Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with this dental clinic has been extremely disappointing. The most frustrating part was the reception staff, who were unnecessarily rude and dismissive throughout the entire process. While the dental practitioner was polite, it quickly became clear that she was not fully confident in her work. She made a retainer for me that didn’t fit properly, and instead of resolving the issue effectively, she began filing it down to the point where it nearly had a hole. When it was evident that she couldn’t help further, I was told I would have to wait five weeks until the orthodontist returned from holiday—and that I would need to pay an additional £80 to see them, despite already having paid £170 for the retainer. On top of that, I had previously paid a £50 deposit, which the receptionist completely overlooked when calculating the final amount. This led to me being overcharged, and it was only after I pointed it out that the mistake was acknowledged. To add insult to injury, when I placed the faulty retainer on the reception desk so it could be returned, the receptionist very rudely said, “Well, we need the retainer back.” That was exactly what I was doing—handing it back. All in all, this has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and strongly advise others to avoid it altogether.

Fantastic experience: The best ortho experience ever, when you have a doctor that becomes as a family member it says a lot. Dr Georgina is so patient, sensitive and professional in every single way. We have been traveling 4 hrs one way for every app for 3.5 years, but never would change it and would be doing it again. Would recomend to anyone 100%. Dr. Georgina is one in a million! Thank you so much being there for us and our daughter ❤️

Negative experience: Absolutely APPALLING service! Avoid at all costs. They charged my mother extra for her dental review she needed before her cancer treatment, without informing us of these extra charges. No mention on the website. Absolute disgusting money-grabbing scammers! I would have given zero stars if I could!

Doctor Vitalijus you can trust from the first minute. He is very professional, happy to explain in details and answer all your questions. Firstly the clinic is spotless cleaning wise and conducive for the purpose of the business. I attended the above clinic and met with Dr Vitalijus, there was something about him that made me agreed for him to proceed with my treatment. He was calm, confident, professional, kind and caring throughout my treatment and aftercare. I can now smile with confidence and very happy with the outcome of my treatment. Negative experience: don't choose doctor Ruta Trapnauske to treat your kid's teeth, she doesn't have the neccesary skills. Avoid this clinic.

Negative experience: I paid £130 for gas but they didn't really want to do something to remove my son's milk tooth. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: In morning, got my tooth filled at the clinic today. The dentist (don't know her name) was super cool, really understanding, and knew her stuff. She kept checking if I was cool while she was drilling away. She took her time, making sure my bite felt right, and the tooth was smooth. Didn't rush anything. The tooth with the filling feels just like the others when I bite, all normal. I'd totally recommend this place for fillings. The price was fair and capped, so I knew what I'd be paying max. I checked out a bunch of places, but this one had good reviews for fillings, and now I see why!

Negative experience: I have tried few times to book an appointment , the first time the receptionist was more interested to check her phone that help me, and another time I was told that they would have call me back, no one did. Both times they were quite rude

Negative experience: I brought my business elsewhere because the 1 receptionist I spoke to on the phone and on the day of the appointment was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. For example… When I asked the difference between 2 services she responded “ummm, it is exactly what it’s called. One is a check up and one is an oral hygiene”. Not caring to elaborate on price differences or anything useful until I prompted more questions myself. I suggest a change of career or crash course in kindness. A little kindness goes a long way.

Negative experience: Receptionist - absolute disgrace, you can not trust them with your deposit. Sadly, not any more a place for good dental care but more of the money making. Also, my little daughter was absolutely traumatised by their "care".
