Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here for composite bonding or even general dental care. Over three visits, I experienced repeated mistakes, unprofessional handling of my concerns, and dismissive attitudes from both Dr. Innani and Dr. Sneh Shah. I came in for composite bonding on one tooth paying £195 inc £35 consultation fee which was supposed to be refunded upon treatment, and that I didn't receive. After the first treatment with Dr. Sneh Shah, I explained I wasn’t happy with the bonding, and upon asking for it to be removed, I was told that wasn’t possible. During my second visit, Dr. Sneh Shah grazed and reshaped my front tooth, which wasn’t even meant to be treated, and I was told during the session "this was going to happen as I'm doing it freehand" which is completely unacceptable. When I pointed it out, she denied any responsibility. On my final visit, now with Dr. Innani, the bonded tooth chipped immediately after treatment. She mentioned the reason for this was due to an “error with the polishing,” leaving me worse off than when I came in. Having been promised a call-back and left waiting for hours from her, I was never called. When I finally spoke to Dr. Innani, she dismissed my concerns, and accused me of lying stating "show me proof" not responding to the email I initially sent which she said she would, and further disregarding the situation. This whole experience has caused me unnecessary stress, loss of confidence, and wasted both time and money. Instead of accountability, I was met with excuses and disregard for the damage caused. To make matters worse, my family also suffered here: one went in for a simple filling and left with a damaged tooth that required a £350 root canal. Another paid £200 for fillings but was left in pain for weeks, which they were told by another dentist that there was a hole in one of the teeth where the filling should have been. Horrible experience. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that Dr Shiri is the best orthodontist that I have come across. My daughter had her braces done by her and iv met many others who I have not been comfortable with. Dr Shiri took her time to explain things in a clear manner and gave us the option of not taking any teeth out which is one of the biggest reasons that put me off from getting braces done; no other dentist ever informed me that this was even an option that we could try! It was so good to know that we recieved her expert advice so that we could make an informed choice. Her advice and care for my daughter was absolutely great, and you felt that she actually cared about her patients; which is hard to come by these days. Her meticulous work was amazing and I'm so pleased with the results and so is my daughter. I am so glad that i found her and i would definitely recommend Dr Shiri. Finding a trustworthy orthodontist is very hard and I hope she stays at this dentist for a very LONG time.

Positive experience: Customer service is kind of bad (reception) but the actual dental hygienist work was really good. Quite reasonably priced too. (Ive since found a new dentist because honestly calling up and having to speak to receptionist with an attitude always annoys me)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting treated here for about 3 years, my teeth were terrible but everything has changed. They’re all really nice and ensure your teeth will have drastic changes. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. I booked an appointment for 4:00 pm but was left waiting until 4:35, despite being on time. What made it worse is that I was charged again for the consultation and an additional X-ray, even though the same dentist had treated the exact tooth just last month with a filling. Now I am experiencing pain in that tooth, yet I was asked to pay another £50 without any real resolution. The attitude of both the dentist and the reception staff was unprofessional and rude. The receptionist in particular did not even greet me when I arrived—she was busy on the computer and only after several minutes told me I should have said why I was there, which felt very dismissive. The only reason I originally chose this practice was because it’s close to my home, but after this experience, I will definitely be moving to another dentist. The service here is unwelcoming, unhelpful, and does not feel like it puts patients first. After all they charge you privately !! Just so you all know , as new patients! Good luck !

Negative experience: This morning, my wife went in for dental fillings, and the experience was unacceptable. The student took an hour just to inject her gums for four fillings, which is an excessive amount of time. When the female dentist arrived, she immediately intimidated my wife by insisting she needed work done on the other side of her mouth. My wife, who had already been waiting for a while, expressed her frustration, and the dentist raised her voice, escalating the situation. Her behavior was not just rude; it was unprofessional and bullying. I contacted the practice to file a complaint, and they claimed someone would call back, but no one did. This is a clear example of how patients are being treated poorly, and it reflects badly on the entire profession. I urge others to think twice before going there, as such behavior is unacceptable. If I had been present, I would have taken further action. It's truly disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare setting. Avoid this place at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this Dental Practice since my mother first took me as a child. Although the name has changed from Dindol the quality and level of service has been kept. A high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained, not only in the treatment rooms but in all areas. The staff are very knowledgeable and will always take the time to explain the treatment and allow time to answer any questions and address concerns. There are no hidden costs as these are explained and agreed up front. The staff are always well presented and display a high level of personal cleanliness. They are friendly and caring as well as professional. You always get a warm welcome on arrival from the receptionists and a follow up courtesy reminder about upcoming appointments. The receptionist will always try to accommodate your appointment preferences. Thank you Green St Dental Practice for making me feel valued.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was friendly and professional. The dentist was also amazing very kind, patient, and took the time to explain all my treatment options clearly and in detail. Positive experience: Generally speaking the dentistry offered here is of good quality. However, the same cannot be said about hygienist appointments. I have attended regular hygienist appointments in this practice for over 10 years and I’m disappointed by the declining quality of hygienist care and the pricing structure. They used to have a hygienist here a couple years ago who was incredible - she always maximised appointments, was thorough and so lovely to speak with. She has left now, and I wish I could’ve followed her. The past three/four appointments I have had felt rushed and ended within 15-20 mins despite paying £55 for a 30 minute clean. I have made several complaints about this and the excuse I’m given is that my teeth are already clean. There is plenty of care and cleaning that can be offered within that time, but they would rather do as little cleaning as possible for the full price. Even the quality of the polish I received was poor, rushed and far from thorough. In addition to this, the last three appointments have been painful- with the scaling tool being used too harshly and the suction tool being left in my mouth and latching on to the cheek or gum, causing damage to my tissue. I’m struggling to eat after my appointment as it’s so sore - this isn’t normal given that I had no calculus and little plaque. Again I wish to stress that I have very regular hygienist cleans for years. So I know how the cleans used to be versus how they are now. Sadly due to lack of care by the staff when I complain, I will be going elsewhere for my future hygienist cleans.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Green Street Dental Practice for orthodontic care. From the very beginning, the team has been amazing in making my daughter feel comfortable and confident about getting braces. She especially loved having the option to choose the color of her braces, which made the experience even more fun for her. The staff is friendly, professional, and very attentive. The only downside for us was the scheduling of appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which meant my daughter had to miss some school lessons. But overall, the care she received has been worth it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others."

