Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I recently registered here after not being able to find a dentist elsewhere. They have affordable prices (around £40 for an appointment, and I think from £45 to see the oral hygienist) and ofc NHS treatment options too. I went in today, 9/1/25, after I booked an appointment on Wednesday for the next day! Which was amazing. The person over the phone was lovely, friendly, and offered me advice on what to do/what my options were. I arrived today after having tooth pain and the dentist I spoke to and his assistant (his ig is @drasamnisarbds). I explained what was happening, and they listened! I was put through for an X-ray. The results came back saying I needed to have a tooth pulled. I was initially nervous, but the dentist reassured me that it would be okay and i would be okay (I was)! I was waiting 20mins (same day) to be seen, and my tooth was pulled within 10mins! Both the dentist, his assistant, and the staff were really helpful in understanding my fears of the dentist, and it was lovely that they held my hand throughout the procedure. Best dentist I've been to. They actually listen and help!!

Negative experience: dental surgery got no rules and regulation this is awful I never been to this surgery for few years because first time i had teeth filling and that filling come offf in two days I got piss off when I went there again they said we don’t do good type of teeth filling i said okay I decided to not go there but after few year I got problem and unfortunately I am not still registered there I call them and they say we cannt see u under nhs you have to come private and pay for it even though i am not subjected to pay this is discusting don’t go there

Fantastic experience: The receptionist lady is always love and the lady dentist has amazing hands, I was scared when I went in but then other visits I went with pleasure because I knew I wont feel anything. I had a root canal done, now I am having crown and some cleaning and she is amazing. Make sure to check your dental health every 6 months to avoid issues ( I was naughty and didnt check mine for 6 years haha )

Negative experience: Worst dentist. AVOID! This is my first dentist in Birmingham and its awful, very rude staff. Me and my partner is registered as nhs and they was trying to charge me for a treatment.. My partner had very bad toothache and they didn't help with any pain relief and found out she had to have a wisdom tooth to be taken out and was referred to the hospital which overall took around 2 years from her first appointment at this dental practice. Leaving in someone in agony for that long is very bad. My partner really suffered day and night!!!

Negative experience: Was recommended here from 111… they never even answered the phone. It went from ringing out to saying ‘the number you have dialled has not been recognised’ … would never recommend anyone to contact this surgery for anything

Negative experience: Remove your NHS signs and also state on your website that you're only private... I have checked online which dental practice around theis area it comes up with Cape hill dental . Request them if they can register my children they have replied to speak to their reception going in and said no no we are open only for private patients no NHS ...

Negative experience: Service at reception was non existent! Staff were rude and dismissive despite making an error in my booking they admitted to. After waiting nearly an hour, they then refused to treat me as the Dentist was apparently unhappy that he had overheard that I had relayed my story of the experience I had had to another customer who asked in the waiting area with me! Avoid like the plague.

Negative experience: One of the worst dental practices around. Hiring incompetent staff such as Reyna and Anish. One of them in a routine check up destroyed my mothers top and bottom teeth by drilling too much and no filling will fit anymore. Whilst the other lied and covered up for their colleagues mistakes and charged my mum. Now she’s being told she needs two crowns fitted in. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Please don’t attend especially if those dentists are practicing there for the foreseeable future

On the same day she made me an appointment with the dentist and on dentist referral I seen the hygienist who I was really impressed with her. She spent time and thoroughly explained to me the brushing and flossing technique. Highly recommend this practice. Excellent service
