made after 3D scanning and it fitted very well. It was metal and is hidden behind my cheek. Still 5* in 2024

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend them no consideration towards patients feelings at all. just up and leave without so much as a bye.

Fantastic experience: I had my second appointment here and the doctor was amazing , he explained to me the procedure , what the best treatment is , I felt comfortable. The nurse was very friendly and paid extra care to me. The receptionists were very kind and respectful.

Negative experience: Booked in as private patient in 2020 with a tooth infection, had to pay for an initial exam as they couldn't see me for emergency work until I was accepted and that required an initial exam, yet after paying the fee I was told I was on a waiting list as initial exams aren't emergencies and they were running an emergency only service. Went to another dentist who gave antibiotics right away, and said I shouldn't have waited so long. Spoke to Torcross Dental again and asked for a refund and was given a cheque, during COVID, so was unable to cash it. Found the cheque recently, and asked for it to be re-written so I could cash it but was told Rodericks Dental have bought the business so they don't owe me anything. I'm still registered on their system so it wasn't just an asset sale. Not worth chasing for £22.70 but worth noting what kind of company you'll be doing business with.

He puts you at ease and is very kind and informative. I’ve also used the practice for an emergency, a filling and a check up and every time it has been fantastic

He is very attentive to my concerns and makes sure to address all of my questions and needs. I feel like he really listens to me and tailors the treatment to my specific needs. He's clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and I would definitely trust him with my dental care in the future as well. In addition to the caring staff, Maria and Keeley at reception are always incredibly helpful, welcoming and caring. They make me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my entire visit. Fantastic experience: I have just been seen for a check up by Dr Kuriakose and nurse Kayleigh. They were both extremely polite, friendly and professional. My main reason for my 5 star rating is that they were very patient with me when examining my teeth for a check up and polish. I was not looking forward to coming as on my previous visit a different Dr could not get my xray completed as I was finding it too uncomfortable for him to complete. Dr Kuriakose saw this on my notes and was completely understanding as was nurse Kayleigh. Thankyou for your kindness in making my trip to the dentist as painless as it could be.

Negative experience: I'm shocked at the 5* reviews Dr Parvis has received they are definitely from desired private market. As I can tell you honestly my last few exposures of this dentist his dentistry manner has been shocking. When I have brought my young children here he treats them like a conveyer belt not giving them any time whatsoever. My youngst child didn't even have a chance to open his own mouth before Dr Parvis was forcing his mouth open. When your young patients are leaving the dentist saying he was rude wasn't he mummy it says it all. Reception staff are lovely and dental nurses have been very kind and sweet to our family. We missed one appointment due to an incident occuring beyond our control. And despite calling torcross and informing them Dr Parvis follows up with leaving a nasty voicemail on my answering machine. So yes if you want invisaline he will probably give you the time of day, a smile and treat you with respect. If your just looking for a check up anything routine then in our experience he comes across as rather entitled, rude and obnoxious. Whats hillarious is he couldn't wait to get our family of 7 on his books but we are just numbers and thankfully he is no longer our dentist not that he did anything for us it was all rush rush with no care. In response to torcross dental practice Agreed people who regularly miss appointments or cancel late notice completely understandable. However, we do not have a history of this. There is no justification for the total unprofessionalism & unkind is my honest experience. Like you state you have a policy for repeated so you should therefore follow your policy as 1 account is not repeated. Wish you well improving your practice and patient experience.

Fantastic experience: After some long time,my smile is back today and all this, thanks to the most correct and amazing dentist Dr.Parvis. My teeths were in quiet bad condition and i had lost my smile and coefidence on my self. Had some implants fitted and i'm so happy with the results. Thank you Dr.Parvis and the team.

Fantastic experience: I use Jubilee Dental Practice for my normal dental treatment, but Torcross Dental Practice (the sister practice) for orthodontist work. I recently had my teeth straightened using Invisalign. All the staff are very friendly, Dr Parvis was very patient and the full treatment was a positive experience. It wasn't a quick fix - it took longer than expected, partly due to the Covid pandemic causing delays and partly because we extended treatment to obtain a better result (at no additional cost). I'm really happy with my new smile - and have received quite a few compliments already.

Negative experience: Asked for a reasonable adjustment for my ASD son and was (without consultation) removed from list. He can't manage a new dentist, so he is stuck MID TREATMENT without care. No phone call nothing. Absolutely disgusted.

Fantastic experience: My friend recommended Dr Parvis and I'm pleased she did. Having very sensitive teeth makes me a nervous patient. At my first treatment I was totally numbed up, didn't feel the needles at all and was super pleased with the results of an Air clean. I booked my second appointment straight away and actually looked forward to more treatment and again I felt totally comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I'm not given to writing gushing praise but I can honestly say the emergency visit I made to Torcross Dental Practice is my best ever Dental experience and I'm in my fifties now. I had lost a composite filling while eating out and arranged an appointment. Doctor Parvis was super quick and extremely helpful in fixing me up until the New Year. From the initial telephony call (I had tried several other practices whose receptionists left a lot to be desired) through to the actual dental care itself, this was first class in every way. The combination of professionalism and customer service made it an experience I'd be happy to repeat in future. A sincere thank you to Dr Parvis & team!

Fantastic experience: I have had a really good experience every time I visit Torcross Dental Practice. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I have had two dental implants fitted using the latest technology and high-quality materials by Dr. Parvis, and the whole experience was smooth. I am grateful to have had all my questions answered in a kind manner and I was repeatedly reassured whenever I felt unsure of something. Three months on, I had a follow-up check-up and clean and I am very happy that all is well with the dental implants and my dental health overall.