Negative experience: The customer service was extremely disappointing. While a smile is usually the goal with good dental care, the staff seemed unhappy and unwelcoming (Not a single smile in sight). My hygienist was rude and abrupt, and I was upsold a "45-minute service" instead of a "30-minute service," only to be told after 15 minutes that my appointment was over, being told that they sell based on appointment type - however this is all subjective to their opinion. I honestly would pay extra to go elsewhere and refrain from attending unless enjoy the disrespectful ambience and poor quality work. - Not to add my appointment was also 20 minutes late.

Fantastic experience: I've been trying to find a dentist the provides a hygienist service, without the need for an initial check up appointment for my parents. I rarely get through to any dentists. I tried Green Street Dental Practice who also did not answer but was shockingly surprised when they called me back! I have never ever received this level of service, especially from a health care provider where they apologised for missing a call. Managed to book in both my parents with a very informative and polite member of staff. Thank you for your excellence in customer service.

The dentist and her team were fantastic and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had a tooth removal done and I must say, I didn't even feel a thing! The procedure was smooth and painless, thanks to the expertise of the doctor and her team. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in need of dental care. The quality of their work is top-notch and the level of customer service is outstanding. Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment at the Green Street Dental Practice and I am extremely happy with Dr Shah and his Colleague’s work today. I booked an appointment to get my fillings replaced and the initial call for my registration was made very easy by the reception staff. Dr Shah was very professional, patient and made me feel extremely comfortable (especially with my fear of the dentist as some of you may be able to relate). He clearly explained the procedure and was not pushy at all like I’ve previously experienced with other dentists. Definitely will be returning for further treatments in the future. Negative experience: Slow service, your allocated appointment time you'll never been seen at. They just rush you in and straight back out of the dentist. There only interested in taking your money......not the same dentist once it used to be. All new staff credit to some of the receptionist who are in fact very helpful and kind.

Negative experience: Retainers - gross misconduct, negligence, and dealing in bad faith. I had ordered Invisalign retainers, they came back stating Invisalign couldn’t make it, and offered an in-house retainer for same price. Invisalign are 3D printed with precision and comfort. Inhouse one was not 3d printed, not worth 1/10th the quality and precision of Invisalign. It didn’t fit, was thick allowing no speech, had sharp edges scratching my gums and lips. The dentist offered a full refund immediately when it didn’t fit. After a few days, am I told only a part be refunded. Without any mistake on my part, I simply lost my hard earned money. No ethics and integrity. AVOID STEPPING IN THIS PRACTICE. You will either loose your teeth or money.

Fantastic experience: Was in a lot of pain with my tooth and the dentist was able to fit me in straight away. She was caring and understanding, supporting me through the whole treatment. She talks through all options with you and is there to listen to all concerns. I have never liked the dentist but I was made to feel calm and supported here. I will definitely be back for all of my check ups. The reception were also very attentive and organised. All round great dentist both NHS and private! Thank you.

I am a new patient at this Dentist and this was my first appointment on Wednesday the 19th of April 2023 and I would just like to say that they were very kind and dealt with my dental issue very professionally and quick. Even when I called them for the first time they claim that they had no appointments, but I told them that I really needed my teeth to be done in time for Eid/Chaand Raat (so before the 21st of April). Even though they were very busy, they managed to clear up an appointment seventh, which I really really appreciated. If you ever need a new Dentist, I would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Israt the hygienist was wonderful, she cleaned my teeth beautifully, she is an architect and sculpture. The reception team are always wonderful and make the time to facilitate my timetable changes. Dr Sneh is brilliant, she always consults you and is very caring and kind. Khadijah has been wonderful in helping me use the positive feedback. She’s always very kind, helpful and smiling.

Negative experience: Awful experience - the receptionist with the head scarf does not have any customer service skills in person or on the phone. She is miserable whenever you meet or speak to her. The hygienist Afiya is so heavy handed. She had no nurse to assist and she was using my mouth to lean the air pipe in. She spilled fluid on my mouth, face and neck multiple times and just laughed when I pointed it out. I told her directly that the service was appalling! 0 stars is what I would rate my experience!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, friendly price and fast response. I get one appointment for both examination and fillings, which is normally split into two appointments. And the appointment is within two weeks of booking. I'm happy that I've got my problem sorted out so fast! They also provide one year guarantee and free adjustment for the filling. The building looks a bit old but I guess it does not affect anything. Patients keep coming in.

Negative experience: I've been attending this practice for years, but recently the service levels have dropped. The receptionist keeps you waiting after your given appointment time pass for upto 15-20 minutes extra to fit in other patients. Every time, same excuse the dentist was running late.
