Fantastic experience: I have attended a number of dental practices over the years and the treatment I received at the White Bridge Dental Clinic was the best I have received. After an initial consultation with Amit I decided to have sedation for my subsequent appointment for two crowns. The sedation was very effective and I didn't remember anything about the treatment. The crowns were fitted in the afternoon of the same day. Everyone at the clinic was very professional and reassuring and Amit is an excellent dentist.

Fantastic experience: I would thoroughly recommend this clinic - all the staff are amazing and the minute you step in you feel as comfortable as you can get going into a dentist's! I have a real phobia caused by previous trauma and these guys have really helped so much it is incredible. I would advise anyone who is nervous or plain terrified to put your trust in them. Positive experience: Good use of my time in postponing regular check-up and hygienist appointments in favour of using someone else's cancellation to start work on my crown/s. But now I'm being told that I'm late for my hygienist appointment! Maybe too many automatically generated emails.

Fantastic experience: Amit at the White Bridge Clinic is amazing. Not only is he very pleasant to deal with, He is reassuring, patient and very good with nervous patients. All the staff are wonderful and extremely welcoming and reassuring. The Clinic have invested a lot of money in being able to do so much more that your average dentist, from 3D scanning to even 3D printing. Not only does this save customers money, but also reduces the time and anxiety levels. The hygienist is also lovely - and made me laugh - first time laughing in a dentist practice. I Would definitely recommend Amit and his team - especially if you’re a nervous patient.

It's very natural-looking and no one would know! Truly exceptional dentistry. The whole experience of having the treatment was brilliant. Amit Mohindra is adept at complex dentisty like implants and bridges, and I felt like I was in safe hands with him. He is very respectful of his patients. Fantastic experience: Everyone knows that sometimes a business deserves a good review. I can confidently say my first visit to the White Bridge Clinic was excellent. I’ve been to dental clinics in many countries, and this one truly cares for their patients. First of all, the clinic has parking, so there’s no stress about where to leave your car. Even though it was my first visit, the reception staff remembered my name, which shows great customer service and attention to patients. From the moment you step inside, you can tell it’s not like other dental clinics. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of reading material. There’s even a TV showing videos where different dentists explain procedures like dental implants. I saw the dental hygienist, Helen, who was very friendly and professional. She introduced herself and her assistant straight away, which made me feel at ease. She asked me about my sugar intake and how I take care of my teeth daily. Before starting any treatment, she made sure I felt well looked after, which is so important. It’s clear that this clinic isn’t just about money. You could pay more elsewhere and still not get the same level of care that the staff here provide. After my visit with the hygienist, she recommended booking a dental consultation. Amazingly, within just 10 minutes, I was seen by another doctor, Amit. She found a small cavity in one of my teeth and even fixed it right then and there, despite me not having a prior appointment. That level of efficiency and care is truly amazing. It’s rare to find a clinic in England that goes above and beyond to care for their patients. Small details, like having a TV on the ceiling to help you relax while sitting in the dental chair, show how much they think about patient comfort. This is definitely one of the best dental clinics I’ve been to, and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous as hadn’t been to a dentist for over 5 years. I had an appointment booked with Diane Stevens one of the Hygienists. She was amazing! So kind, talked me through step by step everything she was doing. Demonstrated what it would feel like by trying the equipment on the back of my hand, asked me often if I was ok and that I could stop at anytime if I felt uncomfortable. A first class experience and I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks time! I can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Amit & his team. I had lost all hope of getting my smile back after having advanced peridontal disease. I had horrible unsightly receding gums had lost all self confidence. I'm very nervous of the dentist and Amit & his team really put my mind at rest and the treatment was successful and painfree. I had a few crowns repalced and I'm thrilled with the result, I can smile again with confidence, which i was convinced was never going to be possible. Negative experience: Airflow treatment wasn't worth £127 and my small complaint was not handled very well or professional. They just let me go after I made a complaint very childish and immature if you ask me very sly. I think I deserve a refund !

