Fantastic experience: My Dentist Surgery was unable to help me as all emergency slots full. The Black Swan came to my rescue and saved me hours in A&E and treated me so professionally and swiftly. Will be forever grateful. They are now my Dentist. A Big thank you to all the staff. xx

I’ve been going here for quite a few years now—mostly just for checkups and the occasional filling—but I can honestly say this is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m a very nervous patient, thanks to some truly traumatic “orthodentist-from-hell” experiences back in the 80s and 90s (if you know, you know). But Dr. Maisie? Total game-changer. Not only is the actual treatment top-notch, but their bedside manner is next-level reassuring. If you’re even slightly anxious about dental visits, I’d highly recommend giving this place a shot. They’ve restored my trust in dentistry.....

Boujee, stylish, clean and welcoming the practice seems centred around client comfort. I hadn’t been for an appointment for 18 months due to family workload and generally not putting myself first, felt hesitant about attending my appointment however I had no reason to be, Naomi was beyond compassionate and understanding with a view that these things happen and was so supportive on how we get back into a good routine with dental visits. And today (19th June 2025) I went to the dentist. Fantastic experience: As a current customer, I had to have an emergency appointment. This was with another dentist, not my usual excellent dentist, Toochi. My appointment was with Jay. I was in a great deal of pain and quite anxious. He was excellent, very thorough in assessing the cause of my problem and just as important very gentle. Fantastic experience: I went to the invisalign open day and the service was wonderful and it's such a beautiful place. All the staff were lovely and really helpful. Unfortunately due to personal matters, I was unable to commit to going ahead with the invisalign treatment on the day however I will be going ahead with this treatment once I am able to. I didnt realise that once you attend one open day, you are unable to attend another, which is unfortunate as the offers on the open day are incredible, If I had known, I wouldnt have booked onto this open day however, I wanted to find out more information and thought this would be a good opportunity to do so and this was how it was advertised to me. The owner was great and did offer to extend the offer available on the day for a fixed period, but due to personal circumstances, again, I didn't feel it was sensible to commit. I did find out more about what the treatment would look like for me, which is what I wanted and I'll be back as soon as I can to go ahead with treatment and hopefully be able to benefit from the offers available today. If I wasnt having issues with our new build home, absolutely would have gone ahead! I am sure everyone who went ahead with their invisalign journey today will have a wonderful experience and thank you to the staff for a wonderful morning and being so helpful. See you all soon!

You’re given a wonderfully warm welcome and big smiles as soon as you walk in - nothing is too much trouble, and the ambient and elegant surroundings add to the atmosphere. The surgery rooms are relaxing and calm and the dentists themselves are knowledgeable, patient, and have your best interests at heart. I had an extraction on a recent visit, and I felt safe in Tochukwu’s care. The procedure was quick and painless. I recommend Black Swan over and above any dentist I’ve visited - it honestly doesn’t feel as though you’re going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: After many years with a difficult molar that needed extraction . No less than 4 dentists over the years could ever numb it . My other teeth have never had this problem . So, I gathered up my courage and funds to visit Black Swan after it finally broke . At last .....not only was I believed but Tuchi explained the advantage of conscious sedation . Both he and the nurses were so kind and understanding I went ahead . Yesterday was just an amazing experience. Professional, kind and thoughtful . After years of terror from this tooth , its gone . OK, so I looked like a hamster this morning and it hurts a lot but the relief is immense . I'm not a nervous patient and have had fillings, crowns etc on other teeth ( a child of the 50's) . Fantastic experience: As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

Fantastic experience: There is a massive shortage of Dentists in Somerset both NHS & Private. So over two weeks after breaking off a front tooth crown I was getting desperate to find help. Luckily Black Swan had one appointment that I could have. Sadly the tooth had gone and only the root remained. So no more crowns here . But its removal was done brilliantly. I have a complicated history and often feel that Dentists don’t believe me when I say what my allergies are. Or how I need extra local anaesthetic. So it’s not easy going to a new dentist. I shouldn’t have worried, everything was taken seriously and I got an effective local anaesthetic first time. Thank you for trusting a patient. It’s so unexpected. I am very impressed. Just have to decide what happens next?

