Fantastic experience: In an ideal world, we wouldn't need dentists as all teeth would be perfect. In the real world, visits to dentists are a necessity. In that case, you couldn't find a more friendly, professional and delightful surgery than the Lotus Clinic. I have been going there for years - for dental hygiene and other treatment. They have always taken meticulous care to ensure that everything is done to the highest possible standards. Finally, I have no relationship with the Lotus Clinic whatsoever other than being a very satisfied patient. But on going there, one feels that the staff are friends - and they seem to be like a happy family. Try them if you wish, and you'll see what I mean.

I was so pleased with the results from my previous two sessions - really refined my complexion, reduced some really stubborn pigmentation marks i hated and have been battling with for a long time. Negative experience: Laser Hair Removal – Very Disappointed with Results I want to begin by saying that my therapist, Mandi, was absolutely lovely. She made me feel at ease and was always professional and kind – I would give her 5 stars. However, I am extremely disappointed with the results of the laser hair removal treatment itself. I was told during my first appointment that I could expect at least an 80% reduction in hair after completing the first course of six sessions. Sadly, this has not been the case. After completing all six, I saw very little improvement – maybe a 20% reduction at best – so I decided to book an additional four sessions, hoping for better results. I have now completed a total of 12 sessions and am still seeing minimal improvement. I’ve followed all the guidelines, including avoiding sun exposure for a full year, and have spent nearly £1,000 in total. I recently went on holiday and still had to shave every three days, which defeats the purpose of getting laser treatment. The clinic uses a device called LEO for the laser treatment, but in my experience, it has not been effective at all. I feel misled and frustrated – I invested a lot of time and money, expecting real results that were promised to me. Overall, while the staff were friendly, the treatment simply did not deliver, and I would not recommend this clinic or the equipment they use for laser hair removal. This has been a very upsetting and disappointing experience

Fantastic experience: I came at short notice with a toothache to see Dr Frankl. After an initial examination and gentle confirmation of the offending tooth he told me that there was nothing evident outwardly and so he took an x-ray. Within two minutes and with sophisticated imaging he diagnosed a slight but chronic infection under the root. He referred me to a root canal specialist who was in touch with me within a couple of hours. I found Dr Frankl to be reassuring, highly competent and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr. Michael enough for the incredible transformation he’s given me. He was patient, gentle, and truly made sure I was 100% satisfied every step of the way. From the fillings to the bonding work, it felt like he wasn’t just fixing my teeth—he was creating a new smile. The results are amazing! Negative experience: Had Invisalign with Dr Frankl. From our first session he was rude and rushed the entire process. Communication was poor and after the treatment was done he took a long time to make the retainers and lost them more than once. Really unpleasant experience

Negative experience: I had a Morpheus 8 session and a year after I can say that it ruined my face, the loss of fat in my cheeks is significant and I feel that it aged me 15 years. I have no idea why this procedure is adversed as being so good. It’s extremely expensive and incredibly painful and in my case I can only see the damage caused. I’m glad I didn’t go through with the rest of the recommended sessions.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS AVOID !!! I’ve got booked in for a normal visit/appointment at £95 today (Tuesday 7th January) and came out to a bill of £170.. I was in shock after being told that the dentist done a x ray on me !! Next time let your clients know that you will have to pay for a x ray and not just guiding them to do one to increase your bill. I have no idea I thought my visit included something to check on the tooth that had an issue. So I’m going in bearing in mind I have a tooth pain and the dentist didn’t know what the issue was until he done an x ray. Not one time did he mention they would raise my bill to £170, otherwise what was the point of the initial visit at £95 lol was it just for me to say my name and say hi. Bunch of scammers !! Can’t believe I travelled from East London all the way to Golders Green to see this dentist based on these fake 5 star reviews !! No discussion of returning my money just telling me again the dentist done a x ray so we charged you more.. wow honestly

Lotus Clinic was fantastic in removing unwanted hair and it was pain free. I can get a good chunk of my body done in an hour! (Legs, neck, armpits, cough cough), The staff are lovely, from the receptionist to the technician I am well looked after. Would definitely recommend

My last visit and encounter with the "new" player (new to me) from the highly skilled clinic's team Dr. Ivana Matkovic ended up with another satisfying result. Fantastic experience: I had several implants done at Lotus in 2021 and the dentists at this super-modern ultra-friendly, efficient, beautifully designed clinic did an excellent job at a price that turned out a good 15 percent cheaper than elsewhere, which I believe is mainly due to Lotus having ultra-modern technology and facilities. The technology is important because all the scans including for bone augmentation could be done in-house. Other clinics did not have the tech, and were going to send me into central London for scans that would have cost me an extra £180, would have drawn out the process by several months, and would also have left me in suspense for months as to whether I was "suitable" for implants. So right from the first appointment, I had peace of mind knowing exactly what could be done, would be done, and how much it would cost. Six implants and seven fillings at Lotus were completed in five months. That is fast, considering the implants. Two other clinics quoted me eight months. Lotus fillings were about 40 to 50 percent more expensive than other clinics, but the quality at Lotus was three times as good as any other place. This was really important for a couple of front teeth. The clinic is located in a lovingly converted Victorian home and is beautiful, more like a spa than a dental clinic. This is important because it made me feel calm. The back treatment room--one of three or four such rooms-- is huge, has skylights, and opens onto a terrace and quiet garden. During a 90 minute implant appointment, I was able to look up at the sky through the skylights. I am an anxious person and fidgety, but I was calm throughout. On one occasion when I was fidgety, the dentist and nurses were patient. Also, every staff member is really friendly. Again, this simply helps make me feel less anxious. The clinic is near Golders Green Underground Station and is about 2 miles from my home--not the closest clinic to me but not far either. Worth the trip. I cannot recommend Lotus enough and was lucky I found them through researching a lot. I got quotes from 2 other clinics after going to them for examinations, and called 4 or 5 others as well, and Lotus turned out to be somewhat cheaper on implants but certainly without sacrificing quality. In fact, I believe the quality of their work is superior. I think because they have invested in high technology, they can do all of the work at the clinic without involving third parties (e.g., for crowns) and this means they can offer a better rate. You should of course do your own cost comparisons. I did consider one of the Eastern European clinics that promise to cut costs drastically, but I am glad I did not pursue them because they don't like to be questioned even when nothing has had a chance to go wrong. It was convenient for me that Lotus dentists, at least one or two of them, work on Saturdays through the day as well as on weekdays. Implants are a big deal so it is really important that you compare clinics so you find a place you like because you will have to spend several appointments there over months. I suggest you include Lotus as one of the places you look into. Even if you later decide it is not as close to your home or workplace as you would like, at least a visit would give you an idea of what a modern high quality dental implant clinic should have by way of technology and credentials. By the way, the dentists are extremely qualified. I don't have direct access to their CVs so don't want to quote the names of institutions here, but just ask them.

Negative experience: I had the Morpheus8 treatment 3 sessions were done as recommended, but I didn’t notice any difference on my skin. After seeing the pictures from before and after, the practitioner agreed that wasn’t any differences. I complained as the treatment is painful and expensive, and was expecting to see a notable difference… so they offered me to do a shipper treatment as compensation(Morpheus 8 cost me around £1500 and this was one session which money wise would have been around £90? Complained again and they offered another new treatment, but I couldn’t attend the dates due personal reasons. So I never had it. I tried to reach them more than several times, through email etc… and I didn’t receive any answer nor solution. So only can show my disappointment with them through here, so if someone read it may reconsider doing this treatment there or not.

You can feel absolutely safe and relax under her hands, I need to say that it’s not anything like facial ore skin treatments !