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience with Amit & his team. I had 2 dental implants & a crown that I was apprehensive about having done but everything went to plan & wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be. A bonus was having a veneer to an overlapping front tooth. No other dentist had suggested this when I asked if anything could be done with it. Obviously this treatment isn’t cheap but the level of skill needed for this kind of surgery is of the highest level. Overall I’m delighted with the outcome & has given me more confidence having a good looking set of teeth.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient at the White Bridge Clinic since starting my Invisalign treatment in March 2023. Firstly, the dental practice is immaculate and the staff are extremely polite and welcoming, I would highly recommend the White Bridge Clinic for any treatment. My entire Invisalign treatment was conducted by Katarina, who was a perfectionist from day 1. My smile went from crooked to straight within 12 months and the results are absolutely incredible, and far behind what I expected. The process was made simple from the beginning, including setting up the finance for the Invisalign treatment. This dentist doesn’t conduct any procedures unnecessarily or insist on treatments for financial gain so rest assured every penny you spend here will absolutely be worth it. I’ve gone from someone who never showed their teeth, to someone who can’t stop smiling! Thank you to all who work here and especially Katarina, a dentistry magician - it’s been a pleasure and by far the best dental practice I’ve ever been to, if I could give 10 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: What excellent service I received from the White Bridge Dental Clinic yesterday. I had an appointment with my hygienist, Louise Brake. I had a broken tooth and we talked about me going to see Amit, my dentist at the same clinic in a few days time. Louise photographed my broken tooth and sent it to Amit and then continued with my treatment. At the end of my treatment, Amit came to meet me, having looked at the photograph. He proposed a course of treatment to which I agreed and I was booked in. This saved me the need for an initial consulaton visit. Really good team work and service, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start. What a great place. ! I’m literally petrified of the dentist. I mean petrified ! It took me a whole year to just phone for an appointment. They all made me feel not only welcome but at ease. I cried when I see the “ chair” and eventually even sat down in it. I was treated like a person. After a thorough examination and scans ( all painless) we’ve come up with a plan. Being intravenous sedated and having what teeth I have left pulled, and dentures !!! Just need to get through the next 4 appointments. Wish me luck !

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Amit's for many years now - both at his previous practice and since the inception of The White Bridge Clinic. He is only my second dentist in 55 years! I have total faith and trust in him - and I am a nervous and anxious patient! I have a significant overbite and with many missing top teeth have been wearing a denture for many years. He had a plan to change all of this which is now complete. All bottom teeth re-veneered, front incisors re-crowned and Maryland bridges fitted either side. My bite is now perfect and so comfortable. I have complete permanent teeth again - and NO DENTURE! I am thrilled! Everyone at The White Bridge Clinic are so welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all!

Negative experience: Great dentists, appalling reception and administration. My wife was penalised and also told off for missing an appointment because of illness. There are other good dentists out there so will avoid going forward. Update: I do not intend to write to the general email address of your surgery as I have no confidence that the extremely rude reception staff won't intercept that. Some truly nasty, discriminatory and insulting things were said, when all my wife was trying to do is to protect your clinical staff and other patients from her illness. Update 2: I was called by reception today and told they were sorry that my wife "felt this way", after being promised that Amit, who replied to this review, would call himself. Following this I have lowered my review to one star as I think that no quality of dentistry makes up for the appalling lack of ability to own up to one's mistakes in business. We will not be back and I thoroughly regret recommending your practice to friends and colleagues in the past. Update 3: I have outlined above why I won't write to an "info" address. You assume your reception staff are faultless, don't investigate, and don't take ownership of the issue. This is the result. I'm not sure what you mean by my language and doubt you would be any less upset than we were at the way my wife was spoken to. It adds insult to injury to say "you're sorry you feel this way". Update 4: Thank you for finding the time to investigate and respond. Yes the appointments missed were 2, as discussed with your colleague today. The first one was our fault, we owned up to it, paid the penalty, no issue. The second time was because we felt it was irresponsible to come in with heavy respiratory illness to a healthcare appointment. When my wife explained that, she was berated and belittled by your receptionist. I totally understand defending your employees, but believe you me, I would not spend this time if the behaviour had not been off-the-scale rude. You choose not to believe my initial review, which was genuinely meant constructively. The reason I became upset during the call with your colleague is because saying "Sorry you feel this way" is not an apology. I also wish you all the best, it is a pity it had to end this way as we were very happy with Dr Mirzaei's care.

Fantastic experience: I was not a patient when I attended The White Bridge Dental Clinic as an emergency, with a badly infected tooth. I saw Danny Watts, who was so kind and who explained all my options and was very honest about success rates of any attempts to save the recently crowned tooth, I decided to take this option anyway and the treatment was gentle and backed up with Antibiotics. Sadly I had to return and have the tooth extracted, again by Danny, who took so much care to make sure that this was completely painless. I was phoned twice by the practice to check how things were pain wise and also given a free 10 minute appt to check the healing etc. The reception staff were so kind and friendly and returned calls when they said they would. I am relieved to actually find a private practice that actually practices Dentistry and not just cosmetic procedures and am now a very happy patient here!

Fantastic experience: We saw Amit for the first time after my son, with a dental phobia broke his front tooth and fractured his jaw after a fall. From the moment we walked into the surgery, the warm welcome at reception to the excellent care and compassion we have received, my son no longer fears the dentist. All information has been carefully explained with sensitivity due to his previous fears. He has had excellent result from all treatments. My son would also comment that the chair is really comfy!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist appointment at the practice. The team was uniformly friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was thorough, attentive and did a great job of explaining to me how I could improve my dental health. The 'report card' given to me at the end of my appointment was a nice touch. My only issue is that I was not informed in advance there would be an additional charge for fluoride treatment. I think that that kind of detail should be communicated to patients ahead of time.