Fantastic experience: Black Swan fitted me in for an emergency appointment at short notice late last year. I had seen their website and was reassured that a priority was to put their patients at ease. That certainly was my experience when Tochukwu replaced a detached crown for me, explaining clearly all that I needed to know. Today I was welcomed back for a hygienist appointment and met Leah, she was very gentle, explained everything she was about to do, and gave very helpful hints on brushing etc. I may well start to look forward to visiting the dentist, instead of dreading the thought!

Fantastic experience: I have just come to the end of a nearly two year treatment plan and have had a wonderful experience. Having just been told my another dentist I was an unsuitable candidate for Invisalign, I was suprised when Ahmad said we could do invisalign no problem (there was also no uncomfortable pressure or upselling in our consultation). I was also suprised at the cost which was very competitive. Throughout my experience the staff were unwavering friendly and helpful, letting me bring my children to the appointments, giving them stickers and squeezing me in even when it seemed impossible to make sure my teeth would be finished for my wedding. Ahmad is very skilled and will ensure you will not go away until you have the results you dream of. The treatment was big investment in myself but I don't regret a penny and am now happy to use the Black Swan as my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: I went to The Black Swan back in October, to get a 2nd opinion, and from that day onwards I've not looked back. Ahmad made me feel at ease, gave me lots of options, all the staff were very welcoming too. So I went away with my options, went back again to say what I would opt for, so they got the ball rolling and today ,I've had my top teeth removed and full implants. You've all made me feel great, and the care was outstanding, who'd of thought a new smile can make you cry.

Fantastic experience: I chose this dental practice because they were the only ones in the area to offer sedation for nervous patients. Since joining I have experienced first class care from the front desk to the hygienist and the dentists. They are all very professional but also caring and friendly. And 2days ago I had a tooth extracted under sedation, Dr Tuchy and nurse Katy were just marvellous, I was very frightened but they took the time to alay my fears and the whole procedure was totally without any pain or discomfort of any kind. I am absolutely delighted with the cosmetic work Steve has recently done on my teeth. I have wanted to improve the look of my crooked teeth for years and at last I have a smile to be proud of. Fantastic experience: Being a patient here requires me to make a long drive to an appointment, but it is worth it. Can’t speak highly enough of Ahmed and my hygienist Clare. If you care about your teeth and are prepared to put your money where your mouth is (no pun intended!) book a consultation.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Black Swan enough. Hadn’t been to the dentist for a number of years after struggling to find someone and was recommended Black Swan and needed a bit of work to be done. Every member of staff is polite and greets you with a smile (big shout out to Nadine who has been particularly smiley and lovely!) and Tochi has been absolutely superb, sorting out a few problems with absolutely no discomfort and always checked in to make sure I was okay. Restored my faith in dentists, thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I’d been putting off having a tooth extraction for a whole year , I was nervous.. I was stupid . Steve reassured me and talked me through the whole process . Before very long at all my tooth was out with no pain and in a relaxed, comfortable , confident environment. Steve you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough !

When you visit the Black Swan Dental Spa you can expect exactly what the name says. Ahmad and his team have been nothing less than amazing in every way. My treatment plan was very smooth even during the move into the new premises. I was invited to the grand opening and got a tour of the treatment rooms. They are equipped with the latest technology and all the comfort you need. The atmosphere is calming, the staff is friendly and the place is clean and tidy. Fantastic experience: Well after having a big filling fall out and being struck off without notice by my previous dentist I was very nervous about going to a new dentist today for an emergency appointment. I have to say the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I had to have my tooth extracted but this was done superbly making my feel at ease. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a private dentist to take a visit.