Fantastic experience: I joined this Private Dental Practice in some distress ...during the latter stages of the COVID pandemic..having been let down by the NHS and in need of multiple emergency treatments: in excruciating pain and with an abscess. I felt embarrassed and ashamed and my financial options were limited. Amit was non judgemental and highly professional and we negotiated a program of treatment that was structured as and affordable. Fantastic experience: I have found Amit to be very helpful. He listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. For years I had had a badly stained tooth on my dental bridge and he cleaned it up beautifully. Other dentists were only interested in remaking the bridge, which, apart from the expense, was just not the right timing for me. I am very grateful for what Amit has done, understanding my situation. I came to Amit a couple of years ago with my bridge, which had come loose, and he very quickly fixed it back in for me. I was facing a long and very risky operation and needed the bridge to be secured back in. As I was between dentists, none of the dentists I approached would help me. Fantastic experience: Having worn partial dentures for a number of years, I looked into having implants. After a lot of research, I decided to go with The White Bridge Clinic. I'm so pleased I did. From my initial consultation with Amit, through to the final fitting, absolutely brilliant. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. The clinic has the latest hi-tech equipment which helps to make the experience relatively 'pain free'. My personal treatment took a number of months, but this is to insure that your mouth is hygienically clean, healed, and ready for the next stage: nothing is rushed! This made me feel that they cared about the outcome as much as I did. And it wasn't a 'one in, one out' practice. It's not a cheap procedure, however, I'm absolutely over the moon with the end result. The implant /bridge look and feel like my real teeth, so natural. I'm so pleased I chose this clinic, I've even signed up to their dental plan, and they're 45 miles away from where I live!! A big thank you to Amit and his team for giving me my smile back.

I rang first thing the next morning and was offered an appointment the same day. In the course of a week I went through a tooth extraction and a temporary tooth replacement (even more beautiful than the one I had removed :) ) They have the latest technology available and they are extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I have finally completed my Invisalign journey after 20 months and I am over the moon with the end results. Katerina, the lovely team of dental nurses and reception staff have made my long, Invisalign Comprehensive plan as smooth as possible. Katerina is encouraging and very much a perfectionist - every appointment has been easy. For those who get dentist appt anxiety, she really is the best person to see and the surgery itself is very clean and modern. My personal experience of Invisalign has been generally quite painless and comfortable; the improvement to my teeth has really given me a confidence boost. Now that my Invisalign has come to an end, I am considering the practice as my permanent home for regular dental check ups and hygienist appointments, making the switch from my current long-term NHS practice. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have both come here recently for dental work with Danny, and I also took my six year-old daughter for a check-up. All of the staff are super friendly and the service is excellent. I could not have asked for a better first dentist visit for my daughter. Danny is superb with children and knows how to chat to them to put them at ease. I had to have a new filling and was very nervous about it, but Danny and the dental nurse were extremely patient and kind and put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: After having jaw issues over the weekend, I phoned the emergency number and spoke to Amit on Sunday who have me excellent advice and booked saw me today. From walking in, the reception staff greet you with a smile, excellent manners, first class treatment! My appointment was excellent, very thorough consultation, followed by in depth examination with x rays and 3d scanning for a guard. I brought my twin 4 year olds to see a different dentist at this practice a couple months ago and even they were very impressed with the level of care and service. I had previously taken them for their first check up at a dental practice in Witney where the dentist asked them to open their mouths upon walking through the door and she said they look fine. This is why I brought them to white bridge. The reviews speak for themselves. If you want a practice to care about you as a person, come to this practice.

After having a complex extraction, implant placement and bone graft under Twilight sedation only yesterday, I amazed that not only was the whole procedure completely painless and comfortable, this morning I have zero swelling or pain either! Fantastic experience: I visited the white bridge clinic over a year ago initially for an extraction after struggling with my normal dentist. I had always been self conscious of my smile, and having a long term medical condition which effected my oral health too, I was really struggling. Amit and the team were so lovely, and really helped me overcome the bad habits I had gotten into. I ended up having a lot of dental work done, including composite bonds on the front teeth, along with teeth whitening, extractions, fillings and gum contouring. As someone who does not do well with pain, the team were great and I opted for sedation for my work. I always feel safe and looked after and I am so happy with the end results!! I will continue visiting the white bridge clinic in order to maintain the great work they have done! Couldn’t fault them and I recommend this dental practice to anyone who will listen! Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a hygiene appointment with Becky. It was my first experience with the EMS Airflow and it was so much more comfortable than conventional scaling!
